On Monday, The Gateway Pundit’s Jim Hoft interviewed former Proud Boys Chairman and J6 Political prisoner Enrique Tarrio.

This was Enrique’s first major interview since President Donald J. Trump released him from prison on January 22, 2025.

The entire interview is filled with new information and shocking details on how the Biden Regime, Democrats, and the legacy media OPENLY LIED to the American public to create an entire narrative on January 6, 2021, that was utterly false.

They all knew it was false but ran with it anyway.

The Gateway Pundit ran a clip earlier this morning detailing how the deceitful men and women of the Biden DOJ attempted to pressure him to lie in order to get President Trump. To his credit, Enrique refused to play a part in their scheme so they sentenced him to 22 years in prison by kangaroo court.

If that was not bad enough – Enrique then explained how the ONLY EVIDENCE the DOJ was able to produce to indict the Proud Boys was a document titled “1776 Returns” that was written by the FBI and then inserted into the Proud Boy’s chat group to indict the pro-Trump group.

This continues to show the depths the Biden DOJ would go in order to indict Trump and destroy the lives of hundreds of his supporters.

In February 2023, The Gateway Pundit’s Cara Castronuovo wrote about this shocking development in the US government’s case against the Proud Boys.

It was discovered that the Government itself was the author of the mysterious “1776 Returns” document.

The “1776 Returns” document is the title of a 9-page paper that outlined strategic plans for the takeover of US government buildings on January 6, 2021.

It was confirmed in court that the FBI was behind the document, and an FBI operative was the author of the document.

Tarrio was charged with Seditious Conspiracy and was later found guilty, along with four fellow members of the Proud Boys. Enrique Tarrio was sentenced to 22 years in federal prison for planning the entire “seditious conspiracy.” We now know that it was the FBI who was behind the conspiracy.

According to the Motion by attorney Roger Roots:

“It appears that the government itself is the author of the most incriminating and damning document in this case, which was mysteriously sent at government request to Proud Boy leader Enrique Tarrio immediately prior to January 6 in order to frame or implicate Tarrio in a government- created scheme to storm buildings around the Capitol. As such, Exhibit 528-1 and the government’s efforts to frame or smear defendants with it, constitutes outrageous government conduct. This is either entrapment or outrageous government conduct, or both. Equally improper, it is a Brady violation because the Department of Justice must surely have known these revelations before putting Special Agent Dubrowski on the stand on February 9 to introduce this evidence.”

You can’t make this stuff up!

Apparently, an individual by the name of Samuel Armes is responsible for writing the “1776 Returns” document.

Armes is “a former State Department and Special Operations official” who was also interviewed by the January 6th Unselect Committee.

Armes said “he recognized components of the document as ideas he had composed as part of a “war gaming” exercise he did in August or September of 2020. Armes “co-founded a Florida-based cryptocurrency LLC — Government Blockchain Systems” “Armes said that in college he had been groomed to join the CIA and FBI before his stint in the State Department and special operations. . . . In his studies, he often participated in “war gaming” scenarios, skills he used during his stint in government.” (*The J6 Committee was resistant in releasing these documents.)

To reiterate, this government asset, Armes, passed this document off to a “love interest” of Enrique Tarrio named “Erika”, who then testified she forwarded the document AT THE REQUEST OF ARMES to Tarrio via Telegram.

“This means that the most damning document in this trial was authored by the intelligence community—someone “groomed” by the FBI itself,” said Roger Roots (the Proud Boys attorney who authored this Blockbuster Motion). “And this CIA and FBI asset requested Tarrio’s friend to share the document with Tarrio just prior to January 6.”

The plan was concocted by the FBI and planted inside the Proud Boys Telegram page days before January 6.

The document laid out a plan for the occupation of eight key buildings in the District of Columbia on January 6, 2021. This included House and Senate office buildings and the Supreme Court. The strategy included a call for the mass-mobilization of followers, invoking the sentiment and spirit of 1776 and the 1917 storming of the Winter Palace by Bolsheviks in the Russian Revolution.

Tarrio never opened or read the document sent to him by Armes through Flores, yet the Government used this dopey “war gaming” exercise in their case against Tarrio and the Proud Boys.

Tarrio had nothing to do with the creation of these plans and they were simply “sent” to him via Telegram by a “love interest”, yet the Biden DOJ misled the already biased jury to believe the document belonged to Tarrio- and the Dishonorable Judge Timothy Kelly allowed this charade to proceed, even though he was aware of the document’s history from pre-trial hearings!

It is clear from this complete body of evidence that has been completely ignored by the mainstream media, pins the January 6 attacks on the US Capitol directly on the FBI and its operatives.

The federal government, FBI and others set up this entire disgusting event.

