On Monday, The Gateway Pundit’s Jim Hoft interviewed former Proud Boys Chairman and J6 Political prisoner Enrique Tarrio.

This was Enrique’s first major interview since President Donald J. Trump released him from prison on January 22, 2025.

The entire interview is filled with new information and shocking details of how the Biden Regime, Democrats, and the legacy media OPENLY LIED to the American public to create an entire narrative on January 6, 2021, that was utterly false.

They all knew it was false but ran with it anyway.

The Gateway Pundit ran a clip yesterday detailing how the deceitful men and women of the Biden DOJ attempted to pressure him to lie in order to get President Trump. To his credit, Enrique refused to play a part in their scheme so they sentenced him to 22 years in prison by kangaroo court.

If that was not bad enough – Enrique then explained how the ONLY EVIDENCE the DOJ was able to produce to indict the Proud Boys was a document titled “1776 Returns” that was written by the FBI and then inserted into the Proud Boy’s chat group to indict the pro-Trump group. TGP also posted that video clip on Tuesday.

This continues to show the depths the Biden DOJ would go in order to indict Trump and destroy the lives of hundreds of his supporters.

He emphasizes it’s not a centralized command structure but a “small government” organization focused on making “better men,” with only about 10% of members attending political events like Trump rallies.
• Media Narrative vs. Reality: Tarrio claims the media paints the Proud Boys as a radical, racist terrorist group, ignoring his Cuban heritage and the group’s self-defense actions against Antifa and BLM aggression. He says 90% of their activities are non-political, community-focused efforts.
• Pre-January 6 Events: Leading up to 2020, Tarrio describes Proud Boys defending Trump supporters from violent leftist groups—like Antifa throwing bricks and threatening acid attacks—while the media only highlighted their reactions, not the provocations.
• January 6 Absence: Tarrio wasn’t in D.C. on January 6, 2021—he was in Baltimore after being arrested on January 4 for burning a BLM banner (a misdemeanor) and possessing empty ammo magazines. • 1776 Returns Document: The prosecution’s key evidence—a document allegedly outlining a government overthrow—was sent to Tarrio via Telegram but never opened by him. It originated from a CIA war game, passed through Samuel Armes (a CIA/FBI contact) to Erika Flores, who sent it to Tarrio unread. He calls it a “sit-in” plan, not an insurrection blueprint.
• Trial and Sentencing: Tarrio got 22 years in a “kangaroo court” under Judge Timothy J. Kelly, despite the legal max being 20 years. Prosecutors pushed for 33 years. He alleges the government offered him freedom pre-trial if he’d falsely implicate Trump—an offer he rejected.
• Prison Experience: Transferred to 40 facilities, Tarrio describes brutal conditions—especially in blue-city prisons like Atlanta—where medical neglect and isolation were rampant. He calls for prison reform, suggesting a bipartisan approach.
• Release and Trump: Tarrio knew he’d be free when Trump won Pennsylvania in November 2024, confirmed by his pardon on January 20, 2025. He was released January 21 after a brief delay due to pardon wording confusion (since he wasn’t at the Capitol).
• Confronting Officers: Last weekend (February 2025), Tarrio confronted Capitol Police officers Fanon and Dunn at a conservative event. He accuses them of perjury and laughing at his 22-year sentencing next to his sobbing mother, calling them cowards who ran from accountability.

It appears like the unfettered, transnational power of tyrannical Brazilian Supreme Court Justice Alexandre de Moraes over US social media platforms has started to collapse.

A US judge has ruled that Trump Media & Technology Group and video-sharing platform Rumble are NOT required to comply with an order from Justice Moraes.

U.S. District Judge Mary Scriven, from Tampa, Florida, found that Moraes’ orders were not delivered to Trump Media and Rumble in accordance with international treaties, and furthermore that there had been no attempt to enforce such rulings on American soil.

Instead of following the process of issuing the usual Letters rogatory to American Justice, Moraes would just fire emails with demands (that were sometimes deemed illegal), with a 24-to-48-hours-deadline to comply, or face steep fines.

