Democrats are now openly interfering in the 2024 election.
Judge Lewis Kaplan, a Trump-hating Clinton judge without morals or integrity, announced on Monday that he was delaying the E. Jean Carroll defamation case against Donald Trump until Tuesday – on the day of the nation’s first primary in New Hampshire.
Kaplan, a Clinton appointee, previously ruled that Trump is liable for defamatory statements he made about E. Jean Carroll after she accused him of rape – but she’s not sure of the year or season it occurred. There is absolutely no evidence to support her accusations. But the New York court indicted Trump anyway for committing “rape” in a Bergdorf Goodman dressing room where he was allegedly assisting Carroll in purchasing lingerie after he met this crazed woman on the street in New York City. The entire story is like something written for Law and Order.
In 2019, E. Jean Carroll alleged Donald Trump raped her in a Bergdorf Goodman dressing room in the 1990s.
Trump has denied the allegations and called E. Jean Carroll a “whack job” who’s “not my type.”
Judge Kaplan moved the trial to Tuesday – during the New Hampshire primary.

The trial was canceled on Monday.

Testimony in Donald Trump’s federal defamation trial was canceled Monday after a juror reported feeling ill, pushing the next possible trial day to coincide with Tuesday’s primary contest in New Hampshire.
As a result, Trump lawyer Alina Habba asked U.S. District Judge Lewis Kaplan to delay Trump’s own testimony until Wednesday. “My client reminded me tomorrow is the New Hampshire primary and he needs to be in New Hampshire,” Habba said, with Trump, the Republican presidential frontrunner, seated alongside her.
Habba said Trump had arrived in court Monday “planning to testify.”
A lawyer for the plaintiff, writer E. Jean Carroll, objected to such a delay, telling Kaplan, “we’d like to get this trial over,” and adding, “I just think we should finish tomorrow.” The trial, which began last Tuesday, was expected to take between three and five days. The trial took a pre-planned break on Friday.
Kaplan didn’t immediately rule on whether he would allow Trump to postpone his testimony.
Carroll is suing Trump for defamation over remarks he made in 2019, while he was president, denying her allegation that he raped her in the dressing room of a department store in the mid-1990s.
Trump responded to the delay.
“I traveled late last night from the Great State of New Hampshire to New York to attend one of the many Crooked Joe Biden-inspired Witch Hunt trials. Despite the fact that I was there, on time and on schedule, it was just learned that one of the jurors is, unfortunately, not feeling well, and for that reason, today’s session of the trial, having to do with a woman I know absolutely nothing about, has therefore been cancelled with a new date to be determined. Of course, all of these various “Biden Political Opponent” trials just happen to be starting, with great purpose, in the middle of what will be the most important Election in the History of our Country. They could have all began years ago, or years after, but, certainly not DURING the Election. In actuality, they should have never been brought at all, because I have done nothing wrong. It is what it is, and I will do what I have to do, all I ask for is fair Judges and Juries, and I will win every one of them.…” Trump said on Truth Social.

Two Navy SEALs who went missing in Somalia earlier this month were declared dead over the weekend and Biden hasn’t even acknowledged the fallen heroes.
The two unidentified SEALs went into the Gulf of Aden on a night mission on January 11. After a 10-day search, the US military declared the special operators deceased.
“We mourn the loss of our two Naval Special Warfare warriors, and we will forever honor their sacrifice and example. Our prayers are with the SEALs’ families, friends, the U.S. Navy, and the entire Special Operations community during this time,” General Michael Erik Kurilla, CENTCOM’s commander, said in a statement.
“Out of respect for the families, no further information will be released at this time,” CENTCOM said.

The U.S. military has ended an “exhaustive” 10-day search and rescue mission for two Navy SEALs who went missing on Jan. 11 in the waters of the Gulf of Aden and are now presumed deceased, according to a new statement from U.S. Central Command.
The military is conducting recovery operations for the service members, CENTCOM said Sunday night.
Military officials said that the U.S., Japan and Spain used air and naval resources and “searched more than 21,000 square miles” for the missing SEALs, scouring the gulf off the coast of Somalia — to no avail.
The two SEALs went into water in mid-January during a nighttime boarding mission to interdict a dhow suspected of carrying Iranian-made weapons for Houthi militants in Yemen, military officials have said.
Dhows are small fishing or cargo vessels that are sometimes used by Iran to smuggle weapons.
As a small Navy craft approached the dhow on Jan. 11, one of the SEALs fell into rough waters and, following protocol, a second SEAL dove into the water in a rescue attempt, according to officials.
Meanwhile, Joe Biden hasn’t released a statement on the fallen heroes.
Biden is once again on vacation at his Rehoboth Beach house.
In fact, Biden spent Sunday flying around on Marine One on taxpayer dime. He flew from Rehoboth Beach to his Wilmington home then back to his Rehoboth Beach house.

