Democrat Katie Porter, who is running for Governor of California, made it clear in the Democrat debate this week that she puts illegals above the safety of Americans.

The dangerous, and unfortunately often deadly, consequences of illegals with a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) many of who can not speak English or read road signs.

Safety experts estimate that as many as 130,000 illegal-alien truck drivers may be operating in the United States, with tens of thousands believed to have obtained licenses through illegitimate means.

In November 2025, California’s Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) confessed to illegally handing out 17,000 non-domiciled CDLs to dangerous foreign drivers who have no business operating massive semitrucks or school buses on American roads.

According to U.S. Secretary of Transportation Sean P. Duffy, the discovery came as part of an ongoing audit by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA).

According to the Department of Transportation, each of the 17,000 non-domiciled CDL holders has been issued notice that their license will expire within 60 days, as it no longer meets federal requirements.

During the debate, Porter was asked, “Do you believe that English proficiency, uh, language proficiency, should be strictly enforced for truck drivers? You have 60 seconds.”

Porter responded, “I would absolutely fight the Trump administration because the job of the California governor is to protect Californians, and right now that includes protecting them from Donald Trump. Protecting Californians also includes enforcing traffic laws, and we’ve seen sometimes a need for oversight in California.”

“For example, We have seen that the Department of Motor Vehicles was not enforcing rules around DUIs and drivers who had convictions for that.”

Porter,  responding to an answer from fellow Democrat candidate Chad Bianco, then pulled the race card.  Questioning the safety of illegal drivers is ‘racism.’

“I am stunned that Mr. Bianco would say to Black and Brown Californians and immigrants who are being terrorized and racially profiled that you have to get over racism. It’s not something that you get over. It’s something that you fight. And if he doesn’t understand the importance of that, he has no business representing a state with the diversity of California.”

The Gateway Pundit has reported on the deadly consequences of illegal alien truckers.

Bekzhan Beishekeev, a 30-year-old illegal alien from Kyrgyzstan who entered the US on Joe Biden’s open border invitation in December 2023, killed four Americans. The Amish victims were identified as 50-year-old Henry Eicher, 25-year-old Menno Eicher, 19-year-old Paul Eicher, and 23-year-old Simon Girod.

25-year-old Kamalpreet Singh killed a 29-year-old man on the morning of December 11 after he crushed the victim’s vehicle between two trucks while driving northbound on SR 167. Singh first illegally entered the US in Lukeville, Arizona, in December 2023 and was released by Biden’s border patrol.

On November 24, 2025, Rajinder Kumar, a criminal illegal alien from India, jackknifed his semi-truck and trailer, blocking both lanes of U.S. Highway 20. A Subaru Outback collided with the semi-truck, tragically killing both the driver, William Micah Carter, and passenger, Jennifer Lynn Lower.

56-year-old Goderdzi Gujabidze, an illegal alien from Georgia, caused a multicar crash that killed Indiana National Guardsman Terry Frye and injured three others.

On March 13, 2025, a 17-vehicle pileup occurred in a construction zone on Interstate 35 in Austin, Texas, killing five people, including an infant and a four-year-old child, and hospitalizing eleven others. The driver, Solomun Weldekeal Araya, a 37-year-old Ethiopian national on a work visa, was hauling freight for Amazon.

In May of 2025, in Thomasville, Alabama, a loaded semi-truck struck four vehicles stopped at a red light at highway speed, killing two people and injuring four others. The driver, Andrii Dmyterko, a 45-year-old Ukrainian national on a work visa, was on his third day on the job. Authorities reported that neither the driver nor his passenger spoke English and communicated only in Russian.

A judge on Friday overturned the firearms prohibition on James O’Keefe after West Palm Beach Police confiscated his guns.

Last month James was served with a restraining order while he was livestreaming at his West Palm Beach, Florida, headquarters on Tuesday.

The Palm Beach Sheriff’s Deputy served James with a domestic violence restraining order.

The domestic violence restraining order was from Matthew Tyrmand, a former Project Veritas board member.

“Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Department just served me with a domestic violence restraining order from Matthew Tyrmand. The former board member from Project Veritas who said he wants to murder me,” James O’Keefe said.

“Despite admitting multiple times on hidden camera wanting me dead, Matthew Tyrmand filed a restraining order against ME in Miami Dade County,” O’Keefe said.

