Trump’s Department of Homeland Security (DHS) sued the entire federal district court bench in Maryland on Tuesday evening over an order blocking deportations of criminal aliens.

The lawsuit was filed after the US District Court for the District of Maryland issued an order that required the clerk to automatically enter an injunction against removing any illegal alien that challenges their deportation and files a habeas petition.

“This lawsuit involves yet another regrettable example of the unlawful use of equitable powers to restrain the Executive. Specifically, Defendants have instituted an avowedly automatic injunction against the federal government, issued outside the context of any particular case or controversy. They did so by promulgating a standing order (“Standing Order”) and amended standing order (“Amended Standing Order”; together, “Orders”) that require the court clerk to automatically enter an injunction against removing, or changing the legal status of, any alien detained in Maryland who files a habeas petition,” the lawsuit against the judges said.

“Defendants’ automatic injunction issues whether or not the alien needs or seeks emergency relief, whether or not the court has jurisdiction over the alien’s claims, and no matter how frivolous the alien’s claims may be,” the lawsuit said.

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is suing all 15 judges on the Maryland federal bench, arguing the court’s policy of automatically pausing certain immigration cases that come before it is unlawful.

Attorneys for the Trump administration argued to the very court they are suing that the policy, imposed through an order the court issued in May, is an “egregious example of judicial overreach.”

“A sense of frustration and a desire for greater convenience do not give Defendants license to flout the law,” the attorneys wrote in a filing Tuesday. “Nor does their status within the judicial branch.”

The Maryland court’s standing order requires clerks to immediately enter temporary administrative injunctions in cases brought by alleged illegal immigrants who are challenging their detention.

“Unbelievably, an injunction automatically issues even if an immigration attorney files a habeas petition in Maryland incorrectly stating that the illegal alien is detained in Maryland, when the illegal alien is actually detained in Texas. (This literally happened.),” Chad Mizelle, Chief of Staff to the Department of Justice said.

“Automatic injunctions flagrantly violate Supreme Court precedent. In the Court’s words, an injunction is never “a matter of right.” But the Maryland federal district court offers immediate injunctions, as “a matter of right,” to any illegal alien who files in its court,” he said.

DOJ has sued the district court in Maryland to stop their unlawful practice of issuing “automatic injunctions” for illegal aliens detained in MD who file a habeas petition.

For the last few years since the start of the war, Ukraine’s Volodymyr Zelensky was treated like a king during NATO summits.

In the dark Joe Biden era, Zelensky was the new Winston Churchill, and he flew back to Kiev having raised billions in aid and enjoying a bit PR boost to his war effort.

But all that has changed with the arrival of US President Donald J. Trump, the ‘new sheriff in town’.

After he crashed and burned in the oval office meeting, Zelensky now struggles to find ways to meet Trump: a few days ago, the American President departed G7 meeting in Canada earlier and ditched his meeting with the Ukrainian leader.

But today (25), Zelensky has arrived in the Netherlands wearing a black suit, and finally got to meet the new center of the NATO galaxy.

“U.S. President Donald Trump indicated on Wednesday he will consider providing more of the Patriot missiles that Ukraine needs to defend against mounting Russian strikes, adding that Russian President Vladimir Putin ‘really has to end that war’.

His remarks came after a 50-minute meeting with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky on the sidelines of a NATO summit in The Hague. Both leaders described it as a positive step in a conflict that Trump described as ‘more difficult than other wars’.

During a press conference in which he celebrated his own diplomatic efforts in the Middle East, Trump said the Patriots were ‘very hard to get’ but that ‘we are going to see if we can make some of them available’.”

Note how, nowadays, Zelensky strives to display his gratitute in the strongest terms.

It is important that the U.S. actions have weakened not only their nuclear program but also their drone production capabilities. We will continue to keep an eye on the situation.

We discussed the protection of our people with the President — first and foremost, the purchase of American air defense systems to shield our cities, our people, churches, and infrastructure. Ukraine is ready to buy this equipment and support American weapons manufacturers. Europe can help. We also discussed the potential for co-production of drones. We can strengthen each other.

I also informed the President about how the technical team’s meetings in Istanbul went, as well as the exchanges of prisoners and the fallen. Russia handed over the bodies of its own troops. Forensic examinations are currently being carried out in Kyiv to identify their relatives.

We talked about the situation on the battlefield. Putin is definitely not winning. I presented the President with the facts about what is really happening on the ground.

Thank you for the meeting and your support. I’m also grateful for the truly kind words about our people. We will keep working.”

This year’s summit declaration made no mention of NATO membership for Ukraine.

“’Europe stepping up to take more responsibility for security will help prevent future disasters like the horrible situation with Russia and Ukraine’, Trump said at the summit-ending news conference shortly after seeing Zelenskyy. ‘And hopefully we’re going to get that solved’.

Trump also reiterated his belief that Russian President Vladimir Putin wants to end the war in Ukraine that began with Moscow’s invasion in February 2022. ‘He’d like to get out of this thing. It’s a mess for him’, Trump said. ‘He called the other day, and he said, ´Can I help you with Iran?´ I said, ´No, you can help me with Russia´’.

