A Biden-appointed judge on Tuesday blasted DOJ lawyers over USAID disbursement and ordered the Trump Administration to pay the foreign contracts by 11:59 pm on Wednesday evening.

Earlier this month, US District Judge for the District Court of Columbia, Amir Ali, a Biden appointee, temporarily blocked President Trump from cancelling foreign aid contracts.

Judge Ali ordered the Trump Admin to restore funding for the foreign aid contractors after Trump froze US foreign aid for 90 days last month.

Last month, after Trump’s executive order to halt foreign aid grants, Secretary of State Marco Rubio issued new guidance to temporarily pause spending on most foreign aid for 3 months.

Marco Rubio said the State Department will issue waivers on a case-by-case basis.

Non-profit groups sued to have their funds restored.

A couple of weeks ago Judge Amir Ali, said Trump’s order halting foreign funding has caused enormous harm.

“At least to date, Defendants have not offered any explanation for why a blanket suspension of all congressionally appropriated foreign aid, which set off a shockwave and upended reliance interests for thousands of agreements with businesses, nonprofits, and organizations around the country, was a rational precursor to reviewing programs,” Judge Ali wrote in a 15-page order reviewed by The Gateway Pundit.

On Tuesday, Judge Ali dressed down DOJ lawyers over the disbursement of funds.

“I don’t know why I can’t get a straight answer from you. Are you aware of an unfreezing of the disbursement of funds for those contracts and agreements that were frozen before Feb. 13?” Judge Ali said to the DOJ lawyers according to a telephone hearing attended by Politico reporter Kyle Cheney.

DOJ lawyer: “I’m not in a position to answer that.”

A federal judge in Washington on Tuesday ordered the Trump administration to pay foreign aid funds to contractors and grant recipients by 11:59 p.m. on Wednesday night, saying there was no sign that it had taken any steps to comply with his earlier order that the funds be unfrozen.

U.S. District Judge Amir Ali’s order came in a telephone hearing in a lawsuit brought by organizations that contract with and receive aid from the U.S. Agency for International Development and the State Department. It applies to work done before February 13, when the judge issued his earlier temporary restraining order.

It was the third time Ali had ordered the administration officials to release foreign aid funds that were frozen after President Donald Trump ordered a 90-day pause on all foreign aid, throwing global humanitarian relief efforts into chaos.

President Donald Trump made a surprise appearance during the first public tour of the White House since the commencement of his second term. The tours had been paused during the presidential transition and resumed earlier this month.

“The President and I are excited to reopen the White House to those interested in the extraordinary story of this iconic and beautiful landmark,” First Lady Melania Trump said in a statement regarding the reopening of White House public tours.

She continued, “There is much to learn about the American Presidency, the First Families who have lived here, and our Nation’s rich history from a firsthand experience at the White House. This opportunity is unique among nations around the globe—a tradition we are honored to continue for the hundreds of thousands of visitors who come each year.”

According to the press release:

Public tours must be requested through Members of Congress, and requests may be submitted up to three months in advance. Tours are scheduled on a first-come-first-served basis.

Tours are self-guided, typically last 45 minutes, and will generally be available from 7:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Tuesday through Thursday as well as 7:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Friday through Saturday (excluding Federal holidays or unless otherwise noted). When possible, public tour hours will be extended based on the official White House schedule. For more information, including what visitors will need to access the White House campus, please visit www.WhiteHouse.gov/Visit.

On Tuesday, visitors were gathered in an underground hallway when President Trump unexpectedly joined them.

He expressed gratitude for their visit and commended First Lady Melania Trump for her efforts in organizing the tours.

Trump said to the visitors:

“It’s nothing like the White House. It doesn’t matter where you go—the biggest people come here, and they all have beautiful offices. But when they walk into the Oval Office, there’s nothing like it. They look, and they… some of them actually start crying. And these are business leaders! I don’t want you to see that—but some of them are actually emotional.

Just have a good time. We’re giving you an extra-special tour. You’re the first one of the year, so get an extra-special tour—especially for this guy right here.

I want to thank you very much for coming. The tour is so great and they did just such a good job. The First Lady worked very hard on making it perfect, and I think you’re going to really love it.

As Trump left, the visitors erupted into spontaneous chants of “USA!”

Democrat strategist James Carville recently predicted the Trump administration will collapse in the next 30 days. That’s funny.

