President Trump was in the Cedar Rapids area of Iowa on Saturday ahead of the Republican Iowa caucuses set for January 15.

Trump confidently said he would win the 2024 election against crooked Joe Biden.

“We are going to crush crooked Joe Biden next November and we are going to very simply make America great again,” Trump said to a roaring crowd.

Joe Biden’s approval has been sinking overtime. Recent polls have shown that Trump is leading Biden in many swing states and on vital issues. The Gateway Pundit reported in November that Trump has been leading in these key states.

President Trump went on to explain that Biden is the only President to weaponize the Justice Department against a main political rival.

The Deep State’s hired gun Jack Smith indicted Trump on 37 federal counts in Miami in June.

In August Jack Smith hit Trump with 3 additional charges in the investigation into classified documents stored at Mar-a-Lago.

In September Trump was hit with 4 counts in Jack Smith’s January 6 case up in DC: Conspiracy to defraud the United States, conspiracy to obstruct an official proceeding, obstruction of and attempt to obstruct an official proceeding, and conspiracy against rights.

“Before crooked Joe, no President in history ever weaponized the full force of the Justice Department, local attorneys general and district attorneys against American citizens or people running for office.” Trump said.

“If they want to run against me, they wouldn’t have indicted me four times and fought like hell to keep me off the ballot.” Trump continued.

Trump also reminded the American people how the corrupt political elites have been in taking the dignity of Americans away.

“For decades you watched as a corrupt political class in our nation’s capital looted your money, trampled on your dignity and pushed their radical agenda into every aspect of your lives.” Trump said.

Who Are the Two Alleged ‘Racist Royals’ Inquiring About Harry and Meghan’s Baby Color of Skin? The New Soap Opera From the Monarchy May Be the Craziest Yet

The Windsor dynasty of British Monarchs has turned into non-stop tabloid fodder.

Many people – with good reason – can’t read another word about the infighting between the late Queen Elizabeth’s descendants.

From the misadventures of the Duke of York – Prince Andrew – and his endless Epstein-related problems, to the relentless quest for celebrity by Duke and Duchess of Sussex – Prince Harry and Meghan Markle – it’s always something.

But now the controversy seems for real, as yet another book on the Sussex couple – ‘Endgame’, by Omid Scobie – brought upon them a Public Relations nightmare, as it revealed who were the alleged ‘Royal racists’ who inquired about what the color of skin of Harry and Meghan’s baby would look like.

The ‘revelation’ – or the allegation – was only printed in the first edition of the Dutch translation of the book – but it has taken Britain’s public opinion by storm.

Spoiler alert: King Charles and Catherine, the Princess of Wales are the alleged culprits.

Prince Harry and Meghan have remained silent following the controversy.

The Telegraph reported:

“Mr. [Dai] Davies, was responsible for royal protection until his retirement, told The Telegraph: ‘Prince Harry and Meghan and those who purport to talk for them are slowly damaging the status of the Royal family. There is a false narrative that is being peddled about Palace racism. It’s not at all unusual to ask what a baby will look like’.

He added: ‘What the Duke and Duchess are doing is giving succour to those who would want to replace the monarchy and get rid of it. They are chipping away at the foundations of the institution. Unless there is respect for the King and what he stands for, everything else around him crumbles away’.”

The Sussexes are expected to to distance themselves from the book.

“The exact nature of the comments allegedly made by the Royals about Prince Archie is still unknown. The claims were originally made by the Duke and Duchess themselves in a 2021 Oprah Winfrey interview.

Meghan told Winfrey that the Duke had been privy to ‘concerns and conversations’ about how dark their first child’s skin might be.

She did not name the member of the household, saying at the time: ‘I think that would be very damaging to them’.”

The King is treating the situation ‘very seriously’, consulting senior advisers on his next step.

The Dutch translators who worked on the volume maintain that the manuscript they were given featured both names.

Philippines Bans Smartmatic Voting Machines from Countries Elections to ‘Safeguard Integrity of Elections’

Philippines Bans Smartmatic Voting Machines from Countries Elections to ‘Safeguard Integrity of Elections’

The Philippine Commission on Elections has banned Smartmatic Philippines Inc. from the nation’s elections, ending 13 years of the company being the main provider of election technology to the nation.