Trump’s meeting with Zelenskyy was their first face-to-face session since April when they met at St. Peter’s Basilica during Pope Francis’ funeral. Trump also had a major confrontation with Zelenskyy earlier this year at the White House.

‘They do want to have the antimissile missiles, OK, as they call them, the Patriots’, Trump said. ‘And we’re going to see if we can make some available. We need them, too. We’re supplying them to Israel, and, they’re very effective, 100% effective. Hard to believe how effective. They do want that more than any other thing’.”

President Trump released a statement on Wednesday, calling for the complete destruction of “LEFTWING DISASTER” and “Democrat mouthpiece” Voice of America.  

This comes after White House Senior Advisor to the United States Agency for Global Media (USAGM) Kari Lake testified before the House Foreign Affairs Committee on her agency’s record of waste, fraud, mismanagement, self-dealing, and national security failures.

USAGM oversees several government-funded news media entities, including Voice of America (VOA), Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty, and the Office of Cuba Broadcasting.

As Gateway Pundit reported, Kari Lake exposed the agency and its grantees as nothing but a money laundering front for left-wing propaganda and foreign corruption with almost no oversight capabilities.

Lake revealed further revealed the waste, fraud, abuse, and rot in the organization, including “$75,000 spent for COVID study on how Mac computers can be used for social distancing, $100,000 in American taxpayer money to actually sponsor a Afghan Cricket team, $400,000 for quid pro quo payments to African VOA affiliates— and they actually wrote quid pro quo next to the budget item— $825,000 for a New York music show, and $6 million contract for consulting advice that was never even implemented.”

Yesterday, The Gateway Pundit reported that Neera Tanden, the former White House Staff Secretary, was the person in control of Joe Biden’s autopen from October 2021 thru May 2023, when she was promoted to White House Domestic Policy Council.  During the closed-door testimony under oath, Tanden testified that she was authorized to direct the autopen as well but denied neither manipulating nor abusing the authority.

The Washington Examiner reported that Tanden was given authority to use the pen and "was responsibile for handling the flow of documents to and from the president."

Now, a crucial new detail has emerged regarding the closed-door testimony.  According to an Oversight Project press release, Tanden would utilize the autopen without actually verifying from Biden himself that it was an authorized action.  From the release:

"...she would send decision memos to Biden's inner circle with no visibility of approval between sending the memo and receiving it back.  Tanden's testimony confirms that she affixed Biden's signature onto presidential documents without direct knowledge that Biden authorized the given action.

"Given Biden's clearly deteriorating condition and lack of capacity, it was incumbent on Tanden to actually confirm that Biden himself was capable of and actually making decisions.  Instead, it appears that a close cabal of advisors were put between the autopen and the President."

The Washington Examiner also reported yesterday that Tanden "was also authorized to direct that autopen signatures be affixed to certain categories of documents" and that the administration used the "system for authorizing the use of the autopen that [she] inherited from prior administrations" through her tenure as staff secretary.

President Trump earlier this month called the autopen saga "the biggest scandal outside the rigged 2020 election," saying that he wasn't a "big autopen person, fortunately."  President Trump added that the autopen is used when you get "thousands of letters from...people all over the country" and that is where the autopen "starts and stops."

President Trump said that Biden "was never for open borders...transgender for everybody...men playing in women's sports...frankly, I said it during the debate and I say it now, he didn't have much of an idea what was going on."

In January 2021, President Trump prophesized that, "The 25th Amendment is of zero risk to me, but will come back to haunt Joe Biden and the Biden administration.  As the expression goes, be careful what you wish for."

The House Oversight Committee on Wednesday said Jill Biden’s Chief of Staff Anthony Bernal defied congress and bailed on his testimony on Joe Biden’s cognitive decline.

“Now that the White House has waived executive privilege, it’s abundantly clear that Anthony Bernal – Jill Biden’s so-called ‘work husband’ – never intended to be transparent about Joe Biden’s cognitive decline and the ensuing cover-up. With no privilege left to hide behind, Mr. Bernal is now running scared, desperate to bury the truth. The American people deserve answers and accountability, and the Oversight Committee will not tolerate this obstruction. I will promptly issue a subpoena to compel Anthony Bernal’s testimony before the Committee,” the Oversight Committee said.

“Just yesterday, we heard from our first witness, Neera Tanden, the former Staff Secretary who controlled the Biden autopen. Ms. Tanden testified that she had minimal interaction with President Biden, despite wielding tremendous authority. She explained that to obtain approval for autopen signatures, she would send decision memos to members of the President’s inner circle and had no visibility of what occurred between sending the memo and receiving it back with approval. Her testimony raises serious questions about who was really calling the shots in the Biden White House amid the President’s obvious decline. We will continue to pursue the truth for the American people,” the Committee said.

Anthony Bernal was Jill Biden’s ‘work husband’ and wielded tremendous power.

Last month Project Veritas released undercover video of DNC Vice Chair David Hogg admitting Anthony Bernal, was running the Biden White House.

“How corrupt is the DNC if so many knew or few people knew about Biden?” a Project Veritas undercover reporter asked Hogg.

Hogg replied, “The bigger issue was like the inner circle that was around Biden… like Jill Biden’s Chief of Staff [Anthony Bernal] had an enormous amount of power.”
