The head of the International Atomic Energy Agency said Wednesday that inspectors will return to Iran’s uranium enrichment sites, pushing back against Tehran’s claim that bombed facilities are off-limits under the new US-Iran interim deal.

IAEA Director General Rafael Mariano Grossi made the comments during a visit to Japan, where he spoke at the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant. His remarks were the clearest signal yet that the nuclear watchdog expects access to Iran’s most sensitive sites.

The issue has quickly become the first major test of the memorandum of understanding signed by President Donald Trump and Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian. The agreement ended open hostilities and opened a 60-day window to resolve the biggest unresolved questions—above all, the future of Iran’s nuclear program.

“I can understand political statements, they are part of the reality,” Grossi told journalists. But he said the key fact is that both presidents signed a memorandum that explicitly gives the IAEA a role.

The accord, Grossi said, states “in all letters” that nuclear activities involving nuclear-material facilities will be supervised by the IAEA. He then made the practical implication impossible to miss.

“Obviously, to do that, we will have to inspect,” Grossi said. “Whether this happens the day after tomorrow or in one week or in 10 days, it’s important, but not essential. This is going to happen.”

Grossi’s statement aims at cutting through the diplomatic fog surrounding the deal. The Trump administration has said Iran agreed to allow inspections, while Tehran has publicly denied that inspectors are scheduled to examine nuclear sites struck by the United States and Israel.

Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Esmail Baghaei said Tuesday that UN inspectors were not expected to visit those damaged sites. His remarks contradicted earlier comments from US Vice President JD Vance, who said inspections were part of the arrangement.

The dispute, for those critical of the globalist diplomatic class, shows why paper agreements with hostile regimes are never enough. If Iran gets sanctions relief, access to money and international legitimacy, verification cannot be left to political spin.

Grossi has made that point before. At an April press conference in Seoul, he warned that without IAEA inspectors, negotiators would not have an agreement—they would have only “an illusion of an agreement.”

That warning now hangs over the entire deal. The Trump administration may have produced a ceasefire and a negotiating framework, but the deal’s credibility will depend on whether Tehran actually opens the doors.

Since Israel launched a 12-day war against Iran in June 2025, the IAEA has been blocked from visiting enrichment sites. Those are the facilities where Iran is believed to hold enough highly enriched uranium to potentially build several nuclear weapons if it chose to race toward a bomb.

Iran insists its nuclear program is peaceful. But it remains the only country in the world known to have enriched uranium up to 60 percent purity without a declared weapons program.

The IAEA has been allowed into some unaffected facilities, including the Bushehr nuclear power plant. But without access to enrichment sites, the agency says it cannot verify the status of Iran’s uranium stockpile or inspect the centrifuge cascades used to enrich it.

Both Iran and the IAEA have said Tehran has not been enriching uranium recently. Still, non-proliferation experts remain worried that Iran may be moving material to undeclared locations.

Grossi told NHK that the agency’s top priority is confirming where Iran’s highly enriched uranium is located. He said the IAEA has an idea of where the material could be, but emphasized that Iran must tell inspectors where it is.

The agency has also said satellite imagery showed regular vehicle movement around the entrance to an underground tunnel complex at Isfahan. Uranium enriched to 20 percent and 60 percent is believed to have been stored there.

That makes Isfahan one of the most important locations in the dispute. If material was moved, damaged, hidden or dispersed, inspectors will have to establish what remains and where it went.

Grossi said damaged storage facilities may require technical work before inspectors can reach nuclear material. The agency is expected to speak with Iranian officials soon to determine dates, access rules and other inspection details.

He also stressed that the IAEA is an independent body and will carry out inspections on its own. If Iran wants to invite the United States or other observers, Grossi said, that is a separate matter, but the agency does not need outside supervision.

Under the interim framework, Iran reaffirmed that it would never produce nuclear weapons. The United States committed to sanctions relief and broader economic support, while tying those benefits to nuclear compliance.

That is where the central bargain becomes clear. Iran wants relief from pressure, but the West cannot responsibly provide relief without verification.

The deal also calls for Iran’s highly enriched uranium stockpile to be downblended. That process is central because 60 percent uranium is above ordinary civilian levels and close enough to weapons-grade material to alarm security experts.

The ceasefire is already under strain beyond the nuclear file.

Violence flared again in Lebanon on Tuesday, though it did not escalate into a wider confrontation. Iran has stated that any durable settlement must also address Lebanon, complicating both the nuclear track and the broader peace process.

Grossi’s message, for now, is the strongest anchor in a deal already clouded by competing statements.

The stakes could not be higher. And a real settlement requires the highest of standards: open the sites, locate the uranium, inspect the centrifuges and verify compliance.

