A unknown sniper committed a horrendous act of violence on Wednesday morning on an ICE facility before taking his own life.
The Daily Mail reported that an individual killed at least one migrant and wounded up to four in a shooting at a Dallas Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) facility.
The incident occurred unfolded just after 7 A.M. Central Wednesday morning.
FOX 4 said the shooter was identified as a white man and shot himself in the head as police closed in.
The motive for the attack is unknown. It is not clear whether the migrants or ICE officers were the target.
He is reported to have been on the roof of a nearby immigration attorney’s office.
Noem issued the following response on X, saying there were multiple deaths and a motive is unknown:

NBC News has once again been caught red-handed peddling a false narrative to smear law enforcement and score political points.
This time, the network pushed the outrageous claim that U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents used a 5-year-old autistic girl as “bait” to pressure her criminal illegal alien father into surrendering in Massachusetts.
On Tuesday, NBC News pushed a sensational story alleging that ICE agents “grabbed” a little girl outside her Massachusetts home in a cruel bid to pressure her father, Edwards Hip Mejia, into surrendering.
The report, amplified by video from Telemundo Nueva Inglaterra, showed the child sitting next to a law enforcement SUV with officers nearby, the perfect image for NBC to spin as heartless Trump-era immigration enforcement.
According to NBC’s version, Mejia’s wife claimed her husband thought he was being followed, returned home, and agents seized their daughter. The story painted ICE officers as callous monsters traumatizing an innocent child.
The girl’s mother told Telemundo — which is owned and operated by NBCUniversal, the parent company of NBC News — that her husband called her while he was driving with their daughter shortly before the incident and told her he thought he was being followed.
and “managed to run back into the parking lot of my house,” she said, and her daughter as a result was left with the agents.
“They took my daughter, she’s 5 years old. She has autism spectrum,” the girl’s mother is heard telling agents in the video. “Give me my daughter back.”
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) blew the lid off NBC’s narrative. Tricia McLaughlin, DHS assistant secretary for public affairs, slammed the report as an outright lie.

He fled from the car, gave officers the double middle finger, and darted inside his house. He abandoned his 5-year-old daughter in the car. Officers helped rescue the child and called local police to report the abandonment.

At the very bottom, NBC slipped in a correction admitting its smear: “An earlier version of this article mischaracterized the activities of ICE agents in the video. The article has been updated.”

A concerned parent shares her story in a video statement, speaking out about classroom indoctrination and the impact it has had on her family.
A registered Democrat mother in New Jersey is going viral after posting a TikTok video admitting she had her political “turning point” the day her 11-year-old daughter came home from school saying she hated Charlie Kirk—without even knowing who he was.
The video, posted by user @kryssaqt with the caption “What was your turning point?”, exposes the shocking level of indoctrination happening inside America’s classrooms.
For years, Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk warned parents about what schools were doing to their children. Now, tragically, after Kirk’s assassination, one lifelong Democrat mother says she’s finally seeing it for herself.
In her video, Kryssa explains she has been a registered Democrat for years and prided herself on voting for “the person, not the party.”
But she admits she has noticed her views have shifted more conservative over the years. She lives in Hudson County, New Jersey, one of the bluest, most liberal enclaves in the country.
Kryssa revealed she never spoke about Kirk in her household, nor had her daughter seen his videos. The hate, she realized, was planted elsewhere, inside the classroom.
Her daughter, a sixth-grader, is surrounded by classmates who regularly bash Trump supporters, and Kryssa admitted that peer pressure already made her daughter feel uncomfortable that her mother supports President Trump.
But the comment about Kirk, a man her daughter had never watched or discussed, was a breaking point.
Kryssa: This was my turning point. When Charlie first died, when I first found out, I was upset. I didn’t follow Charlie, but I would see his videos online all the time, and I would think, Well, this guy… I don’t know if I agree with everything he says because I didn’t follow him like that. But this guy has this open dialog. It’s very refreshing. I never saw it, and I respected him for that.
Now, I’m a registered Democrat, but for the last three elections—and even before that—I don’t vote for party. I vote for whoever I think is going to be the best and whoever we need. Having said that, I have realized that I do lean more on the conservative side now.
But the one thing that really, really brought it home for me: the day Charlie died, my daughter came home from school. She’s 11 years old. We live in Jersey, in Hudson County. It’s a very Democratic, liberal area. My daughter goes to school there, in sixth grade. These children have a lot to say about Trump supporters. And my daughter, from peer pressure and whatever else, has felt weird that I’m a Trump supporter.
And when I asked her when she got home if she knew who Charlie Kirk was and what happened, she turned to me and said, Yeah, I hate that guy.
And that’s when… that was my turning point. We never spoke about Charlie in this house. We never… we never even… I don’t even know if she’s ever seen his stuff. And I’m really getting sick of people quoting him and then me having to go and find the transcript of that specific quote and send it to them. And then they come back to me and go, Oh, yeah, okay. I understand now.
I’m getting tired of it. My turning point was when I realized they’re influencing my children. For real. This isn’t, Oh, they’re teaching this in school. No, this is actual influence— for my child to turn to me and say, I hate him—for no reason. She couldn’t back it up. That was my turning point.

