However, U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi revealed today, per DC Draino, that THOUSANDS of Epstein-related documents are still being held by the Southern District of New York (SDNY).

These files—long suppressed by federal prosecutors loyal to the old regime—are set to be delivered to the Department of Justice (DOJ) in Washington, D.C., tomorrow, Feb. 28.

Today, conservative firebrand DC Draino posted on X about his visit to the Oval Office, where he met with President Trump, Vice President JD Vance, Attorney General Pam Bondi, and newly appointed FBI Director Kash Patel.

“Today I met with President Trump, VP JD Vance, AG Pam Bondi, and FBI Director Kash Patel in the Oval Office They handed me a binder copy of the Epstein Files,” Draino wrote.

“This is the most transparent administration in American history The best part? This is just the start. AG Bondi confirmed there are thousands more Epstein File documents being secretly held in the SDNY and they will be delivered to the DOJ in DC by February 28 People will be going to jail for what they’ve done.”

Tennis legend Martina Navratilova has been a consistenly outspoken voice in defense of protecting women’s sports.

In 2023, she wrote at Genspect, “Fairness has always been important to me. In fact, the reason I chose tennis—besides the fact that my family played it—is that it’s a fair sport. The ball is either in or it’s out.”

“Fairness was on my mind in 2018 when I inadvertently got swept up in the trans athletes-in-women’s-sports maelstrom with this tweet: ‘Clearly that can’t be right. You can’t just proclaim yourself a female and be able to compete against women.’”

Now, Navratilova has criticized Democrat California Gov. Gavin Newsom for the state’s policies on transgender participation in girls’ sports.

Her remarks come after a biological male in California broke a girls’ high school track and field triple-jump record by 8 feet.

Newsom has refused to enforce the protections President Trump put in place after he signed a landmark executive order ensuring that biological men cannot compete in women’s sports.

The signing ceremony, held at the White House, featured President Trump surrounded by young female athletes, symbolizing the administration’s commitment to safeguarding opportunities for women and girls in sports.

“Under the Trump administration, we will defend the proud tradition of female athletes, and we will not allow men to beat up, injure, and cheat our women and our girls. From now on, women’s sports will be ONLY FOR WOMEN!” Trump said during the signing ceremony.

While Navratilova pushed leaders to protect women and girls, she expressed disagreement with President Trump on withholding federal funding for those states, such as his sparring with the governor of Maine, that refuse to comply.

Navratilova clarified, “One more time- I disagree with the Maine governor stance on male bodies in women’s sports but disagree with trump saying he will withhold any money going to Maine over it). By all means enforce your law but not that way, pretty sure it’s also illegal….”

A 28-year-old Indiana man, David Cherry, has been arrested and charged with felony intimidation after allegedly making violent threats against high-profile individuals, including billionaire entrepreneur Elon Musk, on the social media platform X.

According to an affidavit filed obtained by the New York Post, Indiana State Police launched an investigation into Cherry after proactive online monitoring detected multiple threatening posts from the account @effective_pawn. The flagged posts, spanning from December 2024 to February 2025, included direct threats such as:

• “I am going to plant a bomb in Elon Musk’s house.”
• “You’re robbing the American people. We will gut you and parade your corpse through the streets.”
• “You’re on the hit list.”
• “We’re gunning you down next, Muskrat.”

Law enforcement officials used digital forensic tools to track Cherry’s cell phone location, leading them to his place of employment at Batteries Plus in Clarksville, Indiana. Detectives from the Indiana State Police (ISP) arrested Cherry at his workplace, where he allegedly admitted to posting the threats but claimed he was simply trying to be “edgy” and provoke reactions online.

As stated on a fundraising page set up for Cherry:

He did nothing more than voice an opinion on social media (shown in photo 2). Something everyone, everywhere does every day, but because his opinion was about a billionaire, the government has decided he is no longer entitled to his First Amendment rights.

The media is portraying him as a monster and an unstable villain when he is merely an opinionated man trying to make ends meet for his family.

Upon further questioning at the Indiana State Police Post in Sellersburg, Cherry reaffirmed that he had no real intent to harm anyone, instead stating that he sought online attention.

Investigators also discovered that Cherry operates a business called Red Pawn Dynamics, which sells tactical gear, armor plate carriers, and merchandise with anti-government rhetoric.

A search warrant was subsequently executed at Cherry’s residence.

