On Wednesday, aerospace giant Boeing announced it will return its Defense, Space & Security headquarters to St. Louis following almost a decade in Virginia.

The move comes only weeks after radical Virginia Gov. Abigail Spanberger (D) took office.

Steve Parker, Boeing Defense, Space & Security CEO, said in a statement, “It’s important for leaders to be side-by-side with our teammates, listening to their feedback and acting to remove obstacles as we continue to stabilize and strengthen our business.”

“The headquarters move, coupled with our senior leaders being based at and spending their time at major engineering, production and manufacturing centers across the U.S., reflects our continued focus on disciplined performance across our business.”

Fox News reports that Missouri Republican Gov. Mike Kehoe celebrated the move as a major “win for the heartland.”

“Missouri is the best place in the nation for aerospace and defense manufacturing, and having the Boeing Defense headquarters back where it belongs is a win for our workers and a win for the heartland,” said Kehoe, adding, “We are proud to see this leadership return to the production floor where the real work of defending our nation happens every day.”

Kehoe welcomed Secretary of War Pete Hegseth to celebrate the news.

Secretary Hegseth spoke to a crowd in St. Louis and shared the news, noting, “I’m delighted to be here in St. Louis, known as ‘fighter land USA.’”

“And it is an important day,” he continued. “Boeing Defense announced, just today, that the headquarters for Defense, Space & Security is moving from DC to St. Louie, as it should be.”

“More out of Washington, more out in the heartland of America.”

Watch:

Senator Eric Schmitt (R-MO) also hailed the move writing on X, “St. Louis the heart of America’s defense industry.”

Our workers have built the greatest machines used by our military & will make America’s next-generation fighter plane.”

“Proud to join @SecWar at Boeing today to celebrate our workforce and commit to peace through strength.”

Is DEI Dead? Jasmine Crockett’s Texas Senate Run Seems Like an Afterthought Following Colbert’s James Talarico Stunt
February 19, 2026

A confident speaker at a podium with a sign reading "Crockett Texas Tough," addressing an audience during a political event.

The very concept of diversity, equity, and inclusion has always been a joke outside of leftist circles — albeit a joke with a very unfunny punchline.

You simply don’t combat perceived “racism” with actual racism, which is what DEI effectively amounts to. That much has always been obvious to anyone who doesn’t wholeheartedly identify with the left.

Nowadays, it appears the left is grappling with its own realization that DEI isn’t quite what it was sold as.

And no leftist is learning that lesson more painfully than Texas Democrat and Senate hopeful Jasmine Crockett.

The often wrong and race-obsessed lawmaker has found her Senate dreams suddenly on the backburner after her fellow Democrats found a newer, more shinier toy to play with.

To wit, Crockett announced plans for a Senate bid late last year. To the surprise of absolutely nobody, the move was largely panned by Democratic strategists, who didn’t believe that Crockett’s success as a representative in a deep-blue part of Texas would translate to a statewide Senate seat.

Despite the lukewarm reaction, Crockett was still widely viewed as the most prominent Democrat in the race, if only because of her virulent hatred of all things President Donald Trump — as well as the fact that she’s a black woman.

Well, about that.

Despite that initial momentum, Crockett has seemingly been replaced by Democrats with a different Senate hopeful who’s been wrongfully aggrieved by the Trump administration.

Enter: James Talarico, who is a white man.

Talarico became something of an overnight sensation among Democrats after late night talk show host Stephen Colbert claimed that the FCC had pressured his show to not air an interview between the two.

Suddenly, Talarico was made a martyr and a victim of the Trump administration. Apparently, that scores you more DEI points than being an outspoken black woman.

While CBS has denied these rumors, that hasn’t stopped the narrative from taking hold, much to the chagrin of Crockett.

