The television career of the left-wing comedian and propagandist Jimmy Kimmel may soon be at an end.

Disney has confirmed that Kimmel’s show will be suspended indefinitely after comments he made about the murder of Charlie Kirk.

“We hit some new lows over the weekend with the MAGA gang desperately trying to characterize this kid who murdered Charlie Kirk as anything other than one of them — and doing everything they can to score political points from it,” Kimmel told his audience during Monday night’s show.

“Mr. Kimmel’s comments about the death of Mr. Kirk are offensive and insensitive at a critical time in our national political discourse, and we do not believe they reflect the spectrum of opinions, views, or values of the local communities in which we are located,” said Andrew Alford, President of Nexstar’s broadcasting division, in a statement on Wednesday.

A local billboard owner in Oxford, Michigan, was threatened and harassed by a leftist woman over the “Rest in Peace Charlie Kirk” graphic that was displayed on his billboard last week.

The billboard memorial was placed following the tragic murder of the 31-year-old husband, father, and co-founder of Turning Point USA, Charlie Kirk. Kirk was assassinated during a speaking tour event at Utah Valley University by a lunatic transgender sympathizer last Wednesday.

“I’m a citizen here in Oxford, and I’m seeing this ‘rest in peace, Charlie Kirk’ on one of your ad signs. How dare you?” the unidentified woman screamed on a voice mail message to Bill Rzadkowolski, owner and operator of the billboard and Ad-Rite advertising agency.

“I demand that you take this bullsh*t down off your sign, immediately!” she continued, accusing Mr. Rzadkowolski of “hate mongering.”

She then seemingly threatened war on conservatives, asking, “what are you trying to do, start another world war with us?

Finally, she demanded, ”take the f*cking sign down, you idiot!”

It’s never been clearer that the party of “love and tolerance” is actually the root of evil in this country. And they’re not just showing this to be true; they’re, in many cases, literally screaming it in our faces.

She is one of many sick, godless individuals across the country who have celebrated and called for more violence in the wake of Kirk’s murder by a leftwing terrorist. Thankfully, however, as The Gateway Pundit reported, a website called Charlie’s Murderers (charliesmurderers.com) has emerged for concerned citizens and patriots to report soulless people for cheering the bloody assassination of Kirk and calling for more violence against conservatives.

Many of those reported include public servants in government, education, and medicine, who should be exposed, removed from their positions immediately, and potentially investigated by law enforcement if they are threatening violence in pursuit of political aims, also known as terrorism.

Mr. Rzadkowolski told The Gateway Pundit, “She went out of her way to, perhaps, intimidate me. That billboard is totally for people to use.”

“What she’s defending is that it’s a good idea to have two little orphans,” he continued, pointing to Charlie Kirk’s two young children who lost their father. “Wishing somebody the best in the afterlife is a threat to them, apparently.”

Rzadkowolski explained that he uses his billboard to help local businesses advertise and even for charity, donating ad space to community projects, including pregnancy centers. “We try to help out where we can,” he said. Likewise, his Charlie Kirk memorial is a “worthy ad,” he said.

The Gateway Pundit obtained the voicemail message.

Other leftists have even gone a step further, calling for the murder of Charlie Kirk’s entire family in the wake of his murder. As The Gateway Pundit reported, one deranged, hate-filled TikTok user recently called for a “revolution” and more assassinations of conservative figures, elected officials, and Kirk’s wife, children, mother, and grandmother.

The Lincoln Project is rattled—and for good reason.

As The Gateway Pundit reported last month, the group’s leader, who claims to represent former Republicans opposed to President Trump, went on YouTube and called Trump a “corrupt and sick pedophile” during a livestream.

“The thought you should keep in your mind today as you watch the story unfold is this is the first not the last,” Wilson said at the time, referencing an FBI raid on the house of former White House national security advisor John Bolton.

“They will use this as something for the MAGAs to crow over because it distracts them thinking about the fact that Donald Trump is a corrupt and sick pedophile.”

These remarks clearly got the attention of those in Trump’s orbit, because the president is now threatening to sue Wilson for defamation.

Trump’s lawyers wrote Wilson the following cease and desist:

It has come to our attention that on August 22, 2025, you made false and defamatory statements on YouTube about President Trump when you stated: “It distracts them from the fact that Donald Trump is a corrupt and sick pedophile.”

This statement you made about President Trump in your unethical YouTube video is false, malicious, and defamatory as it specifically targets President Trump, intentionally disparages him, and wrongly seeks to undermine his reputation.

Your suggestion that your statement is a “fact” further exacerbates this matter. Such a defamatory statement has no basis in fact, is unwarranted, and has caused irreparable harm. Indeed, as of the time of this writing, your statement has been viewed by more than 69,000 of your followers.

With a big fat lawsuit looming, Wilson’s anxiety is starting to show.

In another livestream last week, the former GOP operative said that he would “torture the sh*t” out of Trump’s presidency and “burn it all down” during any potential lawsuit.

He declared:

We will work this thing through and torture the shit out of your administration by doing it. Believe me. Like I said, I've been in this fight for 10 years. I lost everything I had to fight you. I put up with shit from your people every single day. You threatened my family with your folks over the years.

It doesn't work for me. You cannot intimidate us. It does not work. You've threatened this to us before. You never did. This is probably another one of your bullshit, chest-beating, macho, tub-slimming, you know, oh, look, manly man. You're not, Donald. You're old, and you're weak, and your heart is failing.