The decision revolved around allegations of bribery that claim commission chairman Andres Bautista was paid off to ensure Smartmatic won the contract for the 2016 elections, according to the Philippine edition of CNN. Bautista has denied the allegations.

Although Smartmatic argued it has followed the rules, noting that there are nothing but allegations against it, the commission was unmoved.

“Although these allegations, stemming from incidents potentially spanning at least three election cycles, have not been conclusively proven, their gravity and potential to damage public trust warrant the Commission (En banc’s) proactive measures to safeguard the integrity of elections and democratic institutions,” the commission said in a published decision.

According to the Manila Times, a U.S. government request for information that could be linked to possible violation of American laws was a factor in the decision. The Times report said charges being investigated included violations of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, conspiracy, wire fraud and money laundering.

“It is noteworthy that Bautista, who served as the Chairman of the Commission, was formally charged in September 2023, in connection with allegations of receiving bribes in exchange for awarding a contract for election machines to Smartmatic Corp,” the commission wrote.

The commission said the charges cast a cloud over the voting process.

“Bautista and others are alleged to have laundered the bribe money through multiple entities. It was revealed that Bautista established a foreign shell company, which was used to receive bribe payments from Smartmatic,” the commission wrote.

“The charges against Smartmatic and former Chairman Bautista are of public knowledge and tend to cause speculation and distrust of the electoral process,” it said in its resolution ousting Smartmatic.

“Given the gravity of allegations related to bribery and compromised procurement processes, as independently determined by foreign bodies, the Commission recognizes the imminent threat to the strength and integrity of our democratic processes,” it wrote.

“In the light of these findings the Commission acknowledges the imminent peril to the integrity and robustness of our democratic institutions,” it further said.

The panel said the combination of potential corruption and elections was a deadly mix in terms of public trust.

It said that “the allegations not only undermine and cast a shadow over the procurement protocols but also threaten to erode the public’s confidence in the electoral system.”

The elections commission wants the nation’s Special Bids and Awards Committee to review the case for “possible permanent disqualification and blacklisting from all government procurement proceedings, not just in relation to elections,” the commission wrote.

The decision should not be read as doubting the integrity of the 2016 elections, commission representative John Rex C. Laudiangco said, according to Business World.

“The decision is on the integrity of the procurement then and not, we repeat, not, the integrity of any automated elections conducted in the Philippines, particularly that of the 2022 NLE,” Laudiangco said, using an acronym for national and local elections.

Olympic Gold Medal Swimmer Sentenced for Being at the Capitol on January 6

Olympic Gold Medal Swimmer Sentenced for Being at the Capitol on January 6

Former U.S. Olympic swimmer Klete Keller has been sentenced to six months of home detention and 36 months of probation for being at the U.S. Capitol during the January 6 protest.

The five-time Olympic medalist wore his Team USA jacket inside the Capitol Rotunda and threw it in the trash later that day.

Keller had been indicted on seven federal counts but accepted a plea deal in which he pleaded guilty to one count of obstructing an official proceeding. This felony carries a maximum sentence of 20 years in prison.

Politico reports:

On Jan. 6, Keller attended then-President Donald Trump’s “Stop the Steal” rally near the White House with a friend before marching with a crowd to the Capitol. He entered the building through an open door on the Upper West Terrace and remained inside for nearly an hour.

Keller came within 50 feet of the Senate chamber, which lawmakers evacuated as the mob swarmed the building. Police officers had to forcibly remove Keller and other rioters from the Capitol through the East Rotunda lobby.

Prosecutors were seeking ten months in prison, arguing in a sentencing memorandum that his actions were “unconscionable” and “will forever be a stain on this country’s narrative,” according to a report from ABC News. They argued that granting him probation would “send a message to the public you can do this and not get punished.”

“However, given his extensive cooperation with the government since turning himself in and his ‘genuine’ remorse for his conduct, they pushed for the judge to give him a far lighter prison sentence,” the report states.

ABC reports that Judge Richard Leon said this wasn’t a “one size fits all case” and there was “no question that [Keller] was remorseful.”

“If there was ever a case for probation, this is it,” Judge Leon said.

The judge told the Olympian that he hoped he will speak to young adults about “how he learned from his mistakes.”

“I expect you to succeed,” the judge said.

Keller replied, “Thank you, your honor, I will not let you down.”

