President Trump is in more danger right now than at any other moment in his life.

As violent rhetoric from the left escalates and political hatred is normalized, the Secret Service is being pushed into an impossible position where every public appearance carries real risk. From packed rallies to high-profile stops like the recent Iowa appearance, the threat environment is intensifying fast.

The language coming from the left is no longer political criticism.

It is dehumanization.

Trump is still openly being called Hitler by Democrats and media figures, rhetoric that is quietly used to justify violence. Even more disturbing, an Ohio attorney general candidate recently went so far as to publicly call for Trump’s execution. This is not fringe internet talk.

This is the normalization of political violence from people seeking power.

Grant warns these are frightening times and raises serious questions about whether limiting public appearances may now be necessary for the President’s own safety. When political opponents begin talking like executioners instead of elected officials, the threat is no longer theoretical. It is real, and it is escalating. Secret Service, you have been warned, now please keep our Commander in Chief safe.

BREAKING: NIH Set to Ban New Funding for Cruel Dog and Kitten Labs Following Intense Pressure from White Coat Waste

BREAKING: NIH Set to Ban New Funding for Cruel Dog and Kitten Labs Following Intense Pressure from White Coat Waste
January 30, 2026

In a major scoop from investigative journalist Laura Loomer, the National Institutes of Health (NIH) is reportedly gearing up to announce plans to stop funding for dog and cat experiments, driven by relentless pressure from the animal welfare and taxpayer watchdog organization White Coat Waste.

Loomer’s report cites unspecified government sources and refers to WCW’s latest investigation into NIH spending, which reveals no new grants have been awarded for dog and cat tests this fiscal year, a clear sign that change is underway.

This development would be a historic victory for animal welfare under the Trump administration if confirmed by Secretary of Health and Human Services Robert F. Kennedy Jr.

On Friday, Loomer wrote in a post on X:

A new White Coat Waste review of federal grants reveals that the NIH has apparently decided to not fund any new dog and cat experiments in fiscal year 2026.

Sources tell me an official announcement from NIH about dog and cat testing is coming soon, during the second week of February.

If this news uncovered by White Coat Waste is confirmed by Secretary Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., this would be another huge victory against wasteful and abusive animal testing for WCW and the Trump administration.

White Coat Waste has been the only group calling out the NIH and demanding that NIH Director Jay Bhattacharya and certified Trump-hater and Fauci-lover Dr. Nicole Kleinstreuer immediately end all funding for new and existing experiments that abuse dogs and cats. Meanwhile, PETA and other left-wing anti-Trump groups have let Nicole and Jay off the hook.

As I’ve reported with White Coat Waste since Tax Day of last year, Jay Bhattacharya and Nicole Kleinstreuer have continued to defend, support and fund Dr. Anthony Fauci’s labs and abusive tests on dogs, cats and other animals in labs in the US and foreign countries like China on US taxpayer dime.

In September, Loomer Unleashed confronted Bhattacharya outside of the NATCON conference about this. Jay lied again, and said he wasn’t funding the labs while privately defending NIH’s animal testing!

If White Coat Waste finally forced the NIH to stop issuing new grants for dog and cat abuse, this is a historic win!

I hope the Trump administration will announce that it’s ending ALL NIH funding for dog and cat labs, for both new and existing grants and require that these labs put the animals up for adoption and send them to Kindness Ranch instead of euthanizing them.

Following our coverage of WCW’s investigations into ongoing wasteful spending at these dog and cat labs, NIH Director Jay Bhattacharya exclusively confirmed to The Gateway Pundit in October that the agency is working on a new policy to stop the cruel and wasteful testing.

This confirmation came amid WCW’s exposés on renewed grants for barbaric tests like inducing heart failure in kittens and infesting beagles with ticks.

Despite repeated public promises to phase out such experiments, NIH has faced criticism for continuously extending funding for the bizarre Fauci-era projects.

The roots of this movement trace back to 2021, when The Gateway Pundit was the first to exclusively report WCW’s revelations about Fauci’s beagle lab in Tunisia, where taxpayer dollars funded torturous experiments in which dogs were eaten alive by parasite-infected flies.

That bombshell report sparked widespread outrage and set off a chain of reforms for animal protection that continues under the Trump administration today.

Notably, while WCW has aggressively held NIH accountable, the legacy leftist animal rights group PETA has let the agency, especially Fauci protege Nicole Kleinstreuer, off the hook, even defending her as she justified and made excuses for ongoing animal tests.

