Andrew McCabe Is Trying to Run from Comey – Unfortunately It’s Likely Too Late

It’s too late for Andrew McCabe, he’s in deep trouble.  No sense trying to separate yourself from Comey now, Andy.

Andrew McCabe was recently on CNN and he appeared to be trying to separate himself from Jim Comey.

Andrew McCabe must be scared after Comey was arrested.  Unfortunately for him, there was a report put together of his wrongdoings while he was conspiring with Comey to remove President Trump from office.

On April 14, 2019, The Gateway Pundit outlined the significant items in the Inspector General’s report on McCabe.

Below is a list of the most significant points in the report –

1. In the second paragraph of the introduction of the IG’s report, now infamous cheater and Peter Strzok mistress, and McCabe’s former Special Counsel, Lisa Page, is implicated as being involved in McCabe’s crimes. (p.1)

2. Clinton Foundation was under investigation in 2016 but the FBI decided not to release this information to the public. This information was finally leaked just before the election to the Wall Street Journal and confirmed in a second leak instigated by McCabe. (p. 1)

3. In McCabe’s leak to the WSJ, he refutes that he was being impartial to Clinton due to his connections from his wife’s State Senate run. He then leaked that the Justice Department tried to shut down Clinton Foundation investigation but by doing this confirmed to the public in his leak that the investigation was in place. (p. 1)

4. The FBI hid the Clinton Foundation investigation from the public and it was not confirmed until the McCabe leak on October 30th, 2016.  The FBI decided that it was in the public interest not to share this information with Americans before the 2016 election.  The reasonableness of the decision to not report to the public the Clinton Foundation investigation is not addressed by the IG. (p. 3)

5. McCabe told Comey he didn’t know who leaked and therefore Comey claims he didn’t know about McCabe’s leak. (p. 2)

6. McCabe lied numerous times to either investigators or inspectors and said he didn’t know why Lisa Page leaked information to the Wall Street Journal. He even lied and said that he was outside of Washington D.C when the leak occurred which was not true. (p. 2)

7. When confronted with lying to investigators, McCabe lied and denied previously lying to investigators. (p. 2)

8. IG Report redacts an individual’s name who discussed the Clinton Foundation investigation with James Comey, McCabe and the Special Counsel (presumably Lisa Page). (p. 7)

9. McCabe states that leaking to the WSJ was the only time in his career “where he had authorized the disclosure to the media of a one-on-one discussion that he had with a member of the Department’s leadership.” (p. 9) [Note this leaves open the possibility of other leaks.]

10. FBI Deputy Assistant Director (Peter Strzok) texted Page about a WSJ article and they noted that they were not upset about McCabe throwing Justice Department official under the bus. That day the DOJ was noted in an article in the WSJ as criticizing Comey for informing Congress of the Clinton Foundation investigation. (p. 10) [Note how the FBI and DOJ only communicate through leaks!]

11. A meeting was held on October 31st, 2016 where Comey reportedly stated “Need to figure out how to get our folks to understand why leaks hurt our organization”. (p. 11)  [The audacity!]

12. McCabe stated that he and Comey discussed on October 31st, 2016, the October 30th WSJ leak and says that he told Comey he authorized it. Comey states that he does not recall McCabe telling him that McCabe had authorized the call.

13. McCabe stated that many FBI officials knew he had authorized the October 30th leak to the WSJ.  “However, none of the potential witnesses identified by McCabe (FBI-GC, Comey’s Chief of Staff, The Counterintelligence Assistant Director (“AD-CI”), and McCabe’s then-Chief of Staff ) corroborated this or recalled knowing at the time, or even now, that McCabe had authorized the disclosure.” (pp. 13-14)

14. McCabe refused to sign an inspector’s notes about his statements to the inspector, specifically noting that he [McCabe] did not know who leaked the information in the WSJ October 30th, 2016, report.

15. McCabe stated to an IG employee under oath that he did not know who authorized October 30th WSJ leak and then a couple days later called them back to correct what he said. (pp. 19 and 20)

Overall Comments

1. The tone of the memo chastises McCabe for leaking that the Clinton Foundation investigation was open, not to challenge the rationale for not sharing this investigation with the public, but rather criticizes McCabe for outing the Justice Department official trying to shut down the investigation. Although perhaps it may not be customary to challenge the Departments’ decisions, due to subject in the investigation [the Clinton Foundation], by not releasing the information about the investigation the FBI and DOJ prevented pertinent information from being reported to the American public significant to the election. This information was not released until October 30th in a leak to the WSJ.