In a letter to the judge written in January, Keller said, “As a former member of the United States Olympic Swimming Team, my behavior set a terrible example for young people who looked up to me. I take full responsibility for my inexcusable actions. I will accept my punishment with humility and serve my sentence in peace.”

Politico reports, “After the Capitol riot, he lost a job and regular visitation with his children. Last year, he signed the paperwork for his children to be adopted by their stepfather.”

Over 1,200 people have been charged for being at the Capitol that day.

Beware the SEC’s Creation of ‘Natural Asset’ Companies

Beware the SEC’s Creation of ‘Natural Asset’ Companies

To anyone who tracks the efforts of environmentalists, their policies often have an ulterior motive. They neither result in a better society nor do they produce better habitats. Their policy preferences also do not consider how using the land improves the land for man and wildlife. Instead, many environmentalists advocate for policies at the expense of farmers, miners, and others who create usable, tangible, societal benefits from the land. This often leaves observers to wonder: what are environmentalists really after?

The answer is power and money. It turns out, that the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) are quietly working on a rule that may prove this ulterior motive.

On September 29, the SEC, at the request of the NYSE, proposed a rule that would create an entirely new type of company called a Natural Asset Company (NAC). NACs, according to the Proposed Rule, “hold the rights to ecological performance.” These companies would be given license to control lands, both public and private, and would be required not to conduct any “unsustainable activities, such as mining, that lead to the degradation of the ecosystems.”  In effect, this means that these companies would somehow seek to profit off the lands without using the lands. Whatever they do, it must be “sustainable.”

How might a company make control of land profitable while also not using the land? The method is admittedly confusing, perhaps intentionally. They profit from “ecological performance” such as “conservation, restoration, or sustainable management.” These NACs would quantify and monetize these natural outputs (such as air or water). The best comparison would be using the air we breathe as a cryptocurrency of sorts. And, these natural assets that collectively belong to all of us would now belong to corporations run by what many would call environmental special interests.

Another feature of these new companies is that the land belonging to sovereign nations and private landowners alike can be subject to the control of NACs. Sovereign nations, such as the United States Government, can provide their lands to private investors, including those outside the United States. China, for example, may be able to invest in an NAC and effectively be a stakeholder in our national parks. Russia could assume control of lands currently leased to produce oil and place them off limits for future natural resource development.

The Biden administration has already suggested that it would cede this power to the NACs. The Office of Science and Technology Policy has also created a method to track the values of nature and place those so-called natural assets onto the federal balance sheet. It described this effort as “the transition we need for sustainable growth and development, a stable climate, and a healthy planet.” The Bureau of Land Management and U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service are taking similar steps to facilitate the enrollment of our federal lands into NACs.

Private landowners would, possibly even involuntarily, also be ceding their control of land to NACs, who would in turn require them to use the land in a “sustainable” way. NACs would prevent the productive use of the land, which would hurt the landowners financially, but also reduce the supply of minerals, food, and other goods that come from the land.

Even the traditional methods of regulatory oversight have to change to make NACs possible. Traditional accounting standards would not be used to regulate NACs. Likely, this is because NACs would not withstand scrutiny under generally accepted accounting principles. Rather, a new accounting framework would be created by the Intrinsic Exchange Group (IEG). Not coincidentally, the NYSE is an investor in IEG, and would stand to profit off the IEG’s position as an accounting authority.

This effort would be a huge windfall for the federal government and the NACs. The government would create an entirely new revenue stream that would solely benefit the Davos-type crowd that gives the current administration support. Both Big Government and radical environmentalists stand to benefit.

These efforts intentionally prioritize environmentalism over human flourishing. IEG admits that “producing these essential goods and services and managing resources wisely is as valuable, or perhaps even more valuable, than the food production.”

These gains are far from insignificant. IEG has stated that the NAC economy will be four times larger than today’s entire economy. Handing over the reins of an economy larger than what we have ever known effectively hands over power that large as well.

Power and money. If this Proposed Rule is finalized, private investors who have neither America’s best interests nor the public’s economic well-being in mind, would be handed both. They would control our lands and profit from them at the same time. Handing rights to America’s greatest national treasures – along with the air we breathe – to wealthy special interests may seem like an extravagantly bizarre idea, but we’re now less than 45 days until it could be our reality.
