On Wednesday, The Gateway Pundit reported that the FBI executed a search warrant against Fulton County, and also that the likely target of that warrant pertained to reports filed by citizen investigators whose persistence since the 2020 election was finally acknowledged by federal investigators.

The warrant was later made public and should be of grave concern for those responsible for administering and retaining records related to the 2020 election.

The warrant was issued by a magistrate judge in Atlanta on Wednesday at 2:31p.m. for evidence of violations of 52 U.S.C 20701 and 52 U.S.C 20511.  The former, 20701, is the federal records retention law related to elections that requires states to "retain and preserve, for a period of twenty-two months" all records "requisite to voting."

The latter, 20511, is a statute related specifically to fraud.  The statute makes illegal the "procurement, casting, or tabulation of ballots that are known by the person to be materially false, fictitious, or fraudulent under the laws of the State in which the election is held."

The attached affidavit that outlines materials and items to be seized includes all physical paper ballots and envelopes, all tabulator tapes for every voting machine used, all ballot images created during the initial count on November 3, 2020, and the following recounts, and the voter rolls used during the 2020 election to issue ballots.

Ballot Images

Several of these items will be difficult to produce, considering sworn declarations submitted in the federal case Curling v Raffensperger and responses given to open records requests submitted by citizens and journalists beginning almost immediately after the 2020 election.

Dr. Philip Stark, a UC Berkeley professor, submitted a sworn affidavit that stated there were 376,863 missing ballot images from the original count in Fulton County, which, according to Dr. Stark, makes it impossible to audit the 2020 election.

In Georgia, the original machine count conducted on November 3, 2020, was not the certified count.  The ensuing machine count reported on December 3, 2020, was used to certify the vote.  Stark stated that 17,852 votes were missing ballot images from the certified count in his declaration.

The 17,852 missing ballot images were corroborated by SEB Complaint 2023-025, which is what then-Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene used to call for a formal investigation in Fulton County in September 2025.

Further, each ballot image created by the Dominion tabulator creates a SHA file, a hash validation code that can be used to authenticate that a ballot image is the original unedited image.  Of the 148,318 ballot images created from mail-in ballots in Fulton County, only 16,034 SHA files were retained.

Physical Ballots

The physical paper ballots have been a mythical creature in Georgia, especially in Fulton County, eluding investigation since 2021.  Garland Favorito's VoterGA.org filed a lawsuit in Georgia shortly after the 2020 election.  The case was abruptly dismissed on procedural grounds, specifically claiming the plaintiffs did not have standing.

Following a December 2022 decision from the Georgia Supreme Court that granted the plaintiffs standing and remanded it back to the lower courts, the case sat in limbo for over 1,130 days waiting to be assigned to a judge.

The Georgia State Election Board has submitted several subpoenas seeking to obtain the physical ballots for investigation.  It wasn't until a decision last month from Judge Robert McBurney that records sought in the subpoena were ordered to be turned over to the Board.  However, physical ballots were notably absent from the order.

The Gateway Pundit also reported that in May 2021, the warehouse that was storing the physical paper ballots under the guard of the Fulton County Sheriff's Office was left wide open for two hours.  Twenty minutes after the sheriff's two patrol cars left the parking lot, the facility's alarm went off.

Tabulator Tapes

The Gateway Pundit has also reported on the missing tabulator tapes throughout Fulton County.  The Dominion Voting tabulators and scanners create several poll tapes throughout the voting process.  The first tape produced is called a "Zero Tape" and is used to ensure that there are no ballots currently stored in the system's memory prior to an election event beginning.

Of the 148 tabulators used for advance voting, only nine Zero Tapes were produced.  The Deputy County Attorney, Steve Rosenberg, claimed that the Zero Tapes were "old-style receipts" and had become "almost completely faded" due to a number of open records requests for them.

He also claimed that the Secretary of State's Office maintained the originals (it is actually required to be held by the Superior Court, not the Secretary of State).

The "completely faded" claim fell short on two fronts.  First, if the tapes faded because of being handled to fulfill other requests, the files/images shared in those fulfilled requests could have simply been forwarded or reused to fulfill future requests.

Second, if the Secretary of State (or Superior Court) had the originals, Fulton County likely maintained a photocopy or digital copy for its own record retention.

In addition to the Zero Tapes, none of the closing tapes produced had the required signatures from the poll manager and two witnesses.  This accounted for over 315,000 ballots in Fulton County with a crucial link missing in the chain of custody.

Further, the closing tapes that were provided, unsigned, were created on just 16 tabulators that were not deployed for advance voting, and done so at the English Street warehouse.  That warehouse, at the time, was filled with Dominion employees that were contracted to conduct a Logic and Accuracy test following a COVID outbreak in the warehouse in mid-October 2020 and were retained for the remainder of the election and beyond.

