Numerous reports have broken on Twitter saying that New York Attorney General Letitia James will be indicted for mortgage fraud “in the coming days”. Some reports say James Comey will be indicted as well.

I have covered in The Gateway Pundit beginning in March 2025 the entire saga of Letitia James’s 43 years of fraudulent mortgage filings, culminating in this Monday’s article which was a mock Prosecution Memorandum: Letitia James Indictment: Here’s the Prosecution Memorandum for Federal and State Charges, detailing all the charges that James faces.

Special Prosecutor Ed Martin has been investigating Letitia James since August, while Lindsey Halligan was appointed as prosecutor in the Eastern District of Virginia.

MSNBC ran a report citing the coming indictments, posted by conservative commentator Bennie Johnson:

The memorial service for conservative leader Charlie Kirk drew hundreds of thousands from across the nation—but it wasn’t just MAGA Republicans or conservatives who came to honor his life.

Among the sea of mourners were Yoel and Marissa Diaz, an immigrant couple from Cuba, known online for their viral content under the account YoelandMari.

What made their presence remarkable was that they openly admitted: “We aren’t conservative. We aren’t Republicans. We don’t even consider ourselves MAGA.”

Yet, despite their political differences, they stood shoulder-to-shoulder with Trump supporters and liberty-loving Americans, paying their respects to a man as a true champion of free speech.

The couple documented their hours-long wait at the State Farm arena in Arizona, where crowds stretched for miles before sunrise. “It’s insane,” Marissa said. “I don’t even think the camera can do justice.”

Despite her nervousness about attending as a non-conservative, Marissa said the crowd was welcoming.

“I am so happy we went. I’m so happy we went. That was beautiful. You know, when I was talking to people there, nobody gave me any pushback. People thanked me for coming, even though I have… On policy and on issues, I have disagreements on the solutions.

The girl next to me was telling me that she was a Democrat, but she wanted to come because she thought it was important—freedom of speech—and she felt so censored at times. That’s how I felt and how I feel sometimes. I am so censored. But that was incredible.

Of course, there were a couple of times when I didn’t like Stephen Miller’s rhetoric. I didn’t like Trump going on and on and on. But overall, it was beautiful. One of the healthiest responses to tragedy I have seen in modern political history, especially in the last decade. It was beautiful.

And thank you, Erika, for showing everyone how to forgive. I hope that even in our differences, and even in our disagreements, we can have basic human empathy and learn to forgive. It’s incredible… Incredible.”

Their video has since gone viral across platforms, with thousands praising the couple for their honesty and courage.

Many saw their presence as proof that Charlie Kirk’s legacy transcends politics and speaks to the universal human desire for freedom, speech, and truth.

The couple later posted on Instagram:

“Here’s our why: We aren’t conservative. We aren’t registered Republicans. We don’t even consider ourselves MAGA. But a few months ago, as fate has it, Charlie Kirk invited Yoel and I to a debate — the first debate Yoel had ever seen in his 37 years of life. Seeing that was understanding the power of democracy and liberty. We came to respect a man’s life who was devoted to knowing that freedom of speech comes from agency and power in the individual. And in that, we can all unite even with our disagreements and different backgrounds.”

Her words dismantle the false picture painted by the left, that Kirk’s movement was closed off, “far-right,” or intolerant. Instead, she revealed it was openness, freedom of speech, and the ability to disagree without censorship that drew them in.

President Trump and his team pulled off an epic troll of Joe Biden on Wednesday that will bring to mind a major unfolding scandal.

White House Communications Advisor Margo Martin shared a video showing off the new “Presidential Walk of Fame” that was purported to show all 45 people who have served as president. But toward the end of the video, one will notice that one man is missing.

Right between Trump’s two presidential portraits is a portrait of Biden’s autopen signature, rather than a photograph of the man.

One could say this is perfectly appropriate considering America basically did not have a president the previous four years.

Trump previously hinted earlier this month in an interview with The Daily Caller that he would troll Biden with such a portrait.

“It’s a decision I have to make. We put up a picture of the autopen,” Trump said.

As TGP readers know, newly released internal emails confirm Joe Biden did not review the thousands of pardons granted at the end of his presidency.

