Five Democrats in Bridgeport, Connecticut Officially Indicted on Voter Fraud Charges Over Mail-In Ballots

The Democrat machine in Connecticut is crumbling under the weight of its own corruption as five Democrat operatives have been indicted on voter fraud charges related to mail-in ballots in the 2023 mayoral primary.
Dozens of pages of arrest warrant affidavits, made public Monday, outline the disturbing allegations against Councilwoman Maria Pereira, Bridgeport Democratic Town Committee Vice Chair Wanda Geter-Pataky, City Councilman Alfredo Castillo, Councilwoman Jazmarie Melendez, and Stratford resident Margaret Joyce, according to Connecticut Post.
Wanda Geter-Pataky: Vice Chairperson of the Bridgeport Democratic Town Committee, facing 92 separate criminal charges, including conspiracy to unlawfully possess multiple voters’ absentee ballots.
Alfredo Castillo: City Council Member, charged with multiple counts of misrepresenting eligibility requirements for absentee voting and unlawful possession of ballots.
Maria Pereira: City Council Member, facing charges of fraudulent voting and being present during the execution of absentee ballots.
Jazmarie Melendez: City Council Member, charged with misrepresenting eligibility requirements for absentee voting.
Margaret Joyce: Stratford resident and campaign staffer, accused of unlawfully possessing absentee ballots.
These indictments stem from a comprehensive investigation into allegations of widespread absentee ballot tampering during the contentious 2023 Democrat mayoral primary between incumbent Mayor Joe Ganim and challenger John Gomes. Geter-Pataky and Castillo were supporters of Ganim, whereas Pereira and Melendez endorsed Gomes.
The Gateway Pundit previously reported that then-Mayoral candidate John Gomes’ campaign released a damning video showing evidence of election fraud in the recent Bridgeport Democratic primary. The video has prompted an investigation by the Bridgeport Police Department for “possible misconduct.”
The video on the Gomes campaign’s Facebook page shows a woman dropping stacks of ‘illegal’ ballots into an absentee ballot box outside the Bridgeport government center, where the city’s Registrar of Voters office is located.
The Gomes campaign was able to identify the woman in the footage as Wanda Geter-Pataky, the Vice Chairwoman of the Democratic Town Clerk and a vocal supporter of incumbent Mayor Joe Ganim, who is seeking reelection. Gomes’ campaign claims that the video shows Geter-Pataky dropping off stacks of absentee ballots ahead of the September 12th primary.

The primary’s outcome, initially favoring Ganim by a narrow margin of 251 votes, was subsequently overturned by a state Superior Court judge due to compelling evidence of “blatant” ballot harvesting and fraud.
This judicial intervention led to a court-ordered rerun of the primary and general elections, both of which were again won by Ganim.
One woman who said she used to campaign for Councilwoman Maria Pereira alleged Pereira misled voters who supported rival candidates into casting new votes, the documents showed.
Another woman told investigators Bridgeport Democratic Town Committee Vice Chair Wanda Geter-Pataky and City Councilman Alfredo Castillo brought absentee ballot applications for herself, her husband, and son to her apartment, according to the documents. Castillo told them to sign the applications without explaining any of the requirements, then returned with Geter-Pataky after the ballot had been delivered, the documents said.
“Castillo then instructed her on who to select on the ballot, which included the row Alfredo Castillo was listed in,” a 12-page affidavit for the councilman’s arrest says. “After the ballots were completed, Castillo then took the ballots and left with Wanda.”
The woman’s husband, the affidavit said, “was very specific in explaining that he, his wife and his son .. did not select the candidates on their respective ballots. He stated Alfredo and Wanda selected the candidates by bubbling in the circles on the ballot.”
The five indicted Democrats were released on promises to appear in court on March 6—a laughable slap on the wrist considering the gravity of their crimes. Will there be real accountability, or will the left’s political machine protect its own?
Trump Set to Replace $800,000 EB-5 Visa Program for Wealthy Foreign Investors with New $5 Million ‘GOLD CARD’ That Would Grant U.S. Citizenship

