Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard has publicly released a new trove of explosive documents revealing a deliberate and coordinated plot by senior Obama administration officials to sabotage President Donald Trump even before he took office.

Gabbard released a devastating thread on X that exposes the Obama regime’s orchestrated weaponization of the Intelligence Community (IC) in 2016 to carry out a political coup against President Donald Trump.

According to Gabbard, the intelligence apparatus under then-President Barack Obama deliberately reversed its own consensus that Russia lacked the intent or ability to hack U.S. elections—just weeks after Donald Trump’s historic defeat of Hillary Clinton.

Instead of delivering the truth to the American people, Obama’s top brass—FBI Director James Comey, CIA Director John Brennan, and DNI James Clapper—met at the White House on December 9, 2016, and plotted a complete rewrite of the intelligence assessment. Their goal: manufacture a narrative that Russia had “interfered” in the election to help Trump.

Gabbard reveals that a key finding from December 8, 2016, concluding Russia had not impacted the election, was abruptly pulled from the President’s Daily Brief following “new guidance.” That assessment was never published.

And that’s not all.

These intelligence officials then enlisted their loyal allies in the mainstream media, leaking cherry-picked, politicized assessments to outlets like the Washington Post—feeding the baseless hysteria that Trump had somehow colluded with Russia.

By January 6, 2017—just days before Trump’s inauguration—Clapper presented the phony intelligence assessment, marking the launch of what would become a multi-year deep state coup to sabotage the Trump presidency. According to whistleblower emails revealed in Gabbard’s thread, the bogus Steele Dossier—a Clinton-funded political hit job—was used as a source to justify this treacherous IC assessment.

“New evidence has emerged of the most egregious weaponization and politicization of intelligence in American history. Per President Donald Trump’s directive, I have declassified a @HouseIntel oversight majority staff report that exposes how the Obama Administration manufactured the January 2017 Intelligence Community Assessment that they knew was false, promoting the LIE that Vladimir Putin and the Russian government helped President Trump win the 2016 election,” Gabbard wrote on X.

“In doing so, they conspired to subvert the will of the American people, working with their partners in the media to promote the lie, in order to undermine the legitimacy of President Trump, essentially enacting a years-long coup against him.”

The rise of the Artificial Intelligence technology carries a lot of promise but also a lot of risk.

When it comes to the perils of the AI technology, we’ve heard multiple experts alerting to the ‘macrocosmic’ problems that it can pose to the very survival of humankind, with the alarmism hitting overdrive with provocateur Eliezer Yudkowsky saying ‘I think we’re all gonna die!’

But there’s also the ‘microcosmic’ problems that AI is already unleashing on humanity, in the sense that it quickly became another tool used by criminals – and a powerful one, too!

Sometimes there are terrible stories that seem a ‘one-off’ destined to the folklore, as in the case of the French woman scammed out of $850k by con-man posing as ‘Brad Pitt in the hospital’ with AI-Generated images and Chatbot.

But now, we seem to be heading to a more systemic danger, as OpenAI CEO Sam Altman warns the financial sector of a ‘significant impending fraud crisis’ because of artificial intelligence.

Altman detailed AI’s increasing capability to ‘impersonate human voices’, allowing criminals to bypass security protocols and even illicitly transfer funds.

The Independent reported:

“Speaking at a Federal Reserve conference in Washington, Mr. Altman expressed particular alarm over outdated authentication methods. ‘A thing that terrifies me is apparently there are still some financial institutions that will accept the voiceprint as authentication’, he stated. ‘That is a crazy thing to still be doing. AI has fully defeated that’.”

Sam Altman says it’s insane that banks still accept voice prints for authentication.

“Voiceprinting, which involves customers uttering a challenge phrase to access accounts, gained popularity over a decade ago, particularly among wealthy bank clients. However, Mr. Altman cautioned that AI-generated voice clones, and eventually video clones, are becoming increasingly ‘indistinguishable from reality’, necessitating entirely new verification systems.”

Sitting beside him was Michelle Bowman, the Fed’s Vice Chair for Supervision and top financial regulator.

She seemed willing to collaborate on solutions, saying that this ‘might be something we can think about partnering on’.

Iran has no plans to abandon its nuclear enrichment program, despite recent military strikes and international pressure.

Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi made the declaration during an exclusive interview with Fox News’ Bret Baier on Monday’s “Special Report.”

“We cannot give up enrichment because it is an achievement of our own scientists,” Araghchi said.

“And now, more than that, it is a question of national pride,” he added. “Our enrichment is so dear to us.”

U.S. officials have repeatedly stated that preventing Iran from enriching uranium is crucial to blocking Tehran’s path to a nuclear weapon.

