The US Supreme Court on Monday sided with the Biden Regime and allowed Border Patrol agents to remove razor wire installed by the state of Texas on the Texas-Mexico border.
In a 5-4 vote, the Supreme Court granted Biden’s emergency request.
This was the 9th time that the Supreme Court has sided with the Biden Regime out of 14 emergency applications.
Correcting a typo in the above: It’s the *9th* time overall that the Court has granted an emergency application from the Biden administration (plus three denials where DOJ ended up winning on the merits).

Joe Biden’s border patrol agents are cutting razor wire fencing private property on the southern border to allow illegal aliens to enter the U.S. undeterred. And the US Supreme Court today approved this lawlessness and the absolute destruction of American sovereignty.
Gov. Greg Abbott (R) previously installed about 30 miles of razor wire at the Texas-Mexico border near Eagle Pass to stop the flood of illegal aliens being let in by the Biden administration.
On Monday evening, Texas Governor Greg Abbott tweeted out that he will continue to defend Texas’s Constitutional authority to protect its borders.
Abbott ought to send the future buses of illegals to the neighborhoods of the Supreme Court Justices.

Hunter Biden’s art gallerist Georges Bergès earlier this month sat down for an interview with Republican lawmakers and his transcribed interview was released on Monday.
What we already knew about Hunter’s latest money laundering scam disguised as art sales:
Democrat donors – including Hunter Biden’s lawyer Kevin Morris – bought Hunter Biden’s garbage artwork.
Another Biden pay-to-play scheme was revealed over the summer.
Over the summer a major Democrat donor and Biden-appointed commissioner was revealed as a buyer of Hunter Biden’s trash pile he calls “art.”
Hunter’s artwork (photo below) ranges from $75,000 for works on paper to $500,000+ for large-scale paintings.
In July Business Insider reported that Hunter Biden learned the identity of at least two of his buyers – and one of the buyers got a favor from the Biden White House!
One buyer, identified as Los Angeles real estate investor and major Democrat donor, Elizabeth Hirsh Naftali, was appointed to a prestigious commission by Joe Biden.
According to Insider, in July 2022, 8 months after Hunter Biden’s art debuted in a SoHo gallery, Joe Biden appointed Naftali to the Commission for the Preservation of America’s Heritage Abroad.
Additionally, Naftali has visited the Biden White House more than a dozen times and has met with senior advisors.
Hunter Biden’s lawyer Kevin Morris, who already paid off Hunter’s delinquent taxes, bought 11 works of Hunter’s art for $875,000.

The Republican-led House Oversight Committee on Monday released the transcribed interview with Georges Bergès, Hunter Biden’s art gallerist.
The Biden White House lied about a so-called ethics agreement in place to make sure Hunter’s art wasn’t being used in yet another influence peddling scheme.
Georges Bergès revealed the following, according to the transcript:
Hunter Biden wanted to know the identities of his art purchasers.
The White House’s “ethics” agreement regarding Hunter Biden’s art was a sham. Bergès said he was surprised at the Biden White House’s claims there was an ethics agreement in place.
Big money Democrat donors purchased the majority of Hunter Biden’s art – and Hunter Biden knew their identities.
Georges Bergès revealed Kevin Morris purchased most of Hunter Biden’s art for $875,000 in January 2023. However, Kevin Morris only paid Mr. Bergès 40 percent commission of the $875,000 purchase and Hunter Biden and Kevin Morris figured out the financial implications. Mr. Bergès admitted he has never done an art deal like that before.
In 2020, Elizabeth Hirsh Naftali did not buy Hunter Biden’s art despite Georges Bergès best efforts. Within two months of Joe Biden becoming President, in February 2021, Ms. Naftali purchased her first piece of Hunter Biden’s artwork for $42,000. Then in July 2022, President Biden announced Ms. Naftali’s appointmentto the Commission for the Preservation of America’s Heritage Abroad – the same commission that Biden family associate, Eric Schwerin, was appointed to during the Obama-Biden Administration. In December 2022, Hirsh Naftali purchased more of Hunter Biden’s art for $52,000.
Georges Bergès confirmed Hunter Biden’s name had influence on setting the price for his art.
Georges Bergès stated that he has talked on the phone and met in-person with Joe Biden, even attending the wedding the Bidens hosted at the White House.
“Hunter Biden’s amateur art career has been an ethics nightmare, and the White House needs to explain why they misled the American people.” House Oversight Republicans said on Monday.

