Congresswoman Anna Paulina Luna (FL), chairwoman of the Task Force on the Declassification of Federal Secrets, said on Thursday afternoon that she still has not received or reviewed the Epstein documents that should be released today.

The Florida lawmaker said phase 1 of the Epstein file release will be disappointing.

“I nor the task force were given or reviewed the Epstein documents being released today… A NY Post story just revealed that the documents will simply be Epstein’s phonebook,” Anna Paulina Luna said.

“THIS IS NOT WHAT WE OR THE AMERICAN PEOPLE ASKED FOR and a complete disappointment,” she said.

A select group of conservative commentators such as attorney Mike Cernovich (who previously sued for Epstein documents), attorney Rogan O’Handley (DC Draino), Jack Posobiec, and others received a binder of phase 1 of the Epstein documents on Thursday.

According to The New York Post, a client list is NOT included in phase 1 of the document dump.

Epstein’s phonebook is expected to be released soon.

The New York Post reported:

The Justice Department is preparing to release notorious sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein’s personal address book Thursday, The Post has learned.

A source who has reviewed the files said the release spans more than 100 pages, including a list of contacts without further context.

The person said the unveiling was likely to be a “disappointment” to sleuths eager for bombshell new evidence about the billionaire pedophile’s connection to prominent political and business leaders.

Former President Bill Clinton, Bill Gates, Prince Andrew and President Trump are among the high-profile people who associated with Epstein — though Trump reportedly banned Epstein from Mar-a-Lago in 2007 over an incident with a club member’s daughter.

A client list is not included in the initial release, which was compiled into binders describing the disclosure as “phase one” of the Epstein files, according to the source.

A federal judge on Thursday ruled against CIA employees who sued the Trump Administration to keep their jobs.

Earlier this month, Judge Trenga, an appointee of George W. Bush, temporarily blocked President Trump’s move to clean house in the intelligence community—specifically targeting agents involved in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives that have compromised national security in favor of leftist ideology.

This ruling comes after a group of anonymous intelligence officers, who had been temporarily reassigned to roles implementing controversial Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility (DEIA) programs, have filed a lawsuit against the U.S. Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) and the CIA.

The lawsuit, filed in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, names ODNI, the CIA, and leadership — Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard and CIA Director John Ratcliffe—as defendants.

The plaintiffs, identified as “John Does 1-6” and “Jane Does 1-5,” claim they were unfairly targeted simply for their prior assignments to DEIA programs.

On Thursday Judge Trenga ruled that Trump can fire the CIA DEI employees.

A federal judge ruled Thursday that the Trump administration can go ahead with plans to fire dozens of officers from the CIA and other intelligence agencies who had temporary jobs working on diversity programs.

U.S. District Judge Anthony Trenga said if fairness and morals were the standard on which he had to rule, he might have delivered a different decision. But the law dictates otherwise, he said.

“They had the misfortune of being last assigned to a DEI program,” he said, calling it a “difficult situation.”

The ruling could open the way to wider firings at the CIA and across the intelligence community as the Trump administration presses ahead with plans to slash the federal workforce and the size of the federal government. At least 51 CIA and Office of the Director of National Intelligence officers now face imminent dismissal, according to Kevin Carroll, the lawyer representing some of the officers.

The CIA is planning to conduct its largest mass firing since 1977, according to The New York Times reported last week.

According to The Times, the CIA is firing officers working on “recruiting and diversity.”

And more firings are to come.

The Internal Revenue Service’s (IRS) acting commissioner Doug O’Donnell is set to retire this Friday, marking yet another shake-up in Washington’s bureaucracy as President Donald Trump continues his fight against the entrenched Deep State.

With O’Donnell stepping down, IRS Chief Operating Officer Melanie Krause will take over as the acting commissioner.

The announcement came from Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent, who praised O’Donnell’s decades of service but made it clear that a leadership shift was necessary during this “critical period” leading up to the April tax deadline.

“On behalf of the Treasury Department, I want to thank Doug O’Donnell for his decades of public service and dedication to the nation’s taxpayers,” Bessent stated.

“At the same time, Melanie Krause and the agency’s leadership team are well-positioned to serve.”

O’Donnell assumed the role on an interim basis following the resignation of IRS Commissioner Daniel Werfel, who stepped down last month after President Trump took office.

O’Donnell’s departure comes amid President Trump’s long-standing battle against the bloated and politically weaponized IRS, which has historically been used as a tool to target conservatives.

Americans will remember how the IRS was caught red-handed under the Obama administration, systematically denying tax-exempt status to Tea Party groups and conservative organizations.

The Trump administration is planning to close more than 120 IRS offices nationwide.

The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) announced the closures in a letter obtained by the Washington Post.

Many of the closing IRS offices have taxpayer assistance centers inside them.

It was first reported that Trump’s administration plans to axe around 9,000 jobs at the IRS, primarily targeting employees still in their probationary period.

However, according to ABC News citing sources familiar with the matter, as many as 15,000 IRS workers have been identified for possible termination as early as next week.

The targeted employees, many of whom were added during the Biden administration’s expansion of the IRS, reportedly hold non-essential roles unrelated to processing tax filings.
