Current contingent of Kenyan ‘peacekeepers’ did not improve the chaotic situation.

New ‘Gang Suppression Force’ will take the fight to the heavily armed rebel criminals.

It’s a point of contention whether the US as the Western Hemisphere superpower must deal with the Haiti chaos.

If for a moral imperative or geopolitical considerations, is it worthy of consideration to tackle a situation in a very poor country where the rebel criminal gangs have control of 90% of the Capital Port-au-Prince?

Apparently, the Donald J. Trump administration has decided it wants to – or has to – take the lead in the international effort to stabilize the ‘hell hole’.

Earlier, on Thursday (28), the US announced that it is seeking UN authorization for a new ‘Gang Suppression Force’ to help tackle the spiraling violence in Haiti, as it arises that the heavily-armed criminal groups are expanding their attacks to the countryside.

Associated Press reported:

“Acting U.S. Ambassador Dorothy Shea made the announcement at a U.N. Security Council meeting, but it was unclear how it would differ from the Kenya-led Multinational Security Support force now deployed in the violence-torn Caribbean nation trying to help police curb gang violence. Shea thanked Kenya for answering Haiti’s call ‘at a critical moment’ and leading a multinational force for more than a year, saying without it ‘the gangs would have been even more emboldened in their ambitions and brazen atrocities against civilians in Haiti’.”

Gang leader Jimmy ‘Barbecue’ Chérizier now has a $5 million bounty on his head.

Shea said the US and Panama will sponsor a draft resolution to the Security Council to establish the ‘Gang Suppression Force’ with U.N. logistical support to it.

The Kenyan peace force arrived in Haiti in June 2024, but while the force was supposed to be 2,500-strong, it is currently below 1,000 troops.

“The U.S. announcement follows a report that the security firm of former U.S. Navy SEAL Erik Prince will soon deploy nearly 200 personnel from various countries to Haiti as part of a one-year deal to quell gang violence, a person with knowledge of the plans said earlier this month.

The deployment by Vectus Global is meant to help the government of Haiti recover vast swaths of territory seized in the past year and now controlled by heavily armed gangs, said the person, speaking to The Associated Press on condition of anonymity to discuss the plans.”

Chaos is widespread in Haiti.

Miami Herald reported:

“One area of contention is the U.N. package that would fund lethal equipment, which Guterres had avoided mentioning in his proposal. Another is the change involving the Haitian police. The Kenya mission was sold as providing support to the Haitian police by reinforcing, training and mentoring cops. But in reality, that didn’t happen, as the Haitian police high command failed to provide intelligence on gangs, and internal fighting and political tensions with the country’s transitional government fractured the already divided force.

Unlike the current, mostly police-led Kenya mission, which cannot conduct operations on its own, the newly revised force would be authorized to act independently of the Haiti National Police. In giving the new mission more autonomy, U.S. officials are hoping to stop the violence that has led to thousands of deaths since the foreign troops’ arrival.

‘The next international force must be resourced to hold territory, secure infrastructure, and complement the Haitian national police. In parallel, a comprehensive approach is required to disrupt gang financing, arms trafficking and other illicit flows fueling instability’, U.S. Ambassador Dorothy Shea told the Security Council on Thursday.”

“There is Some Suspicious Activity Here” – Even CNN Admits Lisa Cook May Have Committed Mortgage Fraud (VIDEO)
August 30, 2025

You know it’s bad when CNN is admitting Federal Reserve Governor Lisa Cook likely committed mortgage fraud on all three properties she owns.

Federal housing regulator Bill Pulte has officially sent two criminal referrals on embattled Federal Reserve Governor Lisa Cook after she was allegedly caught lying about a third property.

According to Pulte, Cook misrepresented a condominium in Cambridge, Massachusetts when she claimed it was a “second home”. Eight months later, Cook signed an ethics form with the US Government and represented the Cambridge property as an “investment/rental property.”

Banks and lenders give more favorable loan terms and lower interest rates for second homes. Mortgage loans on investment properties have higher interest rates because they are considered high risk.

“In subsequent filings from 2022 to 2025, Cook consistently listed this property as an investment/rental property, not a second home,” Pulte said.

Lisa Cook also allegedly committed occupancy fraud (and perhaps tax fraud) on her two other properties.

