On Monday illegal alien, MS-13 member, human trafficker, wife-beater and leftist darling, Abrego Garcia, turned himself in to ICE in Baltimore.
Abrego Garcia may be expelled from the United States and sent to Uganda. His case on human trafficking is still ongoing in Tennessee.
As The Gateway Pundit reported earlier, MS-13 gang member Kilmar Abrego Garcia may be deported to the East African country of Uganda after his release from a Tennessee jail on Friday. According to Fox News’ Bill Melugin, the DHS notified Abrego Garcia that his deportation will happen “no earlier than 72 hours from now.”
Abrego Garcia traveled back to Maryland to be with his family over the weekend.
The Ugandan government announced earlier this week that it struck a deal with the Trump administration to accept third-country deportees from America. However, the African nation’s foreign minister issued a caveat: Uganda will not welcome “individuals with criminal records and unaccompanied minors” and prefers individuals from African countries.
Garcia claims the Trump Administration is using the threat of Ugandan deportation to bully him into accepting a guilty plea for human smuggling.
A federal grand jury in Tennessee recently indicted Abrego Garcia for “transporting undocumented migrants within the United States.” He was charged with one count of conspiracy to transport aliens and one count of unlawful transportation of undocumented aliens.
Abrego Garcia was an illegal alien residing in Maryland when he was deported to his home country of El Salvador earlier this year and placed in the notorious CECOT prison; however, leftist judges ordered him to be returned to the US.
On Monday morning Abrego Garcia turned himself in to ICE in Baltimore. He faces possible deportation to Uganda after refusing to plea guilty to human smuggling charges in Tennessee.

President Trump to Sign Executive Order to End Cashless Bail by Defunding Soft-on-Crime Liberal Jurisdictions

President Trump will sign an executive order on Monday to pressure liberal jurisdictions across the country into ending policies like cashless bail.
The order will threaten to federally defund cities and towns that enforce these policies that are an “obvious threat to public safety,” the order states.
Earlier this month, President Trump declared a “public safety emergency” in the nation’s capital and federalized the DC Metropolitan Police, citing high crime and unsafe streets. He further authorized the use of National Guard troops and deployed federal agents across the city to tackle the rampant crime, homelessness, and illegal immigration crises.
Following the federal takeover two weeks ago, there have been almost no murders in the District. There have been zero homicides in the last eleven days.
Trump also said he will be working with Republicans in Congress to change the statutes to get rid of no cash bail and “some of the other things” that empower criminals in DC and other major cities across the nation.
The President will reportedly sign an executive order to do that this afternoon.
President Trump is expected to sign an executive order Monday ending cashless bail by threatening to revoke federal funding for jurisdictions across the country, The Post has learned.
Attorney General Pam Bondi will provide Trump with a list of the no-cash-bail jurisdictions that could end up targeting states like New York, cities such as Washington, DC, or other localities with lax bail policies.
“Cashless bail policies allow dangerous individuals to immediately return to the streets and further endanger law-abiding, hard-working Americans because they know our laws will not be enforced,” a White House memo on the executive action states.
Arresting repeat offenders for new crimes after they’ve already been freed without bail is a “waste of public resources and obvious threat to public safety,” the memo also noted, citing instances of violent offenders being released onto the streets, only to be charged again.
President Trump has also set his sights on executing his crime initiative and deploying the National Guard in other cities like Chicago, New York, and San Francisco.
As The Gateway Pundit reported, President Trump told reporters on Friday, “I think Chicago will be our next, and then we’ll help with New York.” He added, “Now, you look at what the Democrats have done to San Francisco. They’ve destroyed it… We’ll clean that one up, too.”
Trump SLAMS Chuck Grassley for Helping Democrats BLOCK Alina Habba’s Confirmation as U.S. Attorney

