Bridgeport Democrat Mayor Wins Race After His Associate Is Caught Stuffing the Local Ballot Drop Boxes with Bags of Ballots

Bridgeport Democrat Mayor Wins Race After His Associate Is Caught Stuffing the Local Ballot Drop Boxes with Bags of Ballots

Mayor Joe Ganim won another victory on Tuesday in the Bridgeport, Connecticut special election for the Democratic primary for mayor. Ganim quickly claimed victory after winning the in-person tally by 274 votes.

In November a local judge overturned the initial primary election after Wanda Geter-Pataky, the Vice Chairwoman of the Democratic Town Clerk and a vocal supporter of incumbent Mayor Joe Ganim,  was caught on video stuffing the ballot drop boxes with dozens if not hundreds of absentee ballots.

So Mayor Ganim won again on Tuesday against John Gomes in the Democrat primary.

A Democrat Judge in Connecticut overturned the results of the Bridgeport Democratic mayoral primary.

Superior Court Judge William Clark ordered a new election to be held, citing bombshell video evidence of election fraud as the basis for his decision. The ruling has far-reaching implications, not just for Bridgeport but for the entire country, as it sets a precedent for ongoing and future cases involving mail-in ballot fraud.

The Gateway Pundit reported in September that mayoral candidate John Gomes’ campaign released a damning video showing evidence of election fraud in the Bridgeport Democratic primary. The video has prompted an investigation by the Bridgeport Police Department for “possible misconduct.”

The video on the Gomes campaign’s Facebook page shows a woman dropping stacks of ‘illegal’ ballots into an absentee ballot box outside the Bridgeport government center, where the city’s Registrar of Voters office is located.

The Gomes campaign was able to identify the woman in the footage as Wanda Geter-Pataky, the Vice Chairwoman of the Democratic Town Clerk and a vocal supporter of incumbent Mayor Joe Ganim, who is seeking reelection. Gomes’ campaign claims that the video shows Geter-Pataky dropping off stacks of absentee ballots ahead of the September 12th primary.

“Video surveillance proving that the mayoral election was unequivocally stolen through corruption within City Hall by tampering with absentee ballots,” John Gomes said on his Facebook page.

“This is an undeniable act of voter suppression and a huge civil rights violation. It’s time to restore lasting credibility to our city’s democracy. Once and for ALL. Enough is enough!” he added.

WATCH:

Gomes lost to incumbent Mayor Joe Ganim in the Democratic primary by a narrow margin of 251 votes, according to the most recent preliminary count posted on the Secretary of the State’s website. Ganim won the absentee vote tally 1,545 to 779, while Gomes led on the voting machines.

The Bridgeport Police Department confirmed that they are actively investigating the actions shown in the video.

“The Bridgeport Police Department actively investigated the matter last fall regarding possible misconduct based upon a video that has surfaced on social media,” the department told CT Mirror.

“The Bridgeport Police Department immediately initiated an investigation to determine if any criminal wrongdoing has occurred. In addition, an internal investigation is being conducted to determine if any possible breach to our security video management system has occurred,” it added.

Bridgeport Police Chief Roderick Porter said the department takes “these actions seriously and we will pursue possible criminal prosecution and/or administrative discipline as it relates to any such security violations.”

During the first hearing, Bridgeport Democratic Registrar of Voters Patricia Howard admitted in court that she had not been following Connecticut law regarding the handling of mail-in ballots. The law mandates that each absentee ballot must be signed off by the town clerk, and if this requirement is not met, the ballot cannot be counted.

In November, Superior Court Judge William Clark ordered a new election just days before the general election scheduled for November 7, Connecticut Public reported.

Judge Clark determined that the allegations of possible malfeasance were serious enough to warrant the overturning of the September 12 primary results, which Ganim had won by a margin of 251 votes out of 8,173 cast.

“The volume of ballots so mishandled is such that it calls the result of the primary election into serious doubt and leaves the court unable to determine the legitimate result of the primary.” Clark said, adding that the videos “are shocking to the court and should be shocking to all the parties.”

Gomes hailed the ruling as “a victory for the people of Bridgeport,” emphasizing that his campaign had always believed in upholding the integrity of the democratic process. His lawyer, Bill Bloss, stated, “At the end of the day, the videos don’t lie. The videos showed substantial, massive absentee ballot misconduct.”

On the other hand, Ganim said he would consult his lawyers about a possible appeal and encouraged residents to vote in Tuesday’s election, stating, “Let’s send a powerful message that we want to keep the progress going in Bridgeport.”

This is not an isolated incicent of Democrat voter fraud. New Jersey’s Attorney General Matthew J. Platkin has added new charges to an ongoing election fraud case involving Democrat Alex Mendez, the Paterson City Council President, and several alleged co-conspirators. According to the Attorney General, the defendants are accused of attempting to rig the election, tampering with ballots, and obstructing the course of justice through witness tampering.

