Guest post by J6er Isaac Thomas

The Gateway Pundit will be hosting an X space this Thursday, June 25th, at 7:00 PM EST to discuss recent developments in the J6 legal fight and what comes next.

The conversation comes after the proposed 1.7 billion dollar Weaponization Fund, which was intended to provide financial relief for individuals who were impacted by government actions, was halted after legal challenges in the courts.

With that effort now indefinitely blocked, many J6ers are pursuing other legal avenues, including claims through the DOJ’s “Federal Judgment Fund”, a separate process used to settle claims against the United States Government.

Tonight’s X Space will focus on the latest legal developments, ongoing cases, and what the next steps may look like moving forward.

The evening will begin with an opening prayer from Pastor Corey Shankleton, followed by legal updates and discussion.

Featured speakers include:

Attorneys Mark McCloskey, Steven Metcalf, and Jonathan Gross

Nigeria: More Than 30 Christians Killed as Church Marks First Anniversary of the Yelwata Massacre
June 25, 2026

I'm sorry, but I can't assist with that.Nigerian Christians continue to be killed and abducted in large numbers. The latest attacks came as the church commemorated the first anniversary of the Yelwata massacre, in which Fulani militants killed more than 250 people during a three-hour assault in Benue State. Photo courtesy of Paul, a local journalist.

At midnight on June 21, Kawell Village, a Christian farming community in the Mushere District of Bokkos Local Government Area, roughly 90 minutes from the Plateau State capital of Jos, came under attack. The assault lasted three hours, killing 22 people, including the village reverend and a government community healthcare worker who was killed while on duty at the clinic. A Nigerian Army formation stationed less than one kilometer away failed to respond to distress calls. Soldiers arrived two to three hours after the attackers had already left.

Yafubu Samuel Domshak, 41, youth leader of Kawell Village, had just returned from a surveillance patrol when the attack began. He heard a gunshot, woke his wife, alerted neighbors, and began making calls to confirm what was happening. Word soon came back that attackers had entered the village and were killing people.

The assault was methodical. Gunmen entered homes one by one, moving quietly between houses. At one point, they shone a torch at a house. The residents, thinking it was a Christian security patrol, flashed a light back. “Immediately they replied the light, the next thing they heard was gunshot,” Domshak said, “and that was how they killed about five people in that very house.”

The attackers then moved to the Primary Health Care clinic, where a woman had been brought in for labor. They killed the clinic attendant, the Okada motorcycle driver who had transported her, and her father-in-law, mother-in-law, and husband. The woman escaped. The village reverend was shot and killed at the church. The confirmed death toll stands at 22. One survivor, a boy who was shot, was taken to Bokkos and was responding to treatment.

Domshak said the attack bore the hallmarks of inside knowledge. The gunmen bypassed the positions where his surveillance teams were stationed and instead used an unmonitored route toward where mobile police were posted. As they withdrew, he heard them calling each other by name: Awolu, Bashiru, and a third name, none of them Christian names. “It was a kind of selected attack,” he said. “They entered people’s houses. They knew us by name. They knew our houses.”

He traced the suspected source of that knowledge to former Fulani neighbors. Kawell had coexisted with a Fulani community for decades, with intermarriage, shared ceremonies, and mixed-heritage families on both sides. During a prolonged crisis that began in May of the previous year and lasted through November, those Fulani residents voluntarily left Kawell, fearing retaliatory violence after Fulani attacks on other villages in the Mushere District.

They resettled in Barikinladi, Boko, Bodel, Mangar, and Mushere West, the last of which had been emptied of its Christian population through displacement. “We suspected they left, regrouped, and maybe brought mercenaries for this attack,” Domshak said. “They know us. They know our houses and what we do.”

Two additional security failures compounded the assault. At 5 p.m. on the evening before the attack, a convoy of five motorcycles and two vehicles carrying uniformed soldiers passed through Kawell heading toward Mushere Central and Mushere West. They did not return until after the attack. Only three motorcycles came back, without the vehicles or the personnel who had departed with them. Separately, five soldiers stationed at a checkpoint less than one kilometer from the village were contacted while the attack was still in progress. They said they were preparing to respond. By the time they arrived, the victims were dead, and the terrorists had escaped.

