President Donald Trump has kept his promise to seal the border upon resuming office in January 2025. Border crossings are down by more than 99 percent as a result of his policies.

Unfortunately, millions of people were let in under the Biden regime’s open border policy of the previous four years. That kind of recklessness will affect the United States for years to come, even with the common-sense policies now in place under the Trump administration.

Texas DPS this month went on a high-speed chase with a human smuggler in Starr County. The driver, Silvano Garcia, was charged with evading arrest and human smuggling.

An illegal alien, a minor from Honduras was caught and handed over to the Border Patrol.

The smuggler originally stopped for a moment and let the illegal alien run out of his Chevrolet Tahoe. He then took off and led the troopers on a high-speed chase before crashing into a fence. Garcia, along with his passenger Lazaro Berrera ran off on foot. They were chased down by DPS troopers and taken into custody. Both were charged with evading arrest and human smuggling of a minor.

Arrests like these are common in Texas considering it is a border state and had massive amounts of illegal aliens invade under Biden.

TGP reported last month of DPS troopers on a high-speed chase of a smuggler carrying 10 illegal aliens in his vehicle, which crashed into a commercial vehicle.

Law and order have been restored under President Trump.

The United States Constitution gives the federal government the authority and the responsibility to protect the country from an invasion under Article IV, Section 4.

“The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence.” Article IV, Section 4 of the United States Constitution.

Jesse Kelly of “The First” Spoke with Matt Walsh about the need for consequences for the violent left and their actions on Saturday.

Walsh explained that the left is used to getting away with criminal behavior. He cited the example of the 2020 riots, where the police station in Minneapolis was burned down, and how they got away with it.

Walsh explained that there needs to be real consequences. In addition to arrests and jail, he also said that people need to go to prison.

“Matt, all right, we got some communists in custody,” Kelly said.

“It is something. I mean, it’s a lot. Listen, we heard it there in the clip. The thing with these leftists is that, and the reason why they are out there cosplaying as revolutionaries is that they just assume that there will never be any consequences for their actions,” Walsh said.

“These are the same people as we know who burn down entire city blocks for months, you know, during the Floyd riots. They invaded police stations and burned those to the ground,” Walsh said.

“If you can invade a police station and burn it to the ground and basically, nothing happens to you, then you are going to assume at that point that you are Teflon,” Walsh continued.

“That’s why now, if you just push back a little bit, if you start instating some consequences, I think it all falls apart for them very quickly,” Walsh continued.

“They didn’t get into this agitator, domestic terrorism game, with the thought in mind that they might end up in jail,” Walsh explained.

“These are the kinds who just assume that it’s all a game,” Walsh said.

Kelly explained that a lot of the big cities in the US don’t even represent the US anymore and that they are working against the interests of the nation.

“Our biggest, most important cities aren’t America, don’t even pretend to be America. In fact, they will scream from the rooftops that they intend to work against America. How does a country deal with this?” Kelly asked.

“When you are in an ugly situation, there is no pretty answer. Every answer is ugly. You are in an ugly situation, and so the solution is also going to be ugly,” Walsh said.

Walsh explained that the people involved in these crimes in places like Minnesota need to be punished not just with fines and jail, but also lengthy prison sentences.

“You got to choose a path and take it, and so what that means is responding forcefully and punishing these people,” Walsh continued.

“It’s got to be the follow up where it’s not just where it’s we are going to fine you, or you spend six weeks in jail. It’s no, you are going to prison for a long time, and your life is basically over. We are going to ruin your life,” Walsh continued.

“By the way, that’s what the left does with us,” Walsh reminded the viewers.

The Democratic Party playbook is in full swing as anti-ICE rioters have reportedly established an “autonomous zone” after overwhelming and driving Minneapolis police out of the area following the fatal CBP-involved shooting of a leftwing terrorist.  

Just like in 2020, the rioting against law enforcement in an attempt to destabilize the country ahead of the November elections.

It can be recalled that violent BLM and Antifa protestors sieged a six-square block area of Seattle, Washington’s Capitol Hill neighborhood, and called it the Capitol Hill Autonomous Zone (CHAZ) in 2020. Seattle Police Chief Carmen Best previously admitted “rapes, robberies, all sorts of violent acts” were occurring during the more than two weeks it was occupied by leftwing extremists and gangsters.

The anarchists had been allowed to continue their game with the blessing of Mayor Jenny Durkan, who enabled and defended the chaos, lashed out at President Trump, and declared she would not allow the National Guard to intervene.

During the period of occupation in Seattle, at least five shootings and several murders were reported, ultimately leading to police storming the area and dismantling the compound.

Remnants of the 2020 Black Lives Matter riots began to appear earlier when rioters started at least one fire, burning a dumpster in the street.

Now, they're apparently establishing their headquarters for an occupation in Minneapolis.

Fox's Garrett Tenney reports that "a couple thousand" rioters have taken over the area, chanting, "Keep this block," and "Whose streets? Our streets" after they drove out all law enforcement.