President Donald Trump is putting the heat on Senate Judiciary Chairman Chuck Grassley, blasting him for siding with Democrats to block his nominee, powerhouse attorney Alina Habba, from being confirmed as U.S. Attorney for New Jersey.
Habba, a loyal Trump ally and seasoned attorney, appeared on Fox News Thursday night to expose the backroom scheming that has allowed Democrats, and now some Republicans, to derail her nomination.
Earlier in the day, Obama-appointed Judge Mathew Brann declared that Habba is “not lawfully holding the Office of U.S. Attorney,” siding with Democrat pressure groups and legal insiders who have waged war against her appointment from day one.
Last month, federal judges in New Jersey, under pressure from Democrat Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries, refused to extend Habba’s interim term.
Habba was forced to resign as Interim U.S. Attorney, only to be reappointed as Acting U.S. Attorney by Trump’s Department of Justice in a bold move to bypass the judicial blockade.
Habba revealed Thursday that Grassley is using the outdated “blue slip” tradition to block her Senate confirmation, effectively giving Democrat senators a veto over Trump’s appointments.
“I will tell you this: Number one, I was the nominee to become the U.S. Attorney. Cory Booker and Andy Kim—who I have never, to this day, spoken to in my life despite my attempts to meet them—have truly, truly done us a disservice,” Habba told Sean Hannity.
“Frankly, same with Senator Grassley, by holding up a traditional blue slip and not allowing a lot of the President’s picks to go through and be voted on by the Senate.”
Last month President Trump told Grassley to drop the ‘blue slip’ custom that defers the nominations to the home state senators.
“Chuck Grassley, who I got re-elected to the U.S. Senate when he was down, by a lot, in the Great State of Iowa, could solve the “Blue Slip” problem we are having with respect to the appointment of Highly Qualified Judges and U.S. Attorneys, with a mere flick of the pen.
Democrats like Schumer, Warner, Kaine, Booker, Schiff, and others, SLEAZEBAGS ALL, have an ironclad stoppage of Great Republican Candidates.
Put simply, the President of the United States will never be permitted to appoint the person of his choice because of an ancient, and probably Unconstitutional, “CUSTOM,” that if you have, even one person in the opposite Party serving in the U.S. Senate, he/she must give consent, thereby completely stopping the opposite Party’s Nomination.
The only way to beat this Hoax is to appoint a Democrat or, a weak and ineffective Republican. Therefore, I would never be able to appoint Great Judges or U.S. Attorneys in California, New York, New Jersey, Illinois, Virginia, and other places, where there is, coincidentally, the highest level of crime and corruption — The places where fantastic people are most needed! Senator Grassley must step up, like Crooked Joe Biden did, when he openly broke, at least two times, the “Blue Slip” SCAM, and like others have done over the years, and let our Great Republican Judges and U.S. Attorneys BE CONFIRMED.
He should do this, IMMEDIATELY, and not let the Democrats laugh at him and the Republican Party for being weak and ineffective. The Democrats have broken this ridiculous custom on us, it’s time that we break it on them. Chuck, I know you have the Courage to do this, DO IT!”
By Sunday night, Trump escalated his attack, demanding Grassley abandon the blue slip blockade once and for all:
“I have a Constitutional Right to appoint Judges and U.S. Attorneys, but that RIGHT has been completely taken away from me in States that have just one Democrat United States Senator.
This is because of an old and outdated “custom” known as a BLUE SLIP, that Senator Chuck Grassley, of the Great State of Iowa, refuses to overturn, even though the Democrats, including Crooked Joe Biden (Twice!), have done so on numerous occasions.
Therefore, the only candidates that I can get confirmed for these most important positions are, believe it or not, Democrats! Chuck Grassley should allow strong Republican candidates to ascend to these very vital and powerful roles, and tell the Democrats, as they often tell us, to go to HELL!”
The as yet unidentified 21-year-old American student who stood up to two Syrian “Refugees” sexually harassing two young women in a Dresden tram Saturday night/Sunday morning has posted a video criticizing the release of one of his attackers only 12 hours later. Former U.S. Ambassador to Germany Richard Grenell called on “conservative” German chancellor Friedrich Merz to “understand that the German people are sick and tired” of the German government’s “weak and woke response.”
The young man was attacked by a Syrian “refugee” with a knife at around 12:25 a.m. on Sunday morning after intervening when “two men from a group harassed two female passengers” on a tram in the eastern German city of Dresden, according to a police statement, the New York Post reported.
The brave young American was rushed to the hospital in a serious condition with serious knife wounds to his face and nose.
One of the attackers named “Majid A” was arrested after fleeing on an electric scooter but released just twelve hours later due to “lack of evidence” despite a rap sheet of assault, robbery and breaking and entering entry.
Now, the 21-year-old American has released a video with bandaged face, in which he criticizes Germany’s lax migration and crime policy:

