The International Criminal Court (ICC) issued arrest warrants on Thursday for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, former Defense Minister Yoav Gallant, and Hamas official Mohammed Deif. The charges stem from alleged war crimes and crimes against humanity related to the conflict following the Hamas attacks on Israel on October 7, 2023.

According to the ICC, Netanyahu and Gallant are accused of “using starvation as a method of warfare” and engaging in “murder, persecution, and other inhumane acts.” The tribunal also claims the Israeli leaders targeted civilians deliberately.

The decision was harshly criticized by Israel and pointed out as politically motivated. In response, Fox News reported that the Israeli government called the accusations “absurd and anti-Semitic.”

“The Israeli Defense Forces are engaged in the most just war in modern history, defending our nation from a terrorist organization responsible for the greatest massacre of Jews since the Holocaust,” the Israeli government stated, referencing the Hamas attacks that killed 1,200 Israelis and led to the abduction of 251 others to Gaza.

ICC Allegations and Response

Hamas official Mohammed Deif, identified as a mastermind of the October 7 atrocities, faces accusations including murder, extermination, torture, rape, and hostage-taking. Israel claims to have eliminated Deif in September, though the ICC contends there is no definitive proof of his death.

Former Defense Minister Yoav Gallant denounced the ICC’s move in a fiery statement on ‘X’:

“The ICC’s outrageous decision will live in infamy – it places the State of Israel and the brutal terrorist organization Hamas, in the same equation. Today’s decision legitimizes and rewards the murder, rape and kidnapping of Israeli children, women, and men. It also sets a dangerous precedent for democracies around the world in their fight against terrorism.”

Israeli Leaders Condemn ICC Decision

Israeli President Isaac Herzog called the ICC’s actions a “dark day for humanity,” accusing the tribunal of siding with terror over democracy.

“The decision has turned universal justice into a global laughingstock,” Herzog declared on X. “It overlooks the barbaric assault on Israel and our obligation to protect our citizens.”

Foreign Minister Gideon Sa’ar also condemned the ICC as a “political tool” aiding extremists and undermining stability in the Middle East. He warned that the warrants are an assault on Israel’s inherent right to defend itself and an affront to the most threatened nation in the world.

A Dangerous Precedent for Western Democracies

The ICC’s actions have reignited debate over its credibility, with critics pointing out its selective prosecution. Neither Israel nor the United States are signatories to the Rome Statute that established the ICC, raising serious questions about the tribunal’s jurisdiction in cases involving Israeli leaders.

Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) urged President-elect Donald Trump to act against the court in its next term. The congressman warned that the United States could be the court’s next victim:

“If we fail to fight this attack on Israel by the ICC, we’re admitting they have jurisdiction over the United States. The world must not view this as a legitimate exercise of the ICC’s authority, or we’ll be next.”

On Monday, a local news helicopter captured a mysterious orb zooming over New York City.

During a Fox 5 News chopper report, a blue-colored orb was seen zooming over the Hudson River and past Manhattan.

The orb’s speed is exponentially faster than that of the ships below it, and it quickly changes trajectory as it approaches Fox 5 News’ chopper.

The appearance of the orb started an immediate discussion about the orb on social media.

One Facebook user claimed, “I used to see one time around Hudson River. And exactly that color.”

Others claimed that the orb was just a light refraction on a piece of glass or a lens.

Here’s what The New York Post reported:

A news helicopter incidentally captured a mysterious orb-like object zooming over the Hudson River and past Lower Manhattan.

In the final seconds of a Fox 5 news report that aired Monday, an orb-shaped object or light can be seen in the crystal clear New York sky, making an arcing pathway in the direction of the news chopper which was filming from south of the Battery.

The orb appears white in the distance and takes on a blue tint as it gets closer to the camera.

The potential object outpaces every boat on the Hudson and quickly arcs its way past the news chopper.

It is unclear whether the orb is a real-world object or a light refraction on a lens or piece of glass.

We all know what President Trump will do on day one back in office (January 20, 2025).

He will sign dozens of Executive Orders to make the border secure again.

In particular, he will reinstate Title 42 and “Remain in Mexico” to keep all future illegal invaders on the Mexican side of the border.

He will start the process of finishing the wall- and hopefully make it bigger, stronger, and higher!

He will start the world’s biggest mass deportation- and it will start with the murderers, violent felons, gangbangers (like MS-13 and Tren de Aragua) and known terrorists.

I hope and pray President Trump takes my advice from many months ago and defunds the $80 billion for the IRS on day one…fires 80,000 new IRS agents…and uses the money to hire 80,000 new ICE and border agents. He’ll need every one of them to keep America safe.

And finally, separate from the border catastrophe, I’m betting Trump will issue dozens of Executive Orders to “drill, baby, drill” that will quickly bring down inflation by lowering our energy costs, and once again make America energy independent.

Now that’s a good day’s work!

But what about day two? What could President Trump do on day two that would surpass all of that?

That would make us all cheer and celebrate like it’s New Years Eve?

That would make it clear America is once again a “nation of laws?”

That would make it clear that we have a new sheriff in town?

And that would make America safe and great again?

I have the answer.

The answer is to use his Attorney General and DOJ to investigate, indict and arrest for TREASON all the Democrats responsible for the intentional destruction of America through the open border invasion.

Trump’s DOJ needs to hold responsible Biden, Border Czar Kamala, Homeland Security Chief Alejandro Mayorkas and every other member of this administration who coordinated and conspired to leave the borders wide open and welcome in millions of illegal invaders (including terrorists and violent criminals let out of prisons around the world by our enemies).

Trump’s DOJ needs to charge them with abandonment of the American people, and dereliction of duty to protect America’s citizens from foreign invasion.

Trump’s DOJl needs to charge them with being accessory to murder for every American killed by illegal aliens.