ABLECHILD: How Governor Cox and Sheriff Smith Misled the World on the Tyler Robinson Confession

How Governor Cox and Sheriff Smith Misled the World on the Tyler Robinson Confession

Republished with permission from AbleChild.

Tucked away in a January 2026 filing by Tyler Robinson’s defense team regarding a motion to Exclude Still Photographers, TV Cameras and Microphones from the Courtroom is information that raises serious questions about whether the investigators in the case were honest and accurate when speaking about Robinson’s alleged confession.

AbleChild has well-documented serious problems with the State of Utah’s “evidence” least of which is regarding Robinson’s alleged “text message” to fury lover, Lance Twiggs, directly after the shooting on September 10, 2026. In a nutshell, in order for the alleged “text message” to be accurate, Robinson would have to be clairvoyant because he is referencing events that did not occur until the following day. It’s embarrassing and insulting and one must wonder why those brilliant investigators haven’t seized on the impossibility of Robinson being responsible for the alleged “text message.”

Beyond the insulting made-up “text message” there has been great discussion about when and how Robinson (with his parents and family friend) reportedly turned himself into Sheriff Nate Brooksby of Washington County, Utah, and what was said by the alleged shooter and what was said by law enforcement in the way of a “confession.”

For example, the first official to announce that Tyler Robinson had made a statement about his guilt in the shooting of Charlie Kirk, was Utah Governor Spencer Cox. Cox announced to the world on the morning of September 12, 2025 (two days after the assassination) “We got him.” To back up this pronouncement, Cox further explained: “A family member of Tyler Robinson reached out to a family friend who contacted the Washington County Sheriff’s office with information that Robinson had confessed to them or implied that he had committed the incident.”

This is where it gets interesting because AbleChild is unable to locate any document signed by either Tyler’s mother, father or family friend that substantiates this reported “confession.” Hell, AbleChild can’t even find the name of the “friend” who help Tyler turn himself into the Washington County Sheriff.

Washington County Sheriff Brooksby reportedly received the information from the parents and a family friend and passed that information on to Utah County Sheriff Mike Smith and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). Unfortunately, Sheriff Brooksby cannot provide any video that shows Tyler Robinson, his mother, father, and family friend entering the Sheriff’s office on September 11, 2025.

Nevertheless, the mom-dad-and-friend-turn-in-Tyler-confession scenario has been accepted as gospel and used in the charging document by Utah County Attorney Jeffrey Gray. Of Course, it’s possible that mom, dad, and the family friend did provide a signed statement about Tyler’s alleged confession, but the public has not been made privy to it.

Now, moving on to Utah County Sheriff Mike Smith, who is the lead investigator in the case and the law enforcement officer standing beside Governor Cox when Cox explained how they “got him,” Smith appears to play fast and loose with information about Robinson’s participation in the investigation.

During an interview on September 16, 2025, with Eric Bolling of Real America’s Voice, when asked “is he not cooperating now?” Smith reports “he’s exercising his Constitutional rights. They’re in the process of getting a defense attorney assigned to him.”  This is misleading at best.

Sheriff Smith was, or should have been, fully aware that Tyler Robinson invoked his Constitutional right to a lawyer before talking to anyone. Smith should have advised Bolling and the public during this interview that Tyler Robinson was waiting for legal representation before discussing anything, which is his and every American’s right. It also is something that Charlie Kirk would have understood and supported.

In fact, in the Motion to Exclude mentioned at the beginning of the article, Robinson’s request for an attorney was recorded and reads as follows: “But, uh, until I have the opportunity to speak with someone, I would like to remain silent.”  Sheriff Smith was aware of this, as was Governor Cox, the FBI, and all law enforcement associated with the case, but rather than explain this, Smith’s answer is less than accurate and appears as though Robinson isn’t cooperating.

Sheriff Smith also wrongly explained during the Real America’s Voice interview that Robinson was being arraigned within hours. Nope. Smith should have known that Robinson would not be formally arraigned until there was a preliminary evidentiary hearing and that wasn’t scheduled at that time. In fact, the preliminary evidentiary hearing has been scheduled for July 6-10, 2026. Robinson’s appearance on the 16th of September 2025 was what is referred to as a “felony first appearance,” where the charges are read to the defendant.

At the end of the day, Robinson’s silence isn’t a sign of his unwillingness to cooperate. It is his right to remain silent and Sheriff Smith, along with Governor Cox, has done a disservice to Robinson by failing to make the defendant’s rights clear to the public.

The question, of course, is why law enforcement and elected officials failed to provide accurate information and explanations about what has transpired in this case. It seems slimy and many people might think that there’s a deliberate cover‑up of internal actions taken during the investigation, and damage control was driving their decisions.