The bubble these delusional Democrat morons live in is obviously very small. Everyone they know must live in the DC Swamp. Everyone they know must be looting the taxpayers by stealing government money. Everyone they know must be taking bribes from the Chinese Communist Party and the Mexican Drug Cartels.

James Carville probably only has a handful of friends- Stacey Abrams, Jane Fonda, George Soros, Adam Schiff, Liz Cheney and Alejandro Mayorkas. That must be the group he’s getting his ideas from.

Because Carville’s prediction is ludicrous, absurd, clueless, delusional and bordering on insane.

Carville clearly suffers from TDS (Trump Derangement Syndrome). He desperately needs a straight-jacket, rubber room and hug from mommy.

Because here is what is really happening…

President Trump is destroying the Democrat Party and Democrat brand forever. Democrats are now the most hated brand in politics. It’s cooler to be a Jehovah’s Witness than a Democrat nowadays. Leprosy is cooler than being a Democrat.

It’s not just that Democrats are mocked and hated nowadays. By the way, it’s important to understand Democrats just lost in a massive landslide only four months ago. Duh.

And yes, it was a massive landslide.

Democrats are in denial. Trump won an electoral landslide, the popular vote, gained votes in all 50 states, won almost every county in America- the whole map of America is bright Trump red! But he also won the Senate, House, majority of Governorships, majority of state legislatures and of course, conservatives control the Supreme Court as well.

That’s what you call DOMINATION.

This situation is what a Democrat activist reported only days ago- he admitted Democrats now control only 20 big cities, Aspen and Martha’s Vineyard.

One other point- those 20 big cities under Democrat control are all third world sh**tholes filled with violent crime, homeless tents, drug needles, poop and pee on the ground.

But look at the bright side- transgenders and Drag Shows are plentiful!

It’s clear Democrats are finished. The main reason Democrats are going the way of the dinosaur is President Trump and his sidekick Elon Musk are killing their income streams.

Tip O’Neill said it best: “Money is the mother’s milk of politics.” Without money a political party or candidate is finished. Well, Democrats have just lost all their best sources of income because of Trump, Elon and DOGE.

What was their best source of income- theft, looting and corruption. Without those, Democrats are up sh**t’s creek without a paddle.

Take Kamala Harris as Exhibit A.

Kamala was the worst candidate in history- corrupt, lazy, incompetent and dumb as a doorknob. She was a walking neon sign for DEI- every job and title in politics she ever got was either from being a female minority, or having sex with a man in power.

Kamala isn’t qualified in the real world to manage a Dairy Queen.

Yet she raised $1.3 billion (with a B). How’d she do that? Obviously, the fix was in. The whole system is rigged.

She got money from government; and I’m sure USAID (the CIA slush fund); and from all the corrupt communist scumbags who were promised billions in looted taxpayer money after she won (like George Soros and Stacey Abrams); and from the government employee unions, and the teachers union, and the Postal Service employees union; and most importantly, all our worst foreign enemies- China and the CCP, Iran, and the Mexican Drug Cartels. They stood to benefit the most after she won and intentionally destroyed America.

Trump is cutting all those sources of income off for Democrats.

*No more looting of taxpayer money.

*No more trillions of dollars “missing” and unaccounted for.

*No more billions given to green energy scammers, who loot and steal most of the money, and give a large kickback to Democrats.

*No more CIA slush funds.

*No more 85,000 new IRS agents to extort money from Republican voters.

*No more handouts of billions to corrupt Democrats like Stacey Abrams and George Soros- who then used the money to rig the system and steal elections.

*No more billion-dollar handouts to the left-wing media and social media, so they censor and silence conservatives and pump out nonstop propaganda.

No more open borders- therefore no more kickbacks (campaign contributions) from the Mexican Drug Cartels.

No more U.S. government owned by China- thereby cutting off billions in dirty corrupt money from China and the CCP.

No more giving away billions to Iran, the biggest funder of terrorism in the world- therefore no more kickbacks from Iran, Hamas, or other terrorist organizations.

No more blank checks for Ukraine- a Democrat dirty money laundering operation from the start. I’m guessing most or all of the $300 billion was stolen by Zelensky and his cronies. But the biggest cut of all went to Democrats and RINOS in the Senate and House who voted for all this “foreign and military aid”- thereby providing them with millions of dollars in kickbacks to win re-election over MAGA opponents.

