James O’Keefe has revealed documents, which he received from a “high-level” Bureau of Prisons whistleblower, showing the Bureau’s new proposed policies that downgrade inmate security classifications for inmates convicted of child pornography offenses and terrorists.

The internal labor relations draft, sent by Chief Labor Relations Officer Christopher Wade, outlines several proposed changes to security designation, custody classification, and offense severity scores.

“A classification system is necessary to place each inmate in the most appropriate security level institution to manage their risk of misconduct, to meet their program needs, and to be consistent with the Bureau’s mission to ensure public safety,” one of the documents reads.

The new policy changes the classification of Child Pornography offenses from a “High Severity Offense to a Low Severity Offense.”

The same “low severity” level is assigned to Animal Cruelty offenses.

“The Offense Severity category assigns points based on the severity of the inmate’s current offense,” according to Zoukis Consulting Group.

Additionally, the “Public Safety Factor” score for Terrorist Activity has been updated to reflect “medium-security for men and low-security for women.”

A high-level source within the U.S. Bureau of Prisons (@OfficialFBOP) has released a series of internal documents detailing a controversial proposal by the BOP to reclassify child exploitation offenses from “high severity” to “low severity.” Additionally, the new policy would classify terrorism-related offenses for female inmates as “low security” and animal cruelty as a “low-moderate” offense.

These changes stem from a draft of the Security Designation and Custody Classification Manual, signed by BOP Director Colette S. Peters. The proposal, outlined in a memo dated January 6, 2025, from Christopher Wade, Chief Labor Relations Officer, to Jennifer Hinton, Labor Relations Specialist, is now under union review. Union leaders are soliciting feedback, but unless the union intervenes, the BOP has the authority to implement this policy unilaterally.

The source who provided these internal BOP documents went on to disclose further concerning details about the agency’s internal struggles stating, “I can say with absolute certainty that the BOP is an agency in an existential crisis,” emphasizing concern for the agency’s effectiveness and future direction.

As wildfires rage on in Los Angeles, Illegal aliens are still flooding the United States and being housed in Southern California pending transportation to a city near you.

Due to Governor Gavin Newsom and LA Mayor Karen Bass’s failed leadership and radical leftist policies, which cut $17.6 million from the Fire Department’s budget a few months ago and reduced the city’s water supply available in fire hydrants. Firetrucks are now using residential hoses to fill up their water tanks after hydrants run dry. And it doesn’t help that the Los Angeles Fire Chief is a DEI lesbian who is more concerned about hiring more women and gays than ensuring public safety. Additionally, Californians face the threat of criminals looting their evacuated homes.

Nearly 180,000 have been forced out of their homes as at least five fires burn, destroying tens of thousands of acres. Many have lost their homes altogether.

Bergquam spoke to a group of illegals in San Diego, California, who entered the country using the CBP One app, and he says they are "continuing to come in nonstop." Some told him that they were traveling to New York, Denver, California, and Chicago.

A group from Venezuela claimed not to be Tren De Araugua gang members but appeared to be lying.

Bergquam further exposed the Ramada Inn hotel facility, where illegals are being hidden and from where they are being transported across the country. Catholic Charities and Hebrew Family Services are running these facilities as homeless Americans, many of whom are veterans, are sleeping in tents "under just about every overpass in San Diego," says Bergquam.

He points out that every illegal alien housing facility, formerly used as a hotel, has menacing fences with tarps and banners "so you can't see in."

These illegals are using Biden’s CBP One app, which became the “primary vehicle” for mass illegal immigration for so-called asylum seekers under Biden. Mexico’s government has even been busing migrants to the US border to get them to CBP One appointments. As The Gateway Pundit reported in June 2024, over 1 million illegals had been allowed into the US through so-called “legal” means with the CBP One App and the CHNV program.

"We talk about priorities; what has to happen first? Defund the NGOs, defund the United Nations, find out how many of these organizations and people are directly working with the Cartels like Gavin Newsom, watching as California burns down," Bergquam opined.