President Donald Trump is once again proving why he is the ultimate dealmaker.
On Tuesday, the 45th president announced his latest economic and immigration reform initiative: the “Gold Card” visa, a $5 million fast-track to U.S. citizenship aimed at attracting top-tier investors and job creators.
This move would completely replace the Employment-Based Fifth Preference Immigrant Investor Program (EB-5), which has long been criticized for rampant abuse, corruption, and exploitation by foreign nationals seeking cheap access to America.
During a press briefing, Trump laid out his bold new plan, emphasizing that the days of handing out Green Cards like candy are over.
Instead, under his administration, only serious investors with proven financial strength would be allowed to buy their way into the American Dream—while simultaneously helping reduce the U.S. deficit.
Pres. Trump: We’re going to be doing something else. It’s going to be very good. We’re going to be selling a Gold Card. You have a Green Card—this is a Gold Card. We’re going to be putting a price on that card of about $5 million, and that’s going to give you Green Card privileges plus. It’s going to be a route to citizenship.
Wealthy people will be coming into our country by buying this card. They’ll be wealthy and successful, and they’ll be spending a lot of money, paying a lot of taxes, and employing a lot of people. We think it’s going to be extremely successful. It’s never been done before—anything like this—but it’s something that we’re going to be putting out over the next [two weeks].
The current EB-5 visa program, established in 1990, allows foreign investors to gain U.S. green cards by investing in U.S. businesses and creating jobs.
The standard investment is $1,050,000, but it drops to $800,000 for Targeted Employment Areas (TEAs), which are rural or high-unemployment areas.
The EB-5 program has been repeatedly associated with corruption and fraud, earning it a reputation as a target for bad actors.
In 2017, Senator Chuck Grassley raised concerns about a scheme where fraudsters pocketed $50 million from Chinese investors, with projects never materializing, yet over 100 investors, including Chinese fugitives, obtained visas.
Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick: The EB-5 program was really—you lend some money—but it was full of nonsense, make-believe, and fraud. It was a way to get a Green Card at a low price.
So the President said, rather than having this ridiculous EB-5 program, we’re going to end it. We’re going to replace it with the Trump Gold Card, which is really a “Green Card Gold.” They’ll be able to pay $5 million to the U.S. government. They’ll have to go through vetting, of course—we’re going to make sure they’re wonderful, world-class, global citizens. They can come to America, the President can give them a Green Card, and they can invest in America.
And we can use that money to reduce our deficit. Why do we give out lotteries for Green Cards? Why do we give out EB-5 Green Cards? The President understands that the right answer is: why don’t we eliminate the deficit of the United States of America instead?
Trump envisions the Gold Card visa program as a game-changer for the American economy.
He suggested that if one million investors took advantage of the program, the U.S. could see a staggering $5 trillion in new revenue. If 10 million wealthy individuals opted in, that number could skyrocket to $50 trillion, completely wiping out the U.S. national debt.
Pres. Trump: The Gold Card will bring in people that create jobs, very high-level people. I think companies will pay to get people in.
For instance, today, you graduate from the Wharton School of Finance, Harvard, Stanford, or any top college, and nobody knows if you can even go to work for a company.
So Apple and all these companies that want to get top talent will be able to buy a card for them—for people who are number one in their class at these schools. I see that as one of the uses.
But generally speaking, it’ll be for people with money and people who create jobs. They won’t have to pay any tax on income outside of the United States, which they’re not paying right now—they’re not citizens. But they’ll have to pay full taxes in the U.S. if they create jobs here, just like everybody else.
So you’re getting big taxpayers, big job producers. We might be able to sell maybe a million of these cards, maybe more. And if you add up the numbers, they’re pretty good. As an example, a million cards would be worth $5 trillion. And if you sell 10 million of the cards, that’s a total of $50 trillion. Well, we have $35 trillion in debt—that’d be nice.
So we’ll see. But it could be great. Maybe it will be fantastic. We have it all worked out from the legal standpoint—it’s totally legal to do. It hasn’t been done before, but it’s been done in different forms. We usually just give them away. Why should we give them away? We shouldn’t.
And I think it’s something very exciting—potentially something that we’re all very excited about.