One more scam President Trump will soon end- the Census. The corrupt, rigged Census counts illegal aliens- thereby guaranteeing federal money, electoral votes and House seats to Democrats that they don’t deserve. In other words, Congress has been stolen.

If President Trump can officially and permanently end all, or even most of this corruption, Democrats will never win again. They will be out of power for decades.

Because it’s all about the Benjamins.

Delusional James Carville got the story mixed up. One party is about to collapse. Money is the key.

Without all this corrupt money, Democrats are finished. Forever.

A Southwest Airlines flight narrowly avoided a catastrophic collision at Chicago Midway International Airport on Tuesday.

Southwest Flight 2504 was on its final approach when a private jet, identified as LXJ560, unexpectedly crossed its designated runway, forcing the commercial aircraft to abort its landing just moments before touchdown.

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) reported that the Southwest flight, operating a Boeing 737, was descending towards Runway 31C when an unauthorized private jet, identified as a Flexjet aircraft, taxied across the same runway without clearance.

This runway incursion was the fault of the FlexJet aircraft that crossed the runway.

The FlexJet pilot had a hard time reading back the initial taxi instructions, prompting ATC to repeat the message.

The quick reflexes of the Southwest pilots averted a potential disaster, as they executed a go-around maneuver, ascending back into the sky to safely circle the airport before making a subsequent successful landing.

“The crew of Southwest Airlines Flight 2504 initiated a go-around when a business jet entered the runway without authorization at Chicago Midway Airport. The FAA is investigating the incident, which occurred around 8:50 a.m. local time on Tuesday, Feb. 25,” the FAA said in a statement.

A Southwest Airlines Boeing 737-800, registration N8517F performing flight WN-2504 from Omaha,NE to Chicago Midway,IL (USA), was in the flare to land on Midway’s runway 31C at 08:48L (14:48Z), when the crew initiated a go around due to a business jet crossing the runway. The aircraft climbed out to safety, positioned for another approach and landed safely on runway 31C about 15 minutes later.

A Bombardier Challenger 35 was taxiing for departure from runway 22L and was tracking runway 04L crossing runway 31C.

Tower was just about to instruct the Boeing to go around when the crew already reported they were going around. Later the crew queried how that happened but was instructed to contact approach.

The Bombardier was in contact with ground and had been instructed to hold short of runway 31C. Following the occurrence ground again advised their holding instructions had been to hold short of runway 31C, the crew was given a phone number for pilot deviation.

According to ADS-B data WN-2405 was in the flare only a few feet above the runway surface about 500 meters/1600 feet short of the intersection with runway 04L, when the aircraft began to climb again crossing the intersection with runway 04L at 780 feet MSL (about 150 feet AGL, transponder altitude reading 900 feet corrected for ambient pressure to 780 feet) about 7 seconds later.

“The crew followed safety procedures and the flight landed without incident,” a Southwest spokesperson told CNN. “Nothing is more important to Southwest than the safety of our customers and employees.”

In a statement yesterday, MSG Brown said that it had been "3 days" since he was an "Immediate Release TODAY!" acknowledging that that was his "3rd false release."

It has been 36 days now since President Trump issued a blanket pardon for all but 14 Jan 6 defendants.  Those 14 were instead issued commutations.

Last night, after MSG Brown apparently gave up hope of being released that day, he published a statement via the prison's messaging service at 7:58 pm showing the incredible bearing and resilience expected of our nation's top Special Forces veterans:

"So, guess the joke is on me.  During lockdown, one of the COs (correctional officers) that stood outside my door Friday night and mocked and told me, "You ain't getting out 'til Monday!" came by to deliver 2 pieces of mail tonight.  He couldn't resist taking a jab at me by saying, "Hey, what happened?"  I responded with my standard quip, "You tell me, you have the keys!"  He snapped back, "Well, you're the one that was just talk'in shit about get'in out!"  I said, "I was just telling you what R&D Staff told me."

Based on a filing published by Condemned USA's Treniss Evans, the US Department of Justice has stated that the "Presidential Proclamation" that President Trump issued was intended to cover the convictions against MSG Brown.

The filing from Sara C. Sweeney, Acting United States Attorney, is dated today, 2/25/2025, but acknowledges that the pardon was issued by the Office of the Pardon Attorney on February 5th, 2025, and references President Trump's "Presidential Proclamation" from January 20th, 2025.

Master Sergeant Brown has been incarcerated for, at most, 36 days, and least 20 days while having a clear and concise Presidential pardon issued on his behalf.
