Without intervention, Chief Warrant Officer 3 Brandon Budge will be separated from the Army on September 1 for his objection to the safety and efficacy of the COVID-19 shot in 2021, which was determined by Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth to be “unlawful as implemented.”

In March, with the hope of restoring his career, the Black Hawk helicopter pilot was advised by Gen. Randy George, the Army’s Chief of Staff, to submit his request for relief to the Board for Correction of Military Records (BCMR).  And at the time, the general promised he would “get it fixed,” CW3 told The Gateway Pundit in a previous article. But instead, his application was denied on May 22.

Following CW3 Budge’s interview, J.M. Phelps emailed a letter directly to Gen. George on June 5 with a request for comment. On June 11, Phelps also emailed a letter directly to Secretary of the Army Daniel Driscoll, calling his attention to the letter sent to Gen. George and more. The inquiries were ignored by both officials.

On X, Dr. Chase Spears, a retired U.S. Army public affairs officer, writer and host of the Finding Your Spine podcast, called for “Less talk, more action.”

Following his post, Dr. Spears expressed to The Gateway Pundit that Gen. Randy George, Daniel Driscoll, and others should have the “the moral imperative” to help everyone who serves in the Army, but admitted “this isn’t the case here.”

The retired public affairs officer said, “Gen. George’s promise to help CW3 Budge proves nothing more than words he had no intention of acting on.” Throughout his 20-year career, Dr. Spears observed that too many senior military officers “say what you want to hear, but aren’t actually willing to act upon what they say.”

Dr. Spears does not expect Gen. George to honor his word to CW3 Budge or respond to the letter by J.M. Phelps. “I’d be shocked, because you rarely find the kind of humility in a general to openly admit that he promised something but failed to deliver,” he explained. “Most senior military officials, even if they know that what they’ve done is wrong, they don’t have the moral fortitude to actually take the next step and make it right. The system used to promote them to the senior ranks ensures it.”

What’s equally concerning to Dr. Spears is that “Gen. George is a holdover general just like the other generals still in the Pentagon.” And according to him, “Many of these holdovers got their promotions by prosecuting COVID-19 policies under the Biden regime, taking part in punishing soldiers, like CW3 Budge, who actually showed independent thought and were willing question the efficacy and risk of the shot.”

“Only after the fact the tide turned were they willing to signal empathy for troops wronged on their watch, but so far actions fail to match their word,” he offered. “They may have dropped all the rhetoric from the previous administration about how the shot and masks saved lives, but you’ll never get them to admit they were wrong in enforcing it on people like CW3 Budge who is losing his career over it.”

“Until new senior Pentagon leadership put in place by President Trump begins the process of actually relieving the senior officers who broke the law,” Dr. Spears said, “they’re going to have these same senior officers working to undermine the efforts of the President and Defense Secretary to make things right for military members.”

For Dr. Spears, “We’re past the point of saying the Trump Administration inherited a mess at the Pentagon. We’re past the point of grace. If General George and the other cast of characters won’t take personal action to make a situations like CW3 Budge’s right, then they need to be shown the door.”

Others in the military community also reacted strongly to the letters sent by Phelps and the lack of concern by senior military officials.

Lt. Col. Theresa Long, an Army slight surgeon and whistleblower, said “what they have done to [CW3 Brandon Budge] and his family is an absolute disgrace!”

Retired Navy Medical Service Corps officer Lt. Ted Macie, also a whistleblower, found “it is disgraceful that doing the right thing apparently hinges on public pressure rather than principle.”

The denial of CW3 Budge’s BCMR record correction and the continued refusal to grant him relief speak volumes. All we’ve heard is talk and not a shred of meaningful action.

Retired U.S. Air Force Colonel Tom “Buzz” Rempfer, author of Unyielding: Marathons Against Illegal Mandates, encouraged various military offices and officials to act “promptly” and “remove adverse personnel actions related to the unlawful COVID mandate and remedy career setbacks.”

The high-stakes, high-profile criminal trial of disgraced rap mogul Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs is coming to the point when prosecution will rest their case.

But the trial has been engulfed by juror problems, and today (17), criminal leaks of information put under seal have left the presiding Judge furious.

“Tuesday’s proceedings got off to a hot start with Judge Arun Subramanian scolding both the defense and prosecution after an article was published with information that was under seal. He warned both sides that they could face consequences if they continued.”

Yesterday, ‘Juror 6’ was dismissed for lying during ‘voir dire’ to enter the panel.

Now, there’s another issue with the fate of another juror, ‘who might have spoken improperly about the case’.

The prosecution is set to wrap up its case by Wednesday.

Fox News reported:

“In a letter filed by the government on Monday, the U.S. Attorney’s Office noted it does not oppose additional fact-finding with a second juror due to possible communications with a former colleague regarding jury service.”