After Romania CANCELLED the first round of elections, now the dictatorial measures escalated with the arrest of the favorite Presidential candidate, the anti-globalist leader Calin Georgescu.
Georgescu was stopped in traffic and taken in for questioning by the General Prosecutors Office over alleged ‘illegal campaign financing’.
“The Georgescu saga has plagued Romania and its EU and NATO overlords since the shock cancelation of elections in December, which the candidate won with a plurality in the first round.
Georgescu has asked sharp questions about the benefits for Romania of membership in NATO, critiqued the US missile base deployed on Romanian territory targeting Russia, criticized the flow of NATO arms to Kiev via Romania, and predicted that Ukraine would be split after the conflict.”
The elections were cancelled over bogus claims of ‘Russian interference’, but Georgescu is still the frontrunner and absolute favorite in the May vote.
Georgescu’s has praised Russian President Vladimir Putin and wants to pursue ‘sovereign and self-sufficient’ policies, prompting the Western media to call him a ‘pro-Putin TikTok star’, ’the EU and NATO’s worst nightmare’ if elected.
“Last week, Georgescu revealed that the cancellation of the election, which he dubbed a ‘coup d’etat’, was ‘ordered from abroad’ by the Biden administration and the EU, and ‘implemented here by the oligarchy system’.”

FIGHTING ELECTION FRAUD – BIG UPDATE: 20 Ohio Counties Launch Investigations into Suspicious Progressive Group that Allegedly Turned In Piles of Phony Voter Registrations

In August 2024, The Gateway Pundit’s Patty McMurray first reported on a Democrat-funded voter registration group accused of turning in hundreds of suspected fraudulent voter registrations—this time in Ohio!
The Gateway Pundit discovered that a group called Black Fork Strategies, which operates across the state of Ohio, was being investigated by the Ohio Secretary of State Frank LaRose over another alleged fraudulent voter registration campaign.
On their website, Black Fork Strategies brags about registering a stunning 125,000+ voters in Ohio since 2018.

The Hamilton County Board of Elections has turned over several suspicious voter registration applications Ohio Secretary of State’s Public Integrity Division.
According to Hamilton County Board of Elections members, the voter registrations in question were recently turned in by the self-described “progressive” voter registration organization Black Fork Strategies.
In the video below, Hamilton County Director of Elections Sherry Poland discusses three issues she identified with voter registrations tied to Black Fork Strategies, which she claims is running voter registration drives throughout the state of Ohio.
In one example, Ms. Poland explained how they received a voter registration from Black Fork Strategies, and the name of the registrant was ‘Henry Kissinger.’
“We did do a match, the voter registration database as compared to the DMV database, and it was a mismatch on every item listed, any identifying information listed on this registration form. So we again asked Black Fork Strategies for the canvasser who submitted this registration form, and that is on your summary sheet.”
Next, Sherry Poland held up a large stack of voter registrations about an inch thick to show how many registrations one canvasser from Black Fork Strategies turned in with that all appeared to have the same handwriting.
“Lastly, we’ve received a number of registrations, and there’s a table copy for each of you. The stack of registration forms appears to have the same handwriting. And they were all submitted by the same canvasser, who is, again, the contact information listed on your summary.”
Ms. Poland explained that they’ve reached out to the Southwest regional field director for Black Fork Strategies, telling her fellow board members, “When we first noticed these suspicious registrations, we asked her to come to the office.
Democrat BOE member Joseph Mallory added, “I’ve heard of other counties in the state having to deal with suspicious registrations. I think we should refer the matter to the Secretary of State’s Public Integrity Office for further investigation.”
Hamilton County BOE member Alex Triantafilou didn’t mince words when describing the alleged activities of the progressive Black Fork Strategies:
“First thing I want to point out is that we use words like ‘anomalies’ and ‘suspicion’ and everything else because we try to be PC, I guess. But this is fraud! This is outright fraudulent behavior!Who’s responsible, and how are they responsible? That’s all.
“That’ll be up to somebody other than me. But it’s plain and obvious to me when you get this many registration cards with the very same handwriting that someone is trying to defraud the elections process in Hamilton County.
“So, to the extent that there’s any press watching, voter fraud is real! It does happen. It happens oftentimes in the form of phony registrations, all in the same handwriting. So that happens.” the outspoken BOE member said.