Brazilian Federal Justice ordered an investigation into Yuval Vagdani, an Israeli soldier vacationing in the country.

Vagdani is a survivor of the horrific Hamas terrorist attacks on Oct. 7 in Israel.

The decision follows a complaint filed by the Hind Rajab Foundation (HRF), a far-left, pro-Palestinian organization based in Belgium. The group accuses Vagdani of committing war crimes in Gaza.

HRF’s allegations are based on social media posts by Vagdani, which, they claim, suggest his involvement in violent actions against Palestinians. However, Brazil’s Federal Prosecutor’s Office stated there is no concrete evidence to support the accusations. Sources in Brazil confirmed that the evidence presented by HRF was produced unilaterally and does not establish any clear link to the alleged crimes.

According to additional reports, the Brazilian Federal Police (PF) also expressed doubt about the case. In a document submitted to the court, the PF requested a reconsideration of the order to launch an investigation, citing insufficient and inconsistent information from HRF to support their claims.

According to this other site, the HRF is led by Dyab Abou Jahjah, who has been accused of being a former member of Hezbollah, a Lebanese political group designated as a terrorist organization by countries such as the United States, the United Kingdom, and Germany. In a 2003 interview with The New York Times, Jahjah claimed to have received military training with Hezbollah.

The situation has drawn sharp reactions from the Israeli government. Officials warned military personnel to avoid posting details of operations in Gaza on social media, fearing that anti-Israel groups could exploit such posts for unfounded legal actions.

As a result of the allegations, Vagdani abruptly left Brazil, cutting his stay short. He traveled to Argentina before returning to Israel.

In a post on X, Israeli Foreign Minister Gideon Sa’ar criticized the soldier’s arrest and accused Brazilian President Lula da Silva of being anti-Semitic.

The union workers who keep America’s ports running were on the verge of a massive strike that would have had severe effects on America’s supply chain but the issues have been resolved and the strike was averted.

In a massive blow to Democrats and the Biden administration, the leaders of the unions involved in the dispute are giving all of the credit to President-Elect Donald Trump.

Once again, Trump is being hailed as the best friend of working people in the United States.

Port Strike Averted…and Who the Union Credits Is a Massive Embarrassment for Biden

A deal was reached Wednesday between port terminal operators and the longshoremen’s union, averting a massive port strike that would have occurred just days before President-elect Donald Trump’s inauguration.

“We are pleased to announce that ILA and USMX have reached a tentative agreement on a new six-year ILA-USMX Master Contract, subject to ratification, thus averting any work stoppage on January 15, 2025,” the two parties said in a joint statement. “This agreement protects current ILA jobs and establishes a framework for implementing technologies that will create more jobs while modernizing East and Gulf coast ports – making them safer and more efficient, and creating the capacity they need to keep our supply chains strong.”

“This is a win-win agreement that creates ILA jobs, supports American consumers and businesses, and keeps the American economy the key hub of the global marketplace,” the statement added.

The International Longshoremen’s Association posted the following message on Facebook:

Harold J. Daggett, International President of the ILA, cites a face-to-face meeting he had with President-Elect Donald Trump at Mar-a-Lago in Florida on December 12, 2024, joined by his son and ILA Executive Vice President Dennis A. Daggett, as the chief reason the ILA was able to win protections against automation for his 85,000 members, and negotiate a tentative Master Contract Agreement.

“President Trump clearly demonstrated his unwavering support for our ILA union and longshore workers with his statement “heard round the world” backing our position to protect American longshore jobs against the ravages of automated terminals,” said ILA President Daggett. “President Trump’s bold stance helped prevent a second coast wide strike at ports from Maine to Texas that would have occurred on January 15, 2024, if a tentative agreement was not reached.”…

The ILA Leader said his union now regards President Donald Trump as one of the greatest friends of Organized Labor and champion of the working men and women of this country.

“He’s a hero to our ILA union and members,” said the ILA leader. “President Trump gets full credit for our successful tentative Master Contract agreement,” said ILA President Daggett.

Trump has changed the American electorate. He has single-handedly turned the Republican party into the party of working people.