2. Many of the FBI and DOJ characters in the report appear corrupt, coordinated and conspiring to assist with the cover up of the Clinton Foundation investigation and in leaking information to the press.

3. The report includes little mention of Anthony Weiner’s laptop emails other than to mention that a meeting was scheduled to get a search warrant to request the emails on October 27th, 2016.  The emails were the suspected cause for Comey’s email to Congress on October 28th, 2016, announcing that the Hillary email scandal was being reopened.  However, per text messages between Strzok and Page, the FBI knew about the emails in September 2016 and had sent a team to New York to review the emails at that time.  [The Weiner emails may be what the Democrats are most fearful of being released to the public.]

4. McCabe [and others] clearly broke laws and FBI policies but no trial date is set as of today. However, the IG is drafting a letter to the FBI recommending actions to be taken.

There are numerous contradictions between FBI employees and each other and with DOJ employees. The FISA Court report on FISA abuses stated that James Clapper’s NSA had an institutional “lack of candor”. It is clear from this report that the FBI and DOJ have the same lack of candor.

Former CIA Director John Brennan appeared on MSNBC’s “The Weekend” on September 27, 2025, to address the ongoing threats of prosecution from the Trump administration following the indictment of former FBI Director James Comey. During the interview, Brennan asserted that he is not intimidated by Donald Trump or his allies, emphasizing his commitment to speaking out against what he claims are abuses of power.

He specifically stated, “You know, there’s, I don’t see any case against me. I have looked back on all of my actions and decisions,” reflecting on his past conduct during his time in office. Brennan referenced his previous cooperation with Special Counsel John Durham’s investigation, noting that Durham had access to all relevant materials and took no action against him. He expressed that any new probe lacks merit, as it appears to rehash issues already examined without finding wrongdoing.

NFL Announces Bad Bunny as Super Bowl LX Halftime Performer After the Anti-Trump Puerto Rican Rap Star Said He Would Not Tour US Out of Fear ICE Would Arrest His Fans

The National Football League announced Sunday night that Puerto Rican rap star Bad Bunny will be the Apple Music Halftime entertainer for Super Bowl LX, to be held at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, California on February 8, 2026. Bad Bunny’s given name is Benito Antonio Martínez Ocasio.

The NFL’s announcement comes just weeks after Bad Bunny declared in a print interview he would not tour the United States, even though he is a U.S. citizen, out of fear ICE agents would arrest his fans outside his shows. Instead, Bad Bunny did a 30 show residency in Puerto Rico this summer that mainland Americans of means could fly over to attend.

Bad Bunny’s live residency in San Juan featured a series of concerts pointedly dubbed “No Me Quiero Ir de Aquí” (“I Don’t Want to Leave Here”). The Grammy-winning singer-MC did the unthinkable for someone with a new album to promote: He decided to stay home for the summer and play 30 nights in the place that raised him.

His residency shows, which began on July 11 and continued every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday until September 14, were projected to bring in hundreds of thousands of tourists to Puerto Rico—and an estimated $200 million in revenue to show for it. It’s a boon for the archipelago, an unincorporated US territory that’s been run ragged by hurricanes, blackouts, and foreign profiteers who flip family homes into pricey Airbnb rentals.

And it’s something that we were talking about and very concerned about.

Department of Homeland Security spokesperson Tricia McLaughlin responded with a statement to NPR published September 18:

In a written statement to NPR Thursday, assistant DHS secretary Tricia McLaughlin wrote:

“Bad Bunny is either seriously misinformed about ICE operations or is using law enforcement as an excuse because he won’t be able to sell tickets in the United States. ICE is not raiding concert venues. Pop stars choosing to fearmonger and demonize ICE law enforcement are contributing to the nearly 1,000% increase in assaults on ICE officers. If Sabrina Carpenter and Tate McRae are going on tour, so can he.”

