On Monday, Libs of Tiktok uncovered a video by alleged Tiktoker named Sarah C. Roberts. In the footage, she can be seen allegedly threatening the life of Elon Musk in what has become a consistent theme among leftists nationwide.

“I promised myself I would avoid the news, but obviously, I haven’t,” Roberts began before turning her attention to Musk.

“Elon Musk, we need to X him,” she continued while making a throat-slash gesture. “And by X, I mean formally known as assassination.”

Harris then said she knew the FBI would show up and challenged them to arrest her before taunting law enforcement, claiming they did not have enough resources to investigate her. She also boasted she had not filed her taxes in eight years.

The Tiktoker then closed by saying: “Let’s assassinate some motherf***ers!”

Upon seeing this, Musk tagged DC attorney Ed Martin in an X post informing him that Roberts had committed crimes in her video, including tax fraud and death threats.

A short time later, Ed Martin responded with some bad news for the TikTok user, revealing that she was in big trouble and that he would talking with her shortly.

Like other leftists in recent weeks, Roberts may have ruined her own life for a few clicks. It’s also safe to say Martin is going to be a busy man for the next four years as well if he gets confirmed to a full term as DC attorney.

A federal judge on Monday denied the Associated Press’s emergency motion to restore its access to the White House press pool.

US District Judge Trevor McFadden, a Trump appointee denied the AP’s emergency motion but ordered an expedited consideration of the matter.

Earlier this month Trump took decisive action against the far-left Associated Press (AP) to hit back against their refusal to acknowledge the administration’s directives.

This comes after the AP blatantly ignored an executive order renaming the Gulf of Mexico to the “Gulf of America.”

President Trump not only changed the name of this vast body of water but also declared February 9, 2025, as the inaugural “Gulf of America Day.”

Again, last week, another Associated Press reporter was denied access to the Oval Office while President Trump signed a memorandum imposing reciprocal tariffs on countries that tax the United States.

The Trump administration took a stand against their refusal to be truthful and barred an AP reporter from covering Elon Musk’s visit to the White House.

The Associated Press asked a federal judge to grant an emergency TRO against the Trump Administration and restore its access to the White House.

The AP argued its First Amendment rights were violated by refusing it access to the White House press pool over its refusal to acknowledge the Gulf of America name change.

NBC News reported:

Judge Trevor McFadden told the court there were several reasons he denied the temporary restraining order request. He noted there was a difference in the issues of this case and case law presented by both parties.

He also questioned the amount of irreparable harm the AP would suffer as the news outlet can get access to the same information whether or not they’re in the room where it happened, he argued.

Charles Tobin, attorney for the Associated Press, argued that there are elements to be reported that cannot be seen on a television screen and necessitate a journalist being in the room.

“We’re not arguing the president has to answer the Associated Press’ questions,” Charles Tobin said, but access “can not be denied without due process.”

The judge said he was not inclined to “act precipitously” with regard to the executive office of the president.

The AP also waited 10 days to file their case, McFadden noted.

Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth absolutely nuked a reporter for asking a stupid question during a meeting at the Pentagon with Saudi Arabia’s Defense Minister, Prince Khalid bin Salman.

A reporter was totally out of line when he asked Secretary Hegseth about his decision to select an “underqualified retired lieutenant general” to replace Charles Brown as the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff.

President Trump fired the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Charles “CQ” Brown, on Friday and announced his replacement.

Trump nominated Air Force Lieutenant General Dan “Razin” Caine to be the next Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff.

Trump made the announcement on Truth Social:

I want to thank General Charles “CQ” Brown for his over 40 years of service to our country, including as our current Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. He is a fine gentleman and an outstanding leader, and I wish a great future for him and his family.

Today, I am honored to announce that I am nominating Air Force Lieutenant General Dan “Razin” Caine to be the next Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. General Caine is an accomplished pilot, national security expert, successful entrepreneur, and a “warfighter” with significant interagency and special operations experience.

During my first term, Razin was instrumental in the complete annihilation of the ISIS caliphate. It was done in record setting time, a matter of weeks. Many so-called military “geniuses” said it would take years to defeat ISIS. General Caine, on the other hand, said it could be done quickly, and he delivered.

Despite being highly qualified and respected to serve on the Joint Chiefs of Staff during the previous administration, General Caine was passed over for promotion by Sleepy Joe Biden. On Monday, Secretary Hegseth put a nasty reporter in his place for asking a stupid question in front of the Saudi delegation.

“Why did you select an underqualified retired lieutenant general to be the next Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff?” a reporter asked Pete Hegseth.

Secretary Hegseth hit him back with a perfect response.

“I’m going to choose to reject your unqualified question. Who’s next?” Pete Hegseth said.

Fired Biden holdover Hampton Dellinger can keep his job for now after the US Supreme Court on Friday evening, in a 5-page order, declined to immediately act on President Trump’s emergency application.

President Trump fired Hampton Dellinger, Special Counsel of the Office of Special Counsel (not to be confused with a special counsel hired as a federal prosecutor) a couple of weeks ago.

Shortly after the firing, Judge Amy Berman Jackson sided with Hampton Dellinger, issued an administrative stay, and allowed him to keep his job.

Hampton Dellinger gets to keep his job for now after the Supreme Court declined to immediately act because the TRO is expiring in a few days (February 26).

The Supreme Court is holding Trump’s emergency request “in abeyance”, which means that the court could make a decision at a later date.

Emboldened by the Supreme Court’s refusal to intervene, Hampton Dellinger is now attacking President Trump’s decision to terminate “probationary” employees.

In a statement released on Monday, Hampton Dellinger said some of Trump’s firings of probationary employees appear to be illegal.

“Last Friday, Special Counsel Hampton Dellinger filed initial requests to “stay,” or pause, the apparently impermissible terminations of six probationary employees across various executive branch agencies. The requests, filed with the U.S. Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB), seek a 45-day stay of the terminations because there are reasonable grounds to believe that agencies engaged in prohibited personnel practices (PPPs) under 5 U.S.C. § 2302(b)(12) by terminating the employees in violation of federal laws and regulations governing probationary terminations and reductions in force,” Hampton Dellinger’s office said.

“Since the Civil Service Reform Act was passed in 1978, the merit system principles have guided how federal government agencies hire, manage, and, if necessary, remove federal employees. These principles establish that all federal employees, including those in a probationary status, should be evaluated based on individual performance,” Dellinger said.

Dellinger added: “Firing probationary employees without individualized cause appears contrary to a reasonable reading of the law, particularly the provisions establishing rules for reductions in force. Because Congress has directed that OSC ‘shall’ protect government employees from PPPs, I believe I have a responsibility to request a stay of these actions while my agency continues to investigate further the apparent violation of federal personnel laws.”
