Online retail giant Amazon has come out denying reports that their website will display tariff costs on Chinese imported goods following a dip in share prices and a scathing rebuke from the White House.

This follows a Punchbowl News report stating that Amazon will soon show how much President Trump’s tariffs supposedly add to the price of each product on the website to avoid blame.

The cost of the tariffs will be placed right next to the product’s total listed price.

White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt responded during a press conference on Monday and slammed the move as a “hostile and political act by Amazon.”

“Why didn’t Amazon do this when the Biden administration hiked inflation to the highest level in 40 years?” she said. She then described the move as “not surprising” as “Amazon has recently partnered with a Chinese propaganda arm.”

“This is another reason why Americans should buy American. We are anchoring critical supply chains here at home to boost our own manufacturing here,” Leavitt added.

Now, Amazon has denied the initial reporting, saying that the consideration was only in place for the Amazon Haul store but not the main retail website.

Per CBS, Amazon's shares dropped by more than 2% following Leavitt's response. The price recovered by noon after reports of their denial at approximately 10 am ET.

“The team that runs our ultra-low-cost Amazon Haul store has considered listing import charges on certain products. This was never a consideration for the main Amazon site, and nothing has been implemented on any Amazon properties,” the company said in a statement, per Washington Post reporter Jeff Stein.

Former Vice President Kamala Harris is being widely mocked on social media for an upcoming speech hosted by Emerge America, a Democrat organization that trains women to hold public office.

Those who wish to watch the event, which will take place on Wednesday in San Francisco, will have to pay $25 for a “digital ticket” per virtual live stream and up to $50,000 for sponsorships to attend in person.

Harris has been mostly out of the public eye since her brutal defeat by President Donald Trump in the 2024 presidential election.

During the keynote address, Harris reportedly plans to critique Trump’s presidency—specifically, his economic policy, “threats to American institutions,” and global leadership. She will also urge supporters to “push back” against the administration.

As vice president, Harris’ speeches were widely criticized as “word salad,” lacking meaningful ideas or commentary. This has only fueled the mockery on social media, as people are panning her for being elitist and out of touch.

Harris, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, and Pete Buttigieg are the top three frontrunners in a new 2028 Democrat presidential primary poll, as The Gateway Pundit reported earlier this month.

The Yale Youth poll of registered voters had Harris in the lead with 28 percent, followed by Ocasio-Cortez with 21 percent, and Buttigieg with 14 percent.

California Governor Gavin Newsom, who has long been rumored to have presidential aspirations, did not manage to crack double digits, with just six percent support.

The pollsters report, “We found that a plurality of Democrats (and Democratic-leaning independents) would vote for former Vice President Kamala Harris (27.5%) if the 2028 Democratic primary were held today. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (21.3%) came in second, Pete Buttigieg in third (14%), and no other Democrat received more than 5% of votes. The top three candidates were the same among young Democrats only, with even stronger support for Harris (37.4%) and Ocasio-Cortez (28.2%) and weaker support for Buttigieg (9.7%).”

It’s not usual that we see a soccer player score two goals at once. And that’s just what happened in the British Premier League, in the match where champions Liverpool massacred Tottenham Hotspur by 5-1.

Dutch forward Cody Gakpo scored Liverpool’s third goal in the final match, and proceeded to reveal his undershirt with the words ‘I belong to Jesus’ were visible to millions watching the match around the world – and even greater ‘goal’.

Of course, the United Kingdom being as is, Liverpool is set to be reprimanded by the Football Association (FA) for Gakpo’s actions.

The Telegraph reported:

“Gakpo lifted his jersey to reveal the religious slogan upon making it 3-1 in the new champions’ 5-1 thrashing of Tottenham Hotspur on Sunday.

[…] Gakpo was shown a yellow card for removing his jersey but could face further action over the slogan on his sleeveless shirt.”

But fans remembered when Liverpool was defeated by these very same powerful words, back in 2007, when legendary Brazilian striker Kaká, an outspoken Christian faithful playing for Italy’s AC Milan, displayed this same shirt in the European Champions League final played in Athens.

Five months ago, the FA created a storm by harassing Crystal Palace captain – and devout Christian – Marc Guehi for writing “I love Jesus” and “Jesus loves you” on his Premier League-mandatory rainbow armband.

However, “the FA did not contact Ipswich Town captain Sam Morsy, who is Muslim, for refusing to wear one at all.”