Tenney: We’ve got a couple thousand protesters here, just completely filling this entire area. And one of the chants you heard them saying, for the last few minutes, is “Keep this block.” They've set up barricades blocking off this entire area that were removed by police initially. They have now moved those garbage trucks, the tables, the chairs, and they're saying that they are going to keep this almost making it an autonomous zone.

They were chanting before that, “Whose streets? Our streets.” And that is significant, because, as we've talked about, Governor Tim Walz said, we have the forces that we need to secure this area; we don't need the federal agents here. We saw, though, what happened as soon as the federal agents left this area, local and state police were completely overwhelmed by the sheer numbers of protesters that were here and got driven out of this area altogether. So, clearly they did not have the forces they needed to secure this area, then. The question is going forward into tonight, when things tend to get a little dicier, will they have the forces to control and to secure the city as a whole, or is it going to be a repeat?

Texas Congresswoman Jasmine Crockett has accused Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officers of turning America into Nazi Germany.

During a Texas primary debate on Saturday, Crockett said ICE officers were acting with endorsement of the Supreme Court as they carry out the Trump administration’s policy of mass deportations.

“They are turning us into Nazi Germany by saying they’re gonna go door-to-door, or they are going after people because of their accent, or the color of their skin, because this Supreme Court gave them carte blanche ability to do so,” she ranted.

Crockett is currently running for the Democratic nomination for Senate in Texas, with some polls indicating she is ahead by as many as 18 points.

She made the remarks during a debate with James Talarico, a member of the Texas House of Representatives who has made Christianity a prominent part of his campaign.

Despite being a Presbyterian seminarian who lectures Republicans and conservatives on Christianity, Talarico has been caught caught following a multitude of porn stars, escorts and OnlyFans models aross his social media accounts.

Both Crockett and Talarico are seeking to flip Texas’s Senate seat blue for the first time in more than three decades.

On the Republican side, the primary is also intensifying, with Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton challenging so-called RINO incumbent John Cornyn in a contest that President Trump has indicated he will not endorse.

Crockett, meanwhile, has become notorious for her crude rhetoric and repeated outbursts directed at Republicans, often veering into extremist and violent rhetoric.

Last July, she referred to President Trump as a “wannabe Hitler.”

“They want to show that they’re loyal to this, you know, I don’t even know what to call him,” Crockett said at the time when discussing the Epstein files.

“I’ve called him so many things, but this wannabe Hitler for sure,” she continued.

“They want to pledge their loyalty to him, and they know that he does not want this released.”

The parents of Alex Jeffrey Pretti, the 37-year-old shot by federal agents in Minneapolis on Saturday, had urged him to “not do anything stupid” while protesting.

Pretti, an intensive care unit (ICU) nurse at the Veterans Affairs hospital in Minneapolis, had no prior criminal record before he decided to confront the Border Patrol agents.

The incident occurred one day after a massive protest where tens of thousands marched through downtown Minneapolis to oppose ICE’s operations in the city.

According to the Department of Homeland Security, Pretti approached Border Patrol officers while carrying a 9mm semiautomatic handgun and began forcefully resisting orders.

“He cared about people deeply and he was very upset with what was happening in Minneapolis and throughout the United States with ICE, as millions of other people are upset,” Michael Pretti, Alex’s father, told the Associated Press. “He felt that doing the protesting was a way to express that, you know, his care for others.”

Pretti was a United States citizen and was born in Illinois.

His parents, who live in Wisconsin, had spoken to him two weeks ago about not engaging officers during the unrest.

“We had this discussion with him two weeks ago or so, you know, that go ahead and protest, but do not engage, do not do anything stupid, basically,” Michael Pretti said. “And he said he knows that. He knew that.”

Relatives told CBS News that “Pretti owned a handgun and had a permit to carry a concealed handgun in Minnesota. They said they had never known him to carry it.”

Minneapolis Police Chief Brian O’Hara confirmed that he had a permit to carry.

Pretti’s family learned about his death after seeing the video and thinking that it looked like him.

“I can’t get any information from anybody,” Michael Pretti told CBS. “The police, they said call Border Patrol, Border Patrol’s closed, the hospitals won’t answer any questions?”

Eventually, they confirmed it was him by calling the medical examiner.

The Department of Homeland Security’s statement about the shooting read in full:

“At 9:05 AM CT, as DHS law enforcement officers were conducting a targeted operation in Minneapolis against an illegal alien wanted for violent assault, an individual approached US Border Patrol officers with a 9 mm semi-automatic handgun, seen here.

The officers attempted to disarm the suspect but the armed suspect violently resisted. More details on the armed struggle are forthcoming.

Fearing for his life and the lives and safety of fellow officers, an agent fired defensive shots. Medics on scene immediately delivered medical aid to the subject but was pronounced dead at the scene.

The suspect also had 2 magazines and no ID—this looks like a situation where an individual wanted to do maximum damage and massacre law enforcement.

About 200 rioters arrived at the scene and began to obstruct and assault law enforcement on the scene, crowd control measures were deployed for the safety of the public and law enforcement.

This situation is evolving, and more information is forthcoming.”

The mayhem is still unfolding in Minneapolis, as hundreds of protesters descended on the area of the shooting and continuously ignored dispersal orders.