Some voters in New Hampshire reported that they received phone calls that encouraged them not to vote in this week’s Republican primary and instead save their energy for the general election, in which they were encouraged to vote for Democrats.
The robocalls used a voice that sounded exactly like President Joe Biden, and they are now being investigated by the New Hampshire attorney general’s office for election interference, NBC News reported.
Alex Thompson, a reporter for Axios, shared an audio clip of one of the calls on the social media platform X on Monday morning.

“We know the value of voting Democratic,” a voice that sounds identical to Biden’s said. “It’s important that you save your vote for the November election. We’ll need your help in electing Democrats up and down the ticket.”
“Voting this Tuesday only enables the Republicans in their quest to elect Donald Trump again,” the message added. “Your vote makes a difference in November, not this Tuesday.”
The call concluded by offering to allow its recipients to opt out of future calls.
NBC also reported, that the calls began with, “What a bunch of malarkey,” a term that has been used frequently by Biden.
According to NBC, the number the call came from has been linked to former New Hampshire Democratic Party chair Kathy Sullivan.
Sullivan is currently leading an effort through a PAC to have Democrats write in Biden’s name on their ballots, as it is currently not on there due to state election officials bucking the new Democratic National Convention rules.
NBC News also reported Sullivan filed a complaint when she found out that her personal number had been used for the robocalls.
The calls were reported to have been made on Sunday.
The New Hampshire attorney general’s office said Monday in a news release that the calls are under review.
“The Attorney General’s Office has received complaints regarding a recorded message encouraging voters not to vote in the January 23, 2024, New Hampshire Presidential Primary Election,” the release began.
“The message, which was sent on January 21, 2024, stated ‘your vote makes a difference in November, not this Tuesday.’ Although the voice in the robocall sounds like the voice of President Biden, this message appears to be artificially generated based on initial indications.”
While the news release did not mention Sullivan, the attorney general’s office said it appeared the person or people behind the robocalls “spoofed” the number of the “treasurer of a political committee.”
“These messages appear to be an unlawful attempt to disrupt the New Hampshire Presidential Primary Election and to suppress New Hampshire voters,” the state’s attorney general’s office said.
The calls are being investigated as a crime, and anyone who received one is asked to file a complaint by visiting the New Hampshire Department of Justice website.

The Trump campaign will also hold an election night watch party event on Tuesday in Nashua, New Hampshire.
After a weekend of rallying massive crowds across the state in Manchester on Saturday and Rochester on Sunday, President Trump is expected to have another massive victory on Tuesday.
The Gateway Pundit reported on Trump’s massive landslide victory in the first in the nation Iowa caucus last week.
The mainstream media, including the Associated Press, called the caucuses for Trump just 30 minutes after they began.
As Kristinn Taylor of The Gateway Pundit reported, Trump now tops former South Carolina Governor Nikki Haley among likely New Hampshire GOP primary voters, 62 percent to 35 percent, after Florida Governor Ron DeSantis’ long-awaited departure from the race.
Before this, Trump still dominated in the polls ahead of this week’s Primary with 53% support, toppling Nikki Haley’s 34%.
However, the New Hampshire primary is open to Republicans and “undeclared” voters, and it has been reported that about 3,500 Democrats switched to “undeclared” before the October 6, 2023 deadline, making them eligible to vote in the GOP primary.
It appears that Nikki Haley’s previous plan to rig the election in Iowa with Democrats registered as Republicans may diminish Trump’s soaring lead in New Hampshire.
