A naked man used a piece of firewood to brutally kill a beloved Texas grandfather.
According to police, 27-year-old Chrisantus Omondi (immigration status unknown), killed 51-year-old Scott Jackson, a firewood delivery driver, in Forth Worth ahead of the winter storm last week.
Jackson was delivering firewood to a repeat customer last Saturday night when he was confronted by a naked man screaming at him.
The unidentified customer told WFAA that he was also attacked by the naked man but he was able to run away and call 911.
“As we’re loading up the wheelbarrow, this random guy shows up and gets directly in my face and accuses me of being on his property and being in his house,” the unidentified customer told WFAA.
The customer witnessed Chrisantus Omondi repeatedly beat Scott Jackson to death with a piece of firewood as he dialed 911 from inside of his home.
A witness said Omondi then callously dumped the wheelbarrow of firewood on Jackson’s lifeless body and walked away.
The mourning family described Jackson as a “doting grandfather” who was generous and dependable.
A GoFundMe page was set up to help the Jackson family with funeral expenses.

Fort Worth police say a 27-year-old man killed a delivery driver by beating him with firewood, according to an arrest warrant obtained by WFAA.
Authorities charged Chrisantus Omondi with murder, aggravated assault of a security officer, and obstruction or retaliation, jail records show. Omondi remains jailed Wednesday at the Tarrant County Corrections Center on a $300,000 bond.
The medical examiner identified the victim as 51-year-old Scott Jackson, a doting grandfather remembered by family for his generosity.
“If it was his last dollar, he’d give it to you,” Kasey De Leon, Jackson’s daughter, told WFAA Wednesday.
“He’d always do something funny,” she continued. “He would just randomly start dancing or make a joke. I’d be like, ‘Dad, you’re so embarrassing.’ I wish I could just tell him so bad. Embarrass me one more time, annoy me one more time. Just bug me.”

The Georgia State Senate is gearing up this week to authorize a subpoena-empowered investigative committee to delve into the alleged corruption of Fani Willis, the District Attorney of Fulton County, Breitbart News reported.
The initiative, led by State Senator Greg Dolezal (R-Forsyth), comes in the wake of Governor Brian Kemp’s (R) decision against initiating a criminal investigation into Willis last week, opting to wait for a non-operational oversight committee to take up the matter.
“The bottom line is that in the state of Georgia as long as I’m governor, we’re going to follow the law and the Constitution, regardless of who it helps and harms politically,” Kemp said per AJC Politics.
“Over the last few years, some inside and outside of this building may have forgotten that. But I can assure you that I have not.”
“In Georgia, we will not be engaging in political theater that only inflames the emotions of the moment. We will do what is right. We will uphold our oath to public service. And it is my belief that our state will be better off for it,” Kemp added.
Now, the Senate’s potential committee, set to be introduced in a resolution this week, could dramatically change the investigative landscape.
The Georgia State Senate is set to establish a special investigative committee with subpoena power to delve into allegations of corruption and misconduct by Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis.
It is tasked with “securing the attendance of witnesses or the production of documents and materials” related to Willis, as per a resolution introduced by State Senator Greg Dolezal (R-Forsyth).
With nine senators slated to be part of the committee, including only three Democrats, the committee would be uniquely positioned within Georgia to examine the allegations against Willis thoroughly.
Georgia’s Lieutenant Governor Burt Jones spoke exclusively to Breitbart, stating, “The Georgia legislature has a responsibility to hold public officials accountable. Recent reports have been deeply troubling, and I appreciate Sen. Dolezal’s leadership on this issue.”
The formation of this committee seems imminent. Senator Dolezal is expected to present the resolution on Monday, following which it will likely be forwarded to the Senate Rules Committee on Tuesday.
If approved by the Rules Committee, a vote on the Senate floor could occur within the week. Once passed by the Senate, the Committee on Assignments will be responsible for appointing the members.
In a new development, The Gateway Pundit reported that Judge Henry R. Thompson on Monday also issued a stay on Fani Willis’ deposition…for now. Willis previously tried to quash the subpoena. She was supposed to give a deposition on Tuesday.
Jocelyn Wade’s attorney told the judge that her client wants Fani Willis’ deposition *not as a Fulton County DA* but as “the alleged paramour of my client’s husband.”
“I have questions and she needs to answer them,” Jocelyn Wade’s lawyer told the judge.

An explosive report from Fox News has revealed the Trump-hating J6 Committee secretly deleted over 100 potentially critical pieces of evidence right before the GOP was set to take over the House of Representatives after their narrow 2022 win.
As the news outlet notes, The House Administration Committee’s Oversight Subcommittee is leading an investigation into Jan. 6, 2021, led by Chairman Barry Loudermilk (R-Ga). The panel is investigating the security failures on that day and the actions of the former select committee investigating the Capitol riot.
The former J6 Select Committee chaired by Rep. Bennie Thompson (D-MS) was required by law to hand over all documents from its investigation to the new, GOP-led panel. According to Fox News, Thompson promised Loudermilk that he would turn over four terabytes of archived data.
But this turned out to be a lie by Thompson. The GOP-led panel ended up receiving less than half of the promised material.
A total of 117 encrypted files were deleted by the corrupt committee on Jan. 1, 2023. The 118th Congress convened on January 3, 2023.
Fox News reveals Loudermilk’s committee was forced to hire a digital forensics team to scrape hard drives to determine what information they were not given. While the data was eventually recovered, they do not have the answers and passwords to access it.
The Georgia congressman sent Thompson a letter requesting he provide him “a list of passwords for all password-protected files created by the Select Committee” so that the committee can “access these files and ensure they are properly archived.”
Loudermilk also sent letters to the White House general counsel and the Department of Homeland Security general counsel, requesting “unedited and unredacted transcripts” of White House and DHS testimony to the former select committee. While these transcripts exist, they were never turned over to the J6 Select Committee.
Loudermilk told Fox News that he has set a deadline for the White House and DHS to comply with his demand by Jan. 24.
It’s obvious that Pelosi’s Select Committee went to great lengths to prevent Americans from seeing certain documents produced in their investigation. It also appears that Bennie Thompson and Liz Cheney intended to obstruct our Subcommittee by failing to preserve critical information and videos as required by House rules.
The American people deserve to know the full truth, and Speaker Johnson has empowered me to use all tools necessary to recover these documents to get the truth, and I will.
As Julie Kelly notes, the actions by the J6 committee are a clear example of obstruction and contempt of Congress. oreover, she points out that the reason they would cancel evidence is because it is devastating to the narrative regarding what happened that fateful day.
This isn’t just about the public’s right to know. It is about J6 defendants’ rights to access potentially exculpatory evidence produced by this committee.
The only reason Dems would conceal/destroy/delete evidence is bc it’s devastating to the J6 narrative.
