According to Jon Levine at The New York Post, President Donald Trump has reached out to Bobby Kennedy, Jr. about serving as his Vice President.

Recent polling posted at Real Clear Politics confirms that a Trump-Robert Kennedy, Jr. ticket would win over 60% of the vote. Joe Biden would be a distant second and would suffer the historic loss he deserves.

As The Gateway Pundit reported last week: If President Trump needs to take on Robert Kennedy, Jr. to ensure a united win in November, then he should not hesitate to make that happen.
The New York Post reported:
People close to former President Trump made preliminary overtures to Robert F. Kennedy about the possibility of serving as his running mate, The Post has learned.
“Trump operatives expressed an interest in Kennedy early on, but it was all premature,” said one person familiar with the matter, adding that it was “right out of the box when Bobby announced” in April 2023 he was running for president.
“Anything’s possible. I wouldn’t write it off by any means,” the insider continued.
Kennedy, 70, who initially was running as a Democrat but is now an independent, wasn’t interested and has continued to shoot down speculation that he would ever take a job as Trump’s veep.

At the time, Abraham Lincoln was convinced he was going to lose reelection, telling a White House visitor, “I am going to be beaten … and unless some great change takes place, badly beaten,”
The Democrats chose George B. McClellan, Lincoln’s notoriously cautious former general-in-chief of the army who had been fired after failing to pursue the retreating Confederates from Antietam in 1862.
Shortly after, General William T. Sherman captured Atlanta, and this was followed by a major Union victory in Virginia’s Shenandoah Valley. Suddenly, with the Confederacy on the ropes.
Lincoln went on to win the presidency and the Civil War against the South.
It was a pivotal point in American history.
Today, America is at another crossroads. The wild-eyed American-hating Marxists are in control of our mainstream media, our education system, Hollywood, the government, and our Department of Justice.
Joe Biden has destroyed the economy with his excessive spending, opened the borders to an invasion of millions of unknown aliens, he’s ruined our standing on the world stage, locked up supporters of Donald Trump, declared the opposition an enemy to America, his regime is behind numerous junk lawsuits against the leading presidential candidate, he destroyed the US justice system, and he is currently suing for the right to censor American voices and publications.
On top of that, we know he cheats.
America cannot survive another four years of Joe Biden.

Neoconservative presidential candidate Nikki Haley was the victim of a swatting on December 30, according to reports.
Swatting is the act of calling in a fake police report, usually about a violent crime, to a person’s home or business — prompting a heavy police response.
The caller had claimed that he shot his girlfriend and was preparing to shoot himself at Haley’s $2.4 million waterfront estate on Kiawah Island, South Carolina.
Law enforcement swarmed the home before realizing that the call was fake.
Haley was not home at the time of the incident.
In 2019, Haley was elected to Boeing’s board of directors months after leaving her post in the Trump administration. At the time, she had a net worth less than $1 million.
“Post her tenure, reports surfaced that Haley boosted her fortune eight-fold — to $8 million — after leaving the Trump administration,” the New York Post reported at the time.
Soon after, the former UN ambassador purchased the $2.4 million estate on Kiawah Island.
According to a report from Reuters, there have been at least 27 incidents of politicians, prosecutors, election officials and judges being swatted since November.
Leftist billionaire George Soros was another victim in the string of high-profile swatting earlier this month. George Washington University legal scholar Jonathan Turley’s Virginia home was swatted days before.
Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene was swatted on Christmas. Republican Georgia State Sens. John Albers, Kay Kirkpatrick and Clint Dixon, Democrat Kim Jackson, and New York GOP Rep. Brandon Williams were also reportedly swatted on the holiday.
Georgia Lt. Gov. Burt Jones, Rep. Rick Scott, Boston Mayor Michelle Wu, and Rep. Kevin Miller are among the other swatting victims.
Maine Secretary of State Shenna Bellows was swatted after she removed former President Donald Trump from the state’s primary ballot.
No suspects have been named in Haley’s case or the other swattings.
In 2017, a fake police report was called to the home of a man named Andrew Finch in Wichita, Kansas. The swatter had claimed that he had shot his father to death and was holding the rest of his family hostage.
Finch was unarmed and on his porch when he was shot by a police officer who believed that he was reaching for a gun.
The false report had been called in by serial swatter Tyler Barriss, who pleaded guilty to 51 charges of swatting in 2019 — including one count of making a false report resulting in a death.
Barriss was sentenced to 20 years in prison in 2019 under a plea agreement.
“We hope that this will send a strong message about swatting, which is a juvenile and senseless practice,” U.S. Attorney Stephen McAllister said during a news conference following Barriss’ sentencing. “We’d like to put an end to it within the gaming community and any other context. Swatting, as I’ve said before, is not a prank.”