It is 11.57 right now. In three minutes, that man that assaulted that young woman yesterday will be released from custody.
He’ll be released from custody because he’s not a citizen of Germany. He’s not a citizen of the EU for that matter.
He doesn’t belong in here. He’s illegal, a drug dealer, and very popularly known here, especially by the police.
This is not the first time this has happened. It’s not the first time that man had beat up a woman.
It’s not the first time that the other guy decided to take a swing at my face with a six-inch blade.
If they could do this to the people of Germany and then just get released 12 hours later – even less – Where’s the law? Where’s the structure?
If Germans are held to that law and that structure, but these people can just come in, swing knives, and hurt, abuse, terrorize, and oppress the citizens of Germany, then what do we do?
Former U.S. Ambassador to Germany Richard Grenell shared the video, commenting that “(German Chancellor) Friedrich Merz must understand that the German people are sick and tired of this weak and woke response.”
There are currently two gang rapes a day taking place in Germany and approx. 10-20 knife attacks a day, according to statistics by the German Federal Police and the website Messeninzidenz.de.

Triple-amputee Air Force veteran Brian Kolfage was wrongfully imprisoned by the infamous SDNY Democrat operatives over being paid an approved salary for his part in getting miles of privately funded border wall built in Texas and New Mexico.
Brian was recently released from prison to home confinement. The Bureau of Prisons contracts NGOs to manage individuals who are allowed to be on home confinement.
One of the stipulations for his home confinement is that he wear an ankle bracelet. The only problem? Both of Brian’s legs were blown off along with the lower part of his right arm.

Brian was told by an NGO employee that the only choice he had was to put the giant ankle bracelet on his last remaining limb, his left arm.

This is absolutely cruel and unusual punishment. There are watches that can be used in place of ankle bracelets. Why wasn’t Brian given that option? It’s egregious.
Brian sent me a text and told me the problems the ankle bracelet is causing.
“It’s horrible, like having a brick duct taped to your hand. Since it’s my only limb, it’s constantly getting in the way of my wheelchair when I try to roll. It’s caused me to fall multiple times when it interferes with my hand grip when transferring out of my wheelchair. It’s a disgrace, is what it really is; they should be ashamed to do such a thing.”
I showed my good friend, combat Marine vet Ron Givens who is good friends with Harmeet Dhillon. Dhillon is the Assistant Attorney General for Civil Rights at the U.S. Department of Justice in President Trump’s administration. Givens was appalled by what Brian is being made to go through.
Givens told me that it is cruel and unusual punishment and that he will be in contact with Dhillon to see what her office can do about it.
Everyone should be furious about the treatment this war hero is being subjected to. Be sure to contact your member of Congress and ask that they inquire why a triple-amputee war veteran is being treated like this.

He is on home confinement and still needs a pardon from President Trump. The Obama-appointed judge who sentenced Brian also ordered him to pay close to $3 million in restitution. That amount will be impossible for Brian to pay off, and most likely was meant to harm him financially.

Having headed up the movement to get Brian released, I knew Brian would be freed on this date for about a month, but he told me we couldn’t say anything because leftists would try to screw up his release. It was a tough secret to keep I’ll tell you that.
Brian emailed me from prison a few days before letting me know it was all a go and that he would indeed be freed from prison.

Triple-amputee Air Force veteran Brian Kolfage is slowly dying in a federal prison. The lack of proper care for this war hero is shocking, egregious, and infuriating.

