A federal judge on Wednesday ruled that President Trump’s policy of deporting illegal aliens to ‘third-party countries’ is unconstitutional.

The Trump Administration has been deporting illegal aliens to countries where they are not citizens.

US District Judge Brian Murphy, a Biden appointee, sided with a group of illegal aliens who filed a lawsuit against the Trump Administration and said that the Trump Administration cannot deport illegals to ‘third countries.’

Judge Murphy halted his decision for 15 days so the Trump Administration can appeal.

CBS News reported:

A federal judge ruled Wednesday that a Department of Homeland Security policy that allows immigration authorities to deport migrants to “third countries” that are not their own, without first giving them notice or the opportunity to object, is unlawful.

U.S. District Judge Brian Murphy in Massachusetts sided with a group of noncitizens who filed a class-action lawsuit against the Department of Homeland Security last year. He ruled that the Trump administration’s policy regarding third-country removals must be set aside.

Murphy paused his ruling for 15 days to give the Trump administration time to appeal.

Under the policy issued last March and reaffirmed last July, immigration officers did not need to give notice or an opportunity for migrants to contest their removal to third countries, so long as the government had received word from that country that deportees would not be persecuted or tortured.

Third countries are those other than the ones designated on an immigrant’s order of removal.

Representative Tim Burchett (R-TN) slammed Democratic members of Congress on Tuesday, following President Trump’s State of the Union address, calling their behavior “pathetic” and responding to the disruptions by Representatives Al Green (D-TX), Ilhan Omar (D-MN), and Rashida Tlaib (D-MI). 

Burchett spoke to The Gateway Pundit correspondent Jordan Conradson on Tuesday night in the Capitol after Trump’s speech, which he described as great, highlighting the President’s success on crime across the US. “Everybody thinks it was a little long, but dadgum Trump had a lot of successes. Energy independence, shutting the border down, crime,” Burchett said.

“How can you put a price tag on zero murders in this town? It was the murder capital, I mean, it’s the capital of our country, but dadgum, it was the murder capital of the world, almost,” he continued, referencing Trump’s surge of National Guard troops and federal authorities to crack down on crime in Washington, DC.

He then pointed to Memphis, Tennessee, where Trump deployed 13 federal agencies and National Guard troops last September, saying Trump “just about eliminated” the crime. “It’s unbelievable. And to think that Democrats don’t stand for that is pathetic.”

Burchett further slammed the Democratic lawmakers, saying he knew Al Green was plotting to interrupt Trump’s speech once again and that the Congressman was just trying to get “his two minutes of glory.” He added, “Nobody gives a rip about Al.”

In response to Rashida Tlaib and Ilhan Omar, the foreign Muslim Congresswomen who screamed at Trump as he spoke about third-world immigration crippling the US, Burchett questioned, “How much more are they gonna steal from us?” in reference to the billions of dollars in fraud perpetrated by Somali aliens.

Burchett: I thought it was great. Two hours, everybody thinks it was a little long, but dadgum Trump had a lot of successes. Energy independence, shutting the border down, crime. Burchett: Oh, I knew Al was going to do that. I came in this morning, put my Carhartt in, and I saw he already had the seat down. And he was just gonna do his two minutes of glory, and he can go out and say, “Look what I did,” and, you know, maybe somebody will buy him a beer a year from now. But nobody gives a rip about Al.

Conradson: And then later, Omar and Rashida Tlaib screaming at the president.

Burchett: Yeah. I mean, how much more are they gonna steal from us? You know, how much more is Minnesota, these over there? So, I just think it’s time they need to pack it up. They’re doing pretty pitifully.

As The Gateway Pundit reported, Al Green was kicked out of Trump’s speech for the second year in a row after heckling the President, holding up a banner that read, “Black People Aren’t Apes.”

Ilhan Omar and Rashida Tlaib also disrupted the President by screaming at him during his speech.

Trump responded to the lawmakers on Truth Social earlier, slamming them as “LUNATICS,”  who “look like they should be institutionalized.”

Vice President JD Vance slammed congressional Democrats as cowards for refusing to stand during President Donald Trump’s State of the Union address when he declared that the government’s top priority should be protecting American citizens over illegal aliens.

During his speech on Tuesday night, Trump stated, “The first duty of the American government is to protect American citizens, not illegal aliens,” and urged lawmakers to stand if they agreed.

The Democrats remained firmly seated.

“You should be ashamed of yourselves for not standing up,” Trump declared.

In an interview on Fox News’ America’s Newsroom with Bill Hemmer the following morning, Vance tore into the Democrats’ response, calling it “cowardice” and a “sad commentary on the Democratic Party.”

“Something that I saw that probably most TV viewers didn’t see was really the cowardice, because there were a few Democrats who sort of politely clapped. They didn’t want to stand up — I guess maybe they were worried about being primaried by the far left fringe of their party.”

Vance asserted, “The idea that the American government should stand for American citizens, not illegal aliens — that shouldn’t be controversial, but apparently it was to the Democrats.”

Vance further criticized Democrats for lacking conviction, noting that they glanced at colleagues for cues rather than standing on principle.

“But they were all looking around. They weren’t actually saying, ‘You know what, I will stand and support this because it is a common-sense, obvious statement.’ They were all looking around for cues from their colleagues because they didn’t have the courage to stand on their own,” Vance continued.

“That, more than anything, Bill, is the saddest commentary on the Democratic Party, that not only will they not stand for the idea that Americans should come first, they won’t even have the courage of their convictions. They lean on the person to the left and their right, rather than actually having some conviction.”

Democrat Sen. John Fetterman was the lone Democrat to join the criticism, blasting his party for their behavior during the speech.

“It’s just disappointing, honestly,” Fetterman said during an interview on the same show.

“The constant kinds of yelling and screaming and, and you know, holding up signs and doing all of these things — I don’t care if it’s a Republican or Democrat as the president, just don’t do that. Respect the office,” Fetterman told Hemmer.

Fetterman also criticized the dancing frogs.
