CNN might want to get in touch with its lawyers after allowing a far-left liberal brat to outright slander President Trump TWICE on national TV without any pushback from the host.

As The Gateway Pundit reported, 25-year-old leftist activist Cameron Kasky, who is best known for surviving the school shooting in Parkland, Florida, appeared on a CNN panel with others, including Scott Jennings, earlier this week to discuss a variety of topics. These included Trump’s immigration policy and Greenland.

When the panel turned to Trump’s remarks about wanting Greenland, Kasky sarcastically thanked Trump for his transparency before uttering the lie of the year.

“I’m appreciative that the president is being transparent about this…I would appreciate if he was more transparent about the human sex trafficking network that he was a part of,” Kasky snarked. “But you can’t win them all.”

Kasky’s statement about Trump being part of a “human sex trafficking ring” was seemingly in reference to Jeffrey Epstein and how the late p*dophile and others preyed on vulnerable underage girls.

Kasky knew Trump had nothing to do with the ring, but apparently thought he could score points with the left by alleging this was the reason Trump was supposedly hiding the Epstein files.

Rather than scolding Kasky over his smear of Trump, host John Berman instead COMPLIMENTED him for his remarks about Trump and Greenland. Then he turned to Jennings.

Jennings quickly pushed back, demanding to know if Berman was going to let the slander from Kasky slide. After trying to scold Jennings, Berman relented and turned back to Kasky.

Kasky quickly repeated his lie. Berman, of course, did not contest the obvious smear, saying “we’ll get to that later.”

Kasky later tried to backtrack from his comments on CNN, likely under pressure from either his lawyer or the networks.

But as one will see, he could not resist uttering another lie.

“I would like to retract my comments from CNN last night and truly apologize,” Kasky wrote. “Donald Trump was obviously not involved with a giant international child sex trafficking ring where women and “children were systematically r*ped by elites.”

“I said that by accident and didn’t mean it.”

By accident? He repeated his outrageous lie TWICE!

Kiev may soon become a ghost town.

With the relentless Russian combines drone and missile strikes, and the lack of effectiveness in Ukrainian air defense, many cities have been taken to the brink, with the destruction of power generation and the electrical grid long passing the point of no return.

Vitali Klitschko, the Ukrainian capital’s mayor and former boxing champion, has warned that Russian President Vladimir Putin is driving the city towards a ‘humanitarian catastrophe’.

The mayor again advised residents to ‘leave if they can’ as emergency crews try to restore power to the city.

The Times reported:

“Temperatures have fallen as low as ­minus 18C during a cold snap projected to last at least two more weeks. This month 600,000 people have already fled the capital, home to more than 3 million, Klitschko said.

‘The situation is critical with basic services — heating, water, electricity. Right now, 5,600 apartment buildings are without heating’, Klitschko told The Times. Unable to keep it at the right temperature, the authorities had been forced to drain Kiev’s large centralized heating and water system to prevent water turning to ice and bursting pipes as it expands, he added.”

“The capital had been struggling with rolling blackouts and minimal heating since an earlier Russian attack on January 9, timed for the start of the coldest winter period in more than a decade. Then, in the early hours of Tuesday, Kremlin forces launched some 470 drones, 47 cruise missiles and one ballistic missile at Ukraine. The attack reversed repairs to the energy grid carried out since the earlier strike.

In both instances Russian ballistic missiles hit a ­thermal power plant in Kiev, Klitschko said. ‘The Russians want to make a humanitarian catastrophe in our hometown, to make people freeze during the winter’, he said.”

Kyiv Independent reported:

“Home to over 3 million people, Kiev is struggling to restore power, heating, and water as Russian missiles and drones continue to target the city’s critical infrastructure, as Ukrainian air defenses are strained.

Klitschko’s press service told the Kiev Independent that the 600,000 number was calculated from mobile phone billing data.

The report comes nearly two weeks after Klitschko urged residents on Jan. 9 to ‘temporarily leave the city’ if there is a possibility.”

A top lawyer at Goldman Sachs who worked as Barack Obama’s White House Counsel is facing the music after her close links to Jeffrey Epstein are revealed in HUNDREDS of released emails.

Kathryn Ruemmler met with Epstein DOZENS of times, and was mentioned in scores of emails between the late pedophile and his legal team.

The bank is looking closely at the situation, after the revelation that the already convicted sex offender knew her sushi order of avocado rolls by heart.

Daily Mail reported:

The high-powered lawyer behaves like the rest, regrets ‘ever knowing’ Epstein.

But the depth of the friendship revealed in the emails took Goldman Sachs bosses by surprise. The Wall Street Journal is reporting that ‘a plan has been devised to remove Ruemmler from the company’.

“’It was my job to engage with people and companies that had serious legal and public relations problems. Many were under criminal investigation, and many had been convicted of crimes,’ Ruemmler told the WSJ.”

Epstein also referred clients to her, she added.

Emails released by the House Oversight Committee show the nature of the relationship: in September 2014, he wrote: ‘You need to talk to boss.’ Ruemmler replied: ‘Agreed, but I need to be prepared to say yes before I talk to him.’

“’Understood,’ Epstein said. ‘It comes down to high risk / reward / low risk / reward. professional, emotional. and financial.’

She responded that ‘most girls do not have to worry about this crap.’ Epstein shot back: ‘Girls? Careful i will renew an old habit’.”

Yes, you read it right – she described herself as a ‘girl’, and Epstein is comfortable enough to make pedophile jokes.
