President Trump took the stage in Las Vegas, Nevada on Saturday and spoke to a lively crowd ahead of the February 8th Nevada Caucus.

Fresh off of huge wins in New Hampshire and Iowa, Trump is confident he will win the Nevada primary caucuses.

The crowd was cheering and chanting “Trump! Trump! Trump!”

“When I’m president, instead of trying to send Texas a restraining order, I will send them REINFORCEMENTS,” Trump said.

“Texas will be given full support and I will deploy all necessary military and law enforcement resources to seal up the final section of border,” Trump continued.

Trump called out Joe Biden’s actions against the US as ‘criminal.’

“What Joe Biden is doing is a crime against our nation. It’s an absolute betrayal of our country and it’s an atrocity against our Constitution.” Trump said.

Who is Bill Clinton-Appointed Judge Lewis Kaplan, the Judge in the E. Jean Carroll Case?

Judge Lewis A. Kaplan, a Bill Clinton appointee who presided over a defamation case involving Donald Trump and E. Jean Carroll, has been under scrutiny for his rulings in this high-profile case.

On Friday, a jury ordered Donald Trump to pay $83.3 million to E. Jean Carroll over defamatory remarks he made about her while he was president in response to her rape accusation. It should be noted that the President of the United States has a degree of immunity while in office.

The damages awarded included $18.3 million in compensatory damages and $65 million in punitive damages.

This decision follows Judge Kaplan’s ruling that Trump defamed Carroll by denying her rape accusation and suggesting her book, where she made these allegations, belonged in the fiction section.

Last year, Judge Kaplan found Trump’s appeal in one of Carroll’s defamation lawsuits to be “frivolous.”

This appeal was against a decision that denied Trump absolute presidential immunity for calling Carroll a liar. Kaplan’s ruling emphasized that Trump provided no substantial reason to suggest he would succeed on appeal and certified the appeal as frivolous.

Judge Kaplan has allowed E. Jean Carroll to sue President Trump for alleged rape.  A case President Trump has adamantly denied.

Here’s what you need to know about E. Jean Carroll, that was previously reported here on The Gateway Pundit. Most of these information were deemed “inadmissible” by the judge per John LeFevre:

She couldn’t recall the date, month, season, or year the incident happened
She never told anyone about it, despite being publicly obsessed with her own sexuality
The dress she claims to have been wearing didn’t exist at the time
Her description of the dressing room at Bergdorf Goodman was inaccurate, making her sequence of events impossible
Her lawsuit was bankrolled by Jeffrey Epstein pal and Democrat (and Nikki Haley) mega-donor Reid Hoffman
Democrats created a law (The Adult Survivors Act in 2022) to enable her lawsuit to proceed
Her accusation is the exact plotline of an episode of Law & Order (one of her “favorite shows”)
Trump’s Apprentice was also one of her favorite shows
She has a history of falsely accusing men of rape, including Les Moonves
She told Anderson Cooper, “most people think of rape as being sexy. Think of the fantasies.”
She made a career promoting promiscuity, even writing glowingly of sexual assault and naming her cat Vagina

Carroll’s interviews on TV, social media posts, and inconsistent information concerning her allegations should have been enough to throw out any case, but not with Judge Kaplan.  It’s against President Trump.

I thought everyone knew the E. Jean Carroll vs Trump case was bogus, until I heard my mother’s (late 60s Republican) uninformed take on the verdict after watching ABC Nightly News.

It’s hard to find on Google, so here’s what you need to know about E. Jean Carroll, most of which…

Judge Lewis A. Kaplan is known for his involvement in high-profile cases, including the lawsuit against Prince Andrew. He signed court papers formally dismissing the sexual abuse lawsuit against Prince Andrew after the lawyers on both sides asked for the dismissal.

NPR reported:

U.S. District Judge Lewis A. Kaplan signed court papers dismissing the August lawsuit after lawyers on both sides asked him to do so earlier in the day. The judge had given them until March 17 to complete the deal or he would set a trial date. The lawsuit cannot be refiled.

The lawyers revealed three weeks ago that they had tentatively agreed to a settlement in which the prince would donate to Virginia Giuffre’s charity and make the declaration about her character.

In 2022, Kaplan was assigned to the Sam Bankman-Fried cryptocurrency case.

TGP reported that after allowing SBF to return home to his parent’s house before Christmas after being released, the judge recused herself from the case because of her husband’s conflicts.

Kaplan made a ruling that protects the deep state actions in the billion-dollar fraud case of Sam Bankman-Fried (SBF). Kaplan agreed to a motion from Sam Bankman-Fried’s sureties to keep their identities redacted in the case and the prosecutor supported the motion.

UNBELIEVABLE—SDNY Judge Lewis Kaplan who infamously dismissed Prince Andrew’s s•xual assault claims made by one of Jeffery Epstein’s human tr•fficking victims—is the SAME judge that presided over E. Buttigieg Says He Was “Shocked” By How Controversial it Was When He Talked About How Highways are Racist (VIDEO)

Small town mayor-turned-Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg said he was “shocked by how controversial it was” when he talked about how highways are “racist.”

Buttigieg, one of the most incompetent people serving in Biden’s Cabinet (and that’s saying a lot), previously appeared on MSNBC’s Politics Nation to discuss racist roads with host Al Sharpton.

