Kamala Harris apparently forgot that “hope” is both a noun and a verb during an interview with disgraced ex-CNN host Don Lemon last week, where she declared that the word “should be a verb.”

Asked what her “case for hope” is, Harris began blabbering like a drunk. “You know, I believe that when we feel powerless, we are powerless, and when we feel powerful, we are powerful, and I believe we’re powerful,” she said.

“And, I believe, you know, Don, I really truly believe this: We each have, have light inside of us, and we need to know that that is what inspires our hope as much as anything external to ourselves, and when we feel that and, and, and not allow an election or an individual to dampen that light, and instead light— let that light kind of carry us, in particular, through moments of darkness, that that we not only act on that hope but we inspire that hope in each other,” she incoherently added.

Then she dropped this gem: “In particular, at this moment, it is so important that we not only have hope, but that we understand that that should be a verb, which means that hope has to go hand-in-hand with action.”

“And that action includes the overcoming the obstacles they’re trying to throw in front of us, in terms of access to the ballot, that, that hope combined with the action will result in us winning the midterms. That hope combined with action will allow us to celebrate Juneteenth in all of the traditions that involve good food and dance and laughter and family and community, and that we will also understand that that hope is consistent with a commitment to the fight, the fight for equality and for freedom and for justice.”

It sounded like a high school class president’s speech. Thank God she is not the President of the United States.

WATCH:

Harris joined Lemon on Juneteenth for a nearly hour-long interview.

In another word salad during the interview, Kamala Harris advocated for packing the Supreme Court and adding four more justices to pass the Democrats’ radical agenda, including statehood for DC and Puerto Rico. She further appeared to say the Electoral College needs “some real shaking up,” though it was unclear what she was saying in her incoherence.

She did, however, accidentally admit that the Democrats lost the election, not because of the Electoral College, which Trump won in a landslide, but because of a “failure to perform” when she was Vice President.

Liberal Wisconsin Supreme Court Strikes Down Race-Based College Grant Program in Place for Decades for ‘Violating the Equal Protection Clause’

Liberal Wisconsin Supreme Court Strikes Down Race-Based College Grant Program in Place for Decades for ‘Violating the Equal Protection Clause’
June 22, 2026

In 1985, Wisconsin created the Minority Undergraduate Retention Grant Program through state law Wis. Stat. § 39.44. For decades, the program provided small need-based grants ($250–$2,500) to help retain students at private colleges and technical colleges.

The catch?

Eligibility was explicitly race- and ethnicity-based for: Black/African American, Hispanic, American Indian, and some Southeast Asian groups, students only.

In 2021, the Wisconsin Institute for Law & Liberty (WILL), on behalf of five Wisconsin taxpayers, argued that the program unconstitutionally discriminated against students who didn’t qualify based on race, such as White, Asian, or other students with similar financial need.

Now, the Wisconsin Supreme Court has struck down the program, ruling that grants reserved for specified racial and ethnic groups violate the Equal Protection Clause.

The unanimous decision (7-0) affirmed a prior appeals court decision.

The liberal-majority court (4-3) struck down the program entirely. The court held that the program was not narrowly tailored, had no end date (“sunset”), and race was the sole eligibility factor rather than one part of a holistic review.

Following the ruling, WILL Deputy Counsel, Dan Lennington, stated, “The appellate judges agreed with WILL that the state of Wisconsin can offer aid based on need, income level, or personal hardships—but not race.”

“Their comprehensive decision marks a turning point in the fight for true equality for both our state and country.”

In the unanimous opinion from the Court of Appeals, Judge Gundrum wrote, “Because the grant program violates the Equal Protection Clause, we reverse the order of the circuit court and remand for the court to enter an order enjoining HEAB and Hutchinson from further administering the grant program or distributing funds thereunder… WISCONSIN STAT. § 39.44 and the related grant program are unconstitutional on their face.”

“In so holding, we adhere to the refocusing of the Equal Protection Clause by the SFFA Court for the realization of the promise, ideal and hope of equal protection.”

