AOC is officially in serious hot legal water with the Trump Administration for her open defiance of immigration law on two occasions.

Border Czar Tom Homan appeared on the Benny Johnson show on Monday and announced that the notorious New York congresswoman was under investigation for two crimes: employing an illegal alien on her staff and helping other illegals evade ICE.

“It’s being looked at (AOC employing illegal alien), can’t comment past that,” Homan responded. “I’m aware of it, we’ve asked ICE to drill in on that case.”

“As far as her educating people how to evade ICE arrests, she’s really educating them on how to avoid prosecution,” he continued. “Because there are statutes on the books when you knowingly hinder your removal, that’s a crime.”

“We have instructed ICE to start prosecuting these cases.”

As The Gateway Pundit’s Jim Hoft reported, Homan announced on Fox News’s “Ingraham Angle” back in February that he had sent an email to the Deputy Attorney General asking the department to investigate AOC. This came after AOC proudly announced that she was holding webinars to teach illegal aliens how to avoid ICE agents in New York City.

“At what level is that impediment?” Homan asked. “I’m not an attorney… Is that impeding our law enforcement efforts?”

“If so, what are we going to do about it? Is she crossing the line? I’m working with the Department of Justice and finding out where is that line that they cross.”

In addition, The Gateway Pundit reported back in March Diego de la Vega, an illegal alien who worked for AOC as a deputy communications director after serving on her campaign in 2021, decided that he no longer felt safe living in America and decided to self-deport to Colombia.

De la Vega’s self-deportation came in December, one month after President Trump won the presidential election in November. Since Trump took office, border crossings have dropped to levels not seen in 25 years.

For her part, AOC had only positive things to say about De la Vega.

“Diego is amazing,” Ocasio-Cortez told Migrant Insider. “We love him.”

The Trump Administration is again cracking down on the lawless city of Los Angeles, this time over city officials’ refusal to follow fundamental immigration law.

Fox News’s Matt Finn reported Monday that the Trump DOJ has sued LA Mayor Karen Bass and City Council officials for the city’s sanctuary city policy and the violent riots that broke out weeks ago.

The lawsuit says that LA’s policy of coddling illegal aliens and refusing to turn them over to ICE violates federal law and that direct confrontation with the federal government was inevitable. The suit also notes that L.A. “rushed with urgency” to codify sanctuary law right after Trump was nominated, thwarting what Americans had voted for.

What LA is doing violates the Supremacy Clause of the United States Constitution because it refuses to treat federal law enforcement the same as local law enforcement.

Per Bill Melugin of Fox News, here is an excerpt of the lawsuit explaining exactly how:

Sanctuary City laws and policies are designed to deliberately impede federal immigration officers’ ability to carry out their responsibilities in those jurisdictions. The Los Angeles Ordinance and other policies intentionally discriminate against the Federal Government by treating federal immigration authorities differently than other law enforcement agents through access restrictions both to property and to individual detainees, by prohibiting contractors and sub-contractors from providing information, and by disfavoring federal criminal laws that the City of Los Angeles has decided not to comply with.

The Supremacy Clause prohibits the City of Los Angeles and its officials from singling out the Federal Government for adverse treatment—as the challenged law and policies do—thereby discriminating against the Federal Government. Accordingly, the law and policies challenged here are invalid and should be enjoined.

U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi spoke to Melugin following the announcement of the suit.

“Sanctuary policies were the driving cause of the violence, chaos, and attacks on law enforcement that Americans recently witnessed in Los Angeles, she said.” Jurisdictions like Los Angeles that flout federal law by prioritizing illegal aliens over American citizens are undermining law enforcement at every level – it ends under President Trump.”

One can bet we will get an angry, childish tweet from worthless Governor Gavin Newsom later today.

White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt will brief members of the media today as the Senate and House work to send the One Big Beautiful Bill to the President’s desk this week. 

Leavitt told reporters last week that she is confident Congressional Republicans will send the bill to the President’s desk for a bill signing ceremony this week.

The President has demanded that Republicans pass the bill “ASAP” and wants it done before this Friday, July 4.

The Senate voted to advance the legislation by one vote on Saturday and is now debating the bill and weighing amendments.

Rand Paul of Kentucky and Thom Tillis of North Carolina were the two Republican nays in Saturday’s vote after Ron Johnson of Wisconsin switched his initial no vote to a yes.

However, the GOP, which holds a 53-seat majority in the upper chamber, is still divided on the bill, with a few RINOs threatening to kill it.

As The Gateway Pundit reported, RINO Thom Tillis, who announced he will not seek reelection after Trump slammed him in a statement, was railing on the Senate Floor against the bill’s cuts to Medicaid for illegal aliens, refugees, and asylum seekers.

A radical leftist recently introduced an app that will not only help illegal aliens avoid being captured by ICE but also put immigration agents in danger. Not surprisingly, one of America’s worst networks was happy to amplify the app.

During a Monday morning segment, CNN’s John Berman told his audience that a tech developer had developed an app called ICEBlock as a new way to track ICE and oppose the Trump Administration’s migration policies.

“As the Trump Administration steps up ICE raids and mass deportations, one tech developer is pushing back with an app designed to track ICE activity in real-time,” Berman announced. “It’s called ICEBlock and it’s controversial to say the least.

Berman then tuned to CNN writer Clare Duffy, who spoke to Joshua Aaron, the app’s creator. Aaron said he wants the app to be an early warning system for ICE officers’ locations so illegals can evade capture and deportation.

Users can submit ICE sightings and alert others to ICE sightings within 5 miles.

Moreover, the app is free, and users can remain anonymous to avoid detection.

Duffy went on to hail Aaron as someone in the tech industry who is “really resistant” to Trump’s immigration policies. In contrast, many of the most prominent leaders have largely supported the president.

Tricia McLaughlin, the Assistant Secretary for the Department of Homeland Security, responded to the ICEBlock app and CNN’s promotion of it during an interview on FOX News.

She told Dana Perino that not only were apps like this obstructing justice, but that they also put our heroic ICE officers in danger.

“Our ICE enforcement officers are seeing a 500% increase in assaults against them,” McLaughlin said. “A lot of this is because politicians like AOC, like Governor Tim Walz, like Gavin Newsom, demonize our ICE enforcement officers and give them (criminals) free passes.”

“Examples like these apps are absolutely obstructing justice,” she added. “What ICE enforcement officers are doing is enforcing the rule of law. If these rioters, these activists, and these politicians don’t like these laws, they should change it.”

“Don’t go after our ICE law enforcement. It’s disgusting, it’s wrong, and it’s un-American.”

Torok explained on Instagram that his spectacular portrait from January, 2025, which pays homage to President Trump’s famous mug shot taken in Fulton County, Georgia, will, in fact, be classified as President Trump’s Inaugural Portrait, whereas Torok’s latest portrait will be classified as President Trump’s Official Portrait.