The Oversight Project broke the story about the Biden autopen scandal wide open after they discovered thousands of acts of clemency and executive actions were signed with an autopen rather than a wet signature.

Earlier this year, the Oversight Project revealed six criminals were pardoned by Biden’s autopen on December 30, 2022, while Joe Biden was vacationing and golfing in St. Croix.

The White House Counsel’s Office is investigating the autopen scandal and is expected to review over 1 million documents.

Trump has said those who ran Biden’s autopen committed treason.

According to MSNBC, former FBI Director James Comey is expected to be indicted in the Eastern District of Virginia in the next few days.

Comey will reportedly be charged for lying to Congress in a 2020 testimony about whether he authorized leaks to the media.

President Trump last week fired Erik Siebert as the US Attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia because he refused to bring charges against Letitia James, Comey, Schiff and others.

On Saturday evening, President Trump announced that he had appointed Lindsey Halligan as US Attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia.

Lindsey Halligan served as one of President Trump’s personal lawyers during the unconstitutional raid on his Mar-a-Lago residence.

The five year statute of limitations on that charge would lapse on Tuesday.

Newly declassified memos reveal James Comey’s secret media mole, Daniel Richman, leaked classified information to The New York Times’s Michael Schmidt to help push for a special counsel in May 2017.

It was previously reported that James Comey penned nine memos stemming from his conversations with President Trump – and then leaked them through his Columbia University law professor ‘friend’ Daniel Richman.

The leaks ultimately worked. On May 17, 2017, then-Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein appointed Robert Mueller to serve as Special Counsel to investigate the Trump-Russia collusion hoax.

On September 30, 2020, James Comey testified before the Senate Judiciary Committee on the “Crossfire Hurricane” investigation. Investigators say Comey lied about whether he authorized leaks.

The indictment would have to be handed down before the five-year statute of limitations expires.

Last week, it was reported that James Comey’s secret media mole, Daniel Richman, had been subpoenaed in a federal investigation into the leaks.

President Trump on Wednesday went off on Congressional Democrats as they threaten to shut down the government.

On Tuesday, President Trump canceled a planned meeting with Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer and House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries.

Two stopgap bills stalled in the Senate last week as the September 30 shutdown looms.

On Wednesday, President Trump said he reviewed details of the ridiculous demands being made by the radical left Democrats and decided he won’t be meeting with them until they agree to the “principles” in his Truth Social post.

“After reviewing the details of the unserious and ridiculous demands being made by the Minority Radical Left Democrats in return for their Votes to keep our thriving Country open, I have decided that no meeting with their Congressional Leaders could possibly be productive. They are threatening to shut down the Government of the United States unless they can have over $1 Trillion Dollars in new spending to continue free healthcare for Illegal Aliens (A monumental cost!), force Taxpayers to fund Transgender surgery for minors, have dead people on the Medicaid roles, allow Illegal Alien Criminals to steal Billions of Dollars in American Taxpayer Benefits, try to force our Country to again open our Borders to Criminals and to the World, allow men to play in women’s sports, and essentially create Transgender operations for everybody. These Radical Left Views and Policies is what allowed me to win the Presidential Election, including all seven Swing States, and the Popular Vote, IN A HISTORIC LANDSLIDE. President Trump followed up with a second Truth Social post and accused the Democrats of wanting illegal aliens and violent criminals to receive free healthcare.

“The Democrats want Illegal Aliens, many of them VIOLENT CRIMINALS, to receive FREE Healthcare. The Democrats want $500 Million Dollars to help Radical Left News Outfits. The Democrats want to leave DEAD PEOPLE on Medicaid and Social Security rolls, so that Criminals can continue to be allowed to receive that payment, and steal their money. The Democrats want to cut Billions of Dollars from our once vulnerable Rural Hospitals (which we fixed by giving them the largest Cash Infusion, EVER!). The Democrats want men playing in women’s sports, “Transgender” for EVERYBODY, Open Borders and, perhaps most importantly of all, a five letter word, CRIME (They like it, and we don’t!), and so many other things that will destroy America. We cannot let this happen!”