CBS reported Bad Bunny is the most streamed artist in the world (excerpt):

The Puerto Rican singer is the most-streamed artist in the world. The 31-year-old has 10 Grammy nominations, with three wins. His three Grammy wins are for Best Latin Pop or Urban Album for YHLQMDLG, Best Musica Urbana Album for El Último Tour Del Mundo and Un Verano Sin Ti.

Some of his other awards include the American Music Award for Favorite Latin Artist, the BET Award for Single of the Year for his hit song “I Like It” with Cardi B and J Balvin and Billboard Top Latin.

Bad Bunny’s top songs are “Vete,” “Titi Me Pregunto,” “Que Pasaria” and “BAILE INoLIDABLE.”

Bad Bunny, who endorsed Kamala Harris last year…

…released a song mocking President Trump on July 4:

The video also featured the Statue of Liberty defaced with a Puerto Rican flag.

Robby Starbuck criticized the NFL’s decision to host Bad Bunny at the Super Bowl:

Roger Goodell and the @NFL just decided to make the Super Bowl political by picking Bad Bunny as the 2026 Super Bowl music act.

The guy literally says he isn’t touring the US because of Trump’s ICE raids and just released a video mocking President Trump.

Also, most of his songs aren’t even in English. This is not a pick designed to unite football fans or let people just enjoy the show. It was a pick designed to divide fans and no doubt Bad Bunny will find some way to push a woke message.

Are NFL owners in on this idiocy or are they just culturally that disconnected from reality and how Roger uses the NFL to push left wing social issues?

Is it that hard to pick a unifying music act who doesn’t want to peddle woke propaganda?

Does this guy really scream American football to anyone? Be for real with me. No one thinks he does. This isn’t about music, it’s about putting a guy on stage who hates Trump and MAGA.

Bad Bunny is scheduled to be in New York City next weekend to host Saturday Night Live.

Investigative journalism can make a difference. Beginning on March 18, 2025, Joel Gilbert, an investigative journalist and filmmaker, authored a series of articles for The Gateway Pundit under the banner “The Letitia Files”.

His articles focused on allegations of misconduct by New York Attorney General Letitia James. These articles primarily centered on claims of mortgage fraud, insurance fraud, campaign finance violations, and other ethical concerns related to James’s real estate dealings and political activities.

The result was an official referral of Letitia James to the Department of Justice and an FBI investigation. Below is the summary of “The Letitia Files” that The Gateway Pundit has published over the past 50 days.

Transcript:

Hello everyone, my name is Joel Gilbert. I’m a film producer based in Los Angeles, and a lot of you know me from my films over the years including Dreams from My Real Father about Barack Obama’s real biological father and ideological influence who radicalized Obama in his youth, Frank Marshall Davis, as well as many other recent investigative films including the Trayvon Martin Hoax about the fraudulent witness and the George Zimmerman trial.

New York Attorney General James has been on the mind of conservatives because of her outrageous prosecution and persecution of Donald Trump, as well as her disgusting, racist comments vilifying Trump because of his skin color, and her un-American, fraudulent lawsuit against Donald Trump, his children, and the Trump organization.

The case Letitia James filed against Trump revolved around allegations of mortgage fraud, alleging that Donald Trump had misrepresented the values of his properties when applying to banks for mortgages many years ago. She filed the complaint despite no evidence, and despite no victims or complainants.

She did it because that’s what she campaigned on, an outrageous promise that, if elected, she would use her office to target an American citizen and a candidate in opposition to her party, that she would find something to charge him with. Nothing is more outrageous and disgusting to fair-minded Americans than a candidate for an elected position with legal authority that is supposed to be neutral and show no favoritism before the law to actually say that she would target someone if she’s elected. But “no one is above the law,” she told us!

Accordingly, I asked myself the question, how could Leticia James be so aware of the concept of mortgage fraud? What would you know about mortgage fraud? So a few months ago, in March of this year, I began researching the mortgage history of New York Attorney General Leticia James by looking at public records.

What I found was consistent and astonishing: Leticia James herself had been engaging in blatant mortgage fraud since 1983, for over 40 years! Every single real estate transaction that Letitia James engaged in was rife with illegal mortgage fraud. Leticia had always illegally lied to the mortgage companies in order to gain more favorable mortgage terms she was not entitled to, even on a government loan on the back of the American taxpayer.

