A tourist in India unknowingly filmed a brutal terrorist attack while ziplining in the Baisaran meadow in Pahalgam on April 22.

Rishi Bhatt, of Ahmedabad, was all smiles for the camera, unaware that 26 people were being shot below him.

Speaking to Ani News, Bhatt described hearing the zipline operator shout “Allahu Akbar” three times before the shooting began.

“Nine people ziplined before me, but the operator did not utter a word. When I was sliding, he spoke, and then the firing started. So, I have my suspicions about that man. He said ‘Allahu Akbar’ thrice and then the firing started… He looked like a regular Kashmiri,” Bhatt said.

“Firing started when I was ziplining… After about 20 seconds, I realized that it was a terrorist attack… and the people on the ground are being killed,” he continued. “I saw 5-6 people getting shot.”

When he reached the end of the zipline, Bhatt detached himself and ran with his family.

“I unlatched my belt and jumped down, took my wife and son and started running away. We saw people hiding at a spot which was like a pit, so you could not spot someone easily there. We too hid there,” he explained.

Bhatt said that the terrorists were asking people their religion before shooting them.

“I found out that men in two families ahead of us were asked their religion and shot in front of my wife and son. My wife and son were screaming,” he said.

The first phase of the attack lasted less than ten minutes, before pausing.

“The firing started again and 4-5 people were shot. Fifteen to sixteen tourists were shot in front of us,” Bhatt said. “When we reached the gate, we saw that the local public had already left.”

Bhatt said the Indian Army arrived in about 20 minutes and gave them cover to flee.

US Attorney General Pam Bondi on Tuesday announced federal charges against a Tesla attacker in Arizona.

On Monday, Ian Moses, 35, was arrested after the Mesa Police Department responded to reports of a Tesla Cybertruck on fire.

Moses also vandalized the dealership with graffiti.

NEW: Police in Arizona have arrested a suspect in connection with an arson attack targeting a newly delivered Cybertruck.

Ian Moses, the alleged arsonist, reportedly torched the new Tesla vehicle and wrote the word “THEIF” on the side of the nearby building.

A man has been arrested after a Cybertruck was burned in a fire at a Mesa Tesla dealership early Monday morning.

What we know:
The Mesa Police Department says officers responded just before 2 a.m. on April 28 to a Tesla dealership near Sossaman Road and Southern Avenue for reports of an explosion.

“Additional callers reported smoke and flames coming from an area near the building, which ultimately was found to be a brand-new Tesla Cybertruck,” police said.

Firefighters responded to the scene to extinguish the flames.

“As crews began their attack on the vehicle fire additional crews made entry to the building to check the interior for smoke and heat,” the department said. “The fire was contained to the vehicle on the exterior of the building.”

On Tuesday Pam Bondi issued a warning as she announced federal charges against Ian Moses.

“Today we are pleased to announce federal charges against a Tesla attacker arrested in Arizona,” Pam Bondi said.

“If you engage in domestic terrorism, this Department of Justice will find you, follow the facts, and prosecute you to the fullest extent of the law,” Bondi said.

“No negotiating,” she added.

Clothing and a vehicle belonging to a missing Democrat candidate for the Nassau County Legislature in New York have been found near a beach he regularly swam at.

Petros Krommidas, 29, has not been seen since last Wednesday when he went out for a training swim in Long Beach, according to his family.

Krommidas’ car was found locked by the Allegria Hotel, just off the beach he frequents.

“He locked his car, took a towel, and around 10:30 p.m. walked onto the beach to exercise, just as he had done many times before,” a member of his family wrote in a social media post, according to a report from the New York Post. “He has always been in great shape and was training for a triathlon. He was not a stranger to cold water training.”

His family reported him missing on Thursday as it was “completely out of character for him not to respond,” the post said.

Krommidas’ loved ones are now asking the public to help search for him along the beaches.

“The police found his towel, clothes, and phone left on the beach. Since then, search efforts have been ongoing, but we need the public’s help,” the post continued. “Specifically, we need people to walk the beaches — focused between from Lido Beach to Riis Park — particularly during times of high tide.”

The candidate spoke at the Nassau County Young Democrats’ monthly meeting two days before going missing.

“We are heartbroken over the disappearance of Petros Krommidas,” Nassau County Democratic Committee Chairman Jay Jacobs said in a statement.