Four Trump supporters were killed that day. Hundreds more have had their lives ruined by this lawless regime.

They wanted me to throw the president on their bus, and when I told them no, that’s why they gave me 22 years, which is pretty much a life sentence. I still consider myself a young guy. I’m I was 38 years old at the time. That is a life sentence.

Jim Hoft: Yeah, that’s crazy. Now, when did they push that at you? Was that after you were…

Enrique Tarrio: No. That was before trial.

Jim Hoft: Before trial?

Enrique Tarrio: Yeah, before trial. They’re like, Look, you don’t have to go to trial. You don’t got to testify against your own guys. All you got to do is testify against them, and you get to go home scot-free. No problem.

Jim Hoft: I hope that Cash Chal pays attention to this video, and Pam Bondi, and our friend Dan Bongino, so that they can look into who this was that pushed that paper across the table to you. We’re not going to have to mention that today, but I hope they look into that because that is one of the most disgusting things I’ve heard. And I think most Americans, and I would pray that not just Republicans, that Democrats would be just appalled that that’s what they did to you. It’s disturbing that our government would do something like that.

Rep. Anna Paulina Luna (R-Fla.) is demanding answers from Attorney General Pam Bondi for allegedly slow-walking the release of long-awaited files—including the infamous Jeffrey Epstein client list and records related to the assassinations of JFK, RFK, and Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.

Bondi confirmed last week during a Fox News interview that she is actively reviewing the Epstein-related documents, along with other classified files on JFK and MLK.

“It’s sitting on my desk right now to review,” Bondi said. “That’s been a directive by President Trump. I’m reviewing that. I’m reviewing JFK files, MLK files. That’s all in the process of being reviewed because that was done at the directive of the President from all of these agencies.”

When asked whether she had uncovered any major scandals, Bondi remained cautious, responding, “Not yet.”

In a separate interview with conservative host Benny Johnson, Bondi doubled down, teasing that there is more to come but refusing to reveal details.

Benny Johnson:
The scaring bad guy is something Kash has talked about a lot, and you have when it comes to Jeffrey Epstein and the people who are predators in this country.

They’ve been given a pass, and a lot of Americans think that these guys have had to pass for a long time and are still being protected right now. Where are we at with the Jeffrey Epstein list, the documents? Kash has made a lot of public statements about this. Where are we at?

Pam Bondi:
I was briefed on that yesterday. I can’t talk about that publicly, but President Trump has given a very strong directive, and that’s going to be followed… A lot of documents.

Here It Comes… AG Pam Bondi Is Now Reviewing Documents Related to Jeffrey Epstein: ‘They’re Sitting on My Desk Right Now for Review’

Trump has already signed an executive order mandating the release of these classified files, but weeks have passed, and the documents are still not declassified.

Many are now placing blame on Rep. Pauline Luna, who was appointed as the chairwoman of the Task Force on the Declassification of Federal Secrets.

Even General Michael Flynn weighed in on the controversy, taking to X to demand full transparency. “Rep. Luna RELEASE EVERYTHING AT ONCE. WE DON’T NEED A TRIP DOWN MEMORY LANE, WE NEED FULL TRANSPARENCY FROM THE USG.”

Rep. Luna quickly responded, pushing back on accusations that she was responsible for any delays.

“Hey Gen. Flynn, you of all people would know that I nor the committee have any declass authority. The declassification approval is done by WALTZ, TULSI, BONDI, and WH Council. You know this. WE do need transparency but we ALSO NEED PEOPLE LIKE YOU PUTTING OUT CORRECT INFO. :)"

Flynn acknowledged Luna’s response, stating: "Rep Luna, thank you very much for responding. I do appreciate it. I am fully aware of declass authorities. The POTUS already signed the order. At this stage, there is no more debating the classification. The files should be fully, 100 percent released without any redactions. The American people can take whatever it is we are to learn. We already know a lot.

"The people and the USG agencies that can’t take it are those who will be exposed because of what we will learn. We need accountability and no more long legislative processes and congressional investigations…we need DOGE like transparency. Again, many thanks for all you’re doing. You’re a fighter and we want you to keep fighting. There are very few in Congress who are willing to stick their necks out."

Amid growing public pressure, Rep. Luna personally confronted Bondi on social media, demanding answers.

In another post, Luna pushed even harder.

“On Feb 11 & Feb 19, House Oversight sent a letter to the DOJ asking for status on releasing the Epstein files as well as JFK etc. The DOJ has not responded. Reaching out on X because we can’t seem to get a response from the AG. AG Pam Bondi, what is the status of the documents? These documents were ordered to be declassified.”

On February 19, Rep. Luna, in her role as chairwoman of the Task Force on the Declassification of Federal Secrets, sent an official letter to Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard, Attorney General Pam Bondi, National Security Advisor Michael Waltz, and White House Counsel David Warrington, demanding updates on the declassification process.