We'll drag this thing out longer than you'll be alive. We will never stop this. We will burn it all down.

Senator Chuck Schumer has warned that Jimmy Kimmel must remain on air to protect American democracy.

Trump, meanwhile, is gloating about Kimmel’s apparent demise.

“Great News for America: The ratings challenged Jimmy Kimmel Show is CANCELLED. Congratulations to ABC for finally having the courage to do what had to be done. Kimmel has ZERO talent, and worse ratings than even Colbert, if that’s possible,” Trump wrote on Truth Social.

”That leaves Jimmy and Seth, two total losers, on Fake News NBC. Their ratings are also horrible. Do it NBC!!!”

Schumer isn’t the only one taking Kimmel’s apparent cancellation badly.

Over on Bluesky, leftists are already likening the development to a fascist takeover of America.

Special Prosecutor Ed Martin was appointed in August 2025 to investigate New York Attorney General Letitia James for a pattern of fraudulent real estate and mortgage filings that I reported in The Gateway Pundit beginning in March.

In a September 14, 2025, interview on The Point with Marcia Kramer (CBS New York), Attorney General Letitia James gave a revealing preview of how her attorneys may defend her against potential mortgage fraud charges.

Her decision to go public with these arguments could even be aimed at dissuading Special Prosecutor Ed Martin from formally indicting her.

When told by Kramer, “Trump has two grand jury investigations against you”, James responded, “he’s announced this investigation into my alleged mortgage fraud. As you know, in order to engage in mortgage fraud, you need intent.”

James is correct that intent is an essential element of mortgage fraud under New York Penal Law §§187.05-187.25. Prosecutors must prove beyond a reasonable doubt that the defendant acted with the intent to defraud.

Defense attorneys often argue that mistakes, misunderstandings, or a lack of awareness negate criminal liability—no intent.

But a defense claim of “no intent” does not prevent prosecutors from filing charges. At trial, a bare assertion like “I didn’t mean to” or “I didn’t understand the laws” is not automatically a shield.

Instead, it’s whether the evidence suggests she “should have known” or consciously disregarded the truth. Given James’s extensive legal experience and her public record as a defender of tenants’ rights and property laws in New York, prosecutors are likely to argue that she knew exactly what she was doing.

In fact, Letitia James had positioned herself as a defender of rent stabilization laws and tenants’ rights in New York City, and her office sued defendants like Zara Realty in order to “do everything it can to defend New York’s rent laws and protect struggling tenants.”

Letitia James next claimed in the interview, “Mortgage fraud is a rare, rare, rare type of investigation and indictment and the facts do not substantiate it”.

It is true that mortgage fraud prosecutions are relatively uncommon. Many suspicious cases never become criminal charges, often ending instead in civil settlements or regulatory penalties.

In 2020, mortgage fraud accounted for just 1.1% of all federal theft, property, and fraud cases.

However, rarity is not a legal defense. Courts do not dismiss charges simply because they are infrequently brought. The law requires that the elements of the offense be proven, not that prosecutions occur with statistical frequency.

James’s “rare indictment” framing seems more aimed at intimidating potential prosecutors by painting them as unreasonable, rather than at offering a viable courtroom defense.

Thirdly in the interview, James stated, “it’s nothing more than an attempt to engage in retribution against all the actions that I’ve taken against Donald Trump and this administration”.

Here she appears to be gesturing toward a selective or vindictive prosecution defense, which is a constitutional claim rather than a factual defense.

To succeed, she would need to prove that others engaged in the same conduct without being prosecuted and that her prosecution was based on an impermissible motive, such as retaliation for her political actions.

But this is an extremely difficult standard to meet. The U.S. Supreme Court has made clear in United States v. Armstrong (1996) that selective prosecution claims require strong, objective evidence of discriminatory intent. Mere timing or accusations of political motivation are not enough. New York courts apply the same principle.

Thus, alleging retribution or retaliation for “doing my job”, is not a substantive defense to mortgage fraud, it won’t prove innocence. It can only be raised as a procedural/constitutional challenge under selective or vindictive prosecution doctrine, which is very difficult to win.

Finally, Marcia Kramer asked James, “Do you find that it has a chilling effect on what you do”?

James responded with her typical bravado, “Well, listen, I believe that faith and fear cannot share the same space, and I’ve got a job to do”.

Each of Letitia James’s defenses are weak in their own way. Lack of intent is a factual question for trial, not a shield against indictment. Rarity of prosecution has no legal weight. And retaliation claims are nearly impossible to prove without hard evidence of discriminatory targeting.

James built her career on aggressively prosecuting landlords, lenders, and even Donald Trump for alleged financial misrepresentations.

On February 16, 2024, James released a statement: “EverydayAmericans cannot lie to a bank to get a mortgage to buy a home, and if they did, our government would throw the book at them. There cannot be different rules for different people. No one is above the law.”

Now, facing allegations of mortgage fraud herself, James is publicly advancing weak legal arguments that, if accepted, would grant her the very exceptions she once denied others. The public, however, expects consistency. If James applied a strict standard to her opponents, she cannot credibly demand leniency for herself.

The coming days will determine whether Ed Martin brings charges, but one fact is already clear: James’s own words and record may prove her most damaging adversary.