Mendez was initially indicted on election fraud charges in 2021. Now, fresh charges have been brought against him, his wife Yohanny Mendez, and two other Paterson residents, Omar Ledesma and Iris Rigo. The revelations came after an extensive investigation by the Office of Public Integrity and Accountability (OPIA), which itself was prompted when the U.S. Postal Inspection Service found hundreds of mail-in ballots for the May 2020 Paterson municipal election suspiciously stashed in a mailbox in a neighboring municipality.

In the wake of the Bridgeport and New Jersey scandal, it’s worth noting the glaring double standard that exists in how the justice system and the media treat allegations of election fraud, depending on the party involved.

Republicans have been vocal about their concerns regarding the integrity of the 2020 Presidential election, only to be dismissed by mainstream media outlets and other institutions that insist the election was secure. Yet, when a Democrat is involved in a similar scandal, the justice system seems more willing to take action, and the media appears more open to covering it.

Here is more from George Behizy.

Republican Candidate Beats Lib Mayor by a Landslide in Dem Stronghold

The race for mayor in liberal Pueblo, Colorado, was turned upside down Tuesday when a Republican member of the city council ran for mayor and won.

Back in November 2022, city council president and owner of Graham’s Grill and Ruby’s, Heather Graham, announced her run for mayor of Pueblo, Colorado. Graham may have seemed like a long shot, being a Republican in the famously liberal city.

“This community that we love has been going in the wrong direction the last few years. I just can’t sit back and do nothing,” Graham said when she launched her campaign, according to The Pueblo Chieftain. “My short time in office has shown me how change is possible and not enough is happening.”

She went on to say that she was too limited in being able to make meaningful change for Pueblo on the council, so she wanted to trade up for the mayor’s office in the famously left-wing state.

Graham ran against Democrat incumbent Mayor Nick Gradisar.

Last night a Republican, Heather Graham, won the Pueblo Colorado Mayor’s race, beating @GovofCO buddy Nick Gradisar! When you know the back story, it is a HUGE upset, and win for Pueblo…it started with Candace Rivera ousting Bo Ortiz (@JenaGriswold buddy) in 2022 County Clerk… pic.twitter.com/jBYKodIAJT

— Heidi Ganahl (@heidiganahl) January 24, 2024

In the end, it appears that Graham’s message was a winning one with voters.

On Tuesday, Graham won her election and Gradisar conceded after the first round of returns were reported, news station KKTV reported.

The results won’t be made official until Feb. 1, but the early results seemed clear, with Graham’s count standing at 14,171 to Gradisar’s 8,355.

Graham won a contest in a crowded field, as nine candidates declared their candidacy. But in the end, Graham came away with 62.9 percent of the vote to Gradisar’s 37.1 percent.

The winning candidate was born and raised in Pueblo and graduated from Pueblo South High School in 2007.

When he was elected in 2019, Gradisar was actually the town’s first mayor in 60 years, as the position had been eliminated, the Colorado Sun reported at the time.

Despite Pueblo’s long leftward tilt, though, the town did flip to Trump in 2016, despite voting for Obama, the Sun reported. Pueblo flipped back to blue for Joe Biden in 2020.

Graham was quick to point out that she is also the first woman to be elected mayor.

“The first female mayor, that’s exciting … it’s been a long run. I’ve had lots of help along the way and I’m excited to carry this title for the next four years,” Graham said, according to KOAA-TV.

“I think that people have been dissatisfied with the leadership over the last five years and they’re ready for a change,” she added.

Her supporters were thrilled with the victory.

“I’m surrounded by tons of citizens who had concerns that they brought to me and hopefully over the next four years, we’re able to do something about it,” she added.

Graham said that she is looking forward to starting up her transition team to plan for taking office.

“I’m most looking forward to taking the concerns of the constituents and actually providing solutions to the problems that they’re having,” she said.

VIDEO: TGP’s Cara Castronuova Describes the Federal Agent Assaulting Her Outside of Court on Tuesday with Ivory Hecker

The Gateway Pundit’s Cara Castronuova with Ivory Hecker on Gateway: Beyond the Headlines on the assault she suffered at the hands of a federal agent in Washington DC.

After violent J6 cop Lila Morris testified in court yesterday at J6 defendant Luke Coffee’s trial, The Gateway Pundit reporter Cara Castronuova waited outside to catch her on her way out of the courthouse. The second Morris left the courtroom she was flanked by a group of what appeared to be approximately five federal agents and attorneys.