She requested a briefing for the task force on February 26 regarding JFK files and another on March 17 for the RFK and MLK assassination records. Luna also formally asked for a specific timeline on when the documents Trump ordered declassified would be made available to both the Task Force and the public, as well as where they will be housed.

Additionally, on February 11, House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R-Ky.) joined Rep. Luna in demanding briefings from various agencies on multiple classified matters, including:

• The JFK, RFK, and MLK assassinations
• COVID-19 origins
• Unidentified anomalous phenomena (UAPs) and unidentified submerged objects (USOs)
• 9/11 documents
• The full, unredacted Epstein client list

Actor Alec Baldwin threatened to break the neck of a comedian dressed as President Donald Trump in a wild video posted to social media on Monday.

The comedian, Jason Scoop, was dressed as the president when he began heckling Baldwin about his fatal shooting of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins on the set of “Rust” in 2021.

Baldwin was unloading luggage from an SUV outside his New York home when the comedian confronted him.

“Alec, it’s your favorite president!” Scoop said.

“Look, Alec, I will offer you a total pardon ’cause I wanna be friends, right? I wanna be friends. I will give you a total pardon for murdering that woman if you kiss the ring,” the comedian continued.

Scoop held up a huge ring and told the actor to “kiss it.”

“Look at Alec Baldwin, right? He did that impersonation of me. It was not too hot, not too good. But look, we’re back in office. You [the Democrats] lost. Kamala [Harris] lost. She’s somewhere getting intoxicated,” Scoop continued, taunting the actor.

“Well, Alec, if you don’t want that pardon for murdering that woman in cold blood — you can call it first-degree, you can call it whatever you want, but it was not good. She’s looking down on me right now, smiling, happy. ‘Thank you for confronting the man who took me out, who killed me.’”

Baldwin was charged with involuntary manslaughter for the shooting, but the charges were dropped in 2024.

“Look at me. I want you to look at me,” Baldwin said. “You got a camera on me here? You realize my kids live in this building? But I want you to know something. I want you to be real careful. If this camera wasn’t here, I’d snap your f–king neck in half and break your f–king neck right here. You know that, don’t you?”

Liberal programmers are having a hard time since Trump took office for the second time, and ABC’s The View is no exception.

According to a report from The New York Post, the show’s panelists (Joy Behar, Sunny Hostin, Sara Haines, Ana Navarro Whoopi Goldberg and Alyssa Farah Griffin) were urged by producers to dial back some of their anti-Trump rhetoric.

The report states:

The fiery hosts at ABC News’ “The View” have faced pressure to dial back their anti-President Trump rhetoric – leading to tension in front of the cameras, The Post has learned. While behind the scenes, “morale is low” among staffers after layoffs and unpopular cost-cutting moves, multiple sources told The Post.

One source close to the show’s co-hosts — Whoopi Goldberg, Joy Behar, Sunny Hostin, Sara Haines, Alyssa Farah Griffin and Ana Navarro — said the fear and loathing is partly because Brian Teta, executive producer of the daytime gab-fest, spoke to staffers about “going easy” on Trump-related commentary in the days leading up to the 47th president taking the oath of office.

The directive followed an embarrassing moment in November when the co-hosts were forced to issue four “legal notes” or disclaimers during a broadcast while discussing allegations leveled at several of Trump’s cabinet nominees.

Since then, the outspoken hosts have been somewhat more careful, with Haines admitting that she and her fellow panelists are out-of-touch with a large portion of Americans because none voted for Trump.

The panelists are notorious for their anti-Trump views, often making ludicrous comments and comparisons about his political movement.

For example, co-host Sunny Hostin last month compared the January 6th protests to the Holocaust and slavery.

“It was one of the worst moments in American history,” she said of the protests.

“And when you think about the worst moments in American history, you know, like World War II, things that happened, you know, like the Holocaust, chattel slavery, we need to never forget.”

Compounding the situation is the fact that executive producer Brian Teta recently laid off nine of the show’s staffers, while many employees are expecting further cuts down the line as ABC’s parent company, Disney, seeks to turn its financial situation around.

“People were shocked that he’d fire such experienced, well-respected producers,” the source was quoted as saying. “Morale is low.”

However, the show’s ratings appear to have remained steady since Trump’s stunning victory last November, suggesting it is not at risk of the kind of existential crisis facing other networks and shows such as CNN and MSNBC.

Over the weekend, it was reported that MSNBC would be canceling the show of the far-left conspiracy theorist Joy Reid as part of their own restructuring operations.

Reid is similarly known for making outrageous statements about the Trump movement and even urged her viewers to avoid their Trump-supporting relatives over Thanksgiving.