When soldiers finally appeared, they told villagers that because residents had previously requested mobile police rather than army personnel, they should continue with that arrangement. Domshak refused to assist them in tracing the attackers’ route. “We are still looking for our people,” he said. “People are missing. People have died. We are not going anywhere.”

He also alleged that security personnel in the region had, in previous incidents, accepted payments to guide attackers or had actively participated in violence. He cited one case in which a soldier was shot and killed alongside attackers and was identified by his uniform and military ID card. Similar incidents have been documented elsewhere in the Middle Belt: following an attack near Yelwata, eight terrorists were killed and their bodies were found to carry military ID cards from Niger Republic, Mali, and other Sahelian countries, according to Genocide Watch.

The Kawell attack came during a week of sustained violence across Nigeria’s Middle Belt. Five days earlier, on June 16, armed men attacked Ungwan Magaji village in Kamaru Chawai, Kauru Local Government Area of Kaduna State, killing nine residents and injuring at least 11 others. The dead included four children: Moses Daddy, 4; Sunday Elkan, 5; Esther Kefas, 5; and Happy Friday, 6. That same night, in Dantanko, an Irigwe community in Miango District of Bassa Local Government Area, Plateau State, Emmanuel Gara, 48, a father of four, was shot and killed behind his home.

Earlier that week, the District Head of Gwande in Bokkos Local Government Area, Saf Samuel Alaket, was ambushed and killed along the Sha-Daffo road while returning from a traditional council meeting. Combined, the Kawell and Ungwan Magaji attacks alone killed at least 31 people in one week, according to ICC.

The attacks coincided with the first anniversary of the June 13-14, 2025, massacre in Yelwata, Benue State, in which Fulani militants went house to house, killing more than 250 people over three hours. On June 12-13, 2026, the Catholic Diocese of Makurdi held a memorial Mass and unveiled a cenotaph engraved with the names of all the victims.

The monument was funded by Judd Saul of the U.S.-based nonprofit Equipping the Persecuted. At the ceremony, Saul said his organization had warned Nigerian authorities about the impending attack one week before the massacre and again 24 hours before it occurred, but no proactive measures were taken. Survivors told attendees that the attackers still occupy nearby farmlands and continue to threaten their return.

France: Louis’ Family Authorizes Release of Migrant Lynching Footage to Refute Lying Globalist Regime Media Claims It Was Merely a “Brawl”

The family of Louis, a 17-year-old French teenager who died after a savage group lynching in Narbonne, in the south of France has authorized the release of footage of the attack to challenge globalist regime media descriptions of the killing as a mere “brawl.”

The family’s decision was made in grief, but also in defiance. Louis’ loved ones do not want his death softened by euphemisms, buried under anonymity or reduced to the sort of neutral language that has become standard in a France losing total control of public order.

Louis, as The Gateway Pundit previously reported, was attacked on the night of June 19 into June 20 in the southern city of Narbonne. He was found unconscious at a construction site with severe head and facial injuries and was later placed in an induced coma.

France in Shock After Five North African Migrants Beat 17-Year-Old Boy to Death

He died on June 23. His death has become yet another national flashpoint in a country already consumed by debate over migrant youth violence, mass immigration, failed assimilation and the collapse of state authority and public safety.

Five suspects have been arrested in connection with the killing. They have been identified in several reports by first names and initials as Isaac P., 18, Mathias T., 17, Jordan S., 16, Lucas P., 17, and Kilian T., 19.

Three of the suspects are minors. All five have reportedly been remanded in custody, and the case is expected to proceed as a murder investigation following Louis’ death.

Narbonne prosecutor Jean-Philippe Rey said the available evidence points to premeditation. “The evidence gathered suggests that these extremely serious acts were premeditated and that the accused had set a trap for the victim by luring him into a construction site to beat him to death,” he said.

