A federal judge on Monday temporarily extended a block on Trump’s Big Beautiful Bill Provision barring funding for Planned Parenthood.

Earlier this month Judge Talwani, an Obama appointee, issued a TRO and set a preliminary injunction hearing for Monday July 21 (today).

On Monday, the judge granted a preliminary injunction in part extending a block on barring funding for Planned Parenthood.

Planned Parenthood sued the Trump Administration over its funding cuts written into the newly-passed reconciliation bill.

The House passed the Big Beautiful Bill earlier this month and President Trump signed in on July 4th at the White House.

“Everyone deserves access to high-quality, affordable health care. That’s what we’ve been fighting for the last century — and we’ll never stop,” President and CEO of Planned Parenthood Alexis McGill Johnson said last week. “We’ll be suing the Trump administration to stop this unlawful attack. See you in court.”

A judge on Monday temporarily blocked the Trump administration from stripping Medicaid funds from Planned Parenthood after Congress and President Donald Trump agreed to partially defund the nonprofit through passage of the One Big Beautiful Bill Act.

Judge Indira Talwani of the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts said in her order partially granting a preliminary injunction that the bill unconstitutionally punishes Planned Parenthood member organizations that do not provide abortions.

The injunction will risk “at most minimal harm—financial or otherwise—to” the Trump administration while the lawsuit proceeds,” Talwani, an Obama appointee, wrote.

Talwani’s order arose from a lawsuit brought by Planned Parenthood, the nation’s largest abortion vendor, over the One Big Beautiful Bill Act, a massive budget bill that passed Congress this month with no Democrat support. Trump signed the bill into law on July 4.

A provision in the bill stripped Medicaid funding from Planned Parenthood, which the nonprofit said could force it to close about 200 of its 600 facilities and deprive about half of its customers, more than one million people, of services that do not include abortion.

Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent called out the Federal Reserve on Monday, blasting Chair Jerome Powell’s stewardship and demanding an institution-wide review of the central bank’s performance, bloated bureaucracy, and disturbing deviation from its core mission.

“What we need to do is examine the entire Federal Reserve institution and whether they have been successful,” Bessent said during CNBC interview. “If this were the [Federal Aviation Administration] and we were having this many mistakes, we would go back and look at why has this happened.”

Bessent specifically torched the Fed for its elitist groupthink and catastrophic predictions on tariffs and inflation.

“They were fear-mongering over tariffs, and thus far we have seen very little, if any, inflation. We’ve had great inflation numbers. So, you know, I think this idea [is] of them not being able to break out of a certain mindset. All these Ph.D.s over there, I don’t know what they do.”

Later, Bessent took to X to double down, releasing a scathing statement demanding a full-scale institutional audit — not just of monetary policy, but of the Fed’s ever-growing empire of unchecked influence and wasteful expenditures.

“Today in a CNBC interview, I called for a review of the Federal Reserve. It is my belief that the central bank should conduct an exhaustive internal review of its non-monetary policy operations. Significant mission creep and institutional growth have taken the Fed into areas that potentially jeopardize the independence of its core monetary policy mission.

As I have said many times, the Fed’s conduct of monetary policy “is a jewel box” that should be walled off to preserve its independence. This independence is a cornerstone of continued U.S. economic growth and stability.

However, this autonomy is threatened by persistent mandate creep into areas beyond its core mission, provoking justifiable criticism that unnecessarily casts a cloud over the Fed’s valuable independence on monetary policy.

While I have no knowledge or opinion on the legal basis for the massive building renovations being undertaken on Constitution Avenue, a review of the decision to undertake such a project by an institution reporting operating losses of more than $100 billion per year should be conducted.

The Fed does regular reviews of its monetary policy framework. I would urge Fed leadership to similarly undertake, publish and implement a comprehensive institutional review across its entire mission to buttress its credibility. It will go a long way towards strengthening the Fed’s credibility with the American people on its core mission of guiding our nation’s monetary policy.”

Fed Chair Jerome Powell pulled another shady stunt after Trump officials requested a tour of the so-called $2.5 billion in building ‘renovations.’

On Friday Chairman of the Board of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, Bill Pulte, revealed Jerome Powell offered a tour of the renovations on Friday night when no one was there.

Powell is under fire for the cost of renovating the Fed’s DC headquarters. The cost ballooned from $1.9 billion to $2.5 billion.

On Monday, Trump officials were declined a request for an on site visit to tour the building renovations and instead were given a “virtual site visit.”

Powell has been criminally referred to the Justice Department for prosecution.

On Monday GOP Congresswoman Anna Paulina Luna sent a letter to the DOJ accusing Powell of perjury.

“On June 25, 2025, Chairman Powell provided testimony under oath before the U.S. Senate Committee on Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs regarding the renovation of the Federal Reserve’s Eccles Building. In his statements, he made several materially false claims,” Luna’s letter said, according to Fox News.

Rep. Luna said Powell was lying about the cost of the renovations.

“Separately, in a letter to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Director Russell Vought, Chairman Powell characterized the changes that escalated the cost of the project from $1.9 billion to $2.5 billion as minor. However, documents reviewed by congressional investigators indicate that the scope and cost overruns of this project were neither minor in nature nor in substance,” Luna wrote.

President Donald Trump on Monday directly accused Barack Obama of orchestrating the infamous Russia Hoax.

Trump labeled it “the crime of the century” and accused Obama, Hillary Clinton, Joe Biden, and the “Deep State” of colluding in a years‑long conspiracy to sabotage his 2016 victory.

This weekend, Trump posted an AI-generated video depicting Obama being handcuffed by FBI agents in the Oval Office—set to the Village People’s “YMCA”—just hours after Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard referred declassified documents to the DOJ accusing Obama-era officials of sponsoring a “treasonous conspiracy.”

The video shows FBI agents ambushing Barack Obama during an Oval Office meeting with Trump, cuffing him and putting him in prison.

Trump also posted a video of “Anonymous” breaking down the Obama Treason Crime as the Biggest Scandal Ever!

According to Britannica – Anonymous is a decentralized international movement of digital activists and hackers known for conducting high-profile cyberattacks against governments, corporations, and other institutions.  The group typically uses a white mask with a grin symbolizing that anyone can be part of the collective.

The documents reveal a December 9, 2016, Situation Room session led by then-President Obama and attended by top intel brass including James Comey, John Brennan, James Clapper, Susan Rice, John Kerry, Loretta Lynch, and Andrew McCabe.

According to Gabbard, Obama personally ordered them to “manufacture a new intelligence assessment” on Russian interference, despite no evidence backing such claims.

Gabbard’s report alleges the use of discredited Steele dossier content—funded by Clinton allies—to falsely inflate the Russia narrative, then aggressively leaker-fed to the “fake news” media (think WaPo, NYT) to drive a nationwide smear campaign.

On Monday, Trump took to Truth Social and declared that Obama HIMSELF was the mastermind behind the entire Russia hoax, calling it “The CRIME of the CENTURY!”

“Obama himself manufactured the Russia, Russia, Russia HOAX. Crooked Hillary, Sleepy Joe, and numerous others participated in this, THE CRIME OF THE CENTURY!. Irrefutable EVIDENCE. A major threat to our Country!!!” Trump wrote.