I mean, just look at MS NOW’s Lawrence O’Donnell gushing over Talarico after this alleged FCC stunt, as noted by X account Western Lensman:

“Talarico is now Leftwing Media’s Texas Democrat Darling,” the account posted. “A giddy Lawrence O’Donnell had him on in the wake of the Colbert stunt to talk about how he might the one to finally flip Texas blue. Sorry, Jasmine. You’re out.”

And if you needed any proof that Crockett’s “out,” just watch this next clip. Not only did the extremely anti-Trump Crockett side with the president’s FCC on this matter, the Texas Democrat is missing that usual pep in her step when prattling:

That is the cadence and mannerism of a woman who is realizing that DEI was always a lie, and a dying one at that.

Is DEI dead for good? Given what’s out there, probably not. But in this case, it’s clear just how badly the Democrats want to flip Texas.

And that means DEI — and Crockett — can be shelved in favor of the white guy who probably has a better chance of flipping that seat.

Zelensky’s Main Political Rival, General Zaluzhny Opens up About Their Rift, Blames Ukrainian Leader for Failure in 2023 Counteroffensive

Sleepless Zaluzhny during the failed 2023 counteroffensive.

Is the Ukrainian electoral race on?

Valery Zaluzhny reportedly never liked Kiev regime leader Volodymyr Zelensky.

And, what’s more, ever since getting ousted as the head of Ukraine’s army and appointed as the country’s ambassador to Britain two years ago, Valery Zaluzhny has been considered as the top political rival to Zelensky.

Associated Press reported:

“Zaluzhnyi, 52, refuses to discuss his political ambitions, saying he doesn’t want to risk harming national unity during a war with Russia that is approaching its fourth anniversary. Yet in a sign of his possible desire to run for the presidency – after the war is over – Zaluzhnyi spoke publicly for the first time about a deep rift between himself and Zelenskyy in a recent interview with The Associated Press.

Tensions emerged soon after Russia’s full-scale invasion in February 2022, and tempers often flared between the two men over how best to defend the country, Zaluzhnyi said. The strained relationship reached a boiling point later that year, when dozens of agents from Ukraine’s domestic intelligence service raided Zaluzhnyi’s office, he told the AP.”

Zaluzhnyi calls the raid – reported on for the first time – an act of intimidation.

“Zaluzhnyi said that during the 2022 raid on his office he called Zelenskyy’s chief of staff warning him he was prepared to call in the military to stop it and protect the command center: ‘I will fight with you and have already called in reinforcements to the center of Kiev for support’.”

Ukrainian military leaders and officials engage in a handshake during a formal meeting, showcasing unity and collaboration in a military context.
The Zelensky versus Zaluzhny rift is out in the open.

The dispute over the failed Ukrainian counteroffensive in 2023 exacerbated their conflict, he said.

Zelensky dismissed the general as army chief in February 2024, and appointed him ambassador to the UK, to distance him from voters in Ukraine.

“Polls consistently give Zaluzhnyi a slight lead over Zelensky in a hypothetical race. Zelensky’s once-robust popularity has waned as the war drags on. A corruption scandal implicating several of Zelensky’s top officials has eroded public trust, according to lawmakers and activists. Zelenskyy recently reshuffled his leadership team in an effort to restore confidence.”

Ukrainian sources in 2024 on how Zaluzhny treated Zelensky.

Zaluzhnyi says the plan he had crafted for the 2023 counteroffensive failed because Zelenskyy and other officials wouldn’t commit the resources it necessitated.

“The original plan was to concentrate enough forces into a “single fist” to retake the partially occupied region of Zaporizhzhia — home to a vital nuclear power plant — and then have them advance south to the Sea of Azov. This would sever a corridor of land the Russian army had been using to resupply Crimea, which it illegally annexed in 2014. Success required a large, concentrated buildup and tactical surprise, Zaluzhnyi said. What happened instead, he said, was that forces were dispersed over a wide area, diluting their striking power.”

A January Ipsos poll showed Zaluzhny with 23% against Zelensky’s 20%, making the General the favorite in an eventual election.