As a result, the two US companies ‘are not required to comply’ with the Brazilian justice’s orders.

Reuters reported:

“In a case brought by Trump Media & Technology Group (DJT.O), opens new tab and the video-sharing platform Rumble (RUM.O), opens new tab, U.S. District Judge Mary Scriven said Rumble need not remove U.S.-based accounts of a prominent supporter of former Brazilian President Jair Bolsonaro.”

Trump Media and Rumble sued Moraes on February 19, accusing him of trying to ‘censor legitimate political discourse in the United States’.

“Scriven, however, said Moraes’ orders were not served upon Trump Media and Rumble in accordance with international treaties, and there appeared to have been no attempt to enforce the orders.

As a result, the Tampa, Florida-based judge said Trump Media and Rumble ‘are not obligated to comply’ with Moraes’ orders, making their lawsuit and request for a temporary restraining order premature.”

Meanwhile, the CEOs of the two US companies suing Moraes reacted to this first victory.

Devin Nunes, CEO and Chairman of the Trump Media and Technology Group Corp., issued the following statement yesterday (25):

“This is a major victory for free speech and free expression online. The ruling confirms that would-be dictators in any country can’t force Trump Media or Rumble to censor their opponents. We congratulate our partner Rumble on its principled stand for freedom.”

The CEO of Rumble, Chris Pavlovski, took to X to taunt Moraes for acting illegally:

“Hi Alexandre,

The other day you said I’m a criminal because I expressed the opinion that your secret orders were illegal. Today, a US federal court determined that your orders are invalid.

Again, we will see you in court… if you decide to show up. Best, Chris Pavlovski”

In a video recently shared on Twitter/X, the always brilliant Victor Davis Hanson broke down how the MAGA revolution is not actually a revolution, but a counter-revolution aimed at reversing the damage that the left has done in recent years.

Hanson points back to the Obama years and follows through to the Biden years, which he correctly describes as Obama’s third and most radical term.

He points out the many crazy things the left has done in that time, changing the way we vote, tearing down statues, rewriting our history, inventing new genders and on and on.

He suggests that MAGA is a almost more of a restoration than a revolution.

VICTOR DAVIS HANSON: They call it the “MAGA Revolution.” It is not a revolution, it is a counter-revolution. There’s a big difference.

This is a restoration, let’s use the word restoration.

We don’t know or appreciate what we’ve been through with eight years of the Obama administration and then the third more radical term of Obama using or employing the waxen effigy of Joe Biden.

The revolution that we’ve experienced was cultural, economic, political, and social. It was very similar to the French Revolution under Robespierre. Remember what they tried to do, they changed the days of the week, they renamed things, they tore down statues, they went after the church. Does this sound familiar?

In this revolution we’ve experienced, everything was up for sale and everything was negotiable.

We invented a third gender and rammed it down people’s throats. We tore down statues. We said 1776 was no longer the foundational date, it was 1619. We changed the very mechanism by which we vote — we went from 70% of the electorate voting on election day to 70% of the electorate, not doing that either through mail-in or early voting. That was a radical change that had no discussion. It was done by fiat. It was incredible.

Hanson is one of the great thinkers of our time. His take on this is perfect and if Democrats and the media wanted to understand the current political and cultural landscape, they would listen to him.

One thing that has become crystal clear in recent years is that the permanent administrative class in Washington, DC is overwhelmingly leftist and shifts into ‘resistance’ mode the minute that Trump, or any Republican, takes office.

Scott Jennings recently pointed this out on CNN and naturally, his on-air colleagues couldn’t handle the truth, arguing that this isn’t true.

Jennings is absolutely correct. All one has to do is look at the swamp judges who issue last minute rulings to block aspects of Trump’s agenda, or the mysterious ‘leaks’ that seem to find their way to the liberal media over and over again.

These people are the real threat to democracy, and by the way, who elected them? No one.

It’s amazing that the other people on the panel with Jennings deny that this is true. There are so many examples to prove it’s true and we see new ones every day, even on CNN.