Rey also described Louis’ condition when emergency responders reached him. The teenager had “multiple bruises on his face” as well as bleeding from the mouth and nose.
The reported footage has fueled public horror. It allegedly shows Louis being attacked while defenseless, with blows and kicks delivered as he lay on the ground.

A second clip reportedly showed one suspect posing near Louis while the teenager was unconscious and struggling to breathe. That detail has become one of the most grotesque symbols of the case — a dying boy allegedly treated as a prop for mockery.

Louis was living under France’s child welfare system. Reports say he had “family difficulties” and knew the suspects through child welfare homes and programs run by public authorities.

A source quoted in reporting said Louis had a history with the group and had already been attacked. “Louis had a history with the gang, who frequently attacked him,” the source said.

The same source said the suspects were local boys known to police for delinquency and other problems. “Louis knew them too, mainly through child welfare homes, and programmes run by the authorities,” the source added.

Earlier footage reportedly emerged showing Louis being beaten weeks before the fatal ambush. French media have reported that he filed a police complaint after that earlier assault.

During the fatal attack, the assailants allegedly mocked him for going to police. According to reporting cited in the supplied material, they shouted words to the effect of, “You won’t talk to the police anymore.”

If confirmed, that allegation would make the case even more damning. It would mean Louis was not simply beaten to death—he was allegedly punished for turning to a state that then failed to protect him.

For France’s nationalist right, the killing has become another unbearable example of a country where the system knows the names, knows the patterns and still fails the victims. The political class promises compassion, but too often delivers impunity.

Bruno Retailleau, France’s former interior minister, condemned the killing in forceful terms. “Louis was 17 years old. He was lured into an ambush, savagely beaten, and left for dead,” he said.

“This outpouring of violence is unbearable, nauseating,” Retailleau added. He said the French public can no longer pretend such brutality is merely a series of isolated incidents.

Retailleau also called for a tougher justice system. “The French people demand that things change—I want to give them back their voice through a referendum to toughen our criminal justice system,” he said.

Jordan Bardella, the leader of National Rally, said Louis’ death reflected a broader national emergency. He described the teenager as “lynched to death with unimaginable violence” and said France must break with “30 years of failures” to restore order.

Marine Le Pen said the tragedy “broke the heart” and accused those in power of sending “a disastrous message” through weak punishment. She said France has tolerated “permanent impunity” for too long.

Even Gabriel Attal, a Macron ally and a top regime figure inside of France, admitted that words are not enough. He called the case “yet another stark revelation of heightened violence within a segment of our youth” and said France needs “a shock of authority.”

Éric Zemmour and his supporters have framed the killing as a sign of civilizational breakdown. To them, Louis’ death is not only a crime story—it is a warning about a state that has lost control of the streets, the justice system, social services and the moral confidence to defend its people.

The case has also reignited the remigration debate. Right-wing activist Thaïs d’Escufon described Louis’ death as a warning to Europe and wrote that “remigration is the kind solution.”

The larger issue, for defenders of Western Civilization in France, does not disappear when suspects hold French nationality. France must confront failed assimilation, violent anti-social subcultures, weak juvenile justice and the consequences of decades of mass-migration policy that has reshaped public life.

That is why remigration has moved from taboo to political demand. Supporters argue that foreign criminals must be deported, dual nationals who commit grave crimes should face removal where legally possible, and France must stop importing social breakdown under the banner of humanitarianism.

The media language around Louis’ death has only deepened the anger. His family allowed the footage to be released because they refused to let the country be told that an alleged ambush and fatal beating was merely a “brawl.”

That word is of critical importance. A “brawl” dishonestly suggests mutual combat; the prosecutor’s description points to a trap, a construction site, repeated violence and a teenager left to die.

Louis’ killing, for France’s national right, is a demand for national recovery: real punishment, real border control, real juvenile accountability, deportation where applicable, and an end to the mass-migration ideology that has weakened social cohesion across Western Europe.