Sánchez’s key ally to remain a quarter of a century in prison.

Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez continues to see his party, his key allies, and even his family ensnared in corruption investigations and prosecutions.

Sánchez’s former transport minister, Jose Luis Abalos, has been sentenced today (22) to 24 years in prison for a slew of offenses involving crimes of criminal organization, bribery, embezzlement, and influence peddling.

This is the first verdict in a series of court cases linked to the ruling Socialist Party.

Reuters reported:

“The unusually long sentence reflected the accumulation of felonies committed, including kickbacks from facemask purchases during the COVID-19 pandemic, and the damage to public trust caused by a minister of Abalos’ rank breaching the rules, according to the Supreme Court’s verdict.

‘A society that perceives that those in positions of power act guided by private interests, or interests unrelated to public service… experiences a loss of institutional legitimacy, which compromises the stability of the system itself’, the verdict read.”

“The sentence comes as more than a dozen people close to the prime minister are being investigated or tried for corruption, including his wife and brother and an influential former Socialist premier.

To date, none of the cases has named Sanchez, who came to power eight years ago by ousting a corruption-plagued center-right government on the promise of cleaning up politics.”

Euronews reported:

“The ruling, unanimously adopted by a seven-judge panel, found that the three men formed a criminal organization with clearly defined roles aimed at obtaining financial benefits through corrupt practices. Abalos and García were convicted of offences including participation in a criminal organization, bribery, embezzlement of public funds and influence peddling.

According to the judgment, the scheme played a role in the awarding of contracts for the supply of 13 million face masks to Spain’s state-owned entities Puertos del Estado and railway infrastructure operator Adif through a company linked to Aldama during the most critical stages of the COVID-19 pandemic.

The court found that Abalos received a series of benefits in exchange for promoting business interests. These included a monthly payment of €10,000 for what were described as his ‘fixed expenses’, the payment of housing costs for a person in his inner circle and the hiring of two women linked to the former minister at public companies overseen by the Transport Ministry.”

BREAKING: Federal Judge Quashes Grand Jury Subpoenas Targeting Tim Walz, Mayor Jacob Frey in DOJ’s Immigration Enforcement Investigation

Minnesota Governor Tim Walz speaks at a rally, addressing an engaged crowd with campaign signs in the background.

A federal judge on Monday quashed grand jury subpoenas issued to Minnesota Governor Tim Walz, Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey and other Minnesota officials.

US District Judge Patrick Schiltz, a George W. Bush appointee said the subpoenas were retaliatory.

The Justice Department in January issued subpoenas to Governor Tim Walz, Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey, Attorney General Keith Ellison, and other far-left Minnesota officials.

The DOJ previously launched a criminal investigation into Minnesota Governor Tim Walz and far-left Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey for interfering with ICE operations.

According to CBS News, the investigation centered around public statements made by Walz and Frey.

Thousands of federal agents were deployed to Minneapolis to arrest illegal alien criminals earlier this year.

Both Governor Walz and Mayor Frey have lashed out at the Trump Administration for dispatching ICE agents to Minnesota.

Mayor Frey demanded that residents and local police fight ICE agents in the street.

The DOJ issued subpoenas to six Minnesota officials.

“From the beginning of his current term in office, President Trump and members of his administration have taken aim at so-called “sanctuary” jurisdictions-that is, jurisdictions “that limit the use of local resources to assist in federal immigration enforcement,”” the judge wrote.

“President Trump has repeatedly insulted Minnesota generally and its Somali population in particular; targeted Democratic-led cities for expanded deportation efforts;3 asserted that Democratic officials who oppose the deployment of National Guard troops for immigration enforcement should be jailed; issued multiple executive orders threatening to cut off federal funding to “sanctuary” jurisdictions;5 and sued Minnesota and some of its political subdivisions seeking to invalidate state and local provisions limiting assistance to federal immigration officials,” the judge said.