As the war in Ukraine is about to complete its second anniversary, the conflict is still raging, causing death on land, at sea or on river waters, and on the air.
A Russian military transport airplane carrying dozens of Ukrainian PoWs, as well as a small number of Russian crew and guards, was shot down from the sky in dramatic images caught by a cell phone video.
All passengers inside the plane are believed to have died.

As with everything in this war, the tragedy quickly turned into an information battle.
The Ukrainian regime first celebrated its feat in downing the plane, but soon erased all social media messages about this and took a stance of ‘not acknowledging and not denying’ – but they are not really fooling anyone.
Russian President Vladimir Putin said that the Russian military plane was shot down by Ukrainian air defenses – whether on purpose or by mistake.
Kiev used ‘surface to air missiles’ to down the Ilyushin Il-76 plane in Russia’s Belgorod region, killing 74 people on board, including 65 captured Ukrainian soldiers, who were en route to be swapped for Russian PoWs.
BREAKING: Putin confirms it was an American Patriot missile or a French missile which shot down the Russian Il-76 carrying 65 Ukrainian prisoners for exchange.

Reuters reported:
“‘I don’t know if they did it on purpose or by mistake, but it is obvious that they did it’, Putin said in televised comments, his first on the crash. ‘In any case, what happened is a crime. Either through negligence or on purpose, but in any case it is a crime’.”
Ukraine denies that it was warned in advance about the plane carrying Ukrainian prisoners of war, that would be flying over Russia’s southwestern Belgorod region at that time.
“Putin said the plane could not have been brought down by Russian “friendly fire” because Russia’s air defense systems have safeguards to prevent them attacking their own planes.
“‘There are ´friend or foe´ systems there, and no matter how much the operator presses the button, our air defense systems would not work’, he said.
Putin said the missiles fired were mostly likely American or French, but this would be established with certainty in two to three days.”

Meanwhile, Kiev is denying any responsibility in the matter.
Associated Press reported:
“Officials in Ukraine said Russia has provided no credible evidence to back its claims that their own forces shot down a military transport plane carrying Ukrainian prisoners of war who were to be swapped for Russian POWs.
The Ukrainian agency that deals with prisoner exchanges said late Friday that Russian officials had “with great delay” provided it with a list of the 65 Ukrainians who Moscow said had died in the Wednesday plane crash in Russia’s Belgorod region.”
The Russian Defense Ministry said that missiles fired from across the border brought down the transport plane.
“’We currently don’t have evidence that there could have been that many people onboard the aircraft. Russian propaganda’s claim that the IL-76 aircraft was transporting 65 Ukrainian POWs (heading) for a prisoner swap continues to raise a lot of questions’, Budanov, who heads Ukraine’s POW agency, said.”
Russia’s Putin pledged Friday to make the findings of Moscow’s crash investigation public.
“’There are black boxes, everything will now be collected and shown’, Putin said.”

Kiev’s denials are getting much harder to believe since Russian investigators at the site are finding hard evidence of the facts. In another Reuters report:
“Russia said on Friday it had recovered Ukrainian identity documents and tattooed body parts from the site where a Russian military plane that Moscow says was carrying Ukrainian prisoners of war crashed two days earlier near the Ukrainian border.”
Body parts are also being collected and removed for genetic testing – some of them bearing distinctive Nazi tattoos.
“It said the evidence collected also included ‘documents of Ukrainian servicemen who died in the disaster, confirming their identities, as well as accompanying documents from the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia’.”
The launch site of the anti-aircraft missile that downed the plane was determined by Russia to have been located in the village of Liptsy, in the Kharkov region, Ukraine.

