On his radio show, Scott Jennings addressed a disturbing podcast recently went viral that sheds light on the depths of anti-semitism that is openly expressed without shame. On an episode of the Fresh & Fit Podcast, host Myron Gaines nodded gleefully as his guests spewed vile, hateful anti-Semitic rhetoric.

One guest didn’t just go down the leftist denial of the Holocaust;  she justified it.

She asked, “What if the Jews did something to the Germans,” and that “the Jews” don’t want to “take accountability” for the Holocaust, as another guest added, “They started it.”

One guest posited that perhaps, by killing six million Jews, Hitler was “trying to save the world.”

Another added, “We gotta kill the motherf***ers.”

In an effort to justify their hate, one suggested, “Jews are the reason why the healthcare system and everything around us in the government is collapsing because they’re sitting up here stealing away from the American people.”

All the while, Gaines smiled and nodded along to the rabid hate.

After playing a clip from the show, Jennings said, Ladies and gentlemen, this is one of the most disgusting things I’ve ever heard. A podcast hosted by a man named Myron Gaines, the Fresh & Fit After Hours podcast. It deserves all of our scorn. Laughing, justifying the actions of Adolf Hitler, saying the Jews deserved the Holocaust.”

“Congressman Richie Torres, a Democrat from New York City, I don’t agree with him on much, but on one issue, the man has had real backbone. It’s the issue of Israel and the treatment of the Jewish people.”

“He had this to say, ‘It is profoundly disturbing to see young social media influencers casually rationalize Hitler and the Nazi regime’s systematic extermination of six million Jews during the Holocaust. The only thing more terrifying than Holocaust denial is Holocaust glorification.’”

“‘The comfort with which these commentators defend the most evil man ever to roam the Earth should send chills down the spine of every decent person.’”

“I could not agree more with Congressman Torres. It is incredible to me the brainwashing that is going on in the United States of America and throughout the West of our young people as it relates to Israel, as it relates to the Jewish people, as it relates to what’s happening in Gaza, as it relates to what happened historically in World War II.”

“You hear the lunacy and the casual hatred coming out of the mouths of these young people. You think about what happened on college campuses in the United States of America, folks. We have a real problem on our hands.”

The U.S. Department of Education’s Office for Civil Rights announced on Friday that five Virginia school districts are in violation of Title IX for allowing boys in female restrooms and locker rooms.

Investigations were launched into Alexandria City Public Schools, Arlington Public Schools, Fairfax County Public Schools, Loudoun County Public Schools, and Prince William County Public Schools in February.

In a press release, the department said, “OCR determined that the Divisions’ policies, which allow students to access intimate, sex-segregated facilities based on the students’ subjective ‘gender identity,’ violate Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972.”

The department continued, “The investigation was based on complaints alleging that the Divisions have similar anti-discrimination policies pertaining to ‘transgender-identifying’ students, which violate the sex-based protections of Title IX. The Divisions are also the subject of several lawsuits, informal complaints, and reports, which allege that students in the Divisions avoid using school restrooms whenever possible because of the schools’ policies, and that female students have witnessed male students inappropriately touching other students and watching female students change in a female locker room.”

“Although this type of behavior was tolerated by the previous Administration, it’s time for Northern Virginia’s experiment with radical gender ideology and unlawful discrimination to come to an end. OCR’s investigation definitively shows that these five Virginia school districts have been trampling on the rights of students in the service of an extreme political ideology,” said Acting Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights Craig Trainor. “The Trump Administration will not sacrifice the safety, dignity, and innocence of America’s young women and girls at the altar of an anti-scientific illiberalism.”

The department has now issued a resolution agreement for the districts to get into compliance, which they have ten days to accept or “risk imminent enforcement action, including referral to the U.S. Department of Justice.”

The proposed Resolution Agreement requires the school districts to take the following actions to remedy the situation:

(i) Rescind the policies and/or regulations that allow students to access intimate facilities based on their “gender identity” rather than their sex;

(ii) Issue a memorandum to each Division school explaining that any future policies related to access to intimate facilities must be consistent with Title IX by separating students strictly on the basis of sex, and that Title IX ensures women’s equal opportunity in any education program or activity including athletic programs; and

(iii) Adopt biology-based definitions of the words “male” and “female” in all practices and policies relating to Title IX.

The education department noted that Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 prohibits discrimination on the basis of sex in any education program or activity receiving federal financial assistance.

Deranged open borders Democrats are seemingly so determined to put the lives of our brave ICE agents in grave danger that they are willing to throw them behind bars. And they are not alone.

MLive reported on Thursday that Michigan House Democrats have introduced legislation that would bar law enforcement officials from concealing their faces on the job. Those who violate the proposed law would be charged with a misdemeanor, which carries a $1000 fine and up to 90 days in jail.

Yes, Democrats are threatening to lock up those trying to enforce immigration laws.

