Secret Service Chief Counsel Richard Giuditta abruptly resigned last week after a road rage incident, according to RealClearPolitics.

The road rage incident took place in late July in New Jersey and involved a government vehicle.

“Giuditta, who sources say had no formal training on the use of a government vehicle, inappropriately used lights and sirens on the vehicle, which are supposed to be reserved for law enforcement purposes, the sources allege. The incident involved the Essex County Sheriff’s office, and agents from the Newark Secret Service office were called in to respond, according to these sources. Another civilian driver who was reacting to the alleged “road rage” videotaped the incident, the sources added,” RealClearPolitics reporter Susan Crabtree reported.

Richard Giuditta reportedly returned to his law practice.

“U.S. Secret Service Chief Counsel and Senior Advisor Richard Giuditta has made the decision to leave federal service and return to his law practice,” Guglielmi told RealClearPolitics. “We thank Mr. Giuditta for his contributions to the Secret Service and wish him the very best in his future endeavors.”

Giuditta was reportedly a Trump appointee to through the Department of Homeland Security.

An image is going viral on the social media platform X, showing a test for 8th graders from 1899. It demonstrates how dumbed-down our education system has become — with many believing that most high school students, and even public school teachers, probably would not pass it.

An image of the test was posted to X Tuesday with the caption that this was for 8th graders in rural California.

A quick glance shows subjects like Math, English, Music, Geography, and U.S. History.

One English question asked students to write a biography of Henry Wadsworth Longfellow, with a minimum of six quotations.

Math questions had students working with fractions, decimals, and ratios, as well as a number of word problems, while the music section tested students’ knowledge of scales and time.

One geography question asked students to compare the climates of different American cities. It also tested their knowledge of South America and Europe.

Although cut off the page, the U.S. History section appeared to ask about the division between the North and South, with one abolishing slavery and the other utilizing it. Another question asked about the functions of the executive branch of government.

The New Republic posted another 8th grade exam from 1895 with similarly challenging questions.

Heads Up posted images of a test from 1912 for 8th graders, with questions like defining nouns, personal pronouns, longitude and latitude and asking students to “Describe the heart” and locate specific organs and describe their functions in the section of physiology.

Compare this to more recent images from commentator LibsofTikTok, showing how dramatic the shift has been in educational standards.

A 10th grade English class in October 2023 was probably too busy telling white students how awful they are to teach them any of the things 8th graders used to learn.

Another post indicated middle schoolers were being taught about radical gender ideology, which, again, was probably too time consuming to teach them anything useful that children from over 100 hundred years ago were learning.

Another school brought in a drag queen to educate children about changing their name and gender in a legal sense.

Never mind today’s students. Could even 20 percent of today’s teachers pass any of the tests shown here? It’s doubtful if they’re spending classroom time exposing children to backwards race and gender ideology.

Education used to be a means of equipping youth with the tools to be successful.

Now it is about indoctrinating them to become activists for social causes.

President Trump and Attorney General Pam Bondi responded on Monday to Kilmar Abrego Garcia’s self-surrender for deportation during an executive order signing ceremony on Monday.

The President signed four executive orders on Monday relating to the crime emergency in Washington, DC, ending cashless bail nationwide, and criminalizing American flag burning.

During a press conference after the signing, this reporter asked President Trump for his reaction to Kilmar Abrego Garcia’s surrender to ICE earlier on Monday and the Democrats’ continued fawning over the criminal illegal alien and designated MS-13 foreign terrorist.

As The Gateway Pundit reported, Abrego Garcia turned himself into ICE Baltimore on Friday amid the Trump Administration’s ongoing fight with leftist judges to deport him.

He may be deported to the East African country of Uganda after his release from a Tennessee jail on Friday.

As we have reported here on TGP yesterday, Jeffrey Epstein’s victim Virginia Roberts Giuffre, who is said to have committed suicide in April, will have her final say from beyond the grave, as her ‘Nobody’s Girl’ memoir is set to be posthumously published in October.

The sex trafficking victim’s book is bringing sheer panic to Prince Andrew’s household – and to the Royal Family in general.

Mere days after Andrew Lownie’s book Entitled splashed the Duke of York’s out of control libido and pornographic spending of taxpayers’ money back on the headlines, now comes a potentially fatal blow from the woman who accused him of sex crimes.

Giuffre had long claimed to have been forced to have sex with Andrew when she was 17, forcing him to settle a civil suit for a multimillion-pound sum.

Now, her tell-all memoir may be the final for the Duke.

The Telegraph reported:

“On the night she said she had met him, [Andrew told the BBC] he had been at Pizza Express in Woking with one of his daughters. His allies have claimed that a photograph of the Duke and Ms. Giuffre together in London was falsified.”

His own daughters did not confirm his silly alibi – and when he also said that he ‘could not sweat’, his lie was contradicted by several reports in the British press.

Ted Doughty, from publisher Random House, made a point to say that Giuffre ‘made no allegations of abuse against Donald Trump’.

“The Duke has already stepped back from public life, no longer retaining royal patronages or honorary military roles, and appearing only on what the palace now describes as ‘family occasions’. On Sunday, he did not attend church at Balmoral with the Royal family.

President Trump on Monday said he will be filing a lawsuit to prevent Senator Chuck Grassley (R-IA) from blocking Alina Habba’s confirmation for US Attorney of New Jersey with the unconstitutional ‘blue slip’ custom.

Late Sunday evening, President Trump once again called out Grassley for blocking judicial confirmations because of the outdated ‘blue slip’ custom that defers nominations to the home state senators.

“I have a Constitutional Right to appoint Judges and U.S. Attorneys, but that RIGHT has been completely taken away from me in States that have just one Democrat United States Senator. This is because of an old and outdated “custom” known as a BLUE SLIP, that Senator Chuck Grassley, of the Great State of Iowa, refuses to overturn, even though the Democrats, including Crooked Joe Biden (Twice!), have done so on numerous occasions. Therefore, the only candidates that I can get confirmed for these most important positions are, believe it or not, Democrats! Chuck Grassley should allow strong Republican candidates to ascend to these very vital and powerful roles, and tell the Democrats, as they often tell us, to go to HELL!” Trump said on Truth Social on Sunday.

As previously reported, last Thursday, US District Judge Mathew Brann, an Obama appointee, said Alina Habba is “not lawfully holding the Office of US Attorney” of New Jersey.

The Pennsylvania-based federal judge oversaw a challenge to Alina Habba’s authority because the judges in New Jersey had a conflict of interest after they ousted her from her position as interim US Attorney last month.

A group of federal judges last month declined to extend Alina Habba’s term as interim US Attorney of New Jersey after Democrat Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries launched a pressure campaign to oust her.

Alina Habba’s term as interim US Attorney was set to expire after 120 days.

Habba resigned as Interim US Attorney and became Acting US Attorney for New Jersey after the Trump DOJ outmaneuvered the judges.

Donald J. Trump is the 47th President.

Pam Bondi is the Attorney General.