If you were on the fence about homeschooling before, this disturbing story from an elementary school in Tulsa, Oklahoma, might push you over the edge.
According to the Tulsa World, the local police confirmed Wednesday that they’re investigating the location and identity of the participants in a sexually explicit video making the rounds on the internet.
Some local parents, however, believe they’ve discovered the location.
After comparing pictures of the setting of the video to the library of Eisenhower International School, the horrified parents believe the smutty video was filmed in their children’s school.
The Tulsa World said the video was posted to the X social media platform, but “the X account associated with the video did not have any publicly accessible posts as of Wednesday afternoon.”
Connie Homer, the principal of Eisenhower International, sent a letter to parents assuring them that “Tulsa Public Schools Campus Police are investigating and will work with any additional law enforcement agencies as needed,” according to KWTV-TV in Tulsa.
“This was just brought to our attention,” Homer wrote. “While incredibly disturbing, we have not yet been able to confirm or identify the location or individual(s) shown in the social media post cited in this story (or how long ago it might have been recorded).”
The U.K.’s Daily Mail reported the video featured two men engaging in a “lewd act.”
Reporter Rick Maranon of KOKI-TV in Tulsa said he spoke to parents at the school about the video and their reaction was, “We love this school. We love it. We don’t view it any differently. We hate the people who did this inside that school.”
Maranon said parents who had examined the sexually explicit video told him, “We believe we are seeing the inside of Eisenhower’s library.”
“I volunteered in there, and everything on that video is exactly how it looks like today,” one mom told him.
Maranon reported the man who posted the video “said he was led into the school by an employee after hours looking for a fun break at work.”
That little detail doesn’t speak well for the staff at Eisenhower International.
KOKI’s report said no children were present.
The outlet noted features in the video that led parents to believe it was their kids’ school
“The school library in the videos has very similar features to the pictures of the media center posted on Eisenhower International School’s website,” KOKI reported.
“In addition to a matching unique carpet pattern, a piece of stained glass art depicting blue colored dolphins, which is the school’s mascot, can briefly be seen in the video as well,” it said. “Other matching features are the placement of bookshelves, furniture and the font and signs identifying what books are on what shelves.”
Fortunately for the school staff and administrators, it seems most parents don’t blame them for the video. But this kind of sexual deviancy taking place in schools — even, as we see now, in elementary schools — is becoming a disturbing trend.
If schools are not giving out what is essentially pornography to children, they’re encouraging students to begin “transitioning” without telling their parents or asking about their sexual activity.
None of this, sadly, is new, and none of it can be considered uncommon anymore.
The fact of the matter is schools are becoming a hotbed for deviant sexual activity, whether teaching children about it or exposing them to it.
Is it any wonder, then, that perverts would decide an elementary school library was a good location for their grotesque sex tape?

Thus far in this series from The Gateway Pundit, Dr. J Alex Halderman, a University of Michigan Professor of Computer Science, was able to exploit critical vulnerabilities of the Dominion ICX BMD (ballot marking system) voting machine in federal court as part of a demonstration in the long-running Curling v Raffensperger lawsuit.
In Part 1 of this series, we covered the explosive testimony and demonstration of University of Michigan Professor Dr. J Alex Halderman in the federal lawsuit Curling v. Raffensperger. The Gateway Pundit covered the ease of which one could exploit the “BIC pen hack” and, further, the simple and inexpensive creation of voter, poll-worker, and, most importantly, technician Smart cards to attack the Dominion ICX BMD or ballot marking device (about $30).
In Part 2 of the series, we covered the ability to hide evidence of manipulation by deleting audit logs and automating the “attack” by simply inserting a technician card or a USB “Bash Bunny” device, which costs about $100. Dr. Halderman testified in court that all of the information one would need to program those devices to attack a Dominion ICX BMD is “remarkably” available to the public.

