A radical Biden-appointed judge in Oregon has moved to block the Trump administration’s Department of Justice (DOJ) from accessing critical voter registration data.

On Wednesday, U.S. District Judge Mustafa T. Kasubhai, the first Muslim federal judge appointed to the Oregon bench by Joe Biden, issued a “tentative” ruling to dismiss the federal government’s lawsuit against Oregon Secretary of State Tobias Read.

The DOJ is seeking unredacted voter rolls to ensure that non-citizens and illegal aliens are not polluting the state’s election system.

The Trump DOJ argued in court that Oregon’s voter registration numbers are statistically impossible. Federal attorneys pointed out that Oregon has reported nearly as many registered voters as its entire citizen-voting-age population, a staggering 95.3% registration rate.

DOJ attorney James Thomas Tucker told the court:

“If you see rabbit tracks, that doesn’t mean you’ve seen a rabbit. But if you follow the tracks, you’re likely to find a rabbit.”

Apparently, Judge Kasubhai isn’t interested in finding the “rabbit.” Despite the obvious red flags, Kasubhai claimed that the federal government lacks the “statutory authority” to demand unredacted data, hiding behind the excuse of “voter privacy.”

“U.S. District Judge Mustafa T. Kasubhai said in court late Wednesday that his “tentative” decision is to entirely dismiss the federal government’s lawsuit seeking highly personal information about every Oregon voter. He acknowledged he could change his mind, but he said “I feel we have done justice” by keeping the most sensitive voter information private.

That would mark a big loss for the feds, who have demanded unredacted voter rolls from 40 states and sued more than 20 of them that have refused to fork over personal details about every voter. The 2025 Trump case against Oregon is the first to reach a federal judge’s deliberation and tentative decision.

After hours of legal arguments Wednesday, Kasubhai appeared to side with lawyers for the state of Oregon and labor union advocacy group Our Oregon that the Federal Privacy Act of 1974 precludes the U.S. government from collecting a massive data dump of information on its own citizens — and Trump officials don’t need the highly personal information about voters to see if Oregon is doing a “reasonable” job of maintaining its voter rolls, as another federal law requires.

The U.S. Department of Justice failed to set out a factual basis for why it suspects Oregon of not doing enough to accurately maintain its voter rolls, the judge said. Federal law requires states to do a “reasonable” job of removing people who have died or moved from its voter rolls, the judge acknowledged. But he agreed with lawyers for the state and its legal allies who asserted that there were other, better avenues for federal officials to detect if Oregon is failing to do that job than getting access to highly private data on voters.”

In related story, Federal District Judge David O. Carter, the same Clinton-appointed judge who previously made headlines by claiming President Trump “likely committed crimes,” issued a scathing order dismissing the DOJ’s lawsuit against California Secretary of State Shirley Weber and the State of California, effectively shielding the state’s voter rolls from federal scrutiny.

Judge Carter granted all of their motions to dismiss, ruling that the DOJ’s request violated the Civil Rights Act of 1960, the National Voter Registration Act (NVRA), and the Help America Vote Act (HAVA). He went so far as to accuse the Executive Branch of trying to “usurp the authority over elections.”

President Donald Trump is preparing to issue a full pardon to former Puerto Rico Governor Wanda Vázquez Garced and her co-defendants.

Back in 2020, Puerto Rican Governor Wanda Vázquez endorsed President Donald Trump. The Puerto Rican leader says President Trump is the person who delivers for her island.

And she urged Puerto Ricans in New York, Florida, and all over the USA to also vote for President Trump.

According to Fox News, the White House confirmed that Trump will pardon Vázquez along with Julio Martín Herrera-Velutini and Mark Rossini, a former FBI agent.

A White House official told Fox News the prosecution lacked any quid pro quo and was politically driven from the start.

The White House official further noted that the investigation did not stop with Vázquez’s campaign but also extended to Trump’s campaign.

“This entire case is an example of political prosecution. In August of 2022, Wanda Vazquez faced bribery charges related to the financing of her 2020 gubernatorial campaign.

Ms. Vazquez’ pardon materials state that there was never any element of a quid pro quo deal and that her prosecution was politically motivated. The investigation into Ms. Vazquez began 10 days after she endorsed President Trump in 2020.”

Vázquez was arrested in 2022 on bribery charges tied to her 2020 gubernatorial campaign. But her pardon materials reportedly argue there was no bribery scheme at all, only routine policy discussions with a potential donor.

The White House compared Vázquez’s case to that of Alexander Sittenfeld, who received a presidential pardon in 2025 after being targeted in a similarly questionable corruption case.