“Petros is a bright, driven young man who has been a strong voice for Democratic values. He is well respected by the community and represents the very best of our next generation of leaders. We are keeping Petros and his family in our prayers and remain hopeful for his safe return.”

His primary is scheduled to take place on June 24.

According to The Post report, “The Long Island native had worked in finance, including at Morgan Stanley and Sageview Capital, before throwing his hat in the political ring in 2024 with a job as a Democratic Party field organizer.”

Krommidas was last seen wearing a camouflage shirt and gray sweats.

On Monday, the House of Representatives overwhelmingly passed the Tools to Address Known Exploitation by Immobilizing Technological Deepfakes on Websites and Networks Act, known as the TAKE IT DOWN Act, by a 409-2 vote. The bill was introduced by Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX) in the Senate and brought to the House by Representative Maria Salazar (R-FL).

First Lady Melania Trump, who does not weigh in on public policy often, is a vocal supporter of the bill. In March, she hosted a roundtable on deepfake and revenge porn to advocate for the passage of the TAKE IT DOWN Act.

Rep Thomas Massie (R-KY)  and Eric Burlison (R-MO) voted against the bill.

The bill cracks down on the posting of explicit images, including “deep fake” nudes generated of people by artificial intelligence, without consent.

A bill summary states the measure “generally prohibits the nonconsensual online publication of intimate visual depictions of individuals, both authentic and computer-generated, and requires certain online platforms to promptly remove such depictions upon receiving notice of their existence.”

Fox News reports:

It specifically prohibits online publication of “intimate visual depictions” of an adult subject “where publication is intended to cause or does cause harm to the subject, and where the depiction was published without the subject’s consent or, in the case of an authentic depiction, was created or obtained under circumstances where the adult had a reasonable expectation of privacy,” as well as “a minor subject where publication is intended to abuse or harass the minor or to arouse or gratify the sexual desire of any person.”

“Violators are subject to mandatory restitution and criminal penalties, including prison, a fine, or both,” according to the bill summary. “Threats to publish intimate visual depictions of a subject are similarly prohibited under the bill and subject to criminal penalties.”

The legislation also requires platforms to establish a process where victims of revenge porn can notify them of the existence of images and request removal. The bill says platforms then have 48 hours to remove those images.

Sky Roberts, the father of Virginia Giuffre, is demanding a full, independent investigation into the death of his 41-year-old daughter, who was found dead in her Australian home on April 25, 2025.

Giuffre, a prominent advocate against sex trafficking and a key accuser of Jeffrey Epstein and Prince Andrew, was reported to have died by suicide, but her father and legal team are raising serious doubts about the official narrative, pointing to a possible cover-up tied to her high-profile accusations against powerful elites.

The Gateway Pundit reported on Friday that Giuffre, 41, was found dead at her farm in Western Australia, where she had lived for several years.

According to a statement from her family reported by NBC News, Giuffre took her own life after a lifelong battle with the trauma of sexual abuse and trafficking.

“She lost her life to suicide, after being a lifelong victim of sexual abuse and sex trafficking,” her family said in a statement.

On Monday, The Gateway Pundit reported that attorney Karrie Louden told The Sun that she spoke to Giuffre just days before she was found dead, and she was looking forward to her future.

“She [Virginia] wanted to renovate this house and all sorts of things like that. There were plans that she had for the future.”

“I’d spoken to her in the days before,” Louden added.

“I was meant to be up here today, right now, having a meeting with her so we could sort out some of her legal affairs… I was here this time last week and things were positive.”

Louden also told The Sun that police refused to confirm Giuffre’s death.

“Until the evidence is in, we’re just, you know, drawing conclusions,” Louden told The Sun. “Officially, the police told me nothing. They didn’t even confirm that she was dead. That’s how little information the police have provided to me.

“This has been a complete shock to all of us. If any of us had thought she’s going to commit suicide, of course we would have taken more steps, put her into a clinic or got her some more help.

Sky Roberts, Giuffre’s father, rejected the suicide claim, citing Giuffre’s past social media posts where she explicitly stated she had no suicidal thoughts in an interview with TMZ.

“My daughter was a fighter,” Roberts said. “She was speaking out against some of the most powerful people in the world, and now we’re supposed to believe she just gave up? I don’t buy it. The police need to dig deeper—much deeper.”

In December 2019, Giuffre posted on social media stating that she was not suicidal:
