Supreme Court Justice Neil Gorsuch is fed up with Trump-hating, black-robed tyrants openly mocking the Court’s rulings and has issued a powerful message to them in a recent decision.

As The Gateway Pundit reported, the US Supreme Court ruled 5-4 on Thursday that the Trump Administration may proceed with terminating $783 million in DEI-linked NIH grants.

Chief Justice Roberts sided with the liberal justices, and Amy Coney Barrett actually voted with the conservatives.

Last month, the Trump Administration asked the Supreme Court to block a court order from Boston-based Judge William Young, a Reagan appointee.

Judge Young previously ordered the NIH to immediately restore the more than 800 grants halted by the Trump Administration.

The Federalist reported that Gorsuch delivered a stinging message in his concurrence to the judges who are openly defying the Court and sabotaging legitimate legal moves by the Trump Administration.

“Lower court judges may sometimes disagree with this Court’s decisions, but they are never free to defy them,” he wrote.
Gorsuch went on to cite a decision called (Department of Ed. v. California, revealing how the Supreme Court granted a stay because they found the Trump Admin was likely to prevail, but the district court ‘found’ a loophole.

“California explained that ‘suits based on “any express or implied contract with the United States”‘ do not belong in district court under the Administrative Procedure Act (APA), but in the Court of Federal Claims under the Tucker Act.”

“Rather than follow that direction, the district court in this case permitted a suit involving materially identical grants to proceed to final judgment under the APA,” Gorsuch wrote. “As support for its course, the district court invoked the ‘persuasive authority’ of ‘the dissent[s] in California ‘and an earlier court of appeals decision California repudiated … That was an error.”

“If the district court’s failure to abide by California were a one-off, perhaps it would not be worth writing to address it. But two months ago, another district court tried to ‘compel compliance’ with a different ‘order that this Court ha[d] stayed,’” Gorsuch wrote. “Still another district court recently diverged from one of this Court’s decisions even though the case at hand did not differ ‘in any pertinent respect’ from the one this Court had decided.

So this is now the third time in a matter of weeks this Court has had to intercede in a case ‘squarely controlled’ by one of its precedents.”

Gorsuch closed by noting the importance of our system of government and made clear these black-robed tyrants had no further recourse.

“All of these interventions should have been unnecessary, but together they underscore a basic tenet of our judicial system: Whatever their own views, judges are duty-bound to respect ‘the hierarchy of the federal court system created by the Constitution and Congress,’” he

Exports of goods decreased by 0.6 percent during the period, while investments in machinery and equipment dropped 1.9 percent.

These declines reflect difficulties for manufacturers in the first complete quarter following the implementation of heightened U.S. tariffs.

The United States remains Germany’s primary trading partner, accounting for approximately 10 percent of its total exports, including automobiles and chemicals.

Household spending was lower than previously anticipated, and both manufacturing and construction sectors underperformed expectations.

Industrial production in June reached its lowest point since the 2020 pandemic. These factors have contributed to ongoing economic pressures, including elevated energy expenses and competition from China.

The economy experienced contractions of 0.9 percent in 2023 and 0.5 percent in 2024, marking consecutive years of recession.

Chancellor Friedrich Merz has prioritized revitalizing the export-driven economy through infrastructure upgrades and defense spending worth hundreds of billions of euros.

Recent data releases had sparked optimism for recovery, with business confidence reaching a peak in July after several months of gains.However, analysts like ING’s Carsten Brzeski attribute this uptick to temporary pre-tariff order surges rather than sustainable growth.

The Bundesbank has warned that full tariff effects could erase projected 0.7 percent growth for 2025, potentially leading to another recession.

A U.S.-EU trade agreement in late July aimed to prevent escalation, imposing a 15 percent tariff on most EU goods.

Automobiles face a 27.5 percent rate until the EU enacts laws removing duties on U.S. industrial items. Uncertainty surrounding the deal’s execution continues to affect German exporters.

Finance Minister Lars Klingbeil proposed tax increases to address a 30 billion euro budget shortfall in 2027, drawing criticism from conservative allies. Security concerns have also played a role in this trend, as perceptions of deteriorating public safety erode appeal.

The U.K. has issued warnings about a high likelihood of terrorist attacks in Germany, referencing incidents at public venues. Similar advisories from the U.S. and Canada highlight threats at tourist sites, transportation hubs, and markets.

Structural issues, including high energy costs, low public investment, and an aging population, compound Germany’s stagnation. Overreliance on exports has exposed vulnerabilities to global shifts. Projections indicate zero growth in 2025, with modest recovery expected at 1.1 percent in 2026.

President Trump is about to get a boost from some friendly states as he doubles down on his efforts to halt illegal immigration and crime across America.

Fox News reported on Friday that as many as 1700 national guardmen from 19 states are being mobilized to assist the Department of Homeland Security as part of the crackdown. This move will allow the U.S. military to provide a more direct role in supporting federal immigration enforcement.

News of this comes as Trump has suggested he will seek to replicate his successful takeover of DC with other crime-ridden cities such as Chicago and New York.

According to Fox News News, here are the 19 states that will deploy forces. Is yours on the list?

The status of these states’ National Guard involvement is effective from August through mid-November. Unsurprisingly, Texas is projected to have the largest Guard presence.

Fewer than 2% of the authorized forces have mobilized so far, but the missions will expand in the coming weeks.

Per Fox News, here is what the guards’ duties will consist of:

The National Guard soldiers being mobilized will effectively serve as a support pillar to a sweeping federal interagency effort, while also serving as a visible deterrent force, a U.S. Defense official said. The service members supporting ICE will be performing case management, transportation, logistical support, and clerical functions associated with the processing of illegal migrants at the facilities.

“The in-and-out processing may include personal data collection, fingerprinting, DNA swabbing, and photographing of personnel in ICE custody,” the official said.

Fox News notes that the Posse Comitatus Act of 1878 generally bars federal armed forces for civilian law enforcement.

Because of this, they will be mobilizing under Title 32 Section 502F authority, which avoids the Posse Comitatus headache.

“We understood ICE’s needs at that time to be more administrative in nature…as planning continued, working with our partners, it became clear more that ICE needed something different,” a U.S. DOD official explained to the news outlet.

Notably, National Guardsmen will not be conducting law enforcement duties such as arresting violent criminals and illegals.

“VNG personnel will not conduct law enforcement functions, and VNG support will not include making arrests,” a spokesperson for the Virginia National Guard told Fox News. “VNG Soldiers and Airmen will report directly to ICE leadership at their assigned duty locations but remain under the control and direction of the Virginia Governor and Adjutant General of Virginia.”

The O’Keefe Media Group on Friday released a leaked phone call from a Washington Post reporter reaching out to a Trump pageant girl in an attempt to “expose” President Trump.

“Trump the businessman or Trump, the, you know, the guy who was nice to everybody it’s this sort of not where we’re heading,” Washington Post reporter Matt Viser said admitting the paper makes sure to report on stories that damage Trump.

“If all we had was a bunch of people saying that Trump was a gentleman and he was very nice and, you know, everybody with respect, like, I don’t think we do do that story. We just wouldn’t do a story,” Matt Viser said.

Per the O’Keefe Media Group:

Speaking about a story tied to Trump’s past involvement in beauty competitions and Jeffrey Epstein, Viser dismissed the idea of publishing anything positive, saying, “If all we had was a bunch of people saying that Trump was a gentleman and he was very nice and, you know, everybody with respect, like, I don’t think we do do that story. We just wouldn’t do a story.” He went on to explain that the project will only move forward if reporters can “find out something new that was happening that Trump was doing back then… that we [WaPo] can kind of expose to people.”

Viser made clear the paper is not interested in a neutral profile, stressing that it is “definitely not a fluff piece of like, Trump the businessman or Trump the guy who was nice to everybody.” Instead, the “new peg is Epstein,” and the Post’s team has been combing through “old photos or videos” to try to connect Trump and Epstein during the pageant years.

He further admitted that much of the reporting so far has been based on unnamed individuals, saying, “We’ve talked to a number of people… mostly, it’s been anonymous,” and confirmed that they are “not at the point of putting people’s names on things.”

O’Keefe Media Group has reached out to Matt Viser and the Washington Post for comment regarding Viser’s statements revealing the Washington Post’s practice of selective reporting. At the time of publication, neither Viser nor the Post has responded.

The U.N. envoy for Syria, Geir Pedersen, warned the Security Council that the country’s transition remains fragile, with the risk of renewed violence despite a ceasefire in Sweida last month.

Deadly clashes erupted there in July between Druze militias and Sunni Bedouin tribes, with government forces siding with the Bedouins and Israel launching airstrikes in defense of the Druze. Although the July 19 ceasefire has mostly held, skirmishes continue, and Pedersen cautioned that fighting could resume at any time.

A relief team on the ground provided photos, videos, and eyewitness accounts documenting the atrocity. According to sources, the killings were carried out by a government military patrol from the forces that stormed the city that morning.