This is not the first time Black Fork Strategies has turned in suspicious voter registrations to clerks. Last year, on July 17, 2023, the Cuyahoga, OH, Board of Elections spent considerable time discussing multiple irregularities and changes to voter registrations.
On Tuesday The Gateway Pundit reached out to Benjamin Kindel, the Press Secretary and Deputy Communications Director for Media with the Ohio Secretary of State’s office.
Benjamin provided The Gateaway Pundit with an update on the investigation into Black Fork Strategies in the state of Ohio.
Benjamin also informed TGP that the Ohio Secretary of State’s Office created the Ohio Secretary of State’s Public Integrity Division for Ohioans to report suspicious voter integrity issues directly to the state leaders. This tool appears to be working as planned in the great state of Ohio.

There are currently ongoing investigations by prosecutors in 20 Ohio counties.

Ohio Secretary of State Frank LaRose announced today that he has formally referred evidence of suspected election law violations to numerous county prosecutors for review and possible criminal prosecution.
“We take every allegation of wrongdoing in our elections seriously, whether it’s a fake signature on a petition, a fraudulent voter registration form or a stolen vote,” said Secretary LaRose.
“Today we’re handing over evidence to prosecutors in 20 counties, where dishonest individuals were apparently trying to game the system. Every one of these has the potential to fraudulently impact an election, and, even though fraud is rare, it’s important to keep it that way by sending a clear message that misconduct won’t be tolerated.”
Prosecutors in 20 counties received referrals for violations involving petition forms to grant minor party status, petition forms to place a constitutional amendment regarding redistricting on the November ballot, and fraudulent voter registration forms submitted by canvassers working on behalf of Black Fork Strategies LLC.
The office’s Election Integrity Unit has been working to build the referrals to assist each county prosecutor with successful enforcement of the law, including criminal charges.
Background: Ohio law gives the Secretary of State the duty to “investigate the administration of election laws, frauds, and irregularities in elections in any county, and report violations of election laws to the Attorney General or Prosecuting Attorney, or both, for prosecution.” (R.C. 33501.05(N)(1))
The law further states: “In the performance of the Secretary of State’s duties as the chief election officer, the Secretary of State may administer oaths, issue subpoenas, summon witnesses, compel the production of books, papers, records, and other evidence, and fix the time and place for hearing any matters relating to the administration and enforcement of the election laws.” (R.C. 33501.05(EE))
To better fulfill these statutory duties, LaRose announced the creation of the office’s first-ever Public Integrity Division in 2022 as part of an ongoing effort to build on Ohio’s record as a national leader in election administration.
The division consolidates many of the office’s longstanding investigative functions, including campaign finance reporting, voting system certification, voter registration integrity, the investigation of election law violations, data retention & transparency, and cybersecurity protocols.
The Ohio General Assembly is currently considering legislation to make the division’s Election Integrity Unit a permanent function of the office.
The office recently announced an expansion of the division, adding top personnel with investigative and law enforcement experience from prior service with the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the Ohio State Highway Patrol, and the United States Secret Service.