The FBI concluded its search warrant Wednesday evening and began to transport over 700 boxes of material north to Virginia.  Notably, State Election Board Vice Chair Dr. Jan Johnston and Salleigh Grubbs, the newest member of the Board, were forbidden access to the warehouse during the execution of the warrant as impartial observers.

With the clock ticking down to a potential government shutdown this Friday, Senate Republicans are reportedly considering a move that could leave the southern border wide open to invasion.

A group of Republican senators is now openly discussing whether to split the Homeland Security appropriations bill away from a six-bill funding package in order to avert a partial government shutdown that would impact the Pentagon and several other major federal departments, according to The Hill.

The six-bill package includes funding for the Departments of Defense, Health and Human Services, Labor, Education, Transportation, State, and financial services-related agencies.

DHS, the very agency responsible for border security, immigration enforcement, and counterterrorism, is at risk of being left behind.

Rep. Andy Ogles wrote on X:

Democrats are trying to defund ICE, Border Patrol, FEMA, TSA, the Coast Guard, and the Secret Service because Donald Trump is president. America voted for mass deportations, and DHS is delivering.

I stand with [Freedom Caucus] and will not bend when it comes to fully funding DHS, defunding sanctuary cities, and crushing the coordinated attacks on our federal agents by Soros-backed insurrectionists. Democrats have called for total war against the law of the United States. We must fight it in Congress.

Sen. John Kennedy (R-LA), a member of the Senate Appropriations Committee, bluntly admitted that many Republicans see the writing on the wall.

“A bunch” of GOP senators, Kennedy said, would be willing to set aside DHS funding if that’s the only way to move the other bills forward.

“Sen. Thune can’t admit it because he’s got to act like a tough guy and the White House is negotiating and all of that, but most of you have been around here for a while and most of us have seen this vampire movie before,” Kennedy said on Wednesday.

Kennedy hit the nail on the head regarding the Democrat obstructionism that has brought the Senate to this brink.

“I think the Democrats don’t want to vote for a Homeland Security bill,” he said. “If that’s the case, then what are our choices? To throw out all the bills? Or one?”

While Senate Majority Leader John Thune (R-SD) claims his preference is to move all six bills together, especially since the House is currently on recess and cannot ratify changes, he is already signaling that he might cave.

Thune has not ruled out stripping the DHS funding and replacing it with a weak “Continuing Resolution” (CR) if Democrats continue to block the package.

“Government shutdowns don’t benefit anyone. We ought to pass the bill on the floor, FULLY FUND the government, and move on to other things the American people expect us to work on!” Thune told reporters.

One senior Republican senator, speaking anonymously to The Hill, admitted the GOP conference would likely capitulate if Democrats dig in their heels. “If that was all that was left, we’d probably do it,” the lawmaker said.

If the DHS funding is severed from the main package, it risks leaving border enforcement in limbo while the rest of the government gets funded.

A 39-year-old woke librarian from Ripley, West Virginia, was arrested on Sunday, January 25, 2026, following an investigation into social media posts that sought to recruit individuals to assassinate President Donald Trump. Morgan Leigh Morrow worked at the Jackson County Public Library and was detained after authorities identified threatening content on her publicly accessible TikTok account.

Morrow posted multiple videos on TikTok that authorities interpreted as advocating for the assassination of the President. One video, which gained significant attention after being shared by the account “Libs of TikTok,” contained the caption: “Surely a sniper with a terminal illness cannot be a big ask out of 343 million.” Law enforcement characterized these posts as part of what they described as a “social media recruitment of individuals to pursue and assassinate President Trump.”

When confronted by officers from the Jackson County Bureau of Investigations and Ravenswood Police Department at her residence, Morrow was transported to the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office for questioning. After being informed of her Miranda rights, which she acknowledged and waived, Morrow admitted to authoring the post and confirmed that the threat was directed at President Trump.

The threatening content attracted additional harmful responses in the comments section. On her Instagram video, other users proposed assassinations of Stephen Miller, the White House Deputy Chief of Staff for Policy, as well as tech executive Larry Ellison and entrepreneur Peter Thiel. These responses demonstrated that Morrow’s initial posts had generated a broader conversation encouraging violence against multiple government and private figures.

Morrow was charged with one count of making a terroristic threat under West Virginia Code 61-6-24(b). The criminal complaint documented that Morrow’s statements constituted “a communicated threat of a terrorist act, made publicly through social media, and (is) reasonably capable of causing fear, alarm or disruption.” While Morrow stated during her interview that she did not personally intend to carry out the threat, the complaint noted this did not negate the serious nature of the public threat she had communicated.

Jackson County Sheriff Ross Mellinger commented on the case, noting that “some of the posts were pretty graphic” and that Morrow “was rather proud of her work.” Mellinger emphasized to the public that while “we all have our opinions,” citizens cannot legally make threats against anyone’s life.