“Saying such things as: “I would kill him [O’Keefe]. Because he is one of the most evil people I’ve ever known.,”” he said.

“He even shot up my book with rifle bullets through my heart on the cover. The audacity of evil has no bounds,” O’Keefe said.

James O’Keefe previously honey-trapped Matthew Tyrmand at a restaurant.

During the encounter in Miami Beach that was recorded by camera, Tyrmand ‘admitted’ to being an FBI-Southern District of New York (SDNY) informant.

So Tyrmand responded by slapping James with a restraining order.

James O’Keefe appeared before a judge in a Miami court earlier this month.

The judge extended the restraining order and ordered James to surrender his firearms.

On Thursday evening, West Palm Beach Police arrived to OMG’s headquarters in Florida and confiscated O’Keefe’s firearms.

On Friday, a judge overturned the firearms prohibition placed on James.

Harry lost yet another chance to remain silent and spare himself the embarrassment.

We have been following the highly controversial Prince Harry in his pseudo-Royal trips, as the self-exiled British Royal tries to insert himself into geopolitical issues that are frankly way ‘above his pay grade’.

That was the case yesterday in Kiev, where, for some reason, Harry felt it was his duty to address world leaders and pontificate about the handling of the derailed peace process between Russia and Ukraine.

The problem for the prodigal younger son of King Charles is that US President Donald J. Trump is not one to accept lecturing from random celebrities.

Trump responded with pure fire, stating that Prince Harry does not ‘speak for the UK’.

The Telegraph reported:

“Mr. Trump told The Telegraph that the Duke of Sussex, who lives in California, was not a voice for Britain after he criticized the US president for not doing enough to end the war.

‘Prince Harry is not speaking for the UK, that’s for sure’, Mr. Trump said. ‘I think I’m speaking for the UK more than Prince Harry’.”

The US president also added: ‘Prince Harry? How’s his wife?’.

This was in fact a nod to the fact that Trump has more than once stated that Harry is ‘p***y whipped’ by his American former starlet wife Meghan Markle.

In his remarks, he did not address the US president by name, but called on ‘American leadership’ to do more.

“’The United States has a singular role in this story’, he said. ‘Not only because of its power, but because when Ukraine gave up nuclear weapons, America was part of the assurance that Ukraine’s sovereignty and borders would be respected’.

Once again: the said nuclear weapons never belonged to Ukraine, but rather to the Soviet Union – this is a tired trope by Volodymyr Zelensky and his tyrannical regime.

“Mr. Trump also said on Thursday that he would not oppose inviting Putin to the G20 summit, which is set to take place in December at the US president’s Doral golf club in Miami. ‘If he came it would probably be very helpful’, he told reporters, but added that he ‘doubted Putin would come’ and was not aware of an invitation to Russia.”

Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. forcefully condemned Canada’s liberal assisted suicide laws during a Capitol Hill hearing Wednesday.

The comments came as he testified before the Senate Finance Committee and the Senate HELP Committee.

At one point, Kennedy was asked about assisted suicide policies.

“I think those laws are abhorrent,” Kennedy said.

He pointed to Canada as an example of where such policies can lead.

“And we just see in Canada today, I think the number one cause of death is assisted suicide,” he added.

Kennedy said the issue extends beyond individual choice.

“And as you say, it targets people with disabilities and people who are struggling in their lives,” he said.

He warned about their impact on any society that wants to call itself moral.

“I don’t think we can be a moral society; we can’t be a moral authority around the globe if that becomes institutionalized throughout our society,” Kennedy said.

He also expressed his willingness to work with lawmakers on both sides of the aisle to address the issue.

“I am happy to work with you in whatever way we can,” he said.

Canada’s medical assistance in dying program, known as MAID, has been controversial from the start.

The Canadian government describes suicide as a nuanced issue and one of personal choice, and the criteria to qualify are lax.

At age 18, Canadians can choose suicide if they “make a voluntary request that is not the result of external pressure” and understand what they are requesting, so long as they are “in an advanced state of irreversible decline in capability.”

The MAID program also assists people in taking their own lives if they experience “enduring and intolerable physical or psychological suffering that cannot be alleviated under conditions the person considers acceptable.”

Canada is projected to approach 100,000 assisted deaths before the program’s 10th anniversary this summer, The New York Post reported.

As of 2024, total assisted suicide deaths reached 76,475, far exceeding the 42,042 Canadians who were killed in World War II.