According to Pulte’s first criminal referral, Lisa Cook committed mortgage fraud by lying on her mortgage application and falsifying bank statements when she designated her out-of-state Atlanta condo as her “primary residence”—just two weeks after taking a loan on her Michigan home, which she also claimed as her “primary residence.”

Lisa Cook admitted in a court document that she manufactured documents and hinted a ‘clerical error’ is behind the mortgage fraud accusations.

A CNN panelist admitted Lisa Cook likely committed mortgage fraud.

“There is some suspicious activity here that’s really problematic by Lisa Cook,” the CNN panelist said as he expanded on the fraud committed on all three of her properties.

Why You Never Hear Back from Aggressive Indian Recruiters: The H-1B Visa Scam Explained

Why You Never Hear Back from Aggressive Indian Recruiters: The H-1B Visa Scam Explained

Why You Never Hear Back from Aggressive Indian Recruiters: The H-1B Visa Scam Explained
August 30, 2025

Image created by ChatGPT (OpenAI), 2025. Composite illustration highlighting H1B job scams.

Recently, several Indians in the U.S. were charged with H-1B visa fraud involving shell companies created to game the lottery system. In one scheme, three Indian-origin men ran a staffing firm called Nanosemantics that submitted petitions for jobs that didn’t exist.

In another, recruiter Kandi Srinivasa Reddy formed 13 shell companies and filed over 3,000 registrations for just 288 workers, charging desperate Indians thousands of dollars to become “employees” of fake firms with the promise of American jobs.

But the scam didn’t just defraud Indians. It also exploited Americans. To satisfy legal requirements, these shell companies had to demonstrate “good faith” efforts to hire U.S. workers first. That meant posting ads, contacting and interviewing Americans, and documenting rejections with plausible explanations.

This is why so many Americans report being aggressively contacted by Indian recruiters about jobs they never hear back from. Unwittingly, they’re providing the paper trail that enables visa fraud while the jobs are reserved for pre-selected foreign workers.

Anyone who has searched for a job online has probably encountered these recruiters demanding résumés, cover letters, and personal details without providing clear information about the job or benefits. In time, you learn to skip over postings with Indian-sounding names.

Indians dominate the H-1B visa program. In fiscal year 2023, 73 percent of approved H-1B workers were born in India, and between October 2022 and September 2023, Indian nationals received 72.3 percent of all visas issued.

Between April and September 2024, out of 130,000 H-1B visas granted, about 20 percent went to Indian-origin companies, with Infosys and Tata Consultancy Services leading.

Nearly 400,000 applications were approved that year, two-thirds renewals and one-third new. USCIS, however, raised concerns about fraud in the registration system: for FY 2024, there were more multiple registrations (408,891) than single ones (350,103), the first time this had ever happened.

After reforms were introduced, registrations dropped to 343,981 in FY 2026, a 26.9 percent decline compared with the previous year, suggesting that fraud prevention measures are taking effect.

Job seekers in the United States have long reported troubling patterns with Indian recruiters. Many describe being contacted by firms like Indotronix or Tanisha Systems, only to find that “nine out of ten” job requirements sent to them had nothing to do with their actual skills.

Despite submitting résumés, they never received interview requests or legitimate offers. Some workers discovered that the companies did not even exist.

Others noted recruiters often asked for unnecessary personal details, immigration status, driver’s licenses, even partial Social Security numbers, while sending emails riddled with spelling and grammar mistakes. For many, the result is the same: information is harvested, but no job ever materializes.

The mechanics of the scam are clear. Recruiters gather résumés from U.S. workers to create the appearance of a hiring process, fulfilling the legal requirement that companies demonstrate a good faith effort to recruit Americans before turning to foreign workers under the H-1B or PERM labor certification process.

In practice, companies manipulate recruitment by posting jobs in obscure newspapers with tiny circulation, requiring outdated methods like mailing paper résumés, withholding key details from descriptions, or exaggerating the complexity of roles to make them appear as “specialty occupations” under H-1B criteria.

These tactics ensure few Americans apply, allowing corporate lawyers to argue that no suitable candidates were available.

Some companies even conduct sham interviews, rejecting applicants for pretextual reasons to show that “no qualified Americans applied.” Meanwhile, the real hiring process is already underway for preselected foreign workers.