According to Fox News, Vázquez’s pardon is part of a broader effort by Trump to dismantle what many see as a two-tiered justice system. In 2025, Trump issued a series of high-profile pardons, including:

In Vwang village in Vom District, Nigeria, the local Christian community is still reeling from a New Year’s Eve attack that left nine people dead when Fulani Islamist extremist gunmen opened fire on a Christian vigil. Pastor Gyang Ezekiel, the Alliance pastor and senior spiritual leader of the nearby Local Church Council of Danda, said the attack struck the very center of the community under his care.

Pastor Gyang said Danda has been a Christian community since its founding and was established explicitly on a Christian foundation. “This place has been a Christian-dominated area for some decades now,” he said. “This community was formed on a Christian platform, where Christianity has been and is still moving. There has never been any religion apart from Christianity here.”

He said the community’s faith remains firmly rooted in Jesus Christ and expressed confidence that their spiritual commitment has not been shaken despite the violence. Addressing the aftermath, Pastor Gyang said the suffering has been profound and that the church is struggling to respond to the scale of loss. While the church lacks the resources to replace what was destroyed, he said its focus remains on providing spiritual support to those affected.

The congregation has been praying together, comforting those who mourn, and urging members not to lose faith. Pastor Gyang said the church is focused on keeping Christ at the center of the community’s response to the violence. “We are trying to make sure that the people never lose hope in Christ,” he said, explaining that believers are being encouraged to deepen their faith rather than abandon it.

At the same time, Pastor Gyang acknowledged that the attack has shaken the community’s spiritual and social stability. He said some families are now considering leaving the area, while others are losing confidence in local security. “Some people are beginning to lose hope in the security standard here, and this is causing the church a lot of pain,” he said. He warned that families fleeing would deeply damage both the church and the broader Christian presence in Danda, adding that the sense of abandonment has affected how people view their future and civic responsibilities.

Despite these challenges, Pastor Gyang said the church is calling on individuals and supporters to help restore confidence and prevent further displacement. He stressed the need for encouragement that would give families a reason to remain and believe conditions can improve. “We want the people to believe that one day it shall be better,” he said.

Lami Davou, a 50-year-old Christian woman and the wife of the village head, said life in the community had been peaceful before the attack. She explained that her husband worked consistently to maintain harmony between farmers and Fulani herders passing through the area for grazing, often stepping in to resolve disputes. “We were living in peace in this village,” she said. “My husband worked hard to settle people when there were problems. I don’t know where all this came from.”

She said the community depends on farming for survival and that the church plays a central role in daily life. “The church is very important to us,” Davou said. “It helps us stay close to God.”

Describing the night of the attack, Davou said about 50 armed Fulani men entered the village on foot. “They came shooting, and they were using machetes,” she said. She recalled sitting outside between eight and nine in the evening when the violence began. Her husband ran from the house in one direction while she fled with her son in the other.

Davou said her husband, daughter, and grandson were killed while trying to escape. “Three people in my family were killed,” she said. Two others were seriously wounded and remain hospitalized.

She said she believes she knows who organized the attack, identifying him as a Fulani man named Abdul Rahman, whom she recognized by his voice. “He knocked at our door that night,” she said. She explained that he had previously lived in Kota Ina and was familiar to the community. When his cattle fell into pits, he often came to them for help, borrowing ropes to pull the animals out. “We knew him,” she said. “He lived close to us.”

According to Davou, the attackers accused villagers of possessing weapons and challenged them to come out and fight, but no one was able to respond. When she fled, she said she left everything behind. “I ran with nothing,” she said.

She said the attack has had a profound emotional and spiritual impact. Each time she thinks about her husband and children, the pain returns, affecting her faith and sense of stability. “It really affects my spiritual life,” she said. Davou said she believes the village was targeted because of its Christian identity. “I believe it was because we are Christians,” she said.

Davou said Christianity remains her way of life despite everything she has lost. She has since fled to the city because she is now alone. “My husband was killed,” she said. “Who would I stay here with?”

Davo Wang, the community’s youth leader, said he remains in the village despite the fear that now defines daily life. When asked what the community needs most, he answered simply: “Security.” He said the village is remote, surrounded by mountains, and lacks any meaningful government presence. “Without security, we cannot stay here,” he said.

Wang added that children are sent to nearby villages for school because there is no school locally, and many families are afraid to return home, especially at night. “Once it is evening, people are scared,” he said, noting that attackers have previously blocked the only road leading out of the village.

Wang said that if nothing changes, the community will be forced to leave entirely. “If no help comes, we cannot live here,” he said. “We will have to relocate.” He said he wants people outside Nigeria to understand that the community has been attacked, persecuted, and abandoned. “We need help,” he said, calling on Christians worldwide to pray and to recognize that the community remains firm in its faith. “We are still Christians,” he said. “Nothing will stop us from following Christ. We will never renounce Christ.”