The sheriff’s department took steps to notify federal authorities immediately, with Mellinger confirming that both the FBI and Secret Service were contacted on Monday morning regarding Morrow’s arrest. The sheriff’s office released a statement clarifying that the announcement and investigation “is not meant to be a political-oriented statement” but rather represented “an active criminal investigation with documented and troubling concerns.

My fans know although I’m an opinion guy…with lots of opinions…perhaps more opinions than anyone on earth. That’s why I’m called, “The biggest MAGA mouth in America.”

But I’m also an idea man. I’ve got loads of ideas and solutions. Because opinions are a dime a dozen- everyone with a big mouth has one. But solutions are rare. Solutions are one-in-a-million.

Solutions are priceless.

As most of you know, I’ve written about, and talked about, and recommended many different solutions for the illegal alien foreign invasion and ICE deportation crisis we are in.

My solutions have ranged from…

*Do not send ICE into blue cities run by Democrats. Start with the low hanging fruit- red cities and red states with Republican Governors, Mayors and police chiefs, who will cooperate with ICE, and provide security for ICE.

We have tens of millions of illegal aliens in the USA. We only have 22,000 ICE agents. We have to be selective. Why not start where we are welcomed? Why not start where we are treated like heroes, not evil enemies?

Why not start where we can arrest the bad guys without insurrectionists trying to blockade, and scream, and curse, and blow whistles, and fight us block by block?

Why not “practice until perfect,” and build a brand of success we can showcase to America, before fighting a door-to-door battle surrounded by radicals, that looks more like Fallujah than Minneapolis?

I also recommended renaming ICE to “N.I.C.E.” to change our image…using water cannons, red dye, and skunk smell against mobs of agitators…arresting thousands of vile, violent insurrectionists just like the J6 protesters were treated…and sending those arrested to detention centers 3000 miles away from home. Make their lives miserable and difficult.

If all of this works, the radical communist resistance will get the message- and protests will die down. Quickly.

I’ve also recommended cutting off welfare of all kinds to illegal aliens…taxing “remittances” at the rate of 100% to stop illegals from sending money out of the USA…and cutting off all federal funding to Sanctuary cities. Starve them all.

These are all “no-brainers.”

Then there’s eVerify. Enforce it and take away the jobs for illegals by fining and arresting business owners. If they have no jobs or welfare, illegal aliens will self deport by the tens of millions, at a record-setting pace. But it wont work until we put the fear of God into business owners.

This is how we choke off every possible income stream for illegal aliens.

This is the real “Operation Chokepoint”- even though Obama used the name to try to bankrupt legal gun stores, gold dealers, online gaming companies and crypto investors.

Then yesterday, I unveiled a new creative idea- herding protestors and agitators into official designated “protest zones,” so they have no contact with ICE agents doing their jobs. These safe zones would be enforced by National Guard troops. From now on, we must always always pair ICE with National Guard troops (to protect their flank).

Never again can we let agitators blockade, impede, intimidate or surround ICE officers during active ICE operations.

Perhaps most important of all, this Trump DOJ needs to indict and arrest the Democrat politicians at the top of the food chain- who are aiding and abetting illegal alien criminals; giving them advance notice of ICE raids; coordinating and organizing with rioters; and openly pushing for insurrection.

This crisis will not end until the politicians at the top are indicted, arrested, put on trial and convicted.

How do we prove that these politicians are in bed with the enemy? Send legions of IRS agents into each city to conduct forensic audits of every politician (and judge) who is on the side of the illegal alien invasion; aiding and abetting these criminals; and openly fighting ICE, and supporting open borders.

IRS agents will study every deposit made and every bill paid- to prove the radical insurrectionist politicians and resistance judges are all on the payroll of Mexico, China, the CCP and Drug Cartels.

Okay, now to my big idea- here is how we win the PR war….

With our own emotional PR offensive- featuring the families of the victims.

Democrats are better at the PR wars- because they have Hollywood and Madison Ave on their side. They understand the value of emotional stories, pulling on heartstrings.

So, they have successfully used two agitators being killed by ICE to win over middle America. Their message is “Oh my God, Trump’s stormtroopers are killing us.”

We need to fight fire with fire.

The Trump administration needs to buy hundreds of millions of dollars of TV ads, from now through the midterm elections, featuring the loved ones of victims of illegal alien murders, rapes and assaults. And also featuring parents of kids who died from drug overdoses too.

But not just any victims. We must match the victims with the exact illegal alien criminal arrested this week in each city.

If ICE arrests an illegal alien felon for murder today in Minneapolis…have a TV ad on the air within 48 hours featuring the victim’s mom and dad, or spouse, or children- thanking President Trump, thanking ICE, crying, telling their emotional story…

“We will never see our daughter again. Thank you President Trump and ICE for arresting and deporting this monster who ruined our family’s life.”