The Michigan House Democrats are comparing ICE agents masking up to safeguard their identities to “secret police” tactics. Here is what the bill’s sponsor, Rep. Betsy Coffia (D-Traverse City), told MLive:

For the average person, these incidents look like violent kidnappings. With this new federal tactic of wearing masks with no identification, there is no way for the public, the people being accosted or grabbed, or even local law enforcement and local, state elected leaders to know who these folks are.

It’s not clear why these Democrats feel that state law should prevail over federal law, but they don’t care about the Constitution or the rule of law to begin with.

Thankfully, Republicans did take back the State House during the last election cycle and will likely prevent this awful scheme from becoming law.

Newsweek notes that Democrats in California, New York, Massachusetts, and Pennsylvania have introduced bills that would require federal officers to display visible identification (no masks). While Republicans control the Pennsylvania State Senate and can block legislation, Democrats have free rein in the other three.

At the federal level, far-left Senators Alex Padilla (D-CA), Elissa Slotkin (D-MI), and Cory Booker (D-NJ) have introduced legislation that would accomplish the same dangerous goal.

As Breitbart reported, President Trump has spoken out about how hypocritical Democrats are on the issue of masks.

After all, Democrats don’t care when Antifa thugs wear face coverings to avoid identification and jail time.

Tina Peters’ attorneys filed a motion with the court on Friday.  

After their court appearance earlier in the week, the attorneys representing Tina Peters filed a motion on Friday.

On  July 22nd, a Habeas Corpus hearing was held in the Denver Federal Courthouse.   US District Court Chief Magistrate Judge Scott T. Varholak presided to determine if Judge Matthew Barrett committed reversible error by sentencing Tina Peters to prison because he, in essence, deemed her speech to be a danger to society.

Here’s exactly what Judge Barrett said during Tina’s sentencing:   

“You are no hero. You abused your position – and you’re a charlatan who used, and is still using your prior position to peddle a snake oil that’s been proven to be junk time and time again. Your lies are well-documented and these convictions are serious. I’m convinced you’d do it all over again if you could.  You’re as defiant as a defendant as this court has ever seen.”

Sadly, Tina wasn’t even allowed to participate in Tuesday’s hearing of hers electronically, from where she continues to languish at the LaVista Prison in Pueblo, Colorado. 

Tina’s Habeas claim of whether her Constitutional Right of Free Speech was severely violated is a Federal issue.  The complication arose during the proceeding.  In addition, is the question whether the case was heard and dispositioned sufficiently at the Colorado State Court level.  Since Tina is alleging that Colorado violated her Constitutional rights to begin with, this Constitutional violation should supersede any further involvement with the Colorado Court, and enable it to be immediately heard in the Federal Court.

That was the intent of the July 22nd hearing, led by Tina’s Attorney Peter Ticktin.  Here’s a glimpse of Attorney Ticktin being interviewed by CBS upon conclusion of the proceedings:

While the Judge could have simply thrown out the case with the same malice and forethought demonstrated at all phases of Tina’s persecution and prosecution thus far, he instead fairly asked that Tina’s team refile their paperwork (by July 25th) to only address this First Amendment Habeas issue.

The original submission included 4 other areas of concern that at this juncture only serve to unnecessarily distract from the glaring issue of Habeas.  If this Habeas is resolved, it will be the rising tide to lift all the other areas of concern.  However, unless a miracle occurs, Tina must continue to suffer through at least 5 more unjust weeks of prison time.  Sadly we’re soon approaching the one year mark that Tina has been incarcerated.

On Friday, Peters’ legal team filed their submission.

Biden’s DOJ and FBI were all over this case.  It’s time to move this case to the federal courts where it always belonged.

Pollster Matt Towery joined Fox’s “The Ingraham Angle,” to share why the mainstream media continues to get it wrong when it comes to President Trump’s approval numbers.  Towery suggests that Trump’s approval ratings far exceed what the media claims.

Per The Daily Caller, “Gallup published a poll Thursday showing Trump’s approval rating dropped to 37%, with support among independents falling to 29%.”

Ingraham said, “The overall approval rating, one was 42%. That looked kind of low to me, but overall people are generally, seem to be pretty happy.”

Towery replied, “Well, it is low. And let me tell you, there’s a war that takes place. You talk about the media. There’s one among us pollsters as well.”

“Those of us who poll Trump very well and have been accurate, oftentimes our polls are shunted to the side and instead you get like a Gallup poll.”

“Gallup used to be very good at doing presidential approval. They’re not anymore. They certainly are not with Trump.”

“38% approval? That’s a joke.”

“So, really, when you look at polls, it’s almost like when you look at the old legacy media versus the new media and the conservative media. It’s two different worlds.”

“Trust me, Donald Trump’s at above 50% approval, majority approval in this country. Take it from me. I’m right.”
