The Democratic Party is still refusing to release its 2024 election autopsy, and now we finally know why.

The Democratic National Committee (DNC) completed its report last year but has kept it under lock and key because of its contentious findings.

However, Axios reported on Sunday that their main conclusion was that the Biden administration’s handling of Israel’s war in Gaza was a primary factor in Kamala Harris’s defeat.

Their stance, which unsuccessfully tried to straddle support for Israel with sympathy for the Palestinians, alienated vast swathes of their progressive base.

Their report states:

DNC aides putting together the report on Harris’ loss to Donald Trump had a closed-door conversation with a pro-Palestinian group about the Israel-Gaza conflict.

Activists from the IMEU Policy Project told the DNC that the Biden-Harris administration’s support for Israel was a factor in the party’s losses because it drained support from some young people and progressives.

Hamid Bendaas, a spokesperson for the IMEU Policy Project, said that during the meeting “the DNC shared with us that their own data also found that policy was, in their words, a ‘net-negative’ in the 2024 election.” Two other senior aides at the pro-Palestinian organization also said the DNC had drawn that conclusion.

Axios independently verified that Democratic officials conducting the autopsy believed the issue harmed the party’s standing with some voters.

“We should have done more as an administration,” Harris said at a recent book tour event, admitting “should have spoken publicly about our criticism” of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.

In her book, Harris said she had privately “pleaded” with Biden to show more empathy for the people of Gaza.

Meanwhile, the DNC’s refusal to publish the report has been heavily criticized by figures across the party.

“Unreal. The DNC’s actual position is that if the public knew more about what Democrats got wrong in the last election, it would hurt the party’s chances in the next election,” wrote Pod Save America host Jon Favreau back in December.

As the world watches Team USA dominate on the ice in the 2026 Milan-Cortina Games, the miserable blue-checks at HuffPost have decided that American excellence is actually a “psychological trigger.”

While patriotic Americans were celebrating a hard-fought victory for the Men’s Hockey team, the radical activists masquerading as journalists were busy telling their readers that feeling proud of your own country is a clinical disorder.

In a now-viral tweet that has ignited a firestorm of populist rage, HuffPost vomited out this “gem”:

“If waving the American flag or chanting “USA!” turns you off right now, you’re not alone.”

The tweet linked to a therapy-speak manifesto by Monica Torres titled, “There’s A Name For The Discomfort You’re Feeling Watching The Olympics Right Now.”

According to the HuffPost “experts,” if you feel a “tightening in your chest” while watching the Stars and Stripes rise, it’s not because you’re a hater, it’s because you have “cognitive dissonance.”

The article goes on a deranged rant, attempting to link Olympic gold medals to President Trump’s deportation of illegal aliens and federal law enforcement actions.

Torres writes that “federal agents detain 5-year-olds and kill unarmed civilians” while athletes win medals, creating a “national shame.”

They even found a few disgruntled athletes to bolster their anti-American narrative.

Skier Hunter Hess claimed that wearing the flag doesn’t mean he represents the U.S. government. Meanwhile, the article quotes “clinical social workers” and “psychologists” who suggest that instead of chanting “USA,” you should join “mutual aid campaigns” and focus on “humanity” rather than the medal count.

The message is clear: Being a patriot is a mental illness, and loving your country is “gross.”

The elites in the newsrooms of New York and D.C. thought they could shame the American public into silence. They were wrong.

Senator John Kennedy (R-LA) just delivered an absolute masterclass in political comedy, and his target was none other than Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez.

The Gateway Pundit previously reported on the speculation that AOC’s decision to speak on foreign policy at the Munich Security Conference was her way to signal a possible 2028 run.

Her debut, however, was a disaster, as she faceplanted on the world stage and her word salad blunders drew mockery across the globe.

When a moderator at the event asked her if the US should commit troops to defend against China, she delivered what Vice President JD Vance called “the most uncomfortable 20 seconds of television I’ve ever seen…”

AOC also incorrectly stated that Venezuela was below the equator and called Secretary of State Marco Rubio racist for saying cowboys came from Spain.

Appearing on Fox News alongside political analyst Charles Hurt, Kennedy launched a full minute of straight-up stand-up comedy that left Hurt visibly struggling to maintain composure as the Louisiana senator rattled off one punchline after another.

Hurt can be heard laughing in the background as the senator compares AOC to Kamala Harris, only with more bartending experience. He also jokes that AOC’s strategy is “Operation Let Her Speak.”

Sen. Kennedy:
Well, it’s not all crickets. Congresswoman Ocasio-Cortez went to Munich this week and made some comments about foreign policy. Look, I don’t hate anybody, and I certainly don’t hate the Congresswoman. But how can I put this? The Congresswoman is kind of like Vice President Kamala Harris, but with more bartending experience.

She has never been accused of being a policy maven. You put her in a presidential primary with Elizabeth Warren or Rahm Emanuel, and they will devour her like a light snack.

I probably shouldn’t say this, but she can get me back. Somebody told me a joke today. They said Congresswoman Ocasio-Cortez announced today, categorically, that she is not a moron. And she went on to say she hasn’t even been to Utah, much less embraced their religion.

New details have been released on the gunman who has been charged with killing a Caltech astrophysicist who was labeled as a genius by his colleagues.

As The Gateway Pundit previously reported, astrophysicist Carl Grillmair, 67, was shot in his torso by a gunman who approached him on his porch on February 16.

Freddy Snyder, 29, has now been charged with Grillmair’s murder and is being held on a $2 million bail.

A new investigative report by The New York Post has revealed that Snyder was released from jail two months before the murder took place after a judge released him under California’s unnecessary prosecution law.

Per The New York Post:

A gunman accused of shooting dead a world-famous Caltech genius last week was let out of jail just two months ago despite a felony gun charge, the California Post has learned.

Freddy Snyder was released by a judge using an “unnecessary prosecutions” law in December — before allegedly going on to kill Carl Grillmair in Llano last week.

The 29-year-old was picked up two days before Christmas for carrying a loaded firearm and an attempted jail escape, but was released on his own recognizance.

The felony case was suddenly dismissed under the Penal Code 1385 California, often referred to as PC 1385, a code ultimately decided by the judge.

The murder took place in Llano, a rural area of northern Los Angeles.

Grillmair chose to live at a remote location because it offered complete darkness at night with no light pollution, which made it possible for Grillmair to make better astronomical observations.

What motivated Snyder to allegedly target Grillmair at his remote residence is still unknown.

According to Caltech’s bio page of Grillmair, his research interests included “Dark matter, Galactic structure, stellar populations, and exoplanets.”

Grillamir also found water on a distant planet that was orbiting a star.