No One Will Know…
After the Bash Bunny installation of malware in under two minutes without breaking or removing any seals, Dr. Halderman demonstrated in his video a mock election. He had five ballots that were a “yes” or “no” contest. All five were marked with “yes” and verified as “yes” votes on the human-readable text. However, when the votes were tabulated, the results were two votes for “yes” and three votes for “no” despite the ballots all reading “yes.”
Further, this attack could be programmed to initiate only on certain ballots. Dr Halderman testified:
“Instead of cheating on every ballot, you could program malware to cheat on every second ballot, every third ballot, et cetera. So that if a voter noticed a problem and complained and then was instructed to go back to the machine, try again, we’ll see if it is a problem with the machine. When the voter repeated the same selections, the ballot would come out correctly.”
This would inevitably make the attack almost undetectable at the local level as most poll-workers would likely assume a voter simply made a mistake rather than thinking the machine was compromised.
This could also be used to program the Dominion ICX BMD to either subvert the Logic and Accuracy testing by starting only after a certain number of ballots have been created, or to detect it’s being tested based on the date and time. It can also be programmed to only become active on Election day. Oh, and it can also delete itself after an election so that it passes any audits or testing of the machine that are conducted, according to Dr. Halderman.
According the testimony, Vulnerability #7 is that “there isn’t an effective cryptographic protection in the ICX to validate that the applications installed on it actually are genuine software that comes from Dominion.”

The Super Spreader Event…
All of the above attacks involve physical access to the BMD system and are rather centralized to just the Dominion ICX BMD that was attacked. However, Dr. Halderman described an attack that doesn’t require physical access and can seemingly be far more widespread. He testified that these attacks were “particularly concerning.”
“These vulnerabilities provide a way to install malware by piggybacking, essentially, on the normal pre-election processes that are used to install the ballot information onto all of the BMDs prior to an election.”
Dr. Halderman described the pre-election process that is undertaken before each election, where every Dominion ICX BMD is loaded with an election definition file. This file tells the BMD what is supposed to be on the ballot for that jurisdiction.
Election definition files are created for the entire state at the Center for Election Systems in the Secretary of State’s office using an election management system. The computers used to create these files are running Dominion software and are “disconnected”, or, presumably, “air gapped”. The definition files are copied onto USB sticks and then sent to the counties to be installed on their election management system, which is also “disconnected.”
An attacker could “make certain modifications to the election definition file in a way that allows the attacker to overwrite other files on the BMD when the election definition is loaded.”
This attack would not be readily observable by the user, but once installed, the attacker would “get the ability to overwrite another part of the data on the system.”
This attack could grant superuser access without as much as a prompt. Automatically. And because it originated in the election definition file, this would infect every Dominion ICX BMD in the county the attack targeted.
Dr. Halderman testified that this type of attack could originate with an “election insider” or someone who broke in or obtained physical access to the election management system computer. All that would be required is to simply switch out the election definition file and put one created by the attackers in its place.
The Façade of “Security”
Lastly, Dr. Halderman testified that the version of Microsoft Windows being run on the Election Management System servers was a 2015 version that had not received any security patches. Further, the Windows Defender anti-virus software was also significantly outdated:
“The antivirus software installed on the machine, Windows Defender, had antivirus definitions that were more than a year out of date, and as a result of that, the system contained a large number of known and unpatched vulnerabilities and not [sic] antivirus updates that would cover even known malware, let alone malware specially crafted for the purpose of attacking the server.
Among the vulnerabilities in Windows that were not patched was a known vulnerability that Microsoft had categorized as critical that would allow malicious software to automatically launch and install itself from a USB stick, exactly the sort of vulnerability that would enable a Stuxnet style attack if an infected USB stick was attached.”
He then reiterates that the EMS servers have a “known and unpatched vulnerability in Windows.”

During the testimony of Dr. Halderman, attorney David Oles was not permitted to ask any questions of Dr. Halderman. Oles represents co-plaintiff Ricardo Davis of VoterGA.org.