Two can play at this game.

For every Renee Good and Alex Pretti, there are thousands of mothers, and wives, and children who will never see their loved one again- because some illegal alien piece of garbage snuffed out their life…or trafficked in the fentanyl that killed them.

China announced investigations on January 24–25, 2026, into two of the highest-ranking military leaders in the country: General Zhang Youxia, vice chairman of the Central Military Commission and the highest-ranking uniformed officer below Xi Jinping, and General Liu Zhenli, chief of the CMC’s Joint Staff Department. In China, once a cadre is placed under investigation, guilt is almost inevitable, with punishments ranging from lengthy imprisonment to life sentences or execution in severe cases.

The move reduced the Central Military Commission, the Chinese Communist Party’s supreme military leadership body, from its usual seven members to just Xi and General Zhang Shengmin. This represents the highest proportion of vacancies on the CMC since the Mao period.

Zhang Youxia, 75, was widely regarded as politically untouchable. A longtime confidant of Xi with family ties dating back to the revolutionary era, he was also one of the few senior People’s Liberation Army (PLA) commanders with real combat experience from China’s 1979 war with Vietnam.

Previous purges, including those carried out by Xi earlier in his career, typically targeted cadres loyal to rival factions or to former leaders and were formally framed as corruption cases. Charges usually involved bribery, embezzlement, or “serious violations of discipline and law,” the CCP’s standard euphemism for corruption.

In some cases, financial misconduct overlapped with politics through accusations of building patronage networks or independent power bases, but the public justification remained rooted in economic wrongdoing.

This case is different. Zhang Youxia is the highest-ranking figure purged so far and was widely viewed as personally loyal to Xi. The current wave targets Xi’s own appointees, figures long regarded as politically untouchable. Unlike earlier purges, there have been no direct public accusations of financial corruption. Instead, state media and PLA Daily editorials accuse Zhang of political betrayal and of undermining Xi’s authority over the armed forces.

Xi Jinping’s rise to power has been closely tied to his anti-corruption campaign. Xi assumed the post of General Secretary of the Chinese Communist Party and Chairman of the Central Military Commission on November 15, 2012, at the 18th Party Congress, and was elected President of the People’s Republic of China on March 14, 2013. He succeeded Hu Jintao, who warned at the same Party Congress that systemic corruption could lead to the downfall of both the CCP and the Chinese state.

Xi launched the anti-corruption campaign immediately after taking office. In one of his first speeches as Party General Secretary on November 15, 2012, he described corruption as an existential threat to Party rule. Within days, he pledged to crack down on both “tigers and flies,” referring to senior officials and low-level cadres alike, stating that the Party must pursue violations of discipline and law by leading officials as well as corruption that directly harmed the people’s interests.

The campaign became the most extensive and systematic anti-corruption effort in the history of CCP governance. Between 2013 and the present, the Central Discipline Inspection Commission and its successor, the National Supervisory Commission, have punished more than 6.27 million Party members and approximately 2.3 million government officials. Those punished include 65 high-ranking officials classified as “tigers” and nearly a dozen vice-ministerial-level officials.

The campaign also extended deeply into the People’s Liberation Army. More than 200,000 military personnel, including at least 17 generals, have been investigated, with nearly all cases resulting in guilty findings and severe punishment. The purge has reached the very top of the military establishment, with three consecutive defense ministers removed or placed under investigation: General Wei Fenghe, expelled in June 2024; General Li Shangfu, expelled in June 2024 after serving only seven months; and the current defense minister, General Dong Jun, who has recently been placed under investigation.

According to official statements, Zhang is accused of having “seriously trampled on and undermined the system of ultimate responsibility resting with the CMC chairman,” language that directly references Xi’s personal authority. Additional accusations claim that his actions “severely fueled political and corruption problems that threaten the Communist Party’s absolute leadership over the armed forces and undermine the Party’s governance foundation,” and that he “gravely betrayed the trust placed in them by the CPC Central Committee and the CMC.”

Further statements allege that Zhang “severely damaged the political and ideological foundation of unity and progress among all military personnel” and “inflicted grave harm on efforts to strengthen political loyalty in the military.”

The political rhetoric used to justify these purges suggests two possibilities. Either Xi Jinping fears an internal challenge and is preemptively eliminating potential rivals, or he has become so powerful that he can remove anyone without fear of reprisal. What remains unclear is whether Xi will appoint replacements in the near term or wait until 2027, when a new Communist Party Central Committee is scheduled to be selected.

Some analysts argue there is no immediate pressure to fill the vacant positions and that the Central Military Commission can continue operating under Xi’s direct control for the foreseeable future. Regardless of timing, the removal of top military leaders has consolidated Xi’s authority by reducing layers of command between himself and the officers responsible for launching missiles or deploying ships.
