Joe Biden was escorted by his son Hunter and sister Valerie as he departed the White House en route to Camp David for the weekend.

Biden has barely been seen in public after dropping out of the 2024 race last weekend.

81-year-old Biden addressed the nation from the Oval Office last week after Obama forced him out of the race. He did not say why he exited the 2024 race and endorsed Kamala Harris.

Viewers noticed a bruise on Biden’s chin and possible facial paralysis after he disappeared for several days.

The bruise on Biden’s face comes amid reports he had a medical emergency in Vegas earlier this month and raced back to Joint Base Andrews after abruptly canceling a campaign event in Nevada.

Hunter Biden, who has been a fixture at the White House lately, escorted his father to Marine One to spend the weekend at Camp David in Maryland.

Valerie Biden also joined Joe Biden.

Biden looked frail as he shuffled across the South Lawn.

As usual, he did not answer any questions from reporters.

Kamala Harris has been out on the campaign trail after stealing Joe Biden’s delegates.

The Democrats will hold their DNC convention next month in Chicago where Harris will be coronated.

Shortly after the FBI revealed that Thomas Matthew Crooks was the gunman at Trump’s rally in Butler, Pennsylvania, who shot President Trump and killed former fire chief Corey Comparatore, hundreds of users on X speculated Crooks may have been part of a CIA MKUltra experiment.

MKUltra was a mind control experiment conducted by the CIA between 1953 and 1973 where agents used psychoactive drugs such as LSD and other chemicals on subjects without their consent in an attempt to brainwash and force the subjects to make confessions.

In response to the recent claims that Crooks was part of a CIA MKUltra experiment, the CIA has issued a rare comment refuting the claims.

A CIA spokesperson told Gizmodo, “These claims are utterly false, absurd, and damaging.”

The spokesperson added, “The CIA had no relationship whatsoever with Thomas Crooks. Regarding MKULTRA, the CIA’s program was shut down more than 40 years ago, and declassified information about the program is publicly available on CIA.gov.”

But some people on social media are trying to claim Crooks was somehow trained by the CIA under an MKUltra program to go after Trump.

The CIA, for its part, decided to push back very publicly against these claims, something the agency doesn’t often do when weird conspiracy theories are floating around on the internet.

Members of the local SWAT team assigned to protect former President Donald Trump at his rally on July 13 have revealed that they had no contact with the Secret Service prior to an assassination attempt on the former president.

The shooting occurred on July 13 when a would-be assassin opened fire at Trump while he was addressing supporters.

During an exclusive interview with ABC News’ senior investigative correspondent Aaron Katersky, the officers detailed how a lack of communication and planning failures led to a critical delay in identifying and neutralizing the threat.

“They told us they had no communication with the Secret Service until after the gunfire started. This SWAT team saw the shooter. They recognized him as suspicious, even took pictures of him,” Katersky reported.

“None of the concerns, though, had a chance of reaching decision-makers before Trump took the stage because of what these men and women described as failures of planning and communication,” he added.

Jason Woods, the lead sharpshooter of the SWAT team in Beaver County, expressed his frustration.

“We were supposed to get a face-to-face briefing with the Secret Service snipers whenever they arrived, and that never happened,” Woods said.

“So I think that that was probably a pivotal point where I started thinking things were wrong because that never happened and we had no communication with the Secret Service,” he added.

The aftermath of this catastrophic failure resulted in one death—Corey Comperatore, a rally attendee—and left two others critically injured.

House Speaker Mike Johnson expressed his concerns on X regarding this massive security failure, stating, “Another alarming security failure. A local SWAT officer in PA told ABC his team had no contact with Secret Service at the rally until after the assassination attempt on President Trump. Our House Task Force will find the answers the American people deserve.”

In response to mounting pressure following her testimony before Congress, Secret Service Director Kim Cheatle resigned a week after the incident. Her evasive responses during hearings sparked outrage among lawmakers and citizens alike.

Cheatle’s primary responsibility—to protect the President—was called into question as she took full responsibility for both the assassination attempt and Comperatore’s death.

Trump, in a statement released on Truth Social just minutes after Cheattle’s resignation, wrote, “The Biden/Harris Administration did not properly protect me, and I was forced to take a bullet for Democracy.”

One can only pity Democrats for expressing outrage over the consequences of their actions.

Residents in Clinton Hill, a neighborhood in heavily Democratic Brooklyn, took to the streets to express their anger over a migrant shelter in their middle-income community and demanded its closure. Fox 5 New York reports that the shelter, which houses over 3,000 illegals, has drawn the ire of the residents, who say it is the source of increased violence and crime in the area.

As Fox 5 New York reported, this comes after two men were shot to death and another was injured in two separate shootings last Sunday night.

Those who spoke up at the rally expressed horror that their neighborhood was about to return to the dark days of the late 1980s and early 1990s before Rudy Giuliani was elected and saved the Big Apple.

“We are here today because there is an attempt to put our neighborhood back 30 years in time when there were stabbings, drugs, assaults, fights, fear, and killings. It used to be called ‘Murder Avenue,’” Renee Collymore, a Clinton Hill resident who spoke at the rally.

Many others put the blame squarely on Mayor Eric Adams.

“Mayor Adams, you have blood on your hands,” said Alia McKee, another Clinton Hill resident.

ABC 7 New York notes that the crime has become so bad that some residents are too afraid to go outside.

“Now it just feels like that whole section of the community is not available to us anymore,” one resident told the outlet. “Our parks are not available to us anymore, we can’t go there.

While residents blame Adams and other soft-on-crime Democrats, it is essential to note they had a chance to elect Republican activist Curtis Sliwa back in 2021, who is adamantly against illegal immigration and violent crime.

They also had the opportunity to vote for President Trump in 2020, who would never let illegals get to Brooklyn in the first place because the border would be secure.

But the residents voted for both Adams and Biden in overwhelming numbers instead. The Clinton Hill part of Brooklyn cast over 90% of their ballots for Old Joe.

Florida Governor Ron DeSantis joined Maria Bartiromo on Fox News during this week’s “Sunday Morning Futures,” and he had strong words for the mainstream media and their efforts to cover for Kamala Harris’ disastrous record.

DeSantis told Bartiromo, “The Biden-Harris policies put the Democratic Party in a very precarious situation this election. And then the debate, where Biden….they tried to do the basement for the last three and a half years, and it was clear after that debate that was not gonna happen.”

“The media really worked hard to push Biden out, and now you see all the arteries of the left – the corporate media, Hollywood, academia, they’re using all the king’s horses and all the king’s men to try to put the Democratic Party back together again, and they have to whitewash Harris’ background to be able to make her palpable to the American people, but I think we’ve all seen her.”

“She’s incredibly vapid, even more incredibly liberal, and she doesn’t have any accomplishments. In fact, she owns all the policies of the Biden-Harris administration. She owns the border, she owns the inflation.”

DeSantis then discussed the media’s efforts to cover for Harris, saying, “But make no mistake about it.  You are in for 100 days of massive gaslighting from the corporate press.”

“We’re down here in Florida, it’s hot in July, and it’ll be hot in August, but you’re going to see a blizzard of lies over the next few months.”

“There’s not going to be any pushback from the entrenched corporate media, and they’re going to try to re-rewrite history, and they’re going to try to present her [Harris] as something that she’s just not.”
