No Kings Protester spray paints Federal Building in Los Angeles with “KILL YOUR LOCAL ICE AGENT” graffiti

These are the so-called “peaceful demonstrators” that the Democratic Party claims are innocently making their voices heard.

A No Kings protester in Los Angeles was filmed vandalizing a federal building with a message calling for violence against ICE agents.

WATCH:

And rioters actually used deadly weapons, including concrete blocks, against agents and officers.

At least two people were reportedly arrested for assaulting federal officers, and two officers were injured by concrete chunks that were lobbed at them, according to federal officials. At least 75 arrests were made in total.

Videos from the riot show rioters breaking concrete blocks to be used as weapons and taunting agents on the other side of a security fence.

The Los Angeles police department deployed tear gas to disperse rioters as they were assaulted. At least one man was tackled by multiple officers as they attempted to fend off the violent mob.

Via ABC 7:

First Assistant U.S. Attorney for the Central District of California Bill Essayli issued a notice to the rioters on X, writing, “My office has authorized immediate arrests for anyone assaulting law enforcement. You will be arrested and charged with a federal felony.”

He later posted a photo of a suspect, writing,

Federal agents have started arresting those who assaulted our personnel at the Los Angeles courthouse. To those who were smashing concrete blocks and throwing them at our officers, we have you on video. We will find you and arrest you too. You’ve been warned.

More from My News LA:

The Los Angeles Police Department’s incident commander declared a citywide tactical alert around 5:10 p.m. Saturday after a group of demonstrators started kicking a fence in front of the Metropolitan Detention Center at Alameda and Temple streets. Demonstrators were ordered to leave the area.

“Protestors on Alameda between Aliso and Temple have been warned multiple times by Federal Authorities to not attempt to tear down the gate and not throw items,” a post on an LAPD social media account said.

The downtown No Kings Day rally at Gloria Molina Grand Park across from City Hall began around 2 p.m. Saturday, followed by a march at 3 p.m., part of a nationwide day of protests against the Trump administration.

The protest was peaceful until the late afternoon.

Christine A. Jones, a 61-year-old housekeeping supervisor from Cottage Grove, Wisconsin, was shot and killed in a downtown Madison parking ramp last week after being targeted by a former coworker for supporting President Donald Trump.

The suspect is her former coworker, 31-year-old Diamond Simone Wallace, who had previously accused Jones of racism because of her support for the president.

Police responded to the 300 block of West Washington Avenue around 8 a.m. on March 22 after reports of a person down in the parking ramp.

Jones was pronounced dead at the scene.

She had parked in the ramp before heading to her shift at a nearby hotel.

According to the criminal complaint, Wallace worked with Jones at the same downtown Madison hotel until he was fired in April of last year.

After the firing, Wallace returned to the hotel, made threats, and caused disturbances. The hotel’s general manager obtained a temporary restraining order against him.

The complaint states Wallace blamed Jones for the termination, slashed the tires on her Chevrolet Silverado, and had previously accused her of being racist just because she supported Trump.

Wallace “expressed animosity towards CAJ [Christine A. Jones] for being a Trump supporter,” the filing reads, according to a report from The Center Square.

The killer was arrested on March 23, the day after the shooting.

Police recovered a handgun and a blue hooded sweatshirt that matched surveillance video from the scene. Ballistics linked the gun to the murder.

Wallace has a prior felony conviction from 2019 for resisting an officer, which prohibited him from possessing a firearm.

The leftist killer appeared in Dane County Court on Wednesday.

Court Commissioner Jason Hanson set cash bail at $2 million.

Wallace has been charged with one count of first-degree intentional homicide and one count of possession of a firearm by a felon. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for April 1 at 2:30 p.m.

The Republican Party of Dane County issued a statement condemning the violence:

“No grievance, no workplace conflict, no personal resentment justifies violence. We reject any attempts to politicize this tragedy, but we cannot ignore the pain of losing a Dane County woman’s life… Dane County deserves better. Our neighbors deserve better. We must all do better. Be better humans. Choose decency. Reject violence.”

As of Sunday, no major national legacy media outlets have reported the political motive detailed in the criminal complaint.

If a Trump supporter had killed someone over political beliefs, it would dominate headlines for weeks with screams of “MAGA extremism” and “threats to democracy.” But when the victim is a conservative grandmother targeted for supporting Trump? Crickets.

Gateway Pundit will continue to update this story as new information becomes available.

A Palm Beach, Florida, elections volunteer was arrested for stealing computer equipment encrypted access key ahead of a special election where a Democrat won by 800 votes.

John Panicci was arrested on Friday for taking sensitive computer equipment and other supplies on March 19 ahead of the March 24 special election.

As previously reported, a Democrat flipped a Florida state house district that includes President Trump’s Mar-a-Lago estate.

Emily Gregory won state house district 87 in last Tuesday night’s special election.

President Trump won this district by 11 points in 2024.

Last Monday, ahead of the election, President Trump endorsed Republican Jon Maples for state house district 87.

However, Emily Gregory defeated Republican Jon Maples last Tuesday night.

NBC Miami reported:

A man accused of stealing election computer equipment in Palm Beach County was arrested on Saturday, authorities said.

John Panicci was charged with taking damaged computer equipment, supplies/electronic devices.