While the anti-Christian bias is rampant in UK society, there are rules against displaying political or religious messages in football (soccer) games – the problem being they are only enforced against Christians.

“Footballers are forbidden from displaying religious statements or slogans during matches, with Law 4 of the International Football Association Board’s Laws of the Game stating: ‘Equipment must not have any political, religious or personal slogans, statements or images. Players must not reveal undergarments that show political, religious, personal slogans, statements or images, or advertising other than the manufacturer’s logo’.”

In an appalling defense of illegal alien criminals, arrested with previous convictions for heinous crimes such as murder, rape, and various sex crimes against children, CNN’s Jake Tapper criticized the Trump White House’s decision to put 100 signs with alien mugshots on the front lawn.

In celebration of securing the border in the President’s first 100 days in office, the White House on Monday lined the lawn behind where the media does live shots with yard signs featuring arrested alien criminals’ mugshots and their prior convictions and pending charges.

Press members were also provided with a packet listing the names, charges, convictions, and details on the arrests of each of these criminal aliens.

The leftist media that refuses to stand for Americans who have been murdered or raped by violent illegal aliens is outraged that these criminals are being highlighted. They truly are the enemy of the people.

Jake Tapper condemned the move, sarcastically saying they “subtly and tastefully” placed the signs and suggested that the administration is lying about their immigration status and criminal records.

“CNN is working to confirm the identities and if there are actual allegations against these people. Until then, we are blurring their identities,” he said while showing viewers the blurred signs.

Tapper: The trump administration is approaching its first one hundred day mark with a full core press on the issue of illegal immigration, and they really don’t want you to miss it, so they subtly and tastefully decked the White House north lawn with dozens of yard signs featuring photos of people that the Trump administration claims are in the country illegally, each poster saying “arrested” and listing the alleged offensive, with which they have been charged.

CNN is working to confirm the identities and if there are actual allegations against these people. Until then, we are blurring their identities.

In a jaw-dropping power grab, Colorado’s Democrat-dominated legislature is bulldozing two insidious bills that threaten to obliterate the state’s Taxpayer’s Bill of Rights (TABOR) and strangle the voice of everyday citizens.

Already rammed through the House and the Senate State, HB 25-1327 is a blatant attack on Coloradans’ sacred right to launch citizen initiatives. The legislation slashes the already razor-thin timeline for setting petition titles, throws up a gauntlet of bureaucratic traps, and hits petition organizers with outrageous fines, up to $1,500, for even the smallest paperwork misstep.

There is also a sneaky “safety clause” that brands this bill as critical for “public peace, health, or safety,” blocking voters from challenging it through a referendum. This attack on citizen petition rights is designed to be untouchable, shielding itself from the very democratic process it seeks to destroy.

Meanwhile, HJR 25-1023 is moving toward a House floor debate with an even more sinister component. This resolution authorizes a taxpayer-funded lawsuit to dismantle the Taxpayer’s Bill of Rights (TABOR).

TABOR, a constitutional amendment in Colorado, passed by voters in 1992, is designed to limit government spending and taxation. It requires voter approval for most tax increases, new taxes, or debt issuance and caps annual government spending growth to the rate of inflation plus population growth.

Any revenue collected above this limit must be refunded to taxpayers unless voters approve keeping it. TABOR applies to state and local governments, aiming to ensure fiscal restraint and protect taxpayers from unchecked government expansion.

Taxpayers will be hit even harder by being on the hook to pay for lawyers to fight against their own interests.

Sentinel Colorado reports:

Colorado taxpayers may foot the bill twice if Democratic lawmakers manage to pass a resolution directing the legislature to sue the state in an attempt to invalidate the Taxpayer’s Bill of Rights.

That’s because not only will taxpayers likely be responsible for paying the lawyers hired by the legislature to bring the case, but they’ll also be on the hook for the costs incurred by the Colorado Attorney General’s Office to defend against the legal challenge to TABOR, a constitutional amendment voters approved in 1992.

If House Joint Resolution 25-1023 passes as expected, the General Assembly’s nonpartisan Office of Legislative Legal Services would likely hire a group of attorneys to file the lawsuit. In the past, the legislature’s third-party legal bills in much smaller cases have cost taxpayers tens of thousands of dollars.

If this lawsuit prevails, it could unleash a tidal wave of attacks on other voter-passed laws, from transparency mandates and ethics reforms to term limits.

While the left spends time at protests chanting about ‘saving democracy, ‘ Democrats in Colorado are working hard to dismantle the democratic process in the state.