Jim Hoft at The Gateway Pundit was kind enough to allow me to publish my first article back in March, the first of about 15 articles. The headline was: Big Development: Is Letitia James Guilty of Mortgage Fraud? In this first article, I detailed how Leticia James purchased a four-story apartment building at 296 Lafayette Avenue in Brooklyn 2001with five legal apartments in it according to the Certificate of Occupancy for the building.

The Certificate of Occupancy is the one and only legal designation of the number of units for New York City apartments building. But, despite her apartment building having 5 legal units, Leticia James consistently financed and refinanced her apartment building by lying to lenders in mortgage documents, falsely claiming that her building had only four apartment units in it, and that it was only three stories even though it was four! The financial benefit to Letitia was obvious!

Apartment buildings with four units and less are qualified typically as residential buildings and enjoy lower interest rates, while apartment buildings with five units or more, such as Leticia’s building, get higher interest commercial loans. In my first article, I highlighted the fact that by 2011, Leticia James had a private Bank mortgage that was adjustable, that was approaching 10% per year.

She decided to refinance it using the government HAMP Loan program run by the US Treasury Department to enjoy a low interest 2.7% loan that would save her about $ 45,000 per year in interest payments on the backs of American taxpayers.

However, the HAMP loan specifically stated it was not even eligible to buildings with more than four units – only with 4 or less apartments. Accordingly, I examined Letitia’s mortgage application and saw that she lied in two major ways. First, she claimed that her building had only four apartment units, even though it legally had five. I confirmed myself by visiting the building and counting the number of units. There were five doorbells and five apartments, confirming the official Certificate of Occupancy.

Secondly, Letitia, as required to qualify for the loan, claimed that she had a financial hardship and couldn’t afford her existing mortgage. This also appeared to be false given that she was earning around $ 175,000 a year, or $ 14,000 per month, combining her salary as a city council member, University professor, and from her rental units.

In my next Gateway Pundit article, entitled Mortgage Fraud Alert: Did Letitia James Marry Her Father? I detailed Letitia James’ very first real estate transaction in 1983 at the age of 24, whereby she lied on the mortgage application documents, claiming in three places and signing it that her father, Robert James, was her husband!

Yes, she applied for the loan with her father as husband and wife! It was pretty unlikely that she married her father, so this was I believe also blatant mortgage fraud in order to obtain a loan that she might not have qualified for without being in a married couple with her father’s income.

I went on to write total of 15 articles about Letitia James’ mortgage fraud over the years, it just went on and on, it included engaging in a fraudulent foreclosure purchase in Martinsville, Virginia. My dear colleague forensic accountant Sam Antar revealed that Letitia James had co-signed for and purchased a home in Virginia with her niece, and once again in order to qualify for lower mortgage rates, she claimed that the home would be her primary residence, even though she obviously lived in New York City in Brooklyn where she served as Attorney General of New York state.

When this information came out Letitia tried to play the “Good Aunt’ card, claiming that she purchased a home with her niece because she had children. Letitia was trying to gain sympathy. But once again a little research is all it took. I quickly found that Leticia’s niece’s children were adult convicted felons who both been to prison and had long rap sheets! These were no innocent little kids but in fact adult felons.

I was not surprised when Bill Pulte of the Federal Housing Finance Agency decided to write up my information that I had revealed in The Gateway Pundit and submitted as a criminal referral to the Department of Justice to Pam Bondi.

I then learned that the Department of Justice opened investigations against Letitia James both in Virginia and New York state.

I must tell you, though, that it is now August 2025, and I had enough information in my very first article in The Gateway Pundit in March to write up an indictment and convict Letitia James hands down. Along with many others, I’m concerned that Attorney General Pam Bondi may not be moving toward an indictment.

I have also written about my knowledge of Pam Bondi that most people don’t know about – that Pam Bondi is largely responsible for the formation of the Black Lives Matter Marxist group. That’s right! When she was Attorney General of Florida in 2012, the police in Sanford, Florida, had investigated George Zimmerman’s shooting of Trayvon Martin thoroughly and qualified it as self-defense. It was over.

