America First Legal sued the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency, the censorship arm of DHS.

The lawsuit unearthed new docs showing that the deep state knew the risks of mass mail voting in 2020 but censored these criticisms as “disinformation.”

“This Fight is Not Over” – Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton Vows to Defy Supreme Court Ruling on Razor Wire at Southern Border

“This Fight is Not Over” – Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton Vows to Defy Supreme Court Ruling on Razor Wire at Southern Border

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton on Monday evening vowed to defy the Supreme Court’s ruling on razor wire at the southern border.

The US Supreme Court on Monday sided with the Biden Regime and allowed Border Patrol agents to remove razor wire installed on the Texas-Mexico border.

In a 5-4 vote, the Supreme Court granted Biden’s emergency request.

This is the 9th time that the Supreme Court has sided with the Biden Regime out of 14 emergency applications.

Ken Paxton hit back and vowed to defend Texas’ sovereignty.

“The Supreme Court’s temporary order allows Biden to continue his illegal effort to aid the foreign invasion of America. The destruction of Texas’s border barriers will not help enforce the law or keep American citizens safe. This fight is not over, and I look forward to defending our state’s sovereignty.” Ken Paxton said.

Gov. Greg Abbott (R) previously installed about 30 miles of razor wire at the Texas-Mexico border near Eagle Pass to stop the flood of illegal aliens being let in by the Biden administration.

In October Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton filed a lawsuit against the Biden Regime regarding their cutting razor wire at the border.

The lawsuit made its way to the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals after a federal judge sided with Biden. The appeals court last month said agents could NOT cut the razor wire.

On Monday conservative justices Roberts and Amy Coney Barrett (Trump appointee) sided with the liberals and granted the Biden Regime’s emergency request.

23-Year-Old Christian Capuchin Franciscan Volunteer Fatally Shot in DC

A college graduate who went to DC to volunteer to help others was shot and killed in an attempted robbery last week.

Ryan Realbuto, 23, was in Democrat-run Washington DC for about six months volunteering with Capuchin Franciscan Volunteer Corps.

Everything changed in the blink of an eye as he was walking home with two friends last Thursday night. A car with a few unidentified suspects pulled up and asked Realbuto and his friends for money. One suspect got out of the car and shot Realbuto when they didn’t give them any money.

Realbuto was transported to the hospital but unfortunately passed away.

New York Post reported:

A 23-year-old upstate New York native who moved to Washington, DC to volunteer for an organization that helps high school students was shot and killed during an attempted robbery in the nation’s capital last week, police and loved ones said.

Recent college graduate Ryan Realbuto was fatally shot Thursday around 10 p.m. when an armed suspect demanded money as he and two friends walked home from a youth gathering at a church, according to family.

“While they were walking, a car pulled up, the men asked for money, one person got out of the car, and when no one produced any cash, the person shot Ryan,” his aunt wrote in a verified GoFundMe page.

Ryan Realbuto’s mother shared her experience with the loss of her son.

“This is life altering. Our life will never ever be the same. Ryan’s two brothers lives will never be the same.” Realbuto’s mother had said.

“This shatters a family. It shatters, shatters a community. He was all about his family. He looked up to his two older brothers they really, really looked out for him.” Realbuto’s mother continued.

Watch:

At this time, no suspects have been taken into custody.