Last year, Gateway Pundit also reported how in a now-deleted X post from November 2021, PETA wrote, “Trump did nothing to stop animal experimentation.” This statement came after the first Trump Administration took historic steps to eliminate some of the government’s worst animal testing with the help of WCW.

PETA even tried to smear WCW in The New Yorker out of apparent jealousy over their real victories, stating, “White Coat Waste has young-male-testosterone energy, and it seems like they attack all the other groups for fundraising purposes.”

Goodman responded at the time by telling The Gateway Pundit:

“We’re proud of our hard-hitting campaigns and historic victories against government animal labs that made this issue high politics, front page news, and won the support of President Trump, his family, and his administration. We’ll never apologize for aggressively fighting to save animals from government abuse and to hold federal bureaucrats accountable for lying to taxpayers and wasting animals’ lives and taxpayers’ money. PETA hates us because they ain’t us.”

While this is undeniably a huge victory for animals, taxpayers, and White Coat Waste, Loomer’s post calls for the Trump administration to go further and end all NIH funding for existing dog and cat labs, prohibit new grants entirely, and require labs to adopt out the animals to sanctuaries like Kindness Ranch rather than euthanizing them.

With WCW’s track record of shutting down government animal labs, including primate, dog, and cat facilities over the years, this latest pressure could finally close the chapter on Fauci’s legacy of cruelty.

In a statement to The Gateway Pundit, WCW founder and president, Anthony Bellotti, said:

“White Coat Waste hounded the NIH — and we’re on the verge of victory.

In direct response to White Coat Waste — the watchdog that first uncovered Dr. Fauci’s beagle and kitten tests, and the group that exposed Nicole Kleinstreuer and NIH for continuing to fund them — our investigation shows NIH has apparently stopped doling out new grants for dog and cat labs. This is the exact demand White Coat Waste has made since day one of the Trump administration — and one the NIH repeatedly refused to commit to.

In June, NIH’s ‘animal testing czar’ Kleinstreuer told NPR there was ‘no intention’ to phase out such experiments ‘overnight’— because they’re ‘very important and often scientifically justified.’ Legacy groups in the animal rights establishment clapped like trained seals — even as NIH wasted millions of new taxpayer dollars for Fauci’s pet projects.

So we hit NIH with four million targeted ads and unleashed nearly a quarter million phone calls from our members demanding an immediate phase out. NIH blinked. Kleinstreuer caved. Taxpayers and pet owners are about to win— and White Coat Waste led the campaign.

Our investigations of Fauci’s BeagleGate scandal are what made animal testing a top GOP priority. And we’re grateful to President Trump for helping erase Fauci’s fingerprints from NIH labs. NIH is the world’s largest funder of animal testing and the world’s worst abuser of pets in labs — tracing its disgraceful lineage back to 1887. Under Trump, White Coat Waste is proud to be ending the era of federal feline and puppy abuse with our simple but seismic strategy: stop the money. Stop the madness.”

WCW remains the only animal advocacy organization to shut down any government primate lab in nearly a decade, any government dog testing labs in almost 20 years, and any government cat lab in the last 40 years.

This win isn’t just for animals and their defenders, though; it’s a win for hardworking Americans tired of their tax dollars funding needless cruelty.

CNN’s Navarro Calls Pretti ‘Perfect Guy’ She’d Want Daughter to Date Before Disturbing New Video Surfaces

CNN’s Navarro Calls Pretti ‘Perfect Guy’ She’d Want Daughter to Date Before Disturbing New Video Surfaces
January 30, 2026

Maybe CNN’s Ana Navarro should not have been so quick to offer a glowing assessment of Alex Pretti as the “perfect guy.”

Pretti, 37, was shot and killed by Border Patrol agents Saturday during a skirmish in Minneapolis. He was reportedly armed at the time.

While appearing on “NewsNight with Abby Phillip” Tuesday, Navarro said, “This is like the perfect guy. Alex Pretti — the guy you’d want to date your daughter. The guy you want your son to grow up to be. A decent human being who was serving humanity, serving sick veterans. There’s nothing that has been said about that man that isn’t wonderful.

“So they can’t malign him. They can’t malign him, because we have the videos,” she added.

WARNING: The following post contains scenes that include violence and vulgar language that some may find offensive.

Navarro was referring to videos from the Saturday shooting incident, where it was not clear Pretti had brandished a gun before being shot, as officials first stated. A report by the Department of Homeland Security later concluded that two officers reportedly fired on Pretti, 37, after one yelled, “He’s got a gun!”