Syria has been unstable since the ouster of Bashar Assad in December, which ended decades of Assad family rule. Ethnic and sectarian divisions remain deep, and violence continues to flare. Meanwhile, U.N. humanitarian chief Tom Fletcher described Syria’s situation as “dire,” with 16 million people in need of aid.

He said convoys have come under fire, and funding for relief is critically short, with only 14 percent of the U.N.’s $3.19 billion appeal for 2025 met so far.

Ahmed al-Sharaa (formerly known as Abu Mohammad al-Jolani) seized power in Syria after leading a lightning offensive in December 2024 that toppled Syrian President Bashar al-Assad. The offensive began in late November, and Damascus fell on December 8, 2024.

Al-Sharaa became Syria’s de facto leader that month and was officially named interim president in January 2025. The Assad regime collapsed after a 12-day offensive led by Hayat Tahrir al-Sham (HTS).

Since taking power, al-Sharaa’s rule has been marked by massacres and systematic attacks on minorities, including Christians. Between March 6 and March 27, 2025, at least 1,300–1,659 Alawite civilians were killed in sectarian violence in Syria’s coastal regions. Reports also documented the mass distribution of flyers inciting hate speech against Alawites and the destruction of Alawi religious shrines.

Minority Christians have also come under attack. On December 18, 2024, militants fired on a Greek Orthodox church in Hama, and on December 23, foreign fighters torched a Christmas tree in Al-Suqaylabiyah. In June 2025, a suicide bomber struck the Greek Orthodox Mar Elias Church in Damascus during Divine Liturgy, killing at least 30 worshippers. Several Christians were also killed during the March Alawite massacres, including priests and civilians.

Beginning April 28, 2025, sectarian violence against Syria’s Druze communities left dozens of civilians dead, many executed extrajudicially. The bloodshed escalated in July, when nearly 1,000 people were killed in Sweida province, including 588 Druze, with many bodies burned and mutilated.

For extremist groups like HTS, the Druze are seen as heretics, and acts such as the forced shaving of mustaches are meant not as trivial insults but as deliberate tools of humiliation and sectarian domination. Suwayda, a mountainous province in southern Syria, has long been the Druze heartland.

Though nominally under Syrian government control, the region has preserved a degree of autonomy through local militias and community leaders. The Druze faith, which originated from Isma’ili Shia Islam and evolved into a distinct monotheistic tradition blending philosophy, mysticism, and Islamic elements, has made the community a target for jihadist groups like ISIS and Al-Qaeda.

UN Special Envoy Geir Pedersen warned the Security Council that Syria’s situation remains “extremely fragile” and has reached “a truly critical juncture.” He stressed that rule of law, a new social contract, and fair elections have yet to materialize, and emphasized that building trust is essential, cautioning that “a climate of distrust and fear could endanger the entire process.”

It is hardly surprising that al-Jolani has failed to transform Syria into an egalitarian utopia where ethnic minorities could live together in peace. His history is steeped in terrorism. He began as a foreign fighter in the Iraq War, traveling from Syria to join Abu Musab al-Zarqawi’s al-Qaeda in Iraq.

Rising quickly through the ranks, he became the emir of the Nineveh region in western Iraq for the Islamic State of Iraq (ISI), the predecessor to ISIS. Over the years, al-Jolani has been a member, leader, and affiliate of two of the world’s deadliest terrorist organizations—al-Qaeda and ISIS.

After the Syrian uprising began in 2011, al-Jolani talked to Islamic State leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi about a project in Syria. By summer 2011, al-Jolani went to Syria to build a new organization called Jabhat al-Nusra (al-Nusra Front), which was essentially an official branch of the Islamic State of Iraq Al-Baghdadi (leader of ISI, predecessor to ISIS) sent Jolani to Syria to establish the Al-Nusra Front as a branch of al-Qaeda Abu Mohammad al-Jolani (Ahmed Hussein al-Sharaa)

When conflict escalated in 2013, Jolani rejected Baghdadi’s calls to dissolve the Nusra Front and merge it with ISI to form ISIS. Instead, he pledged allegiance to al-Qaeda Abu Mohammad al-Jolani (Ahmed Hussein al-Sharaa)

Al-Sharaa crossed into Syria with significant funding and a mandate to establish al-Qaeda’s presence, forming “Jabhat al-Nusra” with direct allegiance to al-Qaeda’s central command

The Lemkin Institute for Genocide Prevention has issued an alert over the risk that ongoing violence could escalate into genocide. Minority communities, particularly Alawites and Christians, are openly questioning whether they “can live in an Islamist country and not be Muslim.”

Despite the political transition, these populations remain highly vulnerable to war crimes, raising urgent concerns about the inclusivity of the process and the protection of minorities.