WAYNE ROOT: A Jewish-American, Pro Israel, MAGA Warrior Makes Strong Case for Trump’s Iran Deal
June 24, 2026

Black and white image of Donald Trump with American flags in the background, symbolizing political themes and national identity.

By Wayne Allyn Root

I am proudly pro-Israel. I will always support and defend Israel. I believe Israel is America’s best friend and ally in the world. And vice versa. I’m always loyal to my friends.

But above all else- and it’s not even close- I’m MAGA and “America First.”

I always stand with President Trump and America. America is what matters. America is the first priority- always. By a mile.

That’s why I support President Trump’s Iran deal.

Is it perfect? No. Was it a tough decision? Yes. That’s why Presidents are elected- to make tough decisions.

I’ve told my TV, radio and podcast viewers and listeners for days now- it’s not a perfect move, but Trump made the right move.

Is it a bad move for Israel? Maybe, short term. Is it a bad move for future US Presidents? Maybe. Because when Iran acts out again (and they will) future presidents will have to deal with it.

But right now, winning the midterms is all that matters.

I believe the American people are always right. President Trump listened to the American people. They want out of Iran. They want lower gas prices. They want lower grocery prices. They want lower inflation. They want lower interest rates. They want a booming economy.

In a perfect world, would I have wanted President Trump to finish the job in Iran? Absolutely.

But what if “finishing the job” meant six more months at war? Or a year? What if it meant putting “boots on the ground?” What if it meant thousands of American soldiers killed and injured?

Would the American people have understood and accepted that pain? No.

What if “finishing the job” meant while we continued to fight the war, oil ran out all over the globe? What if the result was gas rationing all over the globe? What if this led to global economic collapse? Or what if it led to a Great Depression?

Would Trump and the GOP have been blamed for all of this? Yes.

Ronald Reagan once said, “A recession is when people lose their jobs. A depression is when you lose yours.” What if gas hit $8, or $9, or $10 dollars per gallon, and millions of Americans lost their jobs?

Would the American people have understood and accepted that pain? No.

What if “staying the course” and “finishing the job” meant winning the war decisively, but losing the midterms? Would that be a victory?

I think that’s called the worst trade in history.

Think back to President George H.W. Bush. He won the Iraq War decisively. Bush executed the perfect war plan. We destroyed the Iraqi army in a matter of weeks. A masterful job. Bush was hailed as brilliant and a great leader. His approval was among the highest in history.

Do you remember what happened next? Only a few short months later, America was in a mild recession, and Bush was defeated by Bill Clinton. That was his thanks for winning the war. America threw him out on his a**s.

Why? Because war doesn’t matter. The economy does. That never changes. James Carville had it right…

“It’s the economy, stupid.”

All the people know and really care about is their pocketbook, wallet, bank account, paycheck, and job. If those are good, we win the upcoming midterms. If we win the Iran war, but the economy is weak, and inflation is still high, we lose. Period.

Money trumps war- even smashing victory in war.

President Trump understands these timeless truths. Trump listens. Trump compromises. Trump changes direction. Trump wants to be Reagan, Lincoln, and Washington.

He doesn’t want to be George H.W. Bush.

This was a crucial and necessary change of direction. All that matters now is winning the midterms. All the rest can wait. And it’s already working. Have you seen the latest polls…

https://www.dailymail.com/news/article-15921233/trump-approval-bounces-iran-deal.html

The American people agree with President Trump’s decision. So, do I.

Because if the GOP loses the midterms, it’s all over. Turn out the lights. Trump’s presidency is over. The MAGA agenda is over. The US economy is in trouble. The GOP is in trouble. The secure border and mass deportation are on life support. “America First” quickly becomes “America last.”

And one P.S.

Trump and the GOP losing the midterms is terrible news for Israel, too. Devastating. Trump and America can’t help Israel if radical Jew-hating, Hamas-loving Democrats are in charge, blocking everything Trump tries to do.

Israel needs Trump to do whatever it takes to win the midterms. That’s in their long-term best interests.

After Trump and the GOP win the midterms…after oil and gas go dramatically down…after inflation and interest rates go down…after the economy booms…Trump will have all the capital in the world.

After all of that, Trump will be in position to help Israel again…and if necessary, to severely punish Iran again- until they comply with the terms of the deal.

After winning, everything is easy.

So, President Trump, good move. America agrees. I agree. Now you are in position to shock the world and win the midterms. But there is one thing left to do to make sure we win- stop Democrats from rigging and stealing elections.

Sign a “Presidential National Security Emergency for Elections.”

It’s the same as the SAVE Act- except you don’t need the Senate to pass it, and it can’t be challenged in court. This is “The SAVE Act on steroids- Trump style.”

The Supreme Court already ruled back in 1983 that it takes a 2/3rds vote in both houses of Congress to overturn it. And you get it all- Voter ID, proof of citizenship- just like the SAVE Act.

