An exclusive report from The New York Post reveals that during former Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg’s tenure, his financial priorities were more focused on advancing a radical DEI agenda rather than addressing outdated air traffic control systems to the tune of tens of billions of dollars, according to federal spending records and airline industry insiders.

Last year, the GAO warned more than a third of FAA systems are outdated, unsustainable, and lack spare parts.

Instead of addressing these grave concerns, documents from insiders reveal Buttigieg’s DOT spent $80 billion on grants with “equity criteria.”

Per The New York Post exclusive:

What his department was really interested in was handing out hundreds of diversity, equity and inclusion grants totaling more than $80 billion over four years — at least half of the DOT’s entire budget for a typical fiscal year, records show.

“He was definitely pushing an agenda,” an air industry official said, noting the transportation secretary had “little to no interest” and took “definitely zero action” toward air traffic control modernization.

Buttigieg spent his time in President Joe Biden’s cabinet blaming the airlines for their delays and “vilifying” the industry as a whole while denying his department’s DEI agenda led to any air traffic control staffing shortages or was maintaining an ailing safety system that hasn’t been updated since the Carter administration, sources told The Post.

In May, Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy ripped Joe Biden and Pete Buttigieg after an alarming radar outage at Newark Airport.

Buttigieg did nothing to fix the antiquated air traffic control system even though he was given billions of dollars to handle the problem.

Buttigieg couldn’t even fix the potholes when he was a small town mayor of South Bend, Indiana.

Secretary Duffy blasted Buttigieg and Biden for doing nothing to fix the air traffic control equipment.

“What did they do? Nothing! Instead, they spent their time focused on changing the name of ‘cockpit’ to ‘flight deck,’” Duffy said.

Hunter Biden may be a deranged Trump-hating drug addict who sold out his country, but he still makes more sense and understands what ails the Democrat Party than so many of its members.

As The Gateway Pundit reported earlier, Hunter Biden lashed out at President Trump and the administration in a profanity-laced tirade about illegals being deported during an interview with Channel 5 with Andrew Callaghan.

“I say, f**k you! How are we getting those people back from f**king El Salvador?” Hunter Biden said of the illegals sent to El Salvador’s CECOT prison.

Hunter Biden also said that if he were president, he would invade El Salvador if it didn’t send their citizens from prison and send them to the United States.

“I would pick up the phone and call the f*cking President of El Salvador and say, you either f*cking send them back or I’m going to f*cking invade. It’s a f*cking crime what they’re doing. He’s a f*cking dictator!” Hunter shouted.

But later in the interview, Hunter Biden went scorched earth and dropped savage truth bombs on several Democrat Party figures who played a role in forcing his dad to quit the 2024 presidential race last year.

He started by ripping into washed-up actor and activist George Clooney before tearing apart former Bill Clinton henchman James Carville, who last won a race in 1992 (Clinton’s first presidential run). Hunter Biden then mocked Barack Obama’s former speechwriters for exploiting their long-ago relationship with the former President to shake down the Democrat Party for millions.

He closed by taking shots at Anita Dunn and far-left Democrat CNN anchor Jake Tapper. His words toward Tapper were particularly devastating.

“The Cosby Show” star Malcolm-Jamal Warner died as a result of an accidental drowning during a vacation in Costa Rica on Sunday.

He was 54.

“Warner drowned Sunday afternoon at a beach in Cocles de Limón, on Costa Rica’s Caribbean coast, the country’s Judicial Investigation Department said. He appeared to be pulled out to sea by a current,” CBS News reported.

TMZ reported:

“The Cosby Show” alum Malcolm-Jamal Warner has died at the age of 54, TMZ has learned.

TMZ has an unconfirmed, though reliable source who says Warner has died as a result of an accidental drowning.

As you know, Malcolm‑Jamal Warner straight‑up owned the ’80s as Theodore Huxtable on “The Cosby Show,” snagging an Emmy nod and locking in his spot in TV royalty.

He kept the hustle going with sitcom fav “Malcolm & Eddie,” voiced one of the coolest cartoons — yeah, “The Magic School Bus” — and even flexed his music chops with a Grammy win in 2015.

Malcolm-Jamal Warner played Theo Huxtable on “The Cosby Show” from 1984-1992 and was nominated for an Emmy Award in 1986.

Malcom-Jamal is survived by his wife and daughter.

The Justice Department is seeking just one day in jail for the former police officer convicted of shooting Breonna Taylor during a raid in 2020.

Former Louisville Metro Police Department Detective Brett Hankison is scheduled to be sentenced on Monday afternoon after being convicted of deprivation of rights under color of law in November.

Taylor was killed during a knock-and-announce drug raid on March 13, 2020, during which her boyfriend shot at police and they returned fire. LMPD Sgt. Jon Mattingly was shot during the exchange and has now recovered.

During the raid, Hankison fired ten shots through a window, though they are not the ones that struck Taylor. The officers who shot Taylor were not charged because they were returning fire as her boyfriend shot at them.

The Justice Department has argued that Hankison does not need to serve time as he is not a danger to the public.

Taylor’s family has urged the judge to ignore the recommendation and impose a harsher sentence. Lawyers representing the family called it an “insult” that sets a “dangerous precedent.”

“The family asked for one thing: that Brett Hankison be sentenced in accordance with the law and federal guidelines. Instead, Tamika Palmer is left, once again, heartbroken and angry,” attorneys for Taylor’s mother, Tamika Palmer, including Ben Crump, Lonita Baker, and Sam Aguiar, said in a statement, according to a report from NBC News.

“It is unfathomable that, after finally securing a conviction, the Department of Justice would seek a sentence so drastically below the federal guidelines,” the statement continued.

The lawyers added that the recommendation “sends the unmistakable message that white officers can violate the civil rights of Black Americans with near-total impunity.”

Taylor’s death led to riots in the streets during the height of the Black Lives Matter mayhem nationwide.