The defense argues that, since the court removed ‘6’ from the case, this second juror should also be excused.

Prosecution disagrees with ‘linking the issues’, but are open to further questioning of the second juror.

In one of the most pleasant surprises of the year, legendary actor and former California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger lived up to his old nickname “The Terminator” during an appearance on one of the most notorious shows on television.

During Tuesday’s episode of “The View,” Schwarzenegger was asked by the loathsome Joy Behar about the recent ICE riots in California and across America. As TGP readers know, protesters have started fires, thrown projectiles at law enforcement officers, and damaged property. At the same time, elitist politicians have turned their ire toward President Trump and ICE for trying to put a stop to the madness.

Naturally, Behar sided with the rioters.

“Did you have a visceral reaction to what ICE is doing when you see the videos of it?” Behar asked.

Given Schwarzenegger’s noted fierce opposition to Trump and his embrace of some of the left’s worst ideas, one would have expected him to take the bait and blast Trump and ICE.

Instead, he put Behar and the rest of The View to shame with an absolutely beautiful and patriotic speech.

“I am so proud and happy that I was embraced by the American people like that, I came over here at the age of 21 with absolutely nothing,” Schwarzenegger responded. “And then to create a career like that. In no other country in the world could you do that.”

He went on to note that America had made everything he had done, from bodybuilding to acting to becoming governor and creating his family, possible.

“This is the greatest country in the world, and it is the land of opportunity,” Schwarzenegger added.

The Governator later emphasized the importance of immigrants entering America the right way and respecting the people who welcome them with open arms.

“You gotta do things legally, and those people that are doing illegal things in America, and they’re the foreigners, they are not smart. Because when you come to America, you’re a guest and you have to behave like a guest,” Schwarzenegger said.

“Like when I go to someone’s house and I’m a guest, then I will do everything I can to keep things clean, and to make my bed, and to do everything that is the right thing to do rather than committing a crime or being abusive or something like that,” he added.

Schwarzenegger closed his incredible screed by saying something some conservatives avoid: immigrants are obligated to give back to America to show appreciation.

“So I think the important thing is when you become an immigrant to think about, okay, ‘I come to America because I want to use America for the great opportunities that America has,”‘ he continued. “Then you have to think about, okay, if I get all of those things from America, then I have to give something back.”

“You have a responsibility as an immigrant to give back to America and to pay back America and to do something for your community for no money whatsoever.”

Democrats all over the country are fighting to release some of the most dangerous killers and rapists locked up at federal detention facilities.

On Tuesday, two Democrat Representatives were blocked from entering the South Loops ICE facility in Chicago.

Reps. Raja Krishnamoorthi and Jonathan Jackson were shut down as the ICE official slammed the window in their face.

“@rep_jackson and I were just denied entry to the South Loop ICE facility in Chicago,” Rep. Krishnamoorthi said.

“We went to ask questions and perform congressional oversight of potential illegal ICE activities as Donald Trump’s administration targets immigrant communities,” he said.

A similar thing happened to Congresswoman Maxine Waters earlier this month.

Democrat Maxine Waters tried to bully her way into the federal detention facility in downtown Los Angeles when an ICE official slammed the door in her face.

“Hello! Hello! Congresswoman Waters! I just came to use my congressional authority to check on David Huerta. Excuse me! I need to get in! I need to get in!” Waters shouted as the agent slammed the door in her face.

Democrat Senator Alex Padilla was slammed to the ground and cuffed last week after he stormed the podium during Kristi Noem’s presser on ICE detentions amid the Los Angeles riots.

According to a new YouGov poll, conducted June 13 to June 16, a majority of Americans think the United States should not get involved in Israel’s war with Iran, signaling trouble for the midterms if President Trump decides to send troops into the conflict. 

50% say they believe Iran is an enemy of the U.S., while only 1% consider Iran an ally.

Still, of the 1,512 survey respondents, only 16% support U.S. involvement in the war, with 60% opposed and 24% are not sure. The opposition to U.S. involvement includes 65% of Democrats, 61% of Independents, and 53% of Republicans.

Only 23% of Republicans and 19% of those who say they voted for Trump say they support U.S. involvement.

Meanwhile, 56% of the 1,511 surveyed, including 58% of Democrats, 51% of independents, and 61% of Republicans, say the U.S. should negotiate with Iran.

63% of Trump voters said that the U.S. should negotiate instead of resorting to war. Only 18% of Trump voters say that the U.S. should not negotiate with Iran.

Trump supporters tend to favor threatening sanctions on Iran (42%) over threatening Iran with military force (30%).

As The Gateway Pundit reported, President Trump was potentially weighing a strike on Iran during a meeting with his national security team in the Situation Room on Tuesday afternoon.

The meeting came after Trump threatened to take out Iran’s Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei.