She’s never spoke of Charlie Kirk but learned to hate him at school
After scouring articles and social media posts for the evidence used to label him a racist, it seems to center on a handful of statements taken out of context which, do not represent racism but rather uncomfortable truths that run against the liberal narrative.
Alleged or documented remarks attributed to Charlie Kirk include the “brain processing power” comment regarding specific Black women, the statement that “prowling Blacks go around for fun to target white people in urban America,” and the accusation that he is antisemitic despite his frequent and explicit support for Israel.
This last charge is especially ironic, since liberals now hate Israel and are openly antisemitic.
On July 13, 2023, Charlie Kirk said one could, “without being called racist,” say that four prominent Black women, Sheila Jackson Lee, Joy Reid, Michelle Obama, and Ketanji Brown Jackson, were affirmative-action picks. He then showed a clip of Jackson Lee stating before Congress that she was an affirmative-action hire.
He added that they did not have “the brain processing power to be taken seriously” and should yield opportunities to someone “more deserving.”
The statement was attacked as racist, but Kirk was not making a claim about all Black people.
He was criticizing these four individuals, at least one of whom explicitly said she was an affirmative-action hire.
This is yet another example of how conservatives want to judge people as individuals and liberals demand that every interaction be based on skin color, where even arguing with a single person is characterized as a global attack on an entire demographic.
This criticism connects to Kirk’s broader statements on affirmative action.
He previously stated that because of affirmative action, when he sees a Black pilot, he has to consider if the person was hired based on diversity rather than merit.
He made the same observation about an incompetent customer service representative. In both instances, his statement is accurate and consistent with the definition of affirmative action.
Kirk did not say Blacks cannot be good pilots or good customer service representatives.
He accurately pointed out that, by definition, diversity initiatives and affirmative action result in people being hired and promoted based on skin color rather than merit.
Kirk has been attacked for his remark that there are “prowling Blacks” attacking white people for fun. This is not racist. Attacks such as the so-called “knockout game” and other random acts of Black-on-white violence are well documented not only in FBI crime statistics but also in social media posts where perpetrators often upload videos of their assaults. He did not say all Black people do this.
He did not say most Black people do this. He stated that this situation exists, and it does.
Key FBI statistics from 2019 support Kirk’s claim that such attacks exist.
According to the FBI’s Expanded Homicide Data Table 6, in single victim/single offender homicides where race was known, there were 566 white victims killed by Black offenders compared to 246 Black victims killed by white offenders.
This means that homicides with white victims and Black offenders were more than 2.3 times more common than the reverse (566 vs. 246).
Additional FBI data shows that in 2019, Black individuals accounted for 51.3% of murder arrests despite making up only 26.6% of all arrestees and about 13% of the U.S. population (FBI Table 43).
Earlier, the National Crime Victimization Survey in 2002 found that robberies involving white victims and Black offenders were over twelve times more common than the opposite pattern.
Beyond the official data, media reports and academic studies document the phenomenon popularly known as the “knockout game,” in which attackers randomly assault strangers and often post the videos online.
NPR reported that perpetrators have uploaded recordings to YouTube and Vine, while CBS News documented at least four fatal cases in cities including Syracuse, St. Louis, Chicago.
Finally, the alleged antisemitic comment comes from Charlie Kirk’s appearance on the Patrick Bet-David podcast.
In that podcast, Kirk described his trip to Israel and said he found it strange that it took six hours for the IDF to respond to the October 7 attack.
The New York Times claimed it was nine hours, which would make it even worse.
He noted that Hamas was “livestreaming the killing of Jews” and questioned whether there had been a stand-down order inside the IDF.
He pointed out that it takes only 45 minutes to fly to the Gaza border and joked that “the whole country is the IDF,” which he admitted was a slight exaggeration. His point was that everyone under the age of 41 is either in the reserves or active duty.
While Israel’s standing army consists of about 169,500 active-duty personnel, the number of available reservists is around 465,000.
Given these figures, it is reasonable to ask why it took so long to respond on October 7 and why so many died. During this discussion, Kirk reiterated that he is very pro-Israel. There is nothing antisemitic about this clip.