Kolfage was sentenced to 51 months by the same DOJ operation that targeted Trump. Stephen K. Bannon was pardoned by President Trump for these same charges. Following the pardon, Alvin Bragg charged Bannon through the state of New York.
Kolfage founded We Build the Wall to build border walls when the government would not because of Democratic Party obstruction.
I’ve worked with Brian since 2015, and he brought me on to We Build the Wall as the photographer and news editor. I filmed construction of our border wall from start to finish. Below is a short clip from when we were about a third of the way done.
Kolfage sent me the following message to share with the public. Because he is a triple-amputee veteran, and the “most severely wounded Airman to survive any war,” he requires special attention to his medical needs, which are not being provided in the prison.
From Kolfage:
“I have to shit in a plastic pan that’s not even a bedpan. I can’t use the toilets because they are too unsafe and I have fallen off them. I have to urinate into a plastic jug too.
They have nothing for my body to stay physically healthy, they have never dealt with a triple amputee like myself. Because of their inability to care for me long-term, I’m now pre-diabetic, my livers are inflamed, my blood pressure is high, and my cholesterol is also now high. Everything they are doing to me is fucking me up internally and my organs are all having problems. The doctor here last week said I’m at a high risk for a heart attack now. This is 100% on them. I came in here healthy.
I was told I needed to see a hand surgeon now. They have ruined my last remaining limb. Like the government hasn’t taken enough of my body, they want my last remaining limb. The overuse of my hand here has destroyed it, my fingers get stuck and don’t bend. If my tendons rupture, my hand will never work again like it should. THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS!
The doctor here had me taken to Mayo Hospital a few months ago because I’m in the wrong wheelchair, and it’s causing my daily excruciating sciatic nerve pain. The Mayo doctor said I needed a certain wheelchair, and the FBOP physical therapist who came with me told them right there on the spot “We don’t have funds for that”. They won’t even let me use my VA insurance to get what I need. This pain is so excruciating, it feels like when I lost my limbs in Iraq. To this day, they haven’t done anything except get me a different wheelchair cushion.
I haven’t had a proper shower in over a year since I arrived, I use baby wipes. This is also because they do not have the appropriate shower accessibility for a triple amputee. This is unacceptable!
They haven’t given me the proper meds for my pain; they said it’s against their policy, so they feed me highly addictive Oxys instead, which still don’t work. However, they give these specific meds to other inmates who have drug problems. So they wanted me to lie and say I did have a problem just to get the correct medication, which I’m not going to say.
These people are not able to care for me and my internal health is going to shit. They are way out of their league. This shouldn’t be a death sentence on my life, but slowly it’s turning to that!”
Arizona Congressman Paul Gosar has been fighting for Kolfage’s freedom from day one. Gosar made this statement to then-House Majority Leader Nancy Pelosi in 2022.

Brian Kolfage’s service to country did not end with his military valor. Incredibly, he ran a private organization that helped build 3 miles of border wall along the Rio Grande river, a place where construction is difficult due to the great potential for erosion.

So how do our corrupt elites treat this hero? They respond like they did to the many peaceful protesters on January 6, to the pro-life protesters facing over 10 years for trying to save the unborn, or to anyone who disagrees with their globalist, America-last agenda. They persecute them; they make their lives a living hell; they ruin them.

As our ruling elites were not happy that the illegal hordes could not continue to stream across the border, they activated their deep-state machinery and sent their secret police to arrest Airman Kolfage.

Fifteen Federal law enforcement goons dragged him out of his house without a wheelchair, subjecting him to utter humiliation and pain in front of his family. No thought whatsoever was given to his disabled status. And in prison, the VA refused him pain medications, without which he suffers unbearable pain.

Mr. Kolfage had worked tirelessly, 12 hours a day, for several years to get this 3-mile section of wall built. He ran and operated the organization that got it done.
For taking a salary, the Federal Government arrested him, saying he had no right to get paid anything because his website said any money raised would go to build the wall. In my view, he was part of getting the wall built. There was nothing wrong with him getting a salary and saying the money would be used to build the wall. Without him, it would not have been complete, and no real American would object to a man getting paid to devote himself to a selfless project like this one and succeeding.

Airman Kolfage was just intimidated into taking a plea deal by our third-world, kangaroo-court judicial system. This veteran and activist should be celebrated as a hero in so many ways. Instead, he will rot in a Federal prison. A greater injustice is hard to imagine. To his wife, Ashley, and two children, my heart goes out to them. I am praying for them all. As you can see, what is happening to this hero is sickening, and cannot stand. I will be organizing a movement to get Kolfage freed from prison. It will most likely be in the same vein as the rallies at Mexican consulates I organized to get combat Marine vet, Sgt. Andrew Tahmooressi, freed from the Mexican prison after he was arrested for accidentally crossing the border with a firearm.