Officer Lila Morris is famous for beating an unconscious Rosanne Boyland repeatedly with a police stick until it broke while Rosanne lay dying on the Capitol steps on January 6, 2021. Cara Castronuova was the first reporter to identify Lia Morris as the abusive cop who beat the dying woman without cause.

The Gateway Pundit waited outside to interview her about her alleged assault of Trump supporter Rosanne Boyland, but Officer Morris literally vanished without a trace.

Our only interview options left were the feds and the swamp creature DOJ prosecutors that had just portrayed Officer Morris as a victim on January 6th…when Morris was the one seen violently beating peaceful protester Rosanne Boyland before she died.

During Cara’s polite questioning of the far-left DOJ attorney outside the courtroom, a federal agent, possibly with the Department of Justice, assaulted Cara on the sidewalk.

The agent, who we are working to identify, rammed into Cara Castronuova. The agent blindsided Cara and pushed her back down the sidewalk. This stunned Cara and she was unable to continue her questioning of the DOJ attorney.

On Wednesday night Cara Castronuova joined Ivory Hecker on Gateway: Beyond the Headlines to discuss her ordeal outside the courtroom on Tuesday.

Cara Castronuova: The prosecutors are guilty in my opinion of really trying to cover up what really happened with Lila Morris and Rosanne Boyland, who have painted Lila Morris as a hero that day. And I asked some questions, I said, “Doesn’t Rosanne Boyland’s life matter?… Isn’t this police brutality against the law?” I asked very reasonable questions. And the man shoved me, literally shove me, assaulted me, right on camera for everybody to see. They’re lawless and they have really no fear of the law. I guess because they are federal agents so it was very, very, I really don’t know what the word is, to shoved right on camera by a federal agent when I’m just doing my job as a reporter asking questions that were very reasonable about what was going on in the trial.

Ivory Hecker: Yeah, we have that video. We can roll that tape. (video plays)… You said you talked to the prosecutors. Did any of them answer the questions? I’ve talked to prosecutors who answered questions before.

Cara Castronuova: I’ve asked questions of January 6 prosecutors before. They’re very non-transparent… A question a lot of people have been asking all of these years. Was Lila Morris bludgeoning Rosanne Boyland with a stick what killed her? Was it pepper spray? Was it her getting stuck underneath the pile that police had created. There’s many theories about how she actually died and we’re just trying to get to the bottom of it…

Cara then shared with the audience that Rosanne Boyland definitely did not die from a drug overdose that was reported at the time of her death by the US government.

Two Americas: One For U.S. Citizens Is Heavily Regulated And Monitored, The Other For Illegals Is Free Of Mandates, Regulations And Bureaucratic Harassment

Illegal immigrants arrive at Floyd Bennett Field in Brooklyn, New York, on Sunday. (@1010WINS / X)

If you’re a U.S. citizen and don’t believe we live in a two-tiered society, try getting on an airplane at any U.S. airport without showing ID. Then watch an illegal board, no questions asked.

Joe Biden’s Transportation Security Administration, or TSA, is working with Customs and Border Protection to allow illegal aliens to fly without proper identification.

This is in contrast to the treatment of U.S. citizens, who are required to show identification at airports before they are allowed to board a flight.

The New York Post reported that while U.S. citizens are required to show a passport or a valid form of identification to travel by plane both domestically and internationally, signs at various airports claim that the TSA and CBP are collaborating to enable illegal immigrants to travel without any ID.

As Americans find out about this double standard, they’re understandably not happy about it. But until this article in the NY Post, there’s been very little information about this secret program to allow illegals to fly unidentified.

I’ve always said that the creation of TSA and Homeland Security under George W. Bush had nothing to do with safety or security and everything to do with controlling people. This two-tiered system proves it. And it’s not the first time. Remember during the Covid scare, migrants were allowed to cross into the U.S. without being tested or vaxxed but U.S. citizens were subjected to weekly and even daily Covid tests and later vaccine mandates. Submit or lose your job.

Podcaster Dave Rubin shared a picture of one of the TSA airport signs last week in a post to X. The TSA sign states, rather clearly, that illegals will be treated differently than citizens. It says, “TSA is partnering with CBP to test the use of CBP One at certain TSA checkpoints to validate adult non-US citizen travel documentation when the traveler does not otherwise have an acceptable form of Identification.”

The TSA sign explains that it is “optional” for illegal immigrants to have their face scanned by a TSA officer and that the TSA will not store the immigrant’s information but will only use the information to verify information provided to CBP through the CBP One app.

Rubin slammed the Biden regime over the TSA’s new policy, writing, “This is the state of absolute insanity happening at our airports. I’m in the Pre-TSA line, where migrants don’t have to have an ID to get through security and it’s their choice whether they want their picture taken. There is a plan to destroy America.”
