Trump Admin Wins HUGE Court Battle Over Mail-In Ballot Rule that Requires States Submit Voter Lists and Ballot Barcodes Before Postal Service Will Deliver Federal Ballots

Mail-in ballots in a postal bin.

Here is some good news out of the courts.

The Daily Signal is reporting that the Trump administration and the US Postal Service have won a key court fight over mail-in ballot oversight.

For years, Republicans have been demanding answers on how mail-in ballots are handled, tracked, and counted in this country. And for years, the DC establishment and the failed mainstream media told us there was nothing to see here.

Now, a court has handed the Trump administration and the USPS a victory on ballot oversight. This is horrible news for Democrats, who continue to obstruct and block any move by President Trump to secure our elections. Why is that?

The ruling says that states must submit their mail-voter lists at least , and every ballot envelope must carry a uniquely serialized barcode so each ballot is tracked outbound and returned.

Postmaster General David Steiner was asked point-blank whether USPS would carry a state’s ballots without the list: “ , .”

M.A. Rothman reported on this latest ruling.

The NAACP sued over this new requirement by the Trump administration – and they lost.

According to The Daily Signal.

The appeals court found the Postal Service made a “strong showing that they will likely succeed” and that the new policy would be “neither constitutionally nor prudentially ripe for review.” The court also said the policy was not affected by the NAACP settlement. Further, the panel found it could cause “irreparable harm” if the Postal Service is unable to finalize and implement the rule before the November midterm elections…

…However, the Trump administration still must clear another hurdle. In a separate lawsuit, U.S. District Judge Indira Talwani on June 25 sided with Democrat-led states that argued the Postal Service rule would interfere with states’ rights to oversee elections. The two lawsuits were argued on different grounds, but Judge Emmet Sullivan’s pause on the USPS rule remains in place.

On March 31, President Donald Trump issued a March executive order that directed his administration, primarily the Department of Homeland Security and the Department of Justice, to compile a list of confirmed U.S. citizens from each state who would be legal voters. The DHS was instructed to use federal data to help state election officials verify eligible voters. The executive order also directed the U.S. Postal Service to only deliver ballots to voters on each state’s approved mail-in ballot list. The order directed the Postal Service to propose a final rule by Aug. 3.

Marco Rubio Announces Launch of Venezuela’s Democratic Transition Talks Beginning August 1

Marco Rubio Announces Launch of Venezuela’s Democratic Transition Talks Beginning August 1
July 21, 2026

U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio announced that the first official talks aimed at launching Venezuela’s democratic transition will begin during the first week of August, with August 1 expected to serve as the formal starting point.

Speaking to reporters at Joint Base Andrews before departing for the ASEAN Summit in the Philippines, Rubio called the agreement “very good news” that had not received the attention it deserved.

“A group representing the 2015 National Assembly—the last Venezuelan legislature recognized by the United States as legitimate—met with the interim government and agreed to establish a framework and forum not only for reconciliation talks, but also to begin the transition process, which is what the Venezuelan people need,” Rubio said.

Rubio’s announcement follows a joint declaration between representatives of Venezuela’s 2015 National Assembly, led by Dinorah Figuera, and members of the current National Assembly headed by Jorge Rodríguez, brother of interim President Delcy Rodríguez.

The two sides agreed to pursue a roadmap focused on restoring political stability, strengthening democratic institutions, and advancing Venezuela’s national recovery following the devastating June 24 earthquakes that deepened the country’s already severe humanitarian and governance crisis.

Figuera, who recently returned to Caracas after years in exile, has stressed the importance of national unity in the aftermath of the disaster. The proposed transition framework includes strengthening democratic institutions, modernizing Venezuela’s electoral system, and restoring guarantees for political participation. At this stage, opposition leader María Corina Machado is not part of the negotiations.

Rubio outlined what he described as a three-phase U.S. approach for Venezuela:

  • Stabilization of the country following the humanitarian crisis.
  • Economic recovery and reconstruction.
  • A full democratic transition culminating in free and fair elections.

The United States has already committed more than $180 million in humanitarian assistance and signaled its willingness to expand support, including facilitating access to international financing for Venezuela’s reconstruction.

The agreement has generated cautious optimism among many Venezuelans, although divisions within the opposition remain and the country continues to face enormous challenges after the earthquakes, which killed thousands and caused widespread destruction in Caracas and La Guaira.

Rubio reaffirmed Washington’s commitment to the process, stating:

“We will be very involved.”

Diplomatic sources indicate that both technical and political negotiations are expected to begin formally on August 1, marking what could become a significant milestone in efforts to end more than a decade of political and institutional crisis in Venezuela.

The initiative reflects a more pragmatic approach shaped by the humanitarian emergency and continued U.S. engagement in the region. Whether it succeeds will depend on the willingness of the Venezuelan parties to reach meaningful agreements and on sustained support from the international community.

Two American Tourists Stabbed by Deranged Man While Visiting Acropolis in Athens, Greece

Today, a reportedly deranged man with a knife turned a cinematic visit to the Athens Acropolis into a bloody trip to the emergency room for two US tourists.

Greek City Times reported:

“Two Greek-American tourists were injured in a knife attack near the Acropolis in Athens on Tuesday morning after a man allegedly began threatening passers-by before launching the assault.

The attack occurred on the pedestrian street between the southern entrance to the Acropolis and the Acropolis Museum, one of Greece’s busiest tourist areas. The victims, a man and a woman, were visiting the historic site when they were attacked.”

“The woman sustained minor injuries to her leg, while the man suffered more serious wounds to his arm and was treated at the scene before being taken to hospital by ambulance. Police reportedly applied a tourniquet to stem heavy bleeding.