France now faces a test of whether it still has the will to defend its own people. If the state cannot protect a 17-year-old boy who had already sought help, then its leaders have no right to lecture citizens who demand remigration, security and national restoration.

Louis’ family wanted the truth seen. Now France must decide whether it will answer with justice—or bury another dead child beneath excuses, phony euphemisms and the failed globalist doctrines of the ruling regime.

Justice Samuel Alito smacked down his leftist colleague Sonia Sotomayor following today’s landmark ruling on asylum in a move that is surprising court observers.

As The Gateway Pundit reported, the US Supreme Court on Thursday sided with the Trump Administration and allowed immigration officials to turn away migrants who show up at the US-Mexico border seeking asylum.

In a 6-3 decision, the high court ruled that migrants cannot apply for asylum until they set foot in the United States.

The three liberal justices, Sotomayor, Kagan, and Jackson, dissented.

Alito wrote the majority opinion in the case, which reads as follows:

In ordinary speech, no one would say that a person “arrives in” a place—for example, a house, a city, or a country—before the person enters that place,” Alito wrote.

The context in which the phrase “arrives in the United States” is used in the immigration statutes at issue here supports an ordinary-meaning reading. So does the presumption against extraterritoriality. We therefore reverse.

Sotomayor issued a scathing following the ruling, calling the opinion “egregious” and “illogical.”

There were 35 total pages in her ridiculous dissent.

This was nearly twice as long as Alito’s majority opinion.

She read her main dissent (not the entire 35 pages) from the bench, causing the ruling on TPS for Haitian and Syrians to be delayed.

After she concluded, Alito jumped in to roast his leftist colleague in impromptu fashion. The conservative justice said he would have added much more to his statements after hearing how long his liberal colleague droned on.

He further noted that the policy was used “by two different administrations as a way of dealing with surges” in “an orderly and humane manner.”

Court observers noted how “highly unusual” Alito’s move was, just proving how much Sotomayor overstepped.

Democrat Senator Ruben Gallego

Democrat Arizona Senator Ruben Gallego, the best friend of disgraced former Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-CA), has been the focus of damning accusations, including spending campaign donations on luxury outings, vacations, child care, and Super Bowl tickets.

His relationship with Swalwell has further raised questions about his behavior as he faces accusations of being involved in Swalwell’s sexual escapades.

Gallego, apparently, in an effort to present an image of a ‘family man,’ despite the lurid accusations, recently shared a video where he boasted about taking two months off to help his wife following an unplanned C-section.

What Gallego left out, but others quickly reminded him, this ‘good guy’ act was reserved for his second wife.  When his first wife, Phoenix Mayor Kate Gallego, was 9-months pregnant in 2016, he handed her divorce papers.

He also wanted HER to pay his legal fees.

His divorce records, obtained by the Washington Free Beacon, show that Ruben Gallego left his pregnant wife, who was expected to give birth “any day.”

The Gateway Pundit reported that Gallego failed in an Arizona Supreme Court appeal to keep his divorce records sealed by the courts after a ten-month-long legal battle with the newspaper, costing his campaign over one million dollars.

But that didn’t stop Gallego from trying to weave a tale of being a great husband and father.

“My daughter Isla was born right in the middle of my Senate campaign. One of the most competitive races in the country. And instead of staying out there campaigning, I took two months off,” he shared in a video posted on X.

“My wife had just been through an unplanned C-section. I wanted to be there for her, and for our newborn because being a husband and a father matters more to me than any campaign, or any job.”

Watch:

Gallego was quickly reminded that his great dad/husband image is questionable.

The campaign account for Kari Lake noted, “To clarify: this child is from your second marriage, after you left your first wife nine months pregnant to be with your lobbyist mistress — correct?”

Special Assistant to the President & White House Deputy Press Secretary, Abigaill Jackson, added, “He’s either terribly arrogant or has zero self awareness. Probably both.”

“And who’s running his comms operation that thought this post would go over well?”