But Araghchi appeared to confirm that his country is determined, regardless of sanctions or international pressure.

“Our facilities have been damaged — seriously damaged,” he said.

“The extent of which is now under evaluation by our atomic energy organization,” Araghchi noted.

“But as far as I know, they are seriously damaged,” he repeated, adding that enrichment has ceased “for the time being.”

Araghchi declined to say whether any enriched uranium survived the strikes.

The U.S. and Israel launched joint strikes on Iranian nuclear sites last month to cripple the regime’s enrichment capacity.

Israel had been carrying out strikes for several days before the U.S. joined with B-2 bombers.

U.S. forces, at the direction of President Donald Trump, dropped more than a dozen 30,000-pound bunker-buster bombs on facilities in Fordow, Natanz, and Isfahan.

Despite the damage, Araghchi said Iran will not abandon its pursuit. Iran has claimed that it is not building a nuclear weapon.

However, experts had warned before the strikes that Tehran could have produced a nuclear warhead within days or weeks.

After the bombings, much of the legacy media claimed the damage to the sites was minimal.

Trump, who watched Baier’s interview with Araghchi on Monday, quoted Araghchi as saying the sites were severely “damaged.”

Idaho quadruple murderer Bryan Kohberger, clad in an orange jumpsuit, faced sentencing for his gruesome crimes on Wednesday.

Family members and friends read their victim impact statements during the sentencing hearing.

Kohberger, who was facing a firing squad if convicted, accepted a plea deal and will spend life in prison without parole.

Last month Bryan Kohberger pleaded guilty to the horrific slayings of four University of Idaho students to avoid the death penalty.

Bryan Kohberger was indicted by a secret grand jury last year and charged with four counts of first-degree murder and one count of burglary in the slayings of four University of Idaho students.

Kohberger, 30, fatally stabbed 20-year-old Ethan Chapin of Conway, Washington; 21-year-old Madison Mogen of Coeur d’Alene, Idaho; 20-year-old Xana Kernodle of Avondale, Arizona; and 21-year-old Kaylee Goncalves of Rathdrum, Idaho on November 13, 2022.

“The sheath was later processed and had ‘Ka-Bar’ ‘USMC’ and the United States Marine Corps eagle globe and anchor insignia stamped on the outside of it,” Idaho police officer Brett Payne wrote in the 19-page affidavit. “The Idaho state lab later located a single source of male DNA (suspect Profile) left on the button snap of the knife sheath.”

Additionally, prosecutors have screen images of what appears to be Bryan Kohberger’s white Hyundai Elantra driving up to the house on King Road and fleeing the crime scene around the time of the murders.

They also have footage of Kohberger driving along State Route 270 between his residence in Pullman, Washington and Moscow, Idaho shortly before the murders.

After the gag order was partially lifted last week, Kaylee Goncalves’ father, Steve Goncalves, told NewsNation host Ashleigh Banfield that Kohberger’s murder was sexually motivated.

Steve Goncalves said there was evidence that Kohberger gagged Maddie Mogen and Kaylee Goncalves. Kohberger also had searches on his phone for ‘passed out drunk girls’ and ‘gagging’

Another liberal head of government bites the dust?

Japanese Liberal Prime Minister Shigeru Ishiba had reportedly decided to step down, and would announce his resignation by the end of August.

The move by Ishiba would have comes after his ruling coalition’s poor performance in the upper-house elections, where it lost its majority — losing 19 seats in the vote.

Reuters reported:

“The reports come after Ishiba and U.S. President Donald Trump unveiled a trade deal that lowers tariffs on imports of Japanese autos and spares Tokyo punishing new levies on other goods.”

After Sunday’s election debacle, Ishiba vowed to stay in office to finish negotiating the US tariff agreement, and face mounting economic issues.

“’I can’t say until I scrutinize the outcome of the agreement’, Ishiba told reporters on Wednesday when asked whether the tariff deal with Washington would influence his decision on whether to stay on.”

However, a few hours after this report, the PM came public to deny that he had any such intentions.

So, Reuters came up with a totally different article:

“Asked about media reports that he had expressed his intention to step down as early as this month, the 68-year-old leader Ishiba told reporters at party headquarters on Wednesday: “I have never made such a statement…The facts reported in the media are completely unfounded.”

[…] His departure less than a year after taking office would trigger a succession battle within the ruling Liberal Democratic party as it contends with challenges from new political parties, particularly on the right, that are chipping away at its support.

Among them is the ‘Japanese First’ Sanseito far-right group which surged in Sunday’s vote, growing its representation in the 248-seat upper house to 14 from one. The party has attracted voters with pledges to curb immigration, slash taxes, and provide financial relief to households squeezed by rising prices.”