The Department of Justice has reached settlements with major tech companies for discriminatory practices.

Apple was found to have failed to advertise PERM positions on its external website and required paper applications for roles that normally accepted online submissions, reducing applications from Americans while maintaining the appearance of compliance.

Similarly, a jury recently found that Cognizant had intentionally discriminated against non-Indian workers and was abusing the H-1B visa process. One executive testified that he was fired in 2016 after refusing to continue signing hundreds of fraudulent invitation letters for jobs that didn’t exist.

Outsourcing loopholes make the problem worse. The Department of Labor treats contractor hires differently from direct hires, allowing firms like HCL and other Indian outsourcing giants to sidestep wage and worker protections.

Banks, telecoms, and large corporations rely on these firms, which funnel thousands of foreign workers into U.S. jobs through staffing arrangements that crowd out Americans.

Recent analysis has shown that nearly two-thirds of foreign workers hired through these outsourcing models come from companies like Tata Consultancy Services.

Federal agencies now acknowledge these abuses are systematic. The DOJ’s Civil Rights Division has set up reporting channels for discriminatory job ads preferring visa workers over Americans.

The Department of Labor has begun prioritizing investigations and publicizing enforcement against violators. Between 2020 and 2023, Bloomberg estimates that one in six H-1B visas was issued through multiple fraudulent registrations, underscoring the need for reform.

Apart from the DOJ, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services and other government departments have taken steps to combat these scams, but they persist. Fake job advertisements continue to clog the employment pipeline, leaving qualified Americans jobless.

19 Local British Councils Vowing Legal Action to Remove Migrants From Hotels, as Judge Who Allowed Illegals in Epping Hotel Is Reported to Conduct Authority for Leftwing Bias
August 30, 2025

Patriots show their colors in Epping.

The British are fighting back treasonous Starmer and his Globalist Labour leftists.

We reported yesterday on how the unpopular Keir Starmer government got a ‘legal victory’ by betraying the British citizens and keeping the controversial Epping migrant hotel open.

But today, losses for the Labour Globalist hacks are coming from every possible direction – as the UK citizenry is fighting back.

To begin with, no less than 19 local councils are now vowing to ‘take legal action to kick asylum seekers out of hotels’.

Daily Mail reported:

“Furious protesters have gathered outside migrant hotels in towns and cities such as Newcastle, Swindon and Falkirk after the Court of Appeal yesterday overturned an injunction ordering the removal of 138 migrants from an accommodation in Essex.

It comes as the Labour government was last night facing accusations from senior Tories that it is ‘taking the side of migrants over Britons’.”

Today, more councils joined the fight against asylum hotels.

“Reform UK has said that all 12 councils it controls should be exploring legal options to stop asylum seekers being housed in local hotels.

[…] And at least four Labour-run authorities – Wirral Council, Stevenage Borough Council, Tamworth Borough Council and Rushmoor Borough Council – have also vowed to take action.”

Citizens protest in Epping.

In the meantime, the ‘progressive’ judge Lord Justice Bean, who ruled that the ‘asylum seekers’ (a.k.a. illegal migrants) can remain in Epping, has been reported to the conduct authority for alleged ‘bias’ over ‘links to leftwing causes and organizations’.

The Telegraph reported:

“Steven Barrett, a prominent barrister, on Thursday said he submitted a complaint to the Judicial Conduct Investigations Office arguing that Lord Justice Bean ‘should not have heard the Bell Hotel appeal’ because of apparent conflicts of interest.

Those included his status as a founding member of Matrix Chambers which, Mr. Barrett claims, is ‘firmly associated with advocacy in favor of allowing migrants to stay’.

[…] Mr. Barrett highlighted that Lord Justice Bean had been a Labour Party member for 28 years, had formerly served as deputy chairman of the Society for Labour Lawyers, and is a former chair of the Fabian Society, a socialist think tank ‘which advocates in favor of migrants’.

The barrister alleged that in presiding over the case, ‘Lord Justice Bean erred, in failing to properly consider, or if not fail to consider, fail to properly apply, the test of ‘apparent bias’. ‘In my opinion, Lord Justice Bean has erred in agreeing to hear such an important case, when it involves his friends in Labour’.”