According to detectives, on Friday, they arrived at the Palm Beach County Supervisor of Elections Office after receiving reports that sensitive computer equipment had been stolen.

During their investigation, detectives said that on March 19, the Elections Office was doing a training session for volunteers who were going to help with the election scheduled on March 24.

Detectives said that during the training session, Panicci stole an encrypted access key from a voter registration terminal.

The key that Panacci allegedly took was programmed only for the training databases, but there were concerns that if someone else could reverse engineer the encryption, they could then use it on a voter registration kiosk for malicious purposes.

Supreme Court Set to Hear Landmark Case That Could End Birthright Citizenship Loophole and Cripple Anchor Baby Industry

Supreme Court Set to Hear Landmark Case That Could End Birthright Citizenship Loophole and Cripple Anchor Baby Industry

The Supreme Court is scheduled to hear oral arguments next week in a constitutional showdown over President Donald Trump’s executive order that would end automatic birthright citizenship for children born in the United States to illegal aliens or parents on temporary visas.

The case, Trump v. Barbara, stems directly from Executive Order 14160, titled “Protecting the Meaning and Value of American Citizenship,” which Trump signed on his first day back in office.

The order directs all federal agencies, including the State Department, Department of Homeland Security, and Social Security Administration, to stop issuing citizenship documents, such as passports and Social Security numbers, to any child born on American soil unless at least one parent is a U.S. citizen or a green card holder.

Children born to parents who are here illegally, on temporary visas (such as student, work, or tourist visas), or otherwise not subject to full U.S. jurisdiction would no longer qualify for automatic citizenship under the 14th Amendment’s Citizenship Clause.

The order explicitly interprets the phrase “subject to the jurisdiction thereof” to exclude those whose parents owe primary allegiance to a foreign country.

The Supreme Court granted review in December after multiple lower courts, including federal district judges and appeals courts, issued nationwide injunctions blocking the policy.

All lower courts that have ruled so far have declared the executive order unconstitutional, citing the 1898 Supreme Court precedent in United States v. Wong Kim Ark, which held that a child born in the U.S. to Chinese immigrant parents who were legal residents at the time was a citizen.

Oral arguments are set for Tuesday, with a final decision expected by late June or early July.

If the Supreme Court upholds the order, it will represent a major shift in American immigration policy, effectively ending the “anchor baby” incentive that encourages illegal crossings and birth tourism.

Only a handful of countries, mostly in the Americas, grant automatic citizenship based solely on being born there. Most nations in Europe, Asia, Africa, and Australia determine citizenship by bloodline or require at least one parent to be a citizen or permanent resident.

President Trump has repeatedly pointed out the national security and economic threats posed by the current system, pointing to “birth tourism” operations run out of China and other countries where pregnant women fly to the U.S. specifically to give birth and secure citizenship for their children.

Those children later return home but retain the ability to sponsor family members for U.S. visas or even claim benefits as adults.

Kayleigh McEnany, former White House press secretary and current Fox News contributor, broke down the stakes in a recent segment.

“Next week, the Supreme Court is slated to revisit President Trump’s birthright citizenship executive order,” McEnany stated. “It directs all U.S. government agencies to refuse issuing citizenship documents to children born to illegal immigrants or children who do not have at least one parent who is an American or a lawful permanent resident. It’s a law President Trump says is in place all over the world, and he’s right. You’re looking at that map. And if he wins in court, he would effectively cripple the booming birth tourism industry.”

The executive order cites the original intent of the 14th Amendment, ratified in 1868 after the Civil War to grant citizenship to freed slaves. Trump’s legal team argues the amendment was never meant to apply to children of foreign nationals who entered illegally or temporarily and remain subject to the jurisdiction of their home countries.

There is historical evidence from the amendment’s drafters, including Sen. Jacob Howard, who stated in 1866 that the clause “will not, of course, include persons born in the United States who are foreigners, aliens, who belong to the families of ambassadors or foreign ministers accredited to the Government of the United States.”

Opponents, including the ACLU, Asian Law Caucus, and groups representing immigrants’ rights, argue that the order would create a massive number of stateless children born on U.S. soil and could retroactively cast doubt on the citizenship status of millions of people who were born to illegal aliens.

If upheld, the ruling would not require a constitutional amendment or act of Congress. It would simply affirm that the president can direct federal agencies to enforce a narrower reading of the Citizenship Clause through executive action.

Congress could later codify the change into statute for permanence.

Earlier this month, as The Gateway Pundit previously reported, investigative journalist and Government Accountability Institute President Peter Schweizer exposed the alarming scale of China’s birth tourism operations targeting the United States during his testimony before the U.S. Senate Judiciary Subcommittee on the Constitution.

Peter Schweizer Exposes China’s Birth Tourism Industry Creating Army of U.S. Citizens Raised Under Communist Influence During Powerful Senate Testimony (VIDEO)

Schweizer detailed how over 1,000 birth tourism companies in China are almost exclusively focused on facilitating births in America, potentially resulting in up to one million U.S. citizens being raised in the People's Republic of China.

These citizens, indoctrinated in China, could undermine U.S. sovereignty as part of a broader "asymmetric warfare" strategy by the Chinese Communist Party. They can even vote in American elections, potentially from abroad via mail-in ballots.