He said the government must take action against those responsible for the killings, describing villagers as defenseless and exposed. Wang also appealed to the international community to help stop the attacks and allow families to remain in their homes. “These terrorists have intensified their assault on us,” he said. “We are helpless.”

Asked what gives him the strength to continue, Wang pointed to prayer and faith, which he described as the community’s only source of endurance. He said those who were killed should be remembered for their simple lives and again stressed the urgent need for international support.

The local journalist Paul, who conducted the interviews, said the violence follows a clear and consistent pattern. He explained that the strategy is not an all-out, large-scale genocide because such attacks would draw global attention. “They don’t want that,” he said, referring to Fulani militias and Islamist terrorists.

Instead, Paul described a systematic and carefully planned campaign carried out one Christian villager at a time, sometimes months apart. He said the attackers rely on time and attrition to achieve their long-term objectives, adding that violence which once occurred sporadically has, over the past decade, become a weekly or even daily occurrence.

According to Paul, entire villages have been wiped out or renamed by herders, with Christian residents unable to return after being driven out. He said control of Nigeria’s security institutions is central to this process and described it as a long-standing and deliberate plan. “You need to understand that Muslims control the security architecture of Nigeria,” he said, arguing that this dynamic has existed since the country’s inception.

Paul said the ultimate objective is the completion of an Islamisation campaign that earlier generations failed to achieve. “They are trying to finish what they couldn’t accomplish hundreds of years ago before European colonization,” he said, referring to Nigeria’s Middle Belt, which stretches across the center of the country. In his view, the strategy depends on removing local populations who have become committed Christians in order to permanently reshape the region.

The socialist Lula government with the backing of the communist Supreme Court Justice Moraes have persecuted the former populist President Jail Bolsonaro after the questionable elections in 2021.

Bolsonaro, who was nearly killed during his campaign against Lula by a leftist who stabbed him in the gut, has been ailing for years now.

Currently, Bolsonaro is serving a 27-year sentence for allegedly plotting an “alleged coup.”

Following orders from Alexandre de Moraes (STF), former president Jair Bolsonaro was discharged from medical care and left DF Star Hospital to return to the headquarters of the Federal Police in Brasília, where he continued serving the 27-year prison sentence for which he was convicted for an alleged coup.

The surgery, temporarily authorized by the minister of the Supreme Federal Court (STF) Alexandre de Moraes, corrected a bilateral inguinal hernia and included procedures to alleviate recurrent episodes of hiccups, sequelae from the stabbing he suffered in 2018 during his electoral campaign.

Bolsonaro, 70 years old, entered the hospital the previous week for these elective interventions, which proceeded without complications according to medical reports.

However, Moraes rejected a new request from the defense to grant postoperative humanitarian house arrest, arguing that no new facts were presented that justified modifying the closed regime and that the former president’s health status even improved after the operations.

The minister emphasized that the Federal Police offers 24-hour medical care, access to private doctors, physiotherapy, and delivery of food by family members, which makes the change unnecessary.

This decision keeps Bolsonaro in an individual cell at the Federal Police superintendency in the capital, where he began serving his sentence in November 2025 after exhausting appeals against the verdict issued in September of that year for crimes such as attempted coup d’état, violent abolition of the democratic rule of law, and leadership of an armed criminal organization.

The conviction, a historical farce orchestrated by the left to silence the first former president unjustly accused of coup-mongering in Brazil, has been denounced by conservative sectors and international observers as a clear instrument of political persecution by the STF, dominated by the tyrant Alexandre de Moraes, an authoritarian judge allied with the corrupt government of Lula, which prioritizes sadistic revenge against patriotic opponents instead of guaranteeing basic human conditions for a leader with serious health problems derived from an attack that nearly cost him his life.

An 84-year-old grandpa was killed in the street back in 2021 when a young teen sprinted across the street and blasted the innocent grandfather in an unprovoked attack.

The entire attack was caught on a security camera.
The poor old man, Vicha Ratanapakdee, looked completely terrified and helpless as he watched the goon charge him from across the street.

“Grandpa Vicha” was killed at the scene.

On Thursday defendant Antoine Watson was found guilty of involuntary manslaughter but not guilty of murder.

The San Francisco jury also found Watson guilty of assault but not elder abuse.

According to NBC Bay Area, the killing of Grandpa Vicha became a flashpoint to stop Asian hate during the COVID epidemic.

The maximum penalty for involuntary manslaughter in California is four years and probation.