However, new videos surfaced on Tuesday, showing Pretti in a violent confrontation with federal agents more than a week before his death.

The footage from Jan. 13 showed Pretti, again reportedly armed, screaming at federal agents, “Assault me, motherf***er!” As one officer got into his vehicle, Pretti spat at him. He then kicked the SUV’s taillight multiple times, causing it to break off.

Warning: The video below contains vulgar language that some readers may find offensive

Agents responded by getting out of their vehicles, grabbing Pretti, and pushing him to the ground. However, they ultimately let him go.

This is the “perfect guy” Navarro wants her daughter to date? An unhinged man commiting crimes against federal officers, screaming all kinds of profanity?

NewsNation host Katie Pavlich, who is a strong proponent of the Second Amendment, posted on X in response to the Jan. 13 incident, “You have a right to carry a firearm and peacefully protest. You do not have a right to carry a firearm and commit crimes.”

The crimes she was referring to were ostensibly attacking federal officers and damaging government property.

USA Today reported that Pretti was an ICU nurse at the Minneapolis Veterans Affairs hospital, which is certainly an admirable profession.

But he clearly allowed his emotions to take over, multiple times, in violent acts against federal agents just trying to do their jobs.

The day he was killed, video showed agents responding to Pretti as he violently pulled at a woman in the middle of the street. Who knows what his intentions were? Did he think he was helping her? The agents seemed to be focused on his conduct, not hers.

Regardless, Navarro needs to recalibrate how she judges people. Pretti was not a “perfect guy,” and he was not someone most normal people would want their daughter to date.

OUTRAGE: Biden-Appointed Judge BLOCKS Death Penalty for UnitedHealthcare CEO Assassin Luigi Mangione

OUTRAGE: Biden-Appointed Judge BLOCKS Death Penalty for UnitedHealthcare CEO Assassin Luigi Mangione

OUTRAGE: Biden-Appointed Judge BLOCKS Death Penalty for UnitedHealthcare CEO Assassin Luigi Mangione
January 30, 2026

A federal judge appointed by Joe Biden formally BLOCKED prosecutors from seeking the death penalty against Luigi Mangione, the man accused of the cold-blooded execution of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson.

U.S. District Judge Margaret Garnett, who was nominated by Biden in 2023, dismissed the federal murder charge that would have allowed for capital punishment.

Mangione, 27, is accused of traveling across state lines, stalking a complete stranger, and executing the victim, UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson, on a Manhattan street in December 2024, on a public street in Midtown Manhattan using a handgun equipped with a silencer.

Manigone had faced a federal murder indictment that, if prosecuted on the government’s original theory, could have carried the ultimate punishment.

But U.S. District Judge Margaret Garnett ruled that the “stalking” charge against Mangione does not technically count as a “crime of violence” under federal statutes, meaning the firearm-related murder charges (Counts Three and Four) cannot legally stand.

As a result, the court granted the defendant’s motion to dismiss those counts, eliminating the government’s ability to seek capital punishment altogether.

The judge openly acknowledged the absurdity of the outcome, noting that no one could seriously dispute the violent nature of the alleged conduct. But she claimed her hands were tied by Supreme Court rulings that require courts to ignore real-world facts and instead analyze crimes based on “hypothetical least serious conduct” under what’s known as the categorical approach.

The Hill reported:

U.S. District Judge Margaret Garnett ruled it doesn’t meet the legal definition. She noted the “apparent absurdity” of her conclusion and criticized Supreme Court precedent she said is “totally divorced” from actual conduct in criminal cases.

“However, regardless of its own views, a district court is duty-bound to follow binding Supreme Court precedent,” Garnett wrote.

[…]

“The analysis contained in the balance of this Opinion may strike the average person — and indeed many lawyers and judges — as tortured and strange, and the result may seem contrary to our intuitions about the criminal law,” she wrote.

“But it represents the Court’s committed effort to faithfully apply the dictates of the Supreme Court to the charges in this case,” Garnett continued. “The law must be the Court’s only concern.”

[…]

He will now proceed to trial in the federal case on two counts that accuse him of causing Thompson’s death while stalking him.

In addition to the federal indictment, Mangione faces state charges in both Pennsylvania and New York, but he does not face the prospect of the death penalty in those cases.

Mangione has pleaded not guilty to all of the charges.