A search on his residence, authorized by the Harrison County Superior Court, led officers to confiscate a semi-automatic AR-15-style rifle, a handgun, a stockpile of ammunition, and a ballistic vest, according to the press release.

Cherry has been charged with Level 5 felony intimidation, a crime that carries a sentence of one to six years in prison under Indiana law.

He pleaded not guilty and was released from jail after posting a $2,500 bond, according to WAVE.

In an explosive interview with Piers Morgan, Habba confirmed she met with Attorney General Pam Bondi and FBI Director Kash Patel at the White House just hours ago, hinting that the bombshell documents—packed with flight logs, names, and damning evidence—are mere moments from hitting the public square.

For years, the Epstein scandal has been shrouded in secrecy, with high-profile elites mysteriously dodging accountability while only one individual—Epstein’s longtime associate Ghislaine Maxwell—was sentenced to prison.

Despite the well-documented abuse of hundreds of young victims, no powerful men have been held responsible. That, Habba suggests, is about to change.

Jeffrey Epstein files, we’re told, are to be imminently unleashed. I believe it will be today. I was just with— I saw Pam and Kash in the White House just before coming on your show. I can tell you that I haven’t been privy to it yet, but I know it is coming out. They will be taking portions of it. We have to be patient.

I said this last night at a dinner with some media, and I think America needs to remember one thing: promises will be kept. But when you’re dealing with victims—and by the way, this is a perfect example of a case that was vetted, that went through trial, that had testimony, and was prosecuted the right way—I don’t preemptively attack. That’s just not the way I operate. But in Epstein’s case, it is incredibly disturbing. We have flight logs, we have information, and names will come out.

Piers Morgan:
Is it going to be shocking?

Alina Habba:
I don’t see how it’s not shocking that so many individuals were hidden, kept secret, and not held accountable. Let’s talk about the reverse. I believe in accountability, so now we have to go through the process. I won’t say they’re guilty until they have their time in court. But again, now it’s time for accountability.

For so many years in this country, we’ve seen investigations, subpoenas, testimonies in Congress, and so on, but there’s a general frustration with accountability. We take it halfway, but we don’t take it home. I really believe that now, with Kash and Pam, there will be accountability.

Piers Morgan:
We know that only one person so far has actually gone to prison over that whole scandal—Ghislaine Maxwell, the former lover of Jeffrey Epstein. No man has been imprisoned as a result of what happened. Do you think that by releasing information from these files, we are likely to see criminal actions being taken?

Alina Habba:
Absolutely.

Piers Morgan:
Really?

Alina Habba:
I think it would be negligent for us not to. You have to hold individuals who are indeed rapists accountable. They have to be tried, in my opinion, and I do believe in that. Nobody should be just dismissed. They must have their time in court, and their case will be heard. But hiding lists to protect political friends? We don’t have time for that.

As The Gateway Pundit previously reported, actor Gene Hackman and his wife, Betsy Arakawa, were found dead on Wednesday afternoon, along with the family dog.

At first TMZ reported that carbon monoxide poisoning was to blame for the deaths.

The Daily Mail later Thursday reported that Hackman and his wife were found ‘mummified’ in their Santa Fe, New Mexico, compound.

Authorities were unable to immediately identify the bodies because they were poorly decomposed.

The Daily Mail reported that prescription pills were scattered on the bathroom counter near Arakawa’s body.

Groundskeepers said they hadn’t seen the couple in two weeks.

The Daily Mail reported:

Gene Hackman and his wife Betsy Arakawa were found partially-mummified at the couple’s $3.3 million mansion, with pills strewn in their bathroom.

An arrest warrant obtained by DailyMail.com revealed Arakawa, 64, was found decomposed with bloating on her face and mummification in her hands and feet.

Sheriffs said Hackman was found to have the same signs of decomposition as his wife.

Two maintenance workers called Roland Lowe Begay and Jesse Kesler discovered the bodies of Arakawa and her retired Hollywood star husband at their luxurious million Santa Fe mansion Wednesday at 1:46pm Mountain Time.

The identities of Hackman and Arakawa were not released for nearly 12 hours, with details of how the couple were found now offering a possible explanation for the delay.

Begay and Kesler told investigators they hadn’t seen them for two weeks. Both appear to have been dead for some time.

Arakawa was discovered lying on the bathroom floor of the couple’s home on her right side, with an open prescription bottle of pills scattered across a nearby countertop. No indication has been given as to what the pills were and whether they had been prescribed to Hackman or his wife.