But also, severe limits on mail-in ballots, and vote by paper ballots. This is the whole enchilada. This makes the SAVE Act look like “the B Team.”

This is how we ensure a GOP midterm victory. At which point you can spend the next two years making America great again.

You did what you had to do in Iran. You secured the border. Now secure the election. And victory is ours!

One of the 15 Antifa militants indicted last week for violent riots and incitement of violence against federal agents in Minneapolis, Minnesota, is a current employee of the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources under Tim Walz.

Another employee remains employed, two years after wishing Trump was killed in the July 2024 assassination attempt on Facebook.

As The Gateway Pundit reported, U.S. Attorney for the District of Minnesota Daniel Rosen announced last Tuesday that 15 Antifa terrorists were charged for their violent opposition to federal agents during Operation Metro Surge.

“Today, a federal indictment was unsealed charging 15 defendants with conspiracy to impede or injure federal officers and other charges related to efforts of two Minneapolis-based ANTIFA groups that violently opposed the enforcement of federal law in our state,” Rosen said.

Chaos erupted outside the Warren E. Burger federal courthouse after the announcement was made, with rioters attempting to breach the building.

The Minnesota Department of Natural Resources confirmed to Alpha News that one of the defendants, Alec Stewart, remains employed with the agency. “Alec Stewart is a current employee with the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources. The Department is aware of and is reviewing the indictment,” a DNR spokesperson confirmed.

Tyler Janke, who wrote "Too bad they weren't a better shot" on Facebook following the 2024 Trump assassination attempt in Butler, Pennsylvania, is also still employed with the agency. Janke has reportedly faced no disciplinary action, despite the Department's previous statement, condemning the call for violence and vowing to "take all appropriate steps in alignment with state law and policy.”

Per Alpha News:

Alec Stewart, an assistant wildlife manager with the DNR, is named in the federal indictment, which alleges members and associates of Direct Action Minnesota conspired to obstruct federal immigration enforcement operations and interfere with federal officers.

Stewart is charged with conspiracy to impede or injure a federal officer.

“We are aware of the charges and we are reviewing them. We have no further comment,” a DNR spokesperson told Alpha News senior reporter Liz Collin last week.

The federal case involving a Stewart comes less than two years after another DNR employee made headlines for comments made following the first assassination attempt of President Donald Trump.

Senator discusses a timeline titled "500 Days of Corruption" in the Senate chamber, highlighting significant dates and events related to political accountability.

In the latest unhinged display of full-blown Trump Derangement Syndrome, far-left Connecticut Democrat Senator Chris Murphy has crossed into pure conspiracy theory territory.

Murphy is now suggesting that President Donald Trump is being paid by the Iranian regime.

Murphy took to the Senate floor this week for yet another unhinged rant, this time claiming the first 500 days of President Trump’s second term have been defined by “nuclear-grade corruption” and self-dealing.

He painted the White House as a “24/7 corruption operation” and warned that Trump’s strategy is to flood the zone with so many stories that the public tunes out.

Here’s Murphy in his own words:

“Over the last year and a half, our president, Donald Trump, has turned the White House into a 24/7 corruption operation. This is a national crisis, and we should start acting like it. The president’s goal is to engage in so much corruption, so much self-enrichment, to hand out so many favors to his friends, his family, and his political allies, that it just becomes the pitter patter of rain. It’s normal. It’s constant. It’s neverending. Trump’s bet is that if there is a new story of corruption, of self-dealing every few days, that the press will stop covering it, or the public will just stop paying attention.

To an extent, he is, tragically, succeeding.

[..]

So, I think it’s time to pull back and see the full picture, to not view this as just one isolated scandal after another, every single one popping up each week or every few days, but to understand the full scope of the illegality.

Last year, I came to the floor to document the first 100 days of Donald Trump’s mind-blowing corruption. Since then, especially in 2026, the pace of his misconduct has quickened, dramatically. And so I am here on the floor today, and I’m going to spend more than a few minutes doing this, laying out what has happened since I gave that last speech. This is the story of the last 500 days of corruption.

[…]

On September 18th, though, we come to find out that Trump made $57 million selling crypto tokens to entities associated with the regimes in North Korea, Iran, and Russia – extraordinary investments being made by entities that are tied in with North Korea, Iran, and Russia into Trump’s crypto companies. It begs the question as we are currently debating an Iran deal that basically exists on Iran’s terms, why was there a flood of money from Iranian regime-backed entities into the Trump crypto companies? Why were they putting that investment in? What did they expect to get from the president?

We’ve never, ever before had this exist. We’ve never had a backdoor mechanism by which foreign governments could just shovel money into the pocket of the president. It exists because of the Trumps, Trump’s memecoin and his stablecoin.”