Buttigieg told Al Sharpton that traffic fatalities happen because of racism and discrimination.

“We’ve got a crisis when it comes to roadway fatalities in America,” Buttigieg said. “We lose about 40,000 people every year. It’s a level that is comparable to gun violence – and we see a lot of racial disparities. Black and brown Americans and tribal citizens and rural residents are much more likely to lose their lives…”

Buttigieg continued, “There are a lot of reason related to discrimination….even related to the way the roads are designed and who has access to a safe street design that’s got crosswalks and good lighting.”

Roads are racist according to Pete Buttigieg.

And now he’s gaslighting people who questioned his absurd claims.

“I’m shocked by how controversial it was when I made a reference to the simple fact that a lot of black neighborhoods got wiped out by the way highways were built. And I didn’t bring that up because I wanted everybody to feel bad about it. I brought it up because we can do something about it,” Buttigieg said.

Bongino: “They’re Gonna Get This Guy Hurt” — Secret Service Agents Ordered to Not Wear Red Ties Because President Trump Wears Red Ties

Former Secret Service agent Dan Bongino revealed in his podcast Friday that the Secret Service has ordered agents to not wear red ties. The order came down last week after an agent guarding Trump was photographed sporting a similarly colored red tie as Trump as he took the stage at a campaign rally in New Hampshire. Bongino warned, “They’re gonna get this guy hurt.”

Bongino said an email edict went out after the photo of the agent wearing a red tie while guarding Trump was published in the Guardian last Sunday.

Bongino said agents are “pissed” about the tie order. Bongino said Trump needs to clean out Secret Service management when he returns to the White House next year, citing the agency’s tanking of the White House cocaine investigation last year.

Bongino said Trump’s “threat level is through the roof.” He urged Trump to make some calls, saying, “If this is what they’re worried about, you’re gonna get hurt.”

Longer version in the complete episode on Rumble starts at 5:38:

Bongino said the ‘red tie’ controversy dates back to a book published in 2021, “I Alone Can Fix It: Donald J. Trump’s Catastrophic Final Year” by Washington Post reporters Carol D. Leonnig and Phillip Rucker (excerpt):

Finally, Election Day had arrived. The morning of Nov. 3, 2020, President Trump was upbeat. The mood in the West Wing was good. Some aides talked giddily of a landslide. Several women who worked in the White House arrived wearing red sweaters in a show of optimism, while some Secret Service agents on the president’s detail sported red ties for the occasion. Trump’s voice was hoarse from his mad dash of rallies, but he thought his exhausting final sprint had sealed the deal. He considered Joe Biden to be a lot of things, but a winner most definitely was not one of them. “I can’t lose to this f—— guy,” Trump told aides.

Bongino said the book got it wrong, that it was military aides with the White House Communications Agency wearing red ties that day.

Current Secret Service Director Kimberly Cheatle was appointed by Joe Biden in 2022. Cheatle was assigned to Biden’s protective detail when he was vice president, but left the Secret Service in 2019 during the Trump administration. Cheatle worked for Pepsi in the interim. In 2021, Biden awarded Cheatle the Presidential Rank Award.

Biden’s statement announcing Cheatle’s appointment, August 24, 2022:

I am proud to announce that I have selected Kim Cheatle to be the next Director of the United States Secret Service. Kim has had a long and distinguished career at the Secret Service, having risen through the ranks during her 27 years with the agency, becoming the first woman in the role of Assistant Director of protective operations.

Jill and I know firsthand Kim’s commitment to her job and to the Secret Service’s people and mission. When Kim served on my security detail when I was Vice President, we came to trust her judgement and counsel. She is a distinguished law enforcement professional with exceptional leadership skills, and was easily the best choice to lead the agency at a critical moment for the Secret Service. She has my complete trust, and I look forward to working with her.

We thank Director Murray for his service to this country, and wish him and his family well as he takes the next step in his career.

Kimberly Cheatle’s Biography

Kimberly Cheatle served more than 25 years for the United States Secret Service in numerous leadership roles, including the Vice Presidential Protective Division, the Resident Agent in Charge, Grand Rapids, MI resident office, Assistant Inspector, Office of Inspection, Assistant to the Special Agent in Charge, Vice Presidential Protective Division, and Assistant to the Special Agent in Charge, RTC. In 2021, President Biden awarded Cheatle with a Presidential Rank Award, recognizing her among a select group of career members of the Senior Executive Service for exceptional performance over an extended period of time.

Cheatle is currently a senior director at PepsiCo North America overseeing facilities, personnel and business continuity, and prior to that served as Assistant Director, Office of Protective Operations. In this position, Cheatle managed the execution of the Office of Protective Operation’s $133.5M budget and collaborated with ten operational divisions and the Technical Security Division to research, develop, and deploy technologies that reduce risks to protectees, protected facilities, and protected events. She also developed and updated operational policies; oversaw a special projects team that responds to operational, technical and administrative issues at all levels of the organization; and directed staffing and logistical operations for the directorate and ten operational divisions to ensure divisions and events are properly resourced.

Prior to serving as Assistant Director, Cheatle served as the Special Agent in Charge of the Atlanta Field Office, providing oversight for all mission-related investigations, protective intelligence and protective visits in the state of Georgia.
