On Thursday evening, former FBI Director James Comey was indicted on two counts by a grand jury in the Eastern District of Virginia – false statements and obstruction.

Details about Comey’s criminal indictment are still not immediately clear; however, we know that the former FBI Director was charged with lying to Congress during a hearing on September 30, 2020.

“On or about September 30, 2020, in the Eastern District of Virginia, the defendant, JAMES B. COMEY JR., did willfully and knowingly make a materially false, fictitious, and fraudulent statement in a matter within the jurisdiction of the legislative branch of the Government of the United States, by falsely stating to a U.S. Senator during a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing that he, JAMES B. COMEY JR., had not “authorized someone else at the FBI to be an anonymous source in news reports” regarding an FBI investigation concerning PERSON 1,” the indictment read.

“That statement was false, because, as JAMES B. COMEY JR. then and there knew, he in fact had authorized PERSON 3 to serve as an anonymous source in news reports regarding an FBI investigation concerning PERSON 1,” the indictment read.

According to ABC News, “PERSON 1” mentioned in James Comey’s indictment is Hillary Clinton and “PERSON 3” is Comey’s secret media mole Daniel Richman.

“Sources tell ABC News that “PERSON 1” is Clinton and “PERSON 3″ is Richman,” ABC reporter Mike Levine said.

In newly declassified memos, it was revealed that Comey shared classified information with Daniel Richman.

ABC News is reporting that Daniel Richman was Comey’s personal lawyer, however, Comey didn’t disclose this information until way later.

Not once did Comey ever disclose Daniel Richman was one of his personal lawyers or an unpaid employee of the FBI until right before his testimony.

President Trump on Friday called on Microsoft to terminate Deep State DOJ official Lisa Monaco.

Recall that Lisa Monaco was an Obama-Biden partisan hack who targeted Trump and threatened to indict top Republicans for January 6.

Monaco was part of Obama’s secret team that met in the White House basement in 2016 to discuss how to set up Donald Trump in their Trump-Russia collusion sham.

Earlier this year, President Trump revoked Lisa Monaco’s security clearance.

On Friday, President Trump called on Microsoft to terminate Lisa Monaco because her security clearance was stripped.

C-SPAN host Greta Brawner wasn’t about to let a Democrat caller rewrite history about disgraced former FBI Director James Comey.

On Friday morning’s call-in program, a Democrat caller named David from Maryland phoned into C-SPAN and insisted that Comey was an “honorable man” who “did everything by the book.”

He even called current FBI Director Kash Patel “a sick man” and “unqualified.” But Greta Brawner wasn’t about to let the caller’s delusional rewrite of history go unchallenged.

David: Thank you for having me on. I think that Comey—his record speaks for itself. He was a very honorable man who served this country. He did everything by the book. I think he was the prime example of someone you want to direct the FBI.

Now, currently, we have Kash Patel, who I think is a complete idiot. He’s sick. He’s a sick man in that position and unqualified. For Trump to go after Comey at this point is very obvious—the trail that led up to this and his feelings about Comey. The only mistake Comey ever made was getting involved with Trump.

Greta Brawner: Well, David, how do you respond to this? This is the Associated Press back in 2019. According to Inspector General Watchdog, Comey violated FBI policies in handling of memos. This is what the Inspector General found: Violated FBI policies in his handling of memos documenting private conversations with President Trump.

The Watchdog office said Comey broke bureau rules by giving one memo containing unclassified information to a friend with instructions to share the content with a reporter.

Comey also failed to return his memos to the FBI after he was dismissed in May of 2017, retaining copies of some of them in a safe at home, and shared them with his personal lawyers without permission from the FBI.

It goes on to say the report is the second in as many years to criticize Comey’s actions as FBI director, following a separate Inspector General rebuke for decisions made during the investigation into Hillary Clinton’s use of a private email server.

It is one of multiple Inspector General investigations undertaken in the last three years into the decisions and actions of Comey and other senior FBI leaders. Now, David, you said Comey didn’t make any mistakes.

David: Okay. Well, what I’d like to say is that’s the course of doing business. When Trump had all those documents in his house—Florida, Mar-a-Lago home—what about that? Did that ever get followed up on? What about all the things that he has done: making his own Bitcoin, about going after his political enemies? What about his selling? How selling cars from Elon Musk on the White House lawn? If any other president, especially Obama—if he did that—what would we be hearing from the Republicans?

President Trump on Friday asked the US Supreme Court to end birthright citizenship.

CNN obtained a copy of the appeal. It has not been docketed yet.

“The Trump administration asked the Supreme Court on Friday to review the constitutionality of President Donald Trump’s executive order seeking to end birthright citizenship, pushing the issue back before the justices for the second time this year,” CNN reported.

“The lower court’s decisions invalidated a policy of prime importance to the president and his administration in a manner that undermines our border security,” DOJ Solicitor General John Sauer told the Supreme Court in the appeal obtained by CNN. “Those decisions confer, without lawful justification, the privilege of American citizenship on hundreds of thousands of unqualified people.”

Several federal judges have blocked President Trump’s birthright citizenship executive order.

According to President Trump’s order, the 14th Amendment is being misinterpreted by the left to give citizenship to ‘anchor babies.’

“It is the policy of the United States that no department or agency of the United States government shall issue documents recognizing United States citizenship, or accept documents issued by State, local, or other governments or authorities purporting to recognize United States citizenship, to persons: (1) when that person’s mother was unlawfully present in the United States and the person’s father was not a United States citizen or lawful permanent resident at the time of said person’s birth, or (2) when that person’s mother’s presence in the United States was lawful but temporary, and the person’s father was not a United States citizen or lawful permanent resident at the time of said person’s birth,” Trump’s order stated.

Trump’s order argued the 14th Amendment has always excluded babies born to people in the US illegally.

“[The] Fourteenth Amendment has never been interpreted to extend citizenship universally to everyone born within the United States. The Fourteenth Amendment has always excluded from birthright citizenship persons who were born in the United States but not “subject to the jurisdiction thereof.” Consistent with this understanding, the Congress has further specified through legislation that “a person born in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof” is a national and citizen of the United States at birth, 8 U.S.C. 1401, generally mirroring the Fourteenth Amendment’s text,” the order stated.