Former National Security Advisor General Mike Flynn hinted he would not dismiss the idea of joining the Trump ticket as a Vice Presidential candidate if the opportunity arose.
This revelation came during the screening of “Out of Shadows and Into the Light” on Saturday night in Florida, where an audience member posed the question.
Out of Shadows and Into the Light is a film that “exposes corruption within Hollywood, the media, our government, human trafficking, and more, which is highly relevant to all that’s currently happening in society now and the history of it all.”

An audience member raised the question of a Trump-Flynn ticket during a Q&A session, prompting a wave of enthusiasm from the crowd. Liz Crokin, a well-known Trump supporter, shared the video of Flynn’s response.
In response, Flynn acknowledged the complexity of such a decision.
He revealed that in 2016, he was among the final four candidates considered for Trump’s Vice President, alongside Chris Christie, Newt Gingrich, and Mike Pence, who was eventually selected. Flynn’s revelation that he was the only Democrat among these finalists added an unexpected twist to his response.
Flynn expressed his deep-seated convictions about the country, shaped by his upbringing and personal beliefs, suggesting that a proposition like the Vice Presidency would be challenging to decline.
“A question like that is a very, very hard question to say no to,” he said.

A California woman was arrested for allegedly stealing 65 Stanley Cups valued at $2,500.
The Roseville County Police Department stated that they were notified about a theft at a Roseville, California, store on January 17th.
A representative of the Roseville Police Department reported, “Staff saw a woman take a shopping cart full of Stanley water bottles without paying for them. The suspect refused to stop for staff and stuffed her car with the stolen merchandise.”
After the woman fled the scene, officers later pulled her over and discovered a car stuffed with stolen Stanley cups.
The woman was arrested for suspicion of grand theft, but authorities have yet to release her name.

The craze for Stanley stainless steel drinking cups reached new levels last week when a woman was arrested for allegedly stealing 65 of them, worth almost $2,500, from a store in California.
Police in Roseville, Placer County, northeast of Sacramento, said Sunday that they were called to a reported theft from a store on Stanford Ranch Road in the city on January 17.
“Staff saw a woman take a shopping cart full of Stanley water bottles without paying for them. The suspect refused to stop for staff and stuffed her car with the stolen merchandise,” police said in a statement on Facebook.
“An officer spotted the suspect vehicle as it entered Highway 65 from Galleria Blvd and initiated a traffic stop,” the statement said.

The US Election process is BROKEN. Nearly two-thirds of all controls needed to ensure accurate and secure elections are missing!
In the corporate world all controls related to the financial reporting process are inventoried and tested annually. For multi-national companies this can mean over 1,000 controls are tested each year. Testing is performed by internal and external auditors all year long. If a control is not in place, not working, or designed poorly, the control issues are addressed and the control is retested at year-end. ALL KEY CONTROLS must be in place and working properly before the external auditor will sign off on a company’s financials reported to the public.
In contrast, in the US election process, only one-third of all controls are in place. The US election process is a disaster.
A group of election experts and professionals from various fields performed an analysis of the controls necessary to be in place to ensure accurate and secure elections. This group which labels itself FATE2024 performed its work over the past few months.
FATE2024 identified 14 key processes that are part of US elections. Below is a list of these processes:
Voter Registration
Voter Roll Maintenance
Ballot Printing
Vote by Mail
Vote in Person
Physical Security
Reporting Results
Election Certification
Ballot Storage and Maintenance
System Security
Election Donations
Election Facility Management
Selection of Election Personnel
Effective Governance
Within these 14 processes, 100 subprocesses were defined. Next over 500 detailed controls were identified in total in these subprocesses. Per the analysis of these controls, only 36% of the controls identified were in place!
In the corporate world, financial controls are defined as follows:
Financial controls are the procedures, policies, and means by which an organization monitors and controls the direction, allocation, and usage of its financial resources. Financial controls are at the very core of resource management and operational efficiency in any organization.
As noted above, all controls related to financial reporting in an organization are tested annually to determine they are working as intended. External auditors rely on the results of this work in their annual audits of financial statements. ALL key controls must be in place.
Things are much, much different with US elections. Examples of four controls identified that are necessary to be in place in the voter registration process are: verification of citizenship; verification of residency; verification of identity; and verification of eligibility. If these controls are not in place, individuals can vote in an election who are not eligible to vote.
FATE2024 determined that today there are many ways that non-citizens can register to vote. In addition chain of custody is missing and systems are not secure throughout the election process.
Unfortunately, in the US hundreds of controls are absent throughout the election process.
US elections are not well controlled at all. We expect US corporations to adhere to stringent control regimes to ensure their financials are accurate and yet we allow our elections to run worse than third world countries.