Authorities quickly detained the alleged attacker, a 60-year-old man who police believe may have been experiencing psychological issues. Greek media reported he had been threatening other people with a knife before the attack, prompting a member of the public to alert police.”

Associated Press reported:

“The attacker was detained at the scene and was to appear in court before a prosecutor later Tuesday to be formally charged, police said. Authorities did not provide further details on his identity, in line with Greek law regarding the identification of suspects. The motivation for the attack was not immediately clear, but police said the assailant appeared to have been suffering from psychological problems.

The incident did not lead to any closure to the sites, which continued operating as usual. Greek media reported that the assailant had allegedly been randomly threatening passersby with a knife, and that police had been alerted by a member of the public.

The attack occurred shortly after 8 a.m. local time, just as the ancient site opened. Early morning visits to the Acropolis are popular as they avoid the intense midday summer heat on the exposed hill, where there is little shade. Greece is currently experiencing its first heat wave of the summer, with temperatures forecast to reach 38 degrees Celsius (100 degrees Fahrenheit) in Athens and 41 degrees Celsius (105 Fahrenheit) in some parts of the country.”

GOING VIRAL: Transgender Maine Democrat Senate Candidate Ashley Webb Gets Roasted After Claiming He “Leaks Mucus” Out of Where? (VIDEO)
July 21, 2026

Self-identifying transgender Maine Senate candidate Ashley Webb recently claimed on a podcast that he believes he has ovaries and a uterus and that he leaks mucus during a monthly period cycle.

Webb is quickly becoming the face of transgender insanity.

During a discussion with Trans podcaster Amethysta Herrick, released on Sunday, Webb said he gets a menstrual cycle, and that he leaks “like a mucus,” which doctors can’t explain. It’s unclear where the so-called mucus is leaking from, but he should probably get that checked out or take a shower.

Webb, a transgender activist, went viral during a Democratic Party debate this week after claiming that his transparency makes him qualified for the seat. “I wouldn’t lie to the people, and I wouldn’t deceive the people,” he claimed while wearing a dress and pretending to be a woman.

At one point, he claimed the trans community is being “dehumanized,” adding, “They say that we want to hurt people.” He continued, “I don’t want to hurt anybody. I just want to use the bathroom, and if they want me to use the men’s room, I will, but I don’t want to be assaulted.”

WATCH:

During the recent podcast interview, Webb claimed that he discovered that he’s intersex “through medical records that don’t add up, and birth records,” telling a bizarre story about how his birth records were mishandled and then destroyed. He then claimed that he ovulates and gets the symptoms of ovulation.

“I would um, like, I would feel really good on like the 15th day of every cycle, and it was a 39, 29-day cycle that I was experiencing,” he said. “During that time, like I also leak like a mucus, which they can’t really explain.”

Even the interviewer didn’t appear to buy his story. After his outrageous claim about getting a monthly cycle, Herrick responded, “Oh, interesting, interesting. You want to call yourself transgender, despite not necessarily knowing what all parts are inside.”

Webb went on to explain that the doctors gave him the transgender label, likely diagnosing him with gender dysphoria, and that “the intersex community pretty much tossed me out and didn’t want to talk to me.”

“I thought I had ovaries and possibly a uterus, and I was asking them like, ‘I have these CAT scans. Can you take a look?’ and you know, tell me what you think. And I guess it annoyed them, so they kicked me out.”

WATCH:

Ex-college swimmer Riley Gaines responded to the insane comments, saying, “If you’re a man leaking mucus from your genitals, I’d highly recommend seeking medical attention asap.”

Others on social media are roasting him over the viral clip and past claims about having a monthly cycle. Some are even suggesting he belongs in a mental institution.

Webb has been living in this delusion for several years. As the Gateway Pundit reported, resurfaced Reddit postings that appear to be from Ashley Webb, he writes that during his “monthly period,” he bleeds out of his anus or his genitalia. “When you don’t have the proper hole, it finds one of two exits,” he wrote. Other disturbing comments in the thread reveal the extent of his illness.

New British PM Burnham Appoints John Healey as Chancellor – Former Defense Minister Toppled Starmer Leadership Over Insufficient Military Funding

The Return of Healey.

After an endless string of scandals and crises, what finally drove the Labour party to dump failing Keir Starmer as leader and premier was the resignation of then-Defense Minister John Healey over Starmer’s and Chancellor Rachel Reeves’ inability or unwillingness to fully fund the Defense Investment Plan, forcing him to compromise national security and military readiness.

But incoming Prime Minister Andy Burnham appears to have preempted this whole dispute by appointing Healey as the new Chancellor, seemingly guaranteeing funding for the military, and sending defense stocks soaring.

The New York Times reported:

“Andy Burnham, Britain’s new prime minister, on Monday named John Healey as his chancellor of the Exchequer, a critical cabinet post overseeing the country’s finances and helping execute his vision to spread economic growth across the country.

Mr. Healey was recently defense secretary under the former government, though he resigned last month because he said the Treasury had not funded the military adequately. Little is known about Mr. Healey’s latest broad economic views. The role of chancellor is one of the most consequential in the British government, controlling how much money other government departments are given to spend and invest. The office and official residence [are located] at No. 11 Downing Street, next door to the prime minister’s.”

The Guardian reported:

“UK defense stocks rally as former defense secretary appointed chancellor. The UK’s blue-chip FTSE 100 index has opened slightly lower this morning, down 0.3% – but some of its biggest defense stocks are rallying amid excitement that a former defense secretary now occupies No 11.

Babcock International is up 4%, while BAE Systems is up 2.4%. Over in the FTSE 250, Qinetiq is up 3.5%.

Investors are hoping that chancellor John Healey will use his new position to increase defense spending – possibly though issuing “defense bonds”, a form of borrowing allocated only for the military which he has previously advocated for in government.”