But you’ll recall that that’s when Ben Crump and Al Sharpton with the support of the White House started street demonstrations demanding an arrest! Ben Crump even produced a fake phone witness that I exposed in my film The Trayvon Hoax. Republican attorney general Florida Pam Bondi, instead of looking at the evidence that the local police had discovered, including an eyewitness who corroborated George Zimmerman story, and declaring public that she had looked at the evidence in Zimmerman was innocent and it was a self-defense shooting, Pam Bonnie instead caved to the mob! No backbone!

She appointed a Special Counsel named Angela Corey who promptly indicted George Zimmerman for the self-defense shooting! When Zimmerman’s attorneys tried to depose Ben Crump because he claimed that Trayvon’s girlfriend who was on the phone with him was a 16 year old minor, and when 19 year old Rachel Jeantel showed up 200 lbs heavier than Trayvon, and they wanted to question Ben Crump under oath, it was Pam Bondi who wrote a 40-page opposition to Crump being deposed, and the judge agreed. Pam Bondi went further saying that the Martin family were friends of hers as were the attorneys for the Martin family, Ben Crump. Black Lives Matter was founded based on George Zimmerman’s obvious acquittal – all thanks to Pam Bondi!

So I still have a lot of concerns if Pam Bondi has a backbone and if she has the political will to follow through with the MAGA agenda as Attorney General which includes as promised by Trump during the campaign with prosecutions of corrupt officials like Letita James, or if Pam Bondi will be intimidated by the Democrats and media as she was in the past.

I want to again thank Jim Hoft and The Gateway Pundit for allowing me to publish my articles on Letitia James. By the way, both the New York Post and FoxNews.com were sent the articles and refused to publish! Doesn’t that tell you something! Then they were forced into covering my story by The Gateway Pundit.

We now know why Sinclair Broadcasting Network never aired their special tribute to slain Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk — threats of leftist violence were too grave to ignore.

After late night host Jimmy Kimmel told a blatant and malicious lie on Sept. 15 that Kirk’s shooter was a MAGA supporter, Sinclair said they would not air his show, as the corporation owns more than 40 affiliates of ABC.

In the immediate aftermath of that decision, the company told viewers that broadcasting in Kimmel’s time slot would instead feature a tribute to Kirk.

The decision was reversed later on Sept. 19, and the New York Post reported that the decision came down to “local threats directed at specific local ABC stations” resulting from the Kimmel suspension.

That same day, Anibal Hernandez Santana opened fire, allegedly shooting an ABC affiliate — KXTV in Sacramento — when he fired once in the air then drove around to the front of the building and fired three more shots in the lobby when one employee was present. Thankfully, no one was injured.

Hernandez Santana was a vehement hater of President Donald Trump. According to a separate report by the New York Post, he had handwritten notes ranting against the president in his car and had scribbled on his calendar for Sept. 19, “do the next scary thing.”

One note read, “For hiding Epstein and ignoring red flags.” It also said FBI Director Kash Patel, Deputy FBI Director Dan Bongino, and Attorney General Pam Bondi were “next.”

He was arrested Friday by Sacramento police, being charged with assault with a deadly weapon, negligent discharge of a firearm, and shooting into an occupied building.

He posted a $200,000 bail only to be arrested by the FBI on Saturday as he faces federal charges of interfering with a federally licensed station and an additional charge for shooting a firearm within a school zone.

Clearly, Sinclair took these threats seriously as more deranged leftist terrorists would have acted against their other affiliates. This is becoming a pattern after Kirk’s assassination and the attack on an Immigration and Customs Enforcement facility in Dallas, Texas, on Wednesday.

Department of Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem said about that day that left a detainee and the shooter dead after he fired indiscriminately into a van, “For months, we’ve been warning politicians and the media to tone down their rhetoric about ICE law enforcement before someone was killed.”

“This shooting must serve as a wake-up call to the far-left that their rhetoric about ICE has consequences. Comparing ICE Day-in and day-out to the Nazi Gestapo, the Secret Police, and slave patrols has consequences.”

The distinction between the right and the left’s rhetoric comes from the reality of these terroristic actions.

Right-wing violence is not inspired by right-wing rhetoric. Left-wing violence is.