Most importantly, Trump’s DOJ needs to charge each and every one of them with TREASON. By the way, there is no statute of limitations for treason.

Because it’s clear to me the root cause of their treasonous open border actions was bribery.

They sold out our country and the great American middle class.

The entire Democrat Party…this entire administration at the highest levels…virtually every Democrat Governor…every Democrat big city Mayor…they’re all on the payrolls of either the Mexican Drug Cartels, China and the CCP, or both.

There is no other explanation for why anyone with a brain and a heart, and who loves America, would spend every waking hour trying to keep the border open…

And wave in the worst criminal scumbags in the world…

And allow all the fentanyl and other deadly drugs to flow freely, thereby killing our children…

And allow human trafficking, and sex trafficking, and child sex trafficking to flourish…

And bankrupt this country with debt to pay for millions of illegal invaders- all while abandoning the American middle class.

What sane person would do that? And why?

The only answer is TREASON. They’ve sold us out. They’ve all been bribed and paid off.

Democrat politicians are owned lock, stock and barrel by the Mexican Drug Cartels and China.

Think of the money involved.

Think of what the Mexican Drug Cartels make in a single day.

Think of what China makes for producing all the fentanyl.

Think of what everyone involved in this open border destruction of America makes from Democrat politicians’ efforts to stall, stall, stall, and keep that border open, and keep those drugs, criminals, and human cargo flowing.

Now think how easy it is for those who make hundreds of billions of dollars off human misery and death, to bribe Democrat politicians with millions of dollars, probably hundreds of millions, deposited in offshore accounts, to keep stalling, to keep that border open.

Now add in campaign finance fraud. That’s the second way Democrats are profiting off keeping the border open.

Where do you think Kamala got that unimaginable $1.2 billion dollars in campaign funds from?

The great business mogul and billionaire President Donald J. Trump could only raise $300 million- and Trump is the greatest salesman and promoter ever. Yet dumb, lazy, incompetent, unlikeable Kamala raised well over $1 billion dollars? Who gave it to her?

A large portion of it clearly came from illegal foreign donors, divided up into small donations (to avoid detection or investigation). And who had the most to gain from a Kamala presidency?

China and the Mexican Drug Cartels.

Trump’s DOJ needs to find the offshore accounts belonging to the Democrat politicians…and follow the money trail for Kamala’s $1 billion campaign funding.

Trust me, in both cases, all roads lead to China and the Mexican Drug Cartels.

Then prove the case against these treasonous open border Democrats. After conviction, send them to Guantanamo for the rest of their lives.

This is how we make America safe, secure and law-abiding again. Make harsh examples out of these traitors. Make the punishment so severe, that no politician ever thinks of selling out our country ever again.

I believe President Trump was miraculously saved from an assassin’s bullets…and re-elected in a landslide…and given a massive mandate…specifically for this role…

To secure the border and expose the traitors in our government who used the open border to intentionally destroy this great country.

That’s why the DC Swamp and Deep State are so hysterical and panicked about Trump’s election.

They know their day of reckoning is coming- and they’re scared to death.

This is how President Trump, and his Attorney General, and his DOJ can turn Day 2 of the Trump presidency into the most important day in the history of America.

The media has been attacking Pete Hegseth, President Trump’s nominee for Defense Secretary, with leaks about a years-old sexual assault allegation that was already investigated by police.

In 2017, Monterey, California, police investigated an allegation made by a married woman [Jane Doe] who claimed Pete Hegseth sexually assaulted her at a political event, but they found no evidence to support her claims.

Hegseth claimed the encounter was consensual.

Pete Hegseth’s attorney Timothy Parlatore told Vanity Fair last week: “This allegation was already investigated by the Monterey police department and they found no evidence for it.”

Far-left Mediaite obtained the 22-page police report in an effort to attack Pete Hegseth, but the police report confirmed that the police found the allegations to be false.

According to the police report, Jane Doe, 30, “was at the Hyatt Hotel in Monterey, California on 10/7/17 attending a Republican women’s conference. On 10/7/17 she was drinking at the hotel after the conference and remembers approaching PETER HEGSETH, who was a speaker at the convention, and commented on how she did not appreciate how he treated women.”

“DOE then remembers leaving the hospitality room and going to a hotel room. She sees the suspect, HEGSETH, and remembers his dog tag necklace. DOE then remembers HEGSETH ejaculating on her stomach. HEGSETH told DOE “clean it up”. Doe then found her way back to her own hotel room,” the police report said.

Jane Doe waited four days to go to the hospital for an exam after she was allegedly sexually assaulted.

The police report said that Jane Doe told law enforcement that she “woke up in the morning and took a shower before going to work. The incident involving Hegseth did not dawn on Jane Doe, until she was home, on Monday.”

Pete Hegseth told police he was “buzzed” that night and insisted the sex with Jane Doe was consensual.

Surveillance video from 1:15 am showed Pete Hegseth and Jane Doe walking arm in arm. According to police, Jane Doe was smiling as she walked toward the pool with Hegseth.

Hegseth told police Jane Doe led him out of the hotel bar and went back to his hotel room. Hegseth told police that Jane Doe would not leave his hotel room.

Pete Hegseth said that shortly after the two had unprotected sex, Jane Doe, a married woman, had regrets and said she would just tell her husband that she passed out on the couch.

Hegseth’s lawyer Tim Parlatore told Mediaite: “This police report confirms what I have said all along that the incident was fully investigated and police found the allegations to be false, which is why no charges were filed.”

Pete Hegseth responded to reporters on Capitol Hill.

“Did you sexually assault a woman in Monterey, California?” a reporter asked Hegseth on Thursday.

“The matter was fully investigated, and I was completely cleared, and that’s where I’m gonna leave it,” Hegseth said.
